Leider wird im oberen Bereich das Hotel erweitert und somit Baulärm

Realmente es el hotel de mi vida, es el lugar más bonito en el que he estado, es el paraíso. -Camas increíblemente cómodas, creo que nunca dormí tan bien. -Comida del restaurante buenísima. -Atención por parte del personal muy buena. -Ofrecen actividades como kayak, yoga e ir a una isla en longtail de manera gratuita. El resto del viaje ya no me gustó tanto después de haber estado en este lugar🤣

Lo único que no me gustó es que está muy alejado del "centro" y los caminos para llegar son un poco difíciles. Salir de allí en temporada baja es caro y hay pocas opciones.

Maravilla de hotel en Koh Yao Noi. Sin palabras: piscina, playa, servicios, restaurante, buffet, piscina privada en la habitación, calma....para entrar y no salir de ahí

lo único malo es que el acceso al hotel por carretera está aún por hacer. Es necesario un 4x4.

This was our favourite place we stayed in all of Thailand. We got upgraded to a beautiful room with an incredible view. The location is fantastic on a beautiful beach. Its so peaceful and relaxing. We loved the daily yoga with Pali. Shes a great teacher and is so kind. The restaurant meals were fantastic. Helpful staff. We really appreciated the drinks and snacks that management offered to all the guests one night.

Location is amazing. The staff is very nice, attentive, and are very accommodating, understanding that people and guests come here to enjoy the absolute tranquility.

...sehr weit abgelegen. Nur mit dem Boot oder über eine sehr holprige Strecke durch den Dschungel erreichbar.

Un auténtico paraíso. Un sitio idílico, con un personal excelente y unas instalaciones cuidadísimas. La habitación era preciosa, la cama súper cómoda y las vistas, espectaculares. Todo estaba impecablemente limpio y tanto la comida como la calidad del restaurante nos sorprendieron muy gratamente, además de tener unos precios muy buenos. El acceso no es fácil, pero al mismo tiempo la ubicación transmite esa sensación de estar completamente desconectado de todo, lo que hace que el lugar sea todavía más especial. Hemos quedado maravillados. Sin duda, el mejor hotel en el que hemos estado. ¡Una experiencia para repetir!

Afstand van huisje tot aan restaurant en zwembad is wel flink. Daarnaast is het goed om te bedenken dat je waarschijnlijk eet en drinkt op het resort en dat is redelijk prijzig.

Paradise? Absolutely!!! What an amazing 7 nights we had at Paradise Koh!!! The location, the staff, the accommodation, the food, the activities, the wildlife, and the attention to detail from start to finish were all world class!!! For sure, there are places in Thailand that are cheaper, but in life you usually get what you pay for and Paradise Koh is no exception! Quite possibly the best holiday we’ve ever had!!!

Nous avons tout aimé. Déconnexion totale sur cette superbe plage au bout de Koh Yao Noi, ce qui donne l’impression d’être seule au monde, pas de bateaux, pas d’autres touristes que les gens de l’hôtel. Super équipements : piscine, transats de plage, chambre avec vue, literie top et les restaurants/bar au top bien qu’un peu trop cher quand il n’y a pas d’options autour. Mention spéciale également pour le personnel qui nous a fait nous sentir comme à la maison pendant 6 nuits avec des petites attentions tout au long du séjour. La navette depuis Phuket/Krabi est un plus et le prêt de kayak/padel également. Bref un petit paradis quand on cherche à ne surtout rien faire que de se reposer.

Le petit déjeuner un peu en dessous comparé à la qualité des restaurants pour le midi et le soir.

De locatie aan de zee en dat alles werkelijk als een paradijs aanvoelt. De huisjes zijn allemaal mooi, het zwembad is mooi en de zee is ook prachtig. Meerdere restaurants en de bediening is fantastisch. Echt een mooie plek om je vakantie relaxed te eindigen. 3 dagen hier is genoeg. Er vliegen de hele dag neushoorn vogels rond en er lopen enkele grote varanen.

Het ligt heel geïsoleerd. En er is weinig te beleven op het eiland zelf. Je moet het van het resort zelf hebben. Daarom is 3 dagen meer dan genoeg.

Alles. Wunderschöne Privatbucht, tolles Zimmerdesign, gutes Essen und super Service in allen Bereichen sowie freundliche Mitarbeiter:innen.

