Hotel Posta

Convenient to shops and restaurants.

location, friendly staff, good breakfast, spacious room and very quite. Ideal for traveling to Palermo and visit the city center

nothing serious but the bathroom of the room is a bit old style (small shower). Might need renovation

Sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Sehr gute Lage.

Location was good, breakfast was excellent and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Rooms were quite dated.

Helpful staff who liaised well before the visit: easy walk to old town sights

As flight was cancelled, we needed somewhere to relax between checkout and revised departure; staff did not tell us there was a little roof terrace and an air conditioned sitting room so we got very hot in the downstairs area while waiting (until we overheard the receptionist telling other guests of the roof terrace). Would have been nice to be told about it earlier as it was obvious we had a long wait.

In a quiet location but only 10 minutes walk from the old town, where there are lots of restaurants, cafes and bars in pedestrianised areas. Breakfast is good, with choice of pastries, cheese and fruit. Eggs are also offered to order.

The mattress was a little too hard.

Camera pulita e curata nei dettagli, personale gentile e accogliente; ottima posizione

Localização muito boa.

Arraial condicionado precisa ser reposicionado

Tout

Posizione ottima, personale gentilissimo, colazione super! E anche stanza bella grande!

Das Zimmer, die Lage, freundliches Personal.

Bad - alt.

The location, the room, the breakfast, and the coffee were great and a real boost to the day.

The indicator light on the mini-split could be dimmer. One closet door squeaked. But really, nothing to complain about.

The hotel has nice location, very close to train station.

There are junkies out of the window make noises all the time. They don’t tell you the water in fridge is not included, charge for the end with an extra city tax, that was annoying.

Top Lage! Sehr freundliches Personal!!

Ein wenig abgewohnt- aber grundsätzlich ok 👍

Super friendly staff. Fabulous breakfast

Nothing

Staff were very nice and location is excellent. A very convenient place to explore Palermo. Nice breakfast.

Staff is perfect and location.

Lokalizacja Śniadania Obsługa Czystość

Zbyt słaba i kapiąca klimatyzacja

Everything was perfect, from the reception to breakfast, everyone were very kind and friendly.

Nothing, everything was great

Camera silenziosa.

La ubicación y el personal

Instalaciones anticuadas, el aire no funcionaba demasiado bien

Clean and central

Water pressure not great in shower

Location, pre communication, staff and breakfast all superb. We felt very welcomed.

Shower was a little dated - but thats not a key concern. Room was very clean with plenty of space for the 3 of us.

Breakfast service was great

The bathrooms could be cleaner

Friendly, helpful staff, great location, clean, good breakfasts.

Lokalizacja super . Pomocny personel. Śniadania skromne ale wystarczające. Było łóżeczko turystyczne do dyspozycji.

Ciężki z wózkiem. Trzeba było wnosić parę schodków do malutkiej windy.

Hotel w centrum miasta, blisko historycznego centrum. Cicho, czysto. Bardzo pomocny personel. Autobus jadący na lotnisko 3 min od hotelu.

Brak uwag.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was lovely. I would happily stay again.

No complaints

Excellent value for money, conveniently located in city centre, kind and caring personnel (they offered a cold water bottle at arrival, much appreciated). Clean room, very good complementary products (including slippers and intimate soap). Good breakfast.

Single room is a bit small, but adequate for the hotel class. Room doors are ‘old fashioned’ and not sound-proof. This should be improved.

The hotel location was convenient and it was so easy to walk to many places. The staff were very helpful and hospitable during our stay. The breakfast pastries and coffee was delicious.

Ottima posizione, staff molto gentile e disponibile.

Good location, kind staff that accommodated us when we arrived later than planned

The location is fantastic, near everything without being in the crazy tourist area or main roads. Absolutely lovely breakfast staff, great hospitality, and warm service.

The drawers of the desk weren't empty from the previous people who had occupied the room. Very small bathroom, needs a renovation. The shower was too tight.

