אחד המלונות הכי מדהימים שביקרתי בהם, הכל מדוייק עד הפרט הכי קטן. מרגיש ממש כמו גן עדן! עשו לנו קבלת פנים מושלמת. והצוות היה פשוט אדיב ומקסים. יש כפר דייגים קסום מאחורי המלון עם מסעדות וברים מעולים וקסומים מלון וחוויה ששווה כל שקל!!!

The room was very luxurious & well set up.

Not much at all. The grounds were a bit untidy, but that may be due to offseason.

Tout était parfait. L’environnement magnifique, le confort de la chambre super et il y a un petit village juste à côté très pratique. L’accueil avec Sandra et Plum était fantastique. Le petit déjeuner était aussi parfait avec un grand choix !

Les restaurants de l’hôtel le soir étaient chers par rapport au repas proposé. Également, dans le restaurant principal, une serveuse assez désagréable car oppressante pour prendre la commande et impatiente..

Unser Aufenthalt war traumhaft schön. Wunderschöner Strand, wir hatten einen Bungalow direkt in der ersten Reihe, das war perfekt. Das Essen war super gut. Wir haben alles sehr genossen.

Halfboard dinner not good

Bereits bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich und freundlich begrüßt. Der Check-in verlief schnell und reibungslos und wir erhielten sogar ein kostenloses Zimmer-Upgrade. Unser Bungalow lag direkt am Meer, was unseren Aufenthalt besonders schön gemacht hat. Das gesamte Personal war während unseres Aufenthalts ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Besonders möchten wir Att hervorheben und uns für den tollen Service bedanken – wir haben uns jederzeit sehr gut betreut gefühlt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend und bot eine sehr große und vielfältige Auswahl. Auch die beiden Poolanlagen sowie der Strand und das Meer waren sehr sauber, gepflegt und ansprechend. Das Hotel bietet zudem zahlreiche unterschiedliche Aktivitäten an, sodass für genügend Abwechslung gesorgt ist. Besonders praktisch fanden wir die eigene App der Hotelanlage. Darüber lässt sich praktisch alles organisieren – von Restaurantreservierungen und der Bestellung eines Buggys bis hin zu Speisekarten sowie Bestellungen aufs Zimmer oder direkt an den Pool. Aufgrund des schlechten Wetters mussten wir unsere Reisepläne kurzfristig ändern und unseren Aufenthalt verlängern. Das Hotel reagierte darauf ausgesprochen flexibel und zuvorkommend. Besonders positiv fanden wir, dass uns das bereits erhaltene Zimmer-Upgrade auch für die zusätzlichen Nächte zum bisherigen Preis angeboten wurde. Auch der spätere Check-out und der Transfer verliefen problemlos.

Es gibt nur wenige Punkte, die wir kritisieren würden. Die Auswahl an Speisen in den Restaurants war unserer Meinung nach eher begrenzt und die Preise waren vergleichsweise hoch. Außerhalb der Hotelanlage gibt es in der direkten Umgebung zudem nicht besonders viele Möglichkeiten für Unternehmungen. Wer viel außerhalb des Resorts erleben möchte, sollte dies bei der Buchung berücksichtigen.

We just loved EVERYTHING! The staff were the best, very accommodating and friendly. We had the best welcoming when we arrived, which made it extra special for us! We would go back anytime!

The dinner at Api was not great, but breakfast were the best!

Die Lage am Strand, die Einrichtung der Villa, die Poollandschaft, die Freundlichkeit des Personals, die Restaurants, das Essen im allgemein und das Gym.

Einziger Nachteil ist, wenn man es als Nachteil sieht, dass man immer auf einen Bootstransfer angewiesen ist, wenn man das Ressort verlassen möchte.

פחות התחברתי לטעמים בחדר האוכל בבוקר. אין גבינות בחדר אוכל אין חלב באזור כולו ואם רוצים להכין קפה בחדר יש צורך לרכוש מהחדר אוכל כוס חלב ב110 באט על כוס אחת !! אין מי שתייה באופן חופשי בחדרים וצריך לרכוש כל פעם בקבוק ב30 באט בחדרים אי אפשר לפתוח חלונות ואין רשתות , צריך כל הזמן להפעיל את המזגן .