Nicht unbedingt negativ zu werten, wenn man die absolute Ruhe sucht, aber das Resort ist nur per Boot oder abemteuerlichen Pick-Up-Taxi via Dirt-Road zu erreichen. Entsprechend gibt es ausserhalb des Resorts auch keine weiteren Geschäfte.

Privacidad, ubicación

It’s in a beautiful location and the rooms are nicely done. As well as the pool area and the beach. It’s clean and the stuff are mostly nice and helpful . They have a decent happy hour twice a day and the cocktails are good. And the location is really beautiful with excellent places to kayak to from the hotel.

There was renovation work going on that it wasn’t disclosed to us and we were putting in a room right next to it. The rooms are beautiful, but it’s really hard to enjoy the space with such loud construction noise. You are confined to hotel area and hotel prices but as long as you have prepared for that, it shouldn’t be a problem. They do a decent happy hour and nice cocktails. But there aren’t very many food choices so we can get a bit repetitive after a while. It’s really hard to go out and see other food and drink choices. Also the room, Sleep, for, however, they only ever price it for two people, and you have to pay quite a large price for anybody else staying in the room. It would be nice if they advertise them as family spaces as well as they are intended.

Die Lage ist traumhaft und einzigartig. Herrliche Aussicht und wunderschöne, sehr gepflegte Anlage. Pool herrlich und auch die reit am Meer, man kann ständig hin- und verwechseln. Gezeiten sind sehr stark, daher ist der Pool eine tolle Ergänzung. Das Personal ist zu großen Teilen von der Insel und aus der Region, alles super freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Die beiden Restaurants bieten eine breite Menüauswahl. Da ist für jeden und jeden Tag etwas dabei. Das Resort liegt abseits im Norden der Insel und ist daher nur sehr schwer per Land (unbefestigte Straße) erreichbar. Wir haben den Shuttleservice per Boot von Phuket aus genutzt, das war sehr komfortabel und ein herrliches Ankommen am Pier. Wir sind als Familie mit zwei Kindern gereist und haben zwei nebeneinander liegende Doppelzimmer oben am Berg gehabt.

Alles war einfach toll.

Hotel magnifique, petit déjeuner incroyable, très propre.

Très excentré par rapport au centre de l’île. Pour le room service, concernant les spécialités asiatique c’est très très moyen.

Geweldige locatie, prachtige kamer, ontzettend vriendelijk en servicegericht personeel. Ruime keuze in eten en het smaakte goed. Na 6 weken Thailand was hier voor het eerst ook een ruime keuze in kaas en vleeswaren bij het riante ontbijtbuffet. Nu al heimwee...

Zelfs met hard nadenken valt er niets te verzinnen.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr geeignet, wenn man die Ruhe sucht, jedoch nicht um die Insel auszukundschaften, da die Zugänglichkeit schlecht ist und das Verlassen der Unterkunft immer mit Kosten verbunden ist (Shuttle-Service). Um aber eine und mehr Nächte die Ruhe zu geniessen, ist es herrlich. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön und es hat uns ans Nichts gefehlt. Das Frühstücksbuffet liess auch keine Wünsche übrig. Herausstreichen möchte ich noch die Hilfsbereitschaft des einen Mitarbeiters beim Activity-Center: er hat sich wirklich ins Zeug gelegt, dass ich meinen vergessenen Pass wieder erhalten habe. Vielen herzlichen Dank dafür!

El mejor resort donde hemos estado nunca. Un auténtico paraíso, como su nombre indica. Fueron súper amables y nos dieron una habitación con jacuzzi superior a la que habíamos reservado y por el mismo precio. Un remanso de paz en mitad de la naturaleza. This is a wonderful property in a gorgeous location. The beach is stunning and the surrounding forest is lush. So many hornbills! We really loved our spacious rooms and the food was good. It’s a place to go and relax. Highly recommend.

It was an absolute paradise, stunning view, beautiful and spacious rooms , lovely staff and great facilities on a beautiful island.

