I stayed here before and chose to stay here again due to an exam I had being in this city but I had trouble sleeping due to the AC as it started making loud noises and when I went to look, it was broken and had a piece sticking out. I did not complain as I needed to just try and sleep but it was disappointing as I needed a peaceful quiet night and that was an issue. I will also say the shower was not as clean as I hoped. I may be very particular but I picked this spot because it matched what I like. Still love this place, just had some bumps this time. Hope to stay here again one day.

It was a dump.Rooms are in bad need of refurbishing. Wallpaper was scuffed up. Sofa was fraying. Not up to Marriott standards. Not worth the cost. Room wasn’t even up to Motel 6 standard.

Ron mad sure our family had whatever we needed the culinary staff was so polite and professional. The housekeeping staff was great. So overall it was a wonderful experience.

I booked with breakfast included but on check in was told breakfast is not included but available for purchase. There was also no complementary coffee in the lobby (there was a machine in the room).

I didn’t like that breakfast isn't included in the price for it not to be many breakfast options. The bathroom was okay, I just think the water could be hotter.

I wrote to GM requesting reimbursement and have not received a response. I'm a Marriott Rewards member and although the stay was generally OK, given the extra expense and no response, I won't use this facility again.

The only complaint I have is that our refrigerator in the room did not work so we lost half of our dinner/leftovers because I stuck them in the fridge only to find out the next morning that is wasn’t on so I was very disappointed

Quiet hours, if your quiet hours are at 10 pm then everything should be shut down like the fire pit at 10 pm also. What’s the use of using the fire pit if people are going to complain about people talking around it after 10 pm. But other than that it was cool stay.
