The property was very nice spacious and clean. I enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. The different omelettes that was made. It was a nice full continental breakfast. The bar area was nice and they had lots of seating and lounge chairs in the foyer front part of the hotel, the room was countable big the bed slept nice. The bathrooms were nice.

The room was beautiful. The bed was comfortable. They give us vouchers for drinks at the bar for a daily 'reception'. There were snacks there too. There was a large shopping area with restaurants nearby within walking distance.

We stayed here on July 10 2026. The check in and out process was fast. We had a King Suite which was very clean and very comfortable. We ate diner at the restaurant inside the hotel which had good food. Breakfast in the morning was excellent with plenty of choices. I am extremely pleased with our experience here. Very accommodating staff. We would stay here again.

The staff member Ashlee that greeted us was unfriendly and rushed. When having momentary issues accessing my email to show her confirmation, we were treated unkindly. Upon confirmation, her whole demeanor changed. I found it odd.

My wife and I stayed here for two nights in July and had an excellent experience. Check-in was effortless despite our 9:00 p.m. arrival on a Friday evening. The young lady at the front desk greeted us with a warm smile and was welcoming, professional, and very helpful. Our accommodations were a clean, well-appointed two-room king suite with modern furnishings. The refrigerator kept everything cold, the microwave worked perfectly, and the king-size bed was exceptionally comfortable, providing two great nights of sleep. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with plenty of toiletries. We also appreciated that the air conditioning had already been set to a comfortable temperature before our arrival. The bar staff provided excellent service, and the pours were generous. Because our room was located away from the elevators, we experienced virtually no noise during our stay. Housekeeping also did an outstanding job, servicing our room while we were out for the day without us having to make a request. Overall, this was a delightful stay, and we would gladly return. One observation for those visiting during the summer: the hotel features a beautiful three-story atrium, which is one of its most attractive architectural features. However, on extremely hot July afternoons, the lobby, bar, and restaurant can become quite warm as the northwest-facing glass exterior allows the afternoon sun to pour into the atrium. It wasn't enough to detract from our stay, but it's something to be aware of if you're relaxing in the common areas during the hottest part of the day. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and look forward to staying here again.

The family queen suite was very disappointing because it wasn't larger than the regular suites. It looked like they took out the sink and just put bump beds. The refrigerator wasn't working. Not cold at all. There was a large hole in the wall in the bathroom.

The location was close to several shopping and a few dining locations. It was somewhat secluded but still accessible and close to other amenities and shopping. I actually left something of value in my room and the staff was able to locate it and ship it to me.

My room was CLEAN.. I intentionally brought new white socks for walking inside my room, for days I wore them in my room only. When I checked, they were still white on the bottom.

It would have been nice to have water in my room for no additional charge.

There was a press on nail left inside the covers on the bottom bunk in the fleece blanket. So It probably wasn't cleaned. But besides that everything was perfect

I was double billed. Apparently, my wife and I separately paid, one through Hilton and the other for Bookings, without realizing it, so a big mistake. However, having quite a lot of experience in working in hotel management and traveling, it was the front desk that should have caught the error. One had my first name and the other reservation had my wife's so they charged her more than booking and then charged again for the booking charge when I was a no show. Under that booking, we asked if she could check in early and permission was granted. However, that was for a reservation for her, with my name on it, and they still charged her for the second reservation while letting her check in early for the first (they thought was for a man checking in with the same last name?) Of course we made a mistake, but the front desk should have flagged a double booking with that last name, as wife was with her sister and I wasn't there. Also, the same type room as well as a request for early check in by the booking app. Our last name is pretty rare, and she was allowed to check in early (that was in the Booking.com reservation) but she was ultimately charged the higher rate from Hilton.) I worked in the area for a few years with local hotels, driving Airport limo, etc. and understand about double bookings. My wife called Hilton and they were not helpful and disputed the two charges until they found they were under two surnames with the same last name. Receiving a bill for nearly 500 dollars for the room alone for one night is unacceptable for a simple error of a double booking that happens often. Wife was there for the wedding of her nephew at Chapell Hill and loved the hotel until we received the credit card statement. The person we communicated with her upon finding the error offered no help except to say we should call Booking. Expensive mistake, but the property was less than helpful when we called them.

We walk in to check out and there's a full on WWE style drama going on. There's a occupant older lady chasing kids around the hotel pushing them and screaming at them. 4 Raleigh police are called the children's parents want to press charges and the hotel completely refused to cooperate with the police didnt ask to have them removed or anything told the police theyre fine here. No video was presented made up some bs story. I personally heard the woman scream racial slurs toward a group of very polite young men. 3 methheads hanging out out front that are with said lady. Noticeable trac marks up and down their arms looking homeless drinkin liquor on the curb smoking Marijuana. I was here for a youth baseball tournament I had my 4 children with me. They were terrified

I’ve stayed at hundreds of Hilton properties and tons of Embassy suites. This is by far the best ES I’ve ever stayed in. Everything about it is literally perfect. I'd like to highlight all the great features of the hotel. For starters, their shuttle service is terrific. Both drivers (Bill and the other gentleman who I didn't get his name - but I remember he said he was from California) were both so friendly and lovely. Second, the hotel itself is stunningly beautiful. The lobby area is truly breathtaking. The lobby bar is fantastic and the food served is wonderful. They even went as far as making a special order of fish tacos that were not breaded and fried since I wanted a healthier version. Kudos to the chef! The breakfast was the best breakfast I've ever had in any embassy suites and quite possibly any Hilton. The rooms themselves were spacious, spotless, comfortable, and had incredibly huge and modern TVs. The gym is also first rate with plenty of cardio equipment and weights, I really appreciate how wonderful the gym was. They also recognized my status as a Diamond member and granted me a late checkout which was so nice of them. If I had to give any suggestions, my only advice would be upgrading the size of their shower towels and also offering espresso in the breakfast area instead of just coffee. Otherwise, this stay was top notch on all fronts and all embassy suites should strive for this type of perfection, a true exemplar of the Hilton standard.

The things that I didn't like was the fact that there was not any trash bags in or for the trash cans in the room and there was no trash chute for trash. We had to find a trash can in the hallway to throw the trash in

The breakfast was decent , plenty of options. The staff were great , especially the reception staff. The lobby and bar were nice and spacious.

The photos on booking.com are out of date and deceiving. Even the staff didn’t recognize areas I was asking to see. The pool was tiny and a little cloudy. There is no terrace seating area , just a small out door seating area next to the parking lot. The king suite shower flooded our bathroom floor due to poor design. The TV are not smart , no streaming access available.

The facility was clean & had great amenities (definitely enjoyed the pool). Breakfast was good, I liked the omelet station. The staff were all pleasant and helpful, especially Mai at the front desk! The room was a good size & housecleaning came and cleaned every day of my stay. There was outdoor & indoor parking available. The location is okay, feels like a decent midpoint to everything. Would definitely return here.

We were able to take advantage of the breakfast but the complimentary drinks we did not because of the restricting hours. Hopefully we will get to do that next time if we come back to Raleigh, NC.

The Air Conditioner was not regulated for us to be it on auto properly throughout the night so that could use a little improvement or maybe explained properly through maintenance but overall it was still okay.

It’s set back from everything else - no eating establishments in the immediate area to choose from, compared to other places that I’ve stayed.