Nous avons malheureusement été déçus par notre séjour malgré le potentiel évident de l’hôtel. Le principal problème concerne l’accès : l’hôtel est situé à Koh Yao Noi, au bout d’une route non goudronnée et très éloigné des principaux restaurants et activités de l’île. Une fois sur place, nous étions pratiquement bloqués à l’hôtel, avec comme seules options soit de consommer sur place, soit de payer un taxi à environ 400 bahts par personne et par trajet. C’est vraiment dommage, même si la plage privée est magnifique. Concernant la chambre, nous avions réservé via Booking une chambre supérieure avec balcon, mais nous avons finalement eu une chambre en rez-de-chaussée donnant directement sur un passage. Malgré les vitres teintées, le manque d’intimité était réel et ne correspondait pas du tout à nos attentes. Enfin, le point le plus problématique : nous avons trouvé des cafards dans la douche, ce qui est difficilement acceptable pour un établissement de cette catégorie. Le cadre est beau et la plage superbe, mais l’expérience globale n’a malheureusement pas été à la hauteur.

Eine super moderne, für den thailändischen Standard nobles Hotel mit viel Liebe zum Detail! Absolute Empfehlung. Wir wurden sogar kostenfrei bei Ankunft auf ein Zimmer mit privaten Pool upgegradet.

Im Vergleich ist das Essen und die Getränke im Hotel sehr teuer zu localen Restaurants außerhalb, allerdings sind diese nicht so einfach zu erreichen. Es bedarf immer einen Transfer, da die letzten zwei Kilometer nicht mit Roller etc. geeignet sind.

Incredible, secluded resort on the north tip of Koh Yao Noi. Really beautiful private beach, excellent restaurants, friendly service, can’t recommend highly enough. The kayak and mountain bike rentals made for very enjoyable activities.

I don’t recommend the complimentary shuttle to Koh Pakbia—the beach was overrun with other tour groups. Can’t vouch for the other island tours.

Es war wie im Paradies. Wir hatten eine Poolvilla am Strand. Mit der einmaligen Kulisse und dem schönen ruhigen Strand ist es Top-Level was man in Thailand bekommen kann für die Preisklasse. Beste Hotel wenn man die Ruhe sucht. Tolle Longtailboottrips möglich von dort. Ich hatte eine extrem gute Thaimassage gebucht. Beim nächsten Thailandbesuch kommen wir wieder.

Das Essen ist durchschnittlich ohne Raffinesse und nicht auf dem Level von gutem Thai- Streetfood (lange auch nicht 5 Sterne). Es sollten weniger Gerichte auf der Karte sein dafür eine bessere Qualität. Einfach einen guten Thaikoch einstellen wäre meine Empfehlung. Frühstück ist solide bzw. guter Standard. aber nach 5 Tagen wenig Abwechslung.

Just loved it

Beautiful calm island with rich ecosystem, a lot of animals, birds. Rooms are big, comfy and clean, stuff is lovely! Almost every evening they have event - live music, cocktails, show. All was excellent for happy vacation.

Everything in the property was perfect. From checking in by Boom and Eddie everything was well organised and managed. Our rooms were ready before we arrived. Rooms very big and super comfortable. Oz and Faii at the restaurant took great care of our requirements for vegetarian food.

Beach and room

The environment atmosphere is priceless! The location is so beautiful and remote. It was necessary for such a remote place to offer activities to do, so it was great to be able to play table tennis, SUP and darts. The lifeguard was very nice when I got stung by a jellyfish and took really good care of me!

The italian restaurant is somehow over priced and the food quality isn't good, to our opinion.

First of all, the location is absolutely spectacular. It's everything we wanted and hoped for a paradise trip. The staff has been very attentive and helpful and the service incredible. Another very important thing for us is the food. Paradise koh yao noi has really good food. The different locations of Thai restaurant, Italian restaurant, and of course the bar provided a very cozy atmosphere. Speaking of rooms, the staff gave us an upgrade to a deluxe suite with an incredible view which we enjoyed to the fullest. It's not cheap to stay here (although the prices for food are very reasonable) but it is differently worth it and good value for the money you pay. We will definitely consider coming back here. So relaxing and what a gorgeous view.

The setting of the hotel is undeniably beautiful, surrounded by nature and offering a very peaceful, slow-paced atmosphere. I also appreciated the eco-friendly concept of the resort, which is a nice idea in theory. The free yoga classes were a highlight and something I enjoyed, although the instructors did not seem particularly professional and the sessions were quite slow-paced. Breakfast was decent, with a reasonable selection, though nothing especially memorable. The resort also makes a conscious effort to support local staff, which is a positive aspect.