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Posta. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, especially the reception staff, but also the team at breakfast. Everyone was friendly, always smiling, and willing to help whenever we needed anything. The location is excellent, and the room was fine and comfortable for our stay. We had specifically requested a room with a balcony, and our request was kindly accommodated, which we really appreciated.

Unfortunately, the housekeeping service was very poor and was by far the most disappointing part of our stay. One day, our room was not cleaned at all, which we consider unacceptable. On the other days, the housekeepers repeatedly forgot to replace basic hygiene items, such as soap and other essentials. This happened several times during our stay and was very frustrating.

Zimmer: Größe für 2 Personen ok. Betten wirklich gut, Ausstattung ok. Duscharmatur muss ausgetauscht werden. Lage: man ist mittendrin. Also top. Frühstück: 5 Sterne! Klasse Bedienung und tolle Produkte. Sehr aufmerksam und nett.

Amazing location. Right in the centre. Everything is nearby.

Rooms are outdated. Bathroom could use a makeover. But besides that staff is very friendly and overall good experience

Cortesia, accoglienza, colazione, dimensione camera

Troppa attesa. Oltretutto arrivati in camera ci siamo accorti di una cassettiera rotta, con i cassetti impilati l'uno sull'altro. Gli arredi molto vecchi e soprattutto molta polvere.

Great location, clean, comfortable. Great to have knowledgable staff there 24 hours.

Tout

rien

Great location!

First class so good we stayed another 3 days

Personnel très agréable

Tout était bien

Personal war sehr bemüht und kompetent nett

Preisleistung

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel

Geen buffet bij het ontbijt. De vriendelijkheid van het personeel compenseerde dat

Accueil et service exceptionnels. Séjour formidable. L'hôtel que nous recommandons.

De ne pas être restés plus longtemps. Tout était au top.

We enjoyed our hotel stay. The staff was amazingly helpful. The breakfast was wonderful. We had a very pleasant stay.

Everything was good.

Location was very central, easy to get to from the train station. We checked in quite late and the gentleman who helped us was lovely! Breakfast was great. The lady working in the dining room was very kind and helpful.

The beds only had a sheet. It would've been much more comfortable to have some kind of blanket - even provided in the room, if not on the bed. The room wasn't clean. When checking under the bed before checking out, we found several large pieces of old food - quite obviously wasn't cleaned for some time. The bathroom wasn't ideal.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We received breakfast each day and coffee and drinks whenever we wanted. It was the hot season so we utilized the room a lot.

Great location, very helpful staff, rooms very clean

The bed wasn’t very comfortable

Her şey harikaydı

Breakfast was excellent so was the location. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Aircon wasn't in all the building.

Staff and location

The hotel is very very noisy, tjere is no isolation and you hear everything

The breakfast was huge and varied.

The room was small and uninspiring. It did not have SkyTv (the reason I booked so that i could watch Wimbledon) despite its Booking.com listing saying it did. The room was dark during the day but light during the night due to the street lighting and inadequate curtaining. There was an electric jug and tea bags (no coffee, milk or sugar) but only paper cups. The shower was very small.

The location and aircon

The rooms were a little tired and I was expecting the room terrace to be somewhere where you could have drinks.

The hotel was central, the service by all staff was exceptional. Very friendly atmosphere and the breakfast service was second to none. Very organised and made our stay very comfortable.

Special kudos to Davide for his support and overall great personnel, they were very helpful and managed to deal fast with an issue I had on the initial room they gave me. Old fashioned hotel but in a good way ;)

Location and staff are fantastic

Need more choice for breakfast

Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Helped us with a guide of where to go and what to do as well as accommodating our luggage. Breakfast was lovely and service impeccable.

Shower room and shower head could have been better - a little cramped and small but more annoyingly the shower head would not remain in place. Nothing that would put us off revisiting however.

Alles in allem empfehlenswert.
