Reviewed Jun 24, 2026Stayed here for business for 3 nights and was not impressed with the hotel. Room was Ok. Nothing special, nothing really bad but nothing that stood out. In the bathroom, celling siding panels falling off, faucet leaking. Breakfast was good. most disappointing was dinner food in the restaurant. soups from microwave, steak from frying pan, bread was at least a week old on multiple occasions. Needless to say, next time i am staying in a different hotel.

Unfortunately, that wasn't the case, as the receptionist, Jennifer, seemed angry and behaved in an annoyed and rude manner. THE GOOD: The stay was very pleasant, both in the facilities and in the rooms. The opposite was true when checking out: I was assisted by another lady whose name I don't remember, but she was the complete opposite of the first one, which is why I gave them an average rating. MY SUGGESTION: TAKE CARE OF THOSE SMALL DETAILS WHEN A GUEST ARRIVES AT THE HOTEL. THEY EXPECT SOMETHING PLEASANT, AND THAT DETAIL AT THE BEGINNING IS IMPORTANT, IN MY OPINION. THANK YOU. OBRIGADO

Reviewed Jan 2, 2024We always stay at this hotel as it's the closest to my sister's home in Toluca. This time, we requested a date change from Dec 24 to Dec 25. According to Expedia, the hotel management agreed to the change without penalties and made the respective notes manually but by the time we arrived on Dec 25 at 10 pm they said they had no records of the change and the manager was not aware at all. Interestingly, their front desk person did say she received the call from Expedia and directed them to management. At this point, the hotel didn't offer any options but to make a new reservation at their current rate. Since we couldn't afford that, we drove back home two hours away, at 11 pm on Christmas. This is not the first time we have had issues with management here, a year ago $700 USD disappeared from the hotel room and the manager did not provide any support or help to find the person responsible. Be careful! Their customer service is the worst.