Unfortunately, the overall experience was a big disappointment. From the outset, the arrival process was poorly managed. We weren’t given a warm welcome at the pier, and the boat transfer was frustrating — delayed by around 30 minutes before departure, with the engine failing multiple times during the journey, which didn’t inspire much confidence, and with no apologies or discounted rate. On arrival, I had to wait a long time before being taken to my room, with very little communication from staff. Throughout the stay, I found the staff to be quite unfriendly and unhelpful when asking questions or requesting information. The room itself did not meet expectations for a 4-star hotel. There were cockroaches in my room, which was unacceptable. While I understand the eco concept, the accommodation felt more like a hostel than a resort. It was very open with little privacy — you could easily see inside when the lights were on, and even while showering, as the shower is outdoors. My room was right by a pathway and not well covered by foliage, which made this particularly uncomfortable. Small details also fell short — for example, the straws used in drinks gave everything an unpleasant taste, and the in-room coffee was poor quality (cheap sachets), which was disappointing for a hotel of this standard. The sunbeds around the property looked messy, worn out, and were not comfortable to use. There was also no service while using them — in most hotels, you would at least be offered water, which was noticeably lacking here. Overall, despite the beautiful surroundings and a few positives, the experience fell well below expectations. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Secluded location, small and not crowded, laid back - restaurant and bar on the beach, you can come barefooted, direct availability of the activity team taking you on long boats for mangrove kayaking and caves

1. Mosquitos - I was quite heavily bited, I know it is normal to have mosquitos in warm and humid climate but perhaps their population should be chemically limited 2. Booking was not easy - initially I wrote directly to the hotel, asking for options of stay within 2 week time period (for any amount of days within this slot). I got the information that there is no availability in that time frame (nor even a single day). Something different was visible on Booking.com, via which I finally made a booking for the exactly this timeframe (4 nights). But because it was done via Booking, I couldn’t ask for a particular room I had in mind.

Absolutely lovely place for relaxing. The property itself is amazing, and the restaurant is good. The hotel has it’s own beautiful beach. However, it’s important to know that the road from the central part of the island to the hotel is in poor condition, which makes going in and out quite tricky. By car or boat it takes about 20–30 minutes, and you need to pay for every transfer to and from the hotel, as there are no complimentary shuttle services. If you plan to spend most of your time at the hotel, this is the perfect place. However, if you want to explore the island more, it might not be the best choice due to the difficult access.

Un établissement qui porte bien son nom : le paradis ! Nous étions en villa vue mer avec piscine privée, un petit havre de paix ; le décor est exceptionnel et l'ensemble du personnel très sympathique.

Il pourrait y avoir plus souvent des propositions de buffet le soir (nous en avons eu deux pour cinq soirs), la carte étant un peu courte pour deux repas par jour pendant 5 jours...

La qualité de la literie, la plage presque privatisée, le côté exclusif, manger les pieds dans le sable.

Hôtel très isolé , loin de tout , donc on est vite bloqué dans l’établissement , activités et excursions proposées très très chères Repas juste correctes mais les prix sont excessifs Presque 10 euros pour un verre de vin rouge australien. Facile 50% -60%minimum plus chère que Phuket pour toute la nourriture. La plage est jolie mais l’eau est très trouble on y voit pas à 30cm, l’eau n’est absolument pas cristalline. Pas de salle de fitness !! Ils ont fait à la place un parcours de santé en pleine jungle aucun intérêt car trop chaud et humide , on y est vite complètement épuisé même pour un sportif venant d’Europe. Mais pourquoi donc défigurer une colline de jungle pour y faire un tel parcours ,quelle idée écologique .

Enchanting nature, friendly and helpful staff, the food is delicious. I will definitely be back with my family.

10th of February we booked an activity to go snorkeling. The day started with a warm welcome from Anis and his colleague who where waiting by their speedboat. During the boat trip it was a bit windy but we still had a great time. Once we arrived at the destination we got a little explanation were we could snorkel and explore. Some basic things to look out for and most importantly to have fun. At noon we took a break from exploring and had lunch. The lunch was very delicious and well prepared with a lovely view to experience the meal. Overall it was an amazing experience. My family and I made some unforgettable memories thanks to the wonderful guidance of Anis and his colleague. Thank you very much for this fascinating day.

