TreeHouse Villas Koh Yao - Adults Only

Arriving by boat it felt like we'd accessed a remote hideaway. We loved the lush jungle behind us, the sea right in front and the limestone karsts framing both. It's peaceful, with a boutique feel and we felt well looked after for our honeymoon. Would love to return.

We loved the remoteness and booked it for that reason, but do be aware there is nothing within walking distance - no alternative places for eating or drinking, no mini-mart and no taxis. The resort restaurants have so much choice (and the quality was great).

Einfach alles! Die Villa mit Pool war ein Traum! Alles perfekt! Sauber, nettes Personal - tolle Yoga Class mit Pali und Eco Bike Tour sowie tollem Essen. Alle sind sehr freundlich.

Heel bijzondere boom villa’s midden in de natuur met uitzicht op strand en zee. Zeker geen boomhutten gezien de inrichting en voorzieningen. 5 sterren waardig

Prijzen zijn wat aan de hoge kant, maar gezien geïsoleerde ligging op een eiland wel te begrijpen

I like the Treehouse style room. It is really beautiful especially with the pool down at the bottom.

The customer service is the lacking severely. The food is really low quality and poor. If you are the type of person who loves the five-star experience then you're definitely going to be dissatisfied with this experience. They lack the details, customer service and food quality to be considered a 4 or 5 star resort. I'm glad I experienced but I will not be coming back.

There is not one thing we didnt like. Everything was perfect. The staff, the food and cocktails were delicious. The treehouse itself was simply breathtaking.

המיקום מהמם, כל הקומפלקס של המקום יוצא דופן. החדרים מפנקים מאד ומאובזרים בכל מה שאפשר וצריך ועדיין יש הרגשה שנמצאים בתוך הטבע ובפרטיות מספקת. החלוקה בין הקומה התחתונה לעליונה מצריכה אומנם שימוש במדרגות אבל המתקנים בהחלט שווים את המאמץ. ארוחת הבוקר טעימה מאד ונעימה מאד. החדרים קרובים מאד לחוף שהוא בפני עצמו חגיגה לגוף ולנפש. המקום מאפשר שימוש בקיאקים והנוף מהים עוד יותר מרשים מהנוף המהמם שיש מהחדר. ארוחות הערב אומנם יקרות מהנהוג בתאילנד אבל בהחלט טעימות (יש לקחת בחשבון שאין אופציה אחרת בקרבת מקום ואם רוצים לחסוך בכסף צריך להתארגן מראש ולהביא אוכל יחד איתכם).

לא הבנו מראש את ההבדל שיש בין דרכי הנגעה למקום. הגענו מפוקט בשייט רגיל ומהמזח במונית הפתוחה לריזורט. בדרך חזרה לפוקט השתמשנו באמצעים של המקום. בסופו של סיפור העלות של הדרך הלוך ושל הדרך חזור מאד דומה אבל אין מה להשוות בתנאים של המסע. בפעם הבאה אין ספק שנבחר להשתמש בהסעה של הריזורט גם בדרך הלוך וגם הדרך חזור. הסירה בליגה אחרת וזה חוסך את הנסיעה במונית הפתוחה בדרך לא סלולה קופצנית מאד.

Our stay at TreeHouse Villas was overall average. The concept of the resort is beautiful, with each accommodation being a separate private villa rather than a hotel building, which offers a unique and peaceful experience. However, there are several areas that need improvement. Our villa was clean, but it definitely needs renovation as it felt quite old. The air conditioning was very poor, and we barely felt it, which made the room uncomfortable at times. The service was quite slow, and not all of our requests were provided when we asked for them. Housekeeping, however, did an excellent job keeping the villa clean. One downside was the large number of insects outside. Since this is a nature resort, it’s understandable to some extent, but many insects easily entered the villa, which was inconvenient. Breakfast was tasty, but there was very little variety within the breakfast buffet itself, and the menu remained exactly the same every day. After a couple of mornings, it became repetitive and made breakfast less enjoyable. There are a few restaurants around the resort, but they are very expensive and close early in the evening. The activities offered by the resort were also extremely expensive, making it difficult to enjoy many of them. Overall, we had a decent stay, but considering the price, we expected better facilities, faster service, more breakfast variety, and better value for money.