SAii was absolutely amazing and felt like a true tropical paradise. We received a wonderful upgrade to a huge, spotless two-bedroom villa with an incredible view and even a personalized sign at the entrance. The staff were exceptional, the warm sea was beautiful, the breakfast and resort restaurant were excellent, and they prepared a lovely surprise in our room after I proposed to my fiancée.

Before our trip, we came across several negative reviews, which made us a little concerned. However, none of those comments reflected our experience at all - we had an amazing stay and honestly could not find anything to complain about. Our only regret was not staying longer.

Tout était exceptionnel. De l’arrivée en bateau à longue queue sur l’île, l’effet « waouh » dès que l’on débarque, le personnel au petit soin dès l’arrivée, que ce soit l’accueil à la réception ou par les hommes qui s’occupent des valises. Durant le séjour tout était parfait également, propreté irréprochable, cadre exceptionnel, petit dej délicieux et hyper complet, piscine magnifique (toboggan pour les enfants), plage superbe, et villa incroyable (encore merci pour le surclassement) Notre fils de 3 ans a adoré pouvoir nourir les poissons tous les matins au centre d’activité. Encore merci à tout le personnel pour leur énorme gentillesse avec nous et nos enfants. On reviendra sans hésiter !

Great pools, beautiful beach. Rooms large and clean with everything you need. Breakfast fantastic.

Overall an excellent vacation. SAii App communication was excellent. Facilities on the resort was exceptional!! SAii boat transfer was also good.

Le cadre est magnifique, le personnel est extrêmement gentil, travailleur, l'accueil à l'arrivée, les navettes, les repas en général. Les attentions en chambre pour l'anniversaire de ma mère. La gestion de notre arrivée et la gestion de notre départ via longtailboat et speedboat. La tranquillité des lieux, le village à 2 minutes de l'hôtel, la rencontre avec les locaux. Le restaurant thaï de l'hôtel est beau et la cuisine excellente. Tout le personnel de l'hôtel est dévoué.

Les déchets dans la mer. La mer est rocailleuse. Il faut trouver une solution . Il faut améliorer le petit déjeuner dans le sens où c'est un 5 etoiles un peu usine. Quand la mer est basse, les employés ont énormément de travail à faire au niveau des transferts des passagers et du port des bagages. Ils sont admirables.

The location, the staff, food and the cleanliness. Spa experience also was a pleasant one. Everything is veey hassle free with their app.

The location! That it required a rough boat ride to reach there or move from there is the only concern i have. The waves were rough when we started from Saii. Also the fact that the property doesnt quite have good frequency for transport to & fro the island. We had a flight at 1030am from Phuket and were struggling to find a good option for an early morning departure. Finally we ended up advancing our checkout by one day and stayed overnight at Phuket. Obviously, the charges were refundable!

Schönes kleines Häuschen, schöner Strand und nettes kleines Dorf neben der Anlage zum Essen/trinken gehen. Pools sind groß genug und das Ambiente ist schön.

Lange Wege zwischen Pools, Haus, etc. Wirkt teilweise sehr abgenutzt und die Lage ist leider sehr abgeschieden. Der shuttle service kostet pro Fahrt pro person 3000 THB was einfach unverschämt ist, das sollte bei dem Preis inkludiert sein.

Personen som hjälpte till och checka in oss var jätte hjälpsam och vänlig. Hon får 11 av 10, ni bör ge henne en stort tack för att hon tar hand om eran kunder. Vi kändes oss välkommen.

Personen som checkade ut oss var jätte otrevlig och arrogant. Ni borde prata med henne för att alla som bemöts av henne känner säkert ovälkommen. Vi kände det. Tråkigt att ni har personal som henne när alla andra är så bra.

Should be a fan on the external balcony area and better mosquito management

Beautifully kept grounds, bungalow was stunning, clean, smelt like a spa when you walked in. Lived the local village located round the back of the grounds.

Only fault was the lack of hot water in the shower, even after running for 5 mins the water only reached luke warm and not hot.