We spent a week at Paradise Koh Yao at the end of January 2026. Initially, we were assigned bungalow 211, very close to the pool, but with so many children playing there, it was difficult to rest. Therefore, we asked to change and were moved to bungalow 221, which was much better. Both rooms were in excellent condition, spacious, and with all the amenities. The hornbill,what a bird, they are incredible,surely the stars of the show. The hotel food is very good, and the restaurant atmosphere is very pleasant, especially on the sand at night. However, the service is sometimes a bit slow, seemingly due to the kitchen.One day we ordered a room service and food came in layer lunch box,something unacceptable in a 4 star property . They frequently organize good barbecues with pleasant live music. The beach is good at high tide; otherwise, swimming is impossible. Breakfast is just ok but not spectacular; perhaps it's too strict with nothing else available besides the buffet, such as a smoothie. I made a mistake in my reservation by adding an extra night, but the management very kindly refunded me in the form of a resort credit. The noisy construction of more bungalows during peak holiday season is deeply reprehensible, regardless of the comfort of guests. Loud hammering and drilling could be heard in our room, sometimes even after 7 pm. I don't want to imagine what it was like in the rooms on the hill next to the construction site.We know from extensive experience visiting this area that hotels take advantage of the low season to carry out this construction. For example, at the resort on Koh Kradan, where I'm writing this review and which we've visited for the last three years, new rooms are only built when occupancy is low, never when they're full. It's truly disrespectful.

This was our eagerly awaited return visit to Paradise on Koh Yao which is a perfect location in between Phuket and Krabi with speedboat transfer either way. Everything about here makes you believe you are in Paradise with the welcome, the private and secluded beachfront location, the friendliness of all the staff, the quality of the food at breakfast and in the evening, the most beautiful room (room 354) with its stunning view which we were given to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We had the most wonderful 4 nights here. Thank you Paradise and we hope to return again.

Fabulous island location. Amazing, friendly and attentive staff. Great ethos on sustainability. The views are incredible from the plunge pool rooms. Beach beds are incredibly comfortable with bean bag mattresses. The food is fabulous too. Great yoga session right on the beach. Highly recommend the Phang Nga Bay kayaking excursion from the hotel. Loved every bit of our stay in Paradise.

Sound proofing between semi-detached villa rooms could be a lot better. Especially when crying babies are next door!

Every Hotel should have a Manager like Eddie we had problems when we arrived not relevant to comment on as it was sorted in the most professional manor. This is not easy to review so will come from two different views This is a family hotel lots and lots of young children all having a fantastic time lots of space for them lovely big pool restaurant caters beautifully for them. As a couple very noisy with kids screaming unable to swim due to so many children in pool and so many inflatables. Restaurant noisy buggy’s and high chairs everywhere. This is just ment as info the Hotel is doing nothing wrong not everywhere suits everyone. The Hotel staff are terrific could not be more helpful. The treatment in the Spa was so very lovely with the most amazing therapist a real must if you stay here just for a few mins there were a couple of children in the vegetable garden screaming but to be fair blocked it out. I would highly recommend this hotel for rooms and views .

The most amazing excursion organised by the hotel to Phang Nga Bay. A beautiful long tail boat ride across the bay, past stunning uninhabited islands. Then kayaking through a number of caves which open up into hidden lagoons. Mangroves and monkeys - you enter a jurassic world! We had the most amazing crew led by Anis, our tour guide. He was so informative, helpful and a joy to spend time with. He expertly avoided all the mass groups of tourists and took us to hidden gems for lunch and a delicious fruit platter, beautifully presented. We cannot rate this experience highly enough. A true highlight and one we'll never forget. Thank you Anis and Paradise Koh Yao.