Our stay was absolutely perfect from beginning to end. Everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel special throughout our stay. The service was truly exceptional. The villa was stunning, spotless, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. Waking up to the breathtaking view every morning was unforgettable. The entire resort is maintained to the highest standards, with amazing facilities and a peaceful atmosphere. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. This hotel is absolutely worth every penny. We stayed at TreeHouse Villas Koh Yao Noi and it ended up being one of the more memorable parts of our trip. The villas are unique and well thought out, and the whole place feels quiet and tucked away in nature. Service was good, and the overall experience felt smooth and relaxing. Definitely a stay that stands out and is worth it.

Really Amazing and unique hotel!

Die TreeHouse Villas sind wunderschön eingerichtet und haben einen ganz besonderen Flair. Der Service war super, das Essen sehr lecker (auch für Veganer gibt es eine gute Auswahl). Es ist eine Ruheoase und perfekt zum Entspannen. Für mich war es eines der besondersten Hotels, in denen ich je war.

Truly excellent hotel, beautiful rooms and really good service. The Al Fresco restaurant was amazing, such high quality food. We ate there every night, the pizzas are delicious and the chefs really know how to make great food.

The only thing that could be improved is breakfast, wasn’t that great for this price range, both in terms of quality and variety. I’d give it a 5/10. Also the seafood restaurant wasn’t great at all, but I think it belongs to their other hotel (paradise). Quality of the food there was really poor. We were so happy we found Al Fresco.

Da praia, do caminho para chegar ao hotel. Falta de privacidade na piscina principal, junto ao restaurante. O valor da taxa de serviço e vat cobrados à parte, deveria estar incluído no valor dos serviços e refeições. Barulho com obras a decorrer, com massagens promocionais no horario das obras.

L'emplacement est tout simplement paradisiaque ! Un des plus beau décors naturel qui m'a été donné de voir. Et nos cabanes, le personnel, et la qualité de la nourriture étaient exceptionnel. Merci à tous pour cet excellent séjour !

Das zum Resort gehörende Restaurant hatte einen tollen Service. Das einzige was im Vergleich keine 5 Sterne verdient hat, ist der Geschmack der Gerichte. Wir waren vorher 9 Tage in Phuket und haben das echte Thailändische Essen kennengelernt, im Resort leider nicht ganz der Geschmack. Aber das ist bekanntlich subjektiv.

Beautiful surroundings and remote location. Clean, calm, quiet. Treehouses smell great. The space and privacy of the treehouses. Local hornbills were beautiful. Staff are so friendly and always willing to go above and beyond. Food in roots restaurant was outstanding.

כשיש גשם קצת אין מה לעשות במלון הוא גם מרוחק מאזור האי המרכזי וצריך להגיע לשם ברכב 4*4.

We stayed here to celebrate our 8-year anniversary, and the entire experience was nothing short of incredible. The location is breathtaking, the staff was exceptionally professional, and the food and accommodations exceeded all our expectations. It truly felt like one of the best resorts we've ever visited — peaceful, private, and absolutely stunning.

Honestly, there wasn’t anything we would have changed. Everything from start to finish was flawless.

Amazing place a paradise oasis in Koh Yao Noi. Very far up in the hill but more than worthy. Feels like paradise place for us only in the trees.

Staff could speak a better English to avoid confusion on some requests.

The way which goes there

The tree house is perfect, the nature was as we are in haven especially with the cloudy weather. The public swimming pool was amazing!! The staff are so sweet and helpful. The manger greets everybody on the complimentary happy hour, he is so friendly.

The villas are not so private, you can be seen if you are in the villa swimming pool and even in the room if you don’t close the curtains. The villa swimming pool water is so cold, will be better if there is heated system.

We chose treehouse villas for our honeymoon and im so glad we did. The whole experience has been thoughtful, streamline and so relaxing. The setting is beautiful, the treehouses are so unique and the staff really go the extra mile to make your stay perfect. I would highly recommend booking to stay here and we will definitely be returning in the future.

