Todo muy bien a excepción de dos cosas una las cosas del baño son insuficientes estuve dos días y solo un jabón pequeño tuvimos y el pésimo servicio en el área del desayuno súper caras molestas y servicio malo esa parte si deberían modificarla

En general es un buen hotel para hospedarse, las instalaciones en apariencia ya son algo viejas pero están muy bien cuidadas. Si es recomendable.

En general todo estuvo muy bien

Me quedé sólo una noche y descansé muy bien con mi familia, las instalaciones estan muy bien, el gym muy grande, los desayunos suficientes, el lugar bonito.

En la noche salia un omor terrible de las coladeras del baño que no podias dormir, al otro día fui a decirles y quedaron que le iban a poner una tapa la cual nunca hicieron y el cuarto apestaba

Solucite habitacion de capacidafes diferentes y el espacio para la ducha es muy conveniente. Pero la regadera de telefono completamente inadecuada. M No se podía sugetar de la barra, pues era una adaptación de cabezal de regadera convencional, muy pesada e inconveniente. El dasayuno básico pero bueno. El estacionamiento seguro. Centro comercial a 5 min en auto. Ubicación accesible.

Es un hotel que te ofrece un precio justo por lo que se paga. Sencillo, cómodo y suficiente para una estancia de trabajo.

El lugar no cuenta con restaurant, y tampoco hay mucho comercio al rededor, esta rodeada de zona industrial, pero a 20 minutos caminando hay una plaza donde pueden conseguir restaurant, por todo lo demas dentro del hotel bueno

En general, para pasar la noche, estuvo muy bien. Los espejos (baño y habitación) ya dan el aspecto de ser muy viejos y las camas tenían un olor a humedad, como si no se hubiesen cambiado las sabanas en mucho tiempo. El personal es muy atento y amable.

Deberían dar mantenimiento y limpieza a su aire acondicionado, y que si alguno de sus empleados están enfermos, que usen cubrebocas, la chica de la recepción de la mañana estaba muy enferma y así la hicieron ir a trabajar, mínimo debería usar cubrebocas

This hotel is located 2 hours away from airport and it will cost $ 150 usd to get there from airport I don’t recommend it.

La habitación está agradable y cómoda, pero el desayuno queda mucho a deber ya que no hay casi opciones

I was given a room and when i went someone was already sleeping in the room. Given a second room and there were blood stains on carpet and sheets. Finally the third room was okay. Hotel is old and needs a refresh.

Considero que la experiencia es limitada y cubre lo mínimo necesario para el hospedaje. El servicio no es del todo bueno, las habitaciones son de buen tamaño, tiene un olor peculiar y al estar alfombradas no es muy limpio (había cabellos enredados en la habitación).

Bring a was rag. 20 min walk to there mall. Room was small. Breakfast at 7 am it was dam near all gone at 708am.

We reserved two rooms at Microtel Toluca and everyone had a wonderful 3 night stay. The hotel and rooms are super clean, the beds are very comfortable; the breakfast was great; and staff was friendly. I was a bit hesitant since the price was so good, but everything was great. We stayed on the 2nd floor rooms 220 and 214. The elevators were super quick. The breakfast opens at 6:30am, not a minute sooner, but they had real plates and silverware (contrary to a review I had read). It included fresh fruit, yogurt and granola; cereals; fresh juice; eggs and meat; breads; coffee; tea. Everything was delicious and filling. We didn’t have any issues finding seating space for breakfast. In the evenings they had coffee, tea, and water always available by the lobby. We had to ask for a hand towel, but bath towels were there. They also brought us an iron upon request. There are no safes in the room, but the cleaning lady seemed very trustworthy and did a magnificent job cleaning our room daily. The soap bar was great. There is no free shuttle to the airport; but we were able to reserve an inexpensive Uber pick up at a specified time 7:00am and the Uber driver arrived a few minutes early (with our Uber app). The hotel is maybe 10 min from the airport with normal traffic, so very convenient. Overall we had a wonderful stay at this hotel and definitely look forward to our next visit here.

Property was a bit dirty around the building and while rooms are OK. Some work can be done in the bathrooms. Shower head was falling all the time.

The shower has no water very limited. We stay 8 days and we changed 4 rooms. None of the rooms were in a satisfactory condition

It is unfortunate that this hotel does not offer a free shuttle normally but only on request at least 24 hrs before arrival. I made a same day reservation and could not get a shuttle. Had to cancel and get refund

Pretty neat hotel and staff service is excellent

We never got there. We called the hotel, they didn't have our reservation, then the person at the desk hung up on us.please reimburse our credit card. Thank you for your help on this matter.

Good place we stayed for a night

No airport transportation. It was listed as one of the services. The property was ok but it needs more attention to cleaning and maintenance, the bathroom sink had a leak.

The Hotel is OK. Its kind of isolate from accessible walking areas. The shower did not work correctly. Have to get the manager to do something to fix it, and they try but still not good. I can not give an opinion of the breakfast since I did not hav the opportunity to get any. I went to relax and part of that is not getting early. The breakfast hours I can said that are not good enough. They are from 6:00 am to 9:00 am. I would have to get up early to get at least coffee but it would defeat the purpose of trying to rest

Existen varios hoteles en la zona, sin embargo este es el que cuenta con más espacio en las habitaciones y con las camas más cómodas.

I try to cancel the reservations because I can’t go in to Mexico but the immigration authorities don’t avoid me to stay in the country

The shuttle service to the mall was terrific, it's a bit of a walk. The seniora that took care of the rooms was great, hard working and accommodating. The noise level from the traffic was high, not a tranquil place, I believe it's suited for business. Close to airport etc

My husband and I stayed 1 night while waiting for a flight out of the local airport as we were heading on to Puerto Vallarta. Great clean and comfortable hotel rooms! The beds were comfortable and the shower had lots of hot water and pressure. We slept really good. It was very quiet as well. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We took the shuttle to the airport and ate at the hotels free breakfast. There is a little shopping mall up the street if you need something to do while waiting or need to find a restaurant, fast food or food court or shop for items. We walked around the mall for an hour or two and grabbed a bite while waiting to check into our room upon arrival! Everything was great for a quick and comfortable 1 night stay! Ty so much Microtel Inn Toluca!!

Bad staff, bed bugs, gym has all machines broken and hotel is very Noisey, there is a lot better hotels for around the same price.