It was impossible to reach the island due to a storm, with waves of 2-3 meters, and the weather service recommended staying home and not taking boat trips. The hotel told us we could go by ferry, but risk our lives to visit an island? We went to the port, and people were disembarking, distraught and terrified by what they had experienced. Honestly, since the only way to reach the island is by boat, the hotel should have a more flexible cancellation policy or simply not sell it for the rainy season. Thailand deceived us; please don't go from June to October because you can't do ANYTHING except shop. Everything you see in the photos is unenviable because the sea is incredibly rough and the rains are unbearable.

El hotel es precioso, era temporada baja (junio) asi que teniamos las instalaciones, la piscina y laplaya practicamente para nosotros solos. Las habitaciones muy lindas y comodas, el servicio muy bueno. El hotel es perfecto. Nos encantó

Si contratas el traslado con el hotel las horas de ida y regreso son limitadas. Escoge vuelos de regreso tarde para que piedas estar un tiempo mas largo en la mañana.

Buffet sáng không đa dạng. Đồ ăn nhà hàng dở hơn đồ ăn ở local village đằng sau rất nhiều mà còn mắc. Xếp gia đình mình ở rất xa trung tâm nên đi bộ rất xa dù mấy căn gần trung tâm cũng ko có ai ở Không thông tin kĩ cho khách về chuyến tàu, mình cứ tưởng đi 60' nhưng mình chủ động hỏi mới biết 2 tiếng hơn. Mình có dùng room service có gọi nhưng sau đó không ai chủ động dọn dẹp khiến ruồi * côn trùng bu rất nhiều. Phòng tắm có dầu gội khô và rít tóc & không có dầu xả tóc Phòng gym máy móc hư nhiều, tiếng kêu ọt ẹt

O hotel é incrível. Muito grande, moderno, funcionários super simpáticos, maravilhosos do começo ao final. O hotel conta com um aplicativo para fazer todos os pedidos ao longo da estadia, inclusive transporte dentro do hotel! A localização é fora de série! Desde a praia a frente quanto a vila atrás que nao te deixa limitado. Cafe da manhã mais do que completo, impecável! Serviço extremamente rapido. Piscinas incríveis.

Apesar de bons os restaurantes do hotel são caros. Não gostamos muito das instalações do spa, preço elevado e ficou aquém do esperado.

El lugar es maravilloso, sus instalaciones son muy lindas visualmente y comodas tambien. Nos recibieron con toallas humedas por el calor, snacks y bebida fria. Tenian netflix en la habitacion

Lo que no me gusto es que para ingresarnos a la habitacion demoraron como dos horas, habia que descargar una aplicacion y a cada huesped le explicaban su funcionamiento. En nuestro caso nos hospedamos solo un dia, demoraron tanto en ingresarnos que para el momento que nos liberamos se habia nublado y el mar en la isla se habia alejado 300mts aprox, por lo tanto tampoco pudimos disfrutar de la playa. Como tuvimos que reclamar que nos ingresen nisiquiera se tomaron la molestia de atendernos como al resto, nos dijeron que necesitabamos descargarnos la app y nada mas. Otro punto en contra fue que todo lo del frigobar tenia costo (siendo un hotel 5estrellas) mientras que en otros hospedajes de menor nivel nos dejaban snacks y bebidas sin costo. Para salir del hotel si o si necesitabas viajar en lancha y ese servicio no venia incluido si es que querias visitar el centro de la isla. Las excursiones que ofrecian se tenian que abonar en cash si o si. Considerando que puedes no llevar lo necesario y estando en una isla tambien eso era algo limitante. Podias visitar otras islas cercanas en la zona pero para desembarcar tenias que pagar su ingreso.

Its a beautiful property and the beach is gorgeous! We also found plenty of different options for food. We organized a tour through the activity center as well as massage and both were great experiences! We also didnt find the place to be too expensive and a great value for money

The hotel is amazing and we spent wonderful time there! The staff is the key - they are so helpful and there is nothing they could not solve. They always were there for us! The breakfast so delicious and there are a lot of options! The dinners are great! The territory is big and you feel the nature! The only thing is that it was low tide and swimming in the sea was not an option but there are two swimming pools so it’s fine.

The grounds weren’t as lush as you would expect for an island 5 star resort. The service was also lacking. No service at the pool etc. when we checked in we were waiting over an hour and then the room still wasn’t ready. Very little information was given by the staff on what was on offer around the resort