The views from the treehouse are outstanding. You can lay in bed and see palm trees and the ocean. The staff are amazing, mostly employed from the island village, they are so helpful. The food was all delicious, at times service could be slow but you can tell each plate was freshly made with care, so we did not mind. It was nice to not be ‘go go go’. The excursions are fab, we recommend the island hop it was the highlight of our trip. The spa massages would incredible, no white noise needed just sounds of the jungle

Extraordinary unique experience! The villas are magical, the beach and the views are all awesome. I also recommend the activities that are totally worth it!

Few problems in the room the we couldn't ignore. Fire alarm went on out of nowhere and didn't stop, weird smell that appeared from time to time. Those problems were fixed by the staff after sometime. Beside that nothing.

A stay at the Treehouse Villas is just perfection! A luxury retreat. The staff are exceptional and cannot do enough for you and pay attention to all the finer details, which just really make your stay feel that extra bit special. The staff keep your treehouse immaculate throughout your stay. The boat trips are amazing and we learnt so much from the staff. I would highly recommend Treehouse Villas!

Absolutely nothing

For me I loved the uniqueness of the villas. When I saw it I said I HAVE TO STAY THERE. 😁 They have 2 hotels and several places to eat at both. There's a nice private beach where they have multiple activities. Really great time here.

Die „Treehouses“ sind extrem gut gebaut, mit Stil, wunderschön, sauber verarbeitet, durchdacht. Das ganze Gelände und die Einbettung in den Dschungel sind sagenhaft. Die Restaurants eine Delikatesse.

La exclusividad, los detalles y la privacidad en el hotel son increíbles. Tienen una app por la que puedes tanto ver las actividades que ofrecen, como pedir comida a la habitación. Tanto este hotel como el paradise ( al lado) son del mismo dueño, por lo que se puede acceder también a su restaurante. La comida muy elaborada y de calidad. Las habitaciones tal como aparecen en las fotos. Nosotros estuvimos en las que estan en frente del mar y son una pasada. El entorno es rural, rodeado de naturaleza. Para hacer snorquel mejor coger una actividad porque donde el hotel el agua apenas tiene visibilidad. El que quiera un hotel para irse al pueblo o tener ocio debería buscar otro, pero el que quiera tranquilidad y desconectar del trabajo y las masificaciones, es su hotel. Es caro pero vale mucho la pena.

If you’re looking for a quiet retreat, this is the place. We enjoyed our 4 night stay, the staff was amazing. On property you can get a massage and unwind, they also have an organic garden where they grill most of the vegetables, etc. The food was amazing.

Although a minor issue, the noise from the pool pump filter was somewhat intrusive at times which detracted from the tranquillity of the resort. It would have been nice to be able to turn it off if desired.

Breakfasts were good and well varied with good choices. Service was friendly and helpful. Accommodation was so stunning, but lacked a bit of privacy - plants should be grown around the villas to screen and make more private.

Beach cushions for the loungers could be put out till later, especially when it has been raining and then the sun eventually came out late and we wanted to sit out there admiring the view but were told the cushions get taken in at whatever time it was.

A perfect hotel! Felt like a celebrity with the full privacy and the elegant room which was very VFM!

Stay was great and services and food was incredible. Really good day activities. We booked a private boat trip for island hopping. Upon arrival and after the trip and after I had checked out I realized money was missing from my wallet. The only weekend of 2 weeks of travel that I took cash out was for this stay and it went missing. During the island hopping there were multiple instances were the staff had access to my personal stuff as we were at the beach or snorkeling or doing other activities

Beautiful villas. The ambience was very relaxing and the villas themselves were very well appointed.

I would say it is a little hard to get to and from, once you’re there you can’t really go anywhere else. There was also a little pier you could swim up to in the sea however, the steps for this were broken and rather dangerous so I would recommend staying near the shore.

Everything at this hotel was exceptional! The villas are amazing, the private pool, the views, the restaurant, the staff. We got engaged here so it’s my favorite hotel of the whole trip (of course) but the staff just took everything to the next level. We wish we had time to stay longer and can’t wait to go back