Just spent an utterly blissful week at Paradise. The location really does live up to it's name. We stayed in a room with a jacuzzi plunge pool over up the hill, stunning. The terrace is quite big with a swing seat table, armchairs and deck chairs. The room was gorgeous with views over the last gardens. Each evening they come and light the mosquito repellent light and some nights we had a turn down too. The pool is lovely and never seemed to be full. It only has a few sunbeds poolside but loads on the beach. We were up the hill so there was always a trek up the steps, which is good exercise. We had a couple of massages, very good and also did a yoga session. The yoga teach is very good, its a hard session. The spa is beautiful very relaxing. There's an outdoor jungle gym, we meant to have a go, but didn't get round to it...looks fun though. You will love this place if * You love being away from towns and crowds, and love nature. * You love the beach. * You are happy to stay within a resort. * You are ok with being a captive audience at a cost. You will not like it if * You want to walk around outside of the hotel. * You are on a budget. * You don't like sand. * You don't like steps....unless you get a room on the beach level. At the moment there is some construction work taking place, but to honest it didnt really both us, its not mega noisy. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Paradise truly exists – and it’s here We are currently staying at Paradise Resort Koh Yao Noi for the second time during our Thailand trip, and after only two days back here, we can honestly say: this place is paradise on earth. Reaching the resort already feels like the beginning of something special. The drive from the pier takes around 30–40 minutes along a very remote, adventurous road. Once you arrive at the security checkpoint, you are welcomed and picked up by a golf buggy that takes you through a breathtaking, lush landscape up into the resort. From that moment on, you know you’ve arrived somewhere extraordinary. The resort is beautifully built into the hillside, with terraced pathways leading to charming bungalows, cottages and villas, some with private pools, some without. Everywhere you look, you are surrounded by nature – and then suddenly, the view opens up to the sea. The beach and ocean views are simply stunning, a postcard-perfect Thai scenery. The service is flawless. Everything is incredibly well organized, thoughtful and smooth. After three weeks of traveling through Thailand, we can honestly say: the days spent here grounded us more than anywhere else. I went here as part of a yoga retreat. We took a 45 minute boat ride from Phuket to get directly to Paradise Koh Yao. This resort is very secluded. There is nowhere to go once you get there -- which is a good thing. The room was quite spacious. We enjoyed the outdoor shower and the terrace with a two-seater swing. It was very tranquil listening to and watching the hornbills. We did not upgrade to the personal pools and I'm glad we didn't. The sand is as powdery as the best Caribbean beaches. Breakfast was quite good, but dinner was disappointing. The beach cove was wonderful for Stand-Up Paddleboarding. We thoroughly enjoyed our boat excursion. You can't go wrong with a Thai massage. If you want to get away to an island oasis, this is a great choice!

I was genuinely gob smacked at how remote and stunning this location was. Ideal if you’re looking to go off grid and do absolutely nothing. Private beach and plenty of loungers to go round. I had a SEAVIEW PLUNGE POOL DELUXE STUDIO ROOM and it was stunning! The only downside and this isn’t a criticism, more of a personal preference for those that light to workout while on holiday; this place would tick all boxes if they opened a fitness centre too.

Every aspect of this resort; the idyllic secluded location, the room, views, the kayaking, staff, food, and the activities were fabulous. A great part of Thailand to go to avoid the crowds. Hope it stays that way.

This is one of the most unique resorts that I have ever had the pleasure to visit. It is very secluded on the quiet, unspoiled island of Koh Yao Noi. It is set in lush tropical foliage and has a soft sandy beach with calm, clear, green water which is lined with coconut trees. It is very special. I had tears in my eyes when leaving here. You go here to chill out, relax with your family or friends (or alone as I did!) and savour the solitude, quiet and tropical environment. There are very good excursions straight from the hotel beach; the hotel owns numerous fast boats to get you where you want to go and it is for hotel guests only (so no large crowds or queues). The area is set up to enable guests to switch off while being treated to lovely cocktails and delicious food. My room was 334 which was tucked away amongst banana plants, palm fans, and coconut trees. At dusk or early in the morning, sit on your balcony on your hanging swing and enjoy the melodies and chatter of local wildlife. The rooms are spacious and are set up for privacy with their black mirrored windows and screened, private outdoor showers. It's refreshing to be able to shower with the breeze to keep you cool. There is also a refreshing, deep blue, lagoon-like pool that overlooks the beach. The nighttime is super-chilled and you can enjoy a meal or drinks under the stars, close to the beach and its gentle breeze. Sometimes there was chilled entertainment such as a singer, dancers or the manager's bonfire and canapes. Loved this place and recommend it 1000%. The hotel has its own transfer speed boat from Phuket Yacht Haven Marina and I would advise guests to use this because the boat takes you straight to the shores of the hotel (no taxis through the rugged roads of the island to ensure). Yacht Haven Marina is very close to the airport and is convenient for those staying in the upper half of Phuket (I travelled from Surin beach to Yacht Haven in around 45 mins and the airport is much closer). The only thing that I would criticise here is that there is ongoing construction work which is taking place right at the back of the Paradise resort. They are building new tree houses here and the work looks like it will continue for some months. Now, this did not bother me too much because I felt like it was reasonably low level noise, but some guests were getting annoyed because work starts at around 9 am and continues to 530 pm. If you can stay at the front of the resort, it is far better. I had room 334 and the work was right at the back of my room. I see this in Thailand a lot now, even in high season, work is ongoing at many hotels. Always check with the hotels prior to booking. It is essential

really well organized and secluded resort. perfect for a romantic and relaxing holiday. food is great, good variety of western and thai choices. wonderful beach, great rooms immersed in the jungle.

the only missing bit is probably a small gym, that would be a a nice addition also considering it is not easy to practice activities such as running or cycling nearby.

Nous avons passé un super séjour malgré une arrivée difficile : la chambre ne correspondait pas vraiment à ce qui était présenté sur "booking" et l’accueil s’est fait dans un contexte de travaux, ce qui n’était pas très agréable. Cependant, nous tenons vraiment à souligner le professionnalisme et la gentillesse d’Eddy à la réception. Il a été à l’écoute, réactif et très impliqué pour améliorer nos vacances. Sans lui, notre séjour aurait été beaucoup plus compliqué. Merci à Eddy pour son aide et son excellent du service. L’hôtel dispose d’un embarcadère qui est un véritable atout. Nous vous recommandons vivement d’arriver par celui-ci plutôt que par la route, quitte à payer un tout petit peu plus cher : l’expérience et l’accueil sont bien meilleurs.

Das Personal hat immer die Teller und Gläser schon abgeräumt auch wenn der andere noch am essen war. Der Kaffe beim Frühstück wurde vergessen oder hat ewig gedauert. Im Bungalow keine Möglichkeit Badesachen und Tücher draussen aufzuhängen. Aber das ist jammern auf hochem Niveau

We stayed for 5 days at the paradise. Needed to recharge our batteries before moving on. This is fabulous resort. The location and rooms are stunning. The staff polite, happy and helpful. Yes the service is a little slow but what is your rush. Honestly!!! Take a chill pill relax and just soak it all in. Special mention to Eddy who has made our stay even more special.

Ein wunderbarer Strand, obwohl das Wasser nicht die Klarheit aufwies, die wir andernorts schon gesehen haben. Unser Hausteil eins Doppelhauses war ohne Meersicht, was uns nicht gestört hat, denn es war nachts ruhig. Vor dem Eindunkeln waren die Nashornvögel in den Bäumen rund ums Resort unterwegs und wir schauten ihren drolligen Spielen sehr gerne zu. Ausgezeichnete Massagen haben wir uns gegönnt und auf dem Weg dahin und zum Frühstück kamen wir an einem Teich vorbei, der voller Nachtblüher war. Das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend, die zwei Restaurants (Thai und Italienisch) ergänzen sich sehr gut, sie wechseln sich gegenseitig ab mit speziellen Abenden, an denen sie die Gäste mal anders als gewohnt verköstigen konnten. Inbegriffen war ein Gratisausflug auf eine Insel in der Nähe, die allerdings voller Touristen aus aller Herren Resorts war. Das Schönste dabei war die Fahrt. Auf der Rückfahrt liefen wir eine Insel an, die von einer Affenkolonie bewohnt war: Jungtiere, die nach Fischen tauchten und auch nach Futter, das unsere Mitfahrenden reinwarfen. Ältere Affen beobachteten die Szenerie in stoischer Ruhe, sodass man sich ein bisschen schämte für die aufgeregten Mittouristen. Ein anderes Highlight war ein unglaubliches Gewitter, das von gewaltigen Blitzen und krachendem Donner begleitet war.

Da es keine Möglichkeit gab, das Resort zu Fuss auf eigene Faust zu verlassen, fühlte man sich etwas eingesperrt und isoliert.

We loved our stay at Paradise. The beach and resort are just incredible and there is ample spots to relax, making sure it never feels busy or crowded. The pool was beautiful and refreshing too. We really enjoyed the restaurants in the resort, all our meals were delicious and the service was wonderful. Loved the huge variety in the menus too and happy hour in the bar in the evenings. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were large with everything you needed, awesome views and large balconies. We loved watching the many hornbills around the property. Great services provided by the resort like the boat trip to a nearby island and kayak hire. 3 nights was a perfect amount to stay here and feel deeply relaxed.
