The hotel was absolutely beautiful, clean, and full of charm. The smell of the wooden chalets was amazing and created such a warm and cozy atmosphere. Our room was also super clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.

The only downside was the location. The hotel was quite far from the main port, so every time we wanted to take a boat trip to the nearby islands, we had to arrange a ferry, which was quite expensive. If you want a quiet vacation, this is very good choice.

Environmentally aesthetic chalet resort that blended in well with the natural vegetation. Very comfortable and spacious chalet, with a fantastic sea view. A great coral reef directly in front of the resort, with direct access from the beach. The resort provided complimentary snorkelling gear and kayaks. Authentic Thai food that was of a high standard at the resort, with a small village only 10mins walk away. An overall highlight was the friendliness and quality of all the staff, in particular Beem. We already look forward to our next visit to Phi Phi Phu Chalet Resort.

Access to the beach for snorkelling was amazing. Very short walk into town for restaurants and fun. The food at the chalet was fantastic. The view from the room was unrivalled.

What we loved most was how peaceful the resort felt. Set amongst the trees, each chalet had a real sense of privacy while still being just a short walk from all the facilities. The main buildings are beautifully constructed from natural round timber and are open to the sea, giving them a lovely rustic feel that blends perfectly with the surroundings. The location is fantastic – right on the beach – but the real highlight is the view. Waking up to the turquoise sea, dramatic limestone cliffs and lush greenery was unforgettable. It really is one of those places where you find yourself stopping just to admire the scenery. What really made this place special was the people. The staff couldn’t have been more welcoming or helpful, always greeting us with a smile and doing everything they could to make our stay as enjoyable and memorable as possible. During our stay the maintenance team were carrying out some repairs, but it was done thoughtfully and never felt intrusive or affected our enjoyment of the resort.

It’s a great place so there wasn’t much to improve let alone dislike. . As this was our first stop in Thailand, we were a little surprised that toilet paper couldn’t be flushed and had to be placed in the bin instead. We soon realised this is common in many parts of Thailand, so it wasn’t really a fault of the resort. It certainly wouldn’t stop us returning, but it’s worth knowing in advance if it’s your first visit to the country.

Was nice and we enjoyed. The location was good. They helped us with luggage. Respectful.very kind men. The reception lady was very nice and humble. Welcomed us nicely. Tour was good. They provided fruits and water, I think was nice of them. The room was very beautiful and nice view. The water was so clean and we swam every day. Food was good, the most of it. Atmosphere all in all was nice.

Apparently they found a scorpion in the pool. That was scary. One lady was hurrying us with food. She actually took my sister's plate while she was eating. She paused, and the lady came took it away. I understand the timing with orders and closing of kitchen, but even when we came a little earlier was same. We just let it slide. Because she was "nice," just her working pace was a little too much. No time.i always felt like I was always rushed. They should warn people about the mosquitoes, and also with sharp rocks in the water when you go swimming. I got cut because the stones are too sharp. Maybe also offer shoes for that for people to purchase, or have it explained while booking. Or even give a warning.

- Geen schaduw in de ochtend aan de ligbedden van het zwembad. Extra ligbedden aan de andere kant van het zwembad plaatsen. - Luidruchtige bouw werkzaamheden aan het zwembad. - Check-out: boot terug naar Tonsai pier niet inbegrepen en prijzig: 1000 bath voor 4 personen. - Handdoeken zwembad en kamer hebben een onfrisse geur. - Een toilet dichtbij het zwembad zou praktisch zijn. Nu moet je door het restaurant in je zwemkledij om naar het toilet te gaan. - Boot excursie naar Phi Phi Leh via hotel aan de dure kant. 6000 bath voor 4 personen.

Take my review seriously and ignore the old ratings. This hotel may have been a 4-star hotel years ago, but today it honestly feels like a 3-star property, and even the staff themselves confirmed to me that they are now 3 stars. I traveled with my wife and two young daughters expecting a comfortable family stay based on the Booking.com description and old reviews, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The good things first: The staff were actually very kind and respectful The swimming pool area is nice The location is relatively close to the village But the problems were too many to ignore: Reception closes at 9 PM. After that, there is basically no reception service. There is no phone in the room, so every small request means walking all the way to reception. The hotel has A LOT of stairs. Reaching the rooms from the beach side can feel exhausting, especially for families with children or strollers. Water pressure in the shower was extremely weak. I first thought this was normal because we are on Phi Phi Island, but after moving to another resort nearby, I realized the issue was only with this hotel. The towels, pillows, and bed sheets had a very bad humid/sweaty smell. Honestly, the smell was one of the worst parts of the stay. The restaurant prices were almost double compared to the nearby village restaurants only a few minutes away. The biggest issue for me was the extra bed situation. Before booking, I checked the Q&A section and understood that transportation from Tonsai Pier to the hotel and back was included, but when we arrived, that was not true. Then after arriving, despite booking as a family with two children (2 years old and 5 years old), they asked for: 1500 THB PER NIGHT for an extra bed 500 THB PER NIGHT for a baby cot These prices are honestly unreasonable. Instead of helping a family feel comfortable, I felt pressured and exploited after already arriving at the island with no easy alternatives.

The hotel is realistically a 3-star property, not 4-star as advertised • Reception closes at 9 PM • No telephone in the room, so you must walk to reception for everything • Too many stairs, very exhausting for families with children - The beach is not suitable for swimming at all — it is very rocky - You need to walk or go to Phi Phi Holiday Resort or the village area if you actually want to swim - The beach here is mostly just for the view, not for enjoying the water • Extremely weak shower water pressure • Towels, pillows, and bed sheets had a very bad humid/sweaty smell • Restaurant prices are extremely overpriced compared to the village • Charged 1500 THB per night for an extra bed • Charged 500 THB per night for a baby cot • Felt exploited and overcharged for every small thing • Booking information about free transfer from/to Tonsai was misleading • No flexibility or real effort to help a family with children • Old reviews and ratings are misleading — the reality today is completely different

De rust, ons huisje met prachtig uitzicht over de zee, het personeel, het heerlijke eten. Kortom: een heerlijk verblijf!

Je zit aan zee, maar hebt niet een mooi strand voor de accommodatie. Het strandje stelt niets voor en er liggen veel stenen.

The staff went above and beyond. We went for a boat trip, which they booked for us, and they provided food and drinks for us. The staff felt like family; they were so kind. The room, the food, and the facilities were exceptional.

L’établissement était très propre, le personnel très sympa, toujours disponible, le petit déjeuner très copieux et l’endroit très beau.

L’emplacement : il n’y a pas de plage, et pour se rendre dans la ville il faut payer 1800 bahts pour un bateau pour un aller (à prendre en considération car ça revient vite cher)

We hadden een mooie bungalow met 2 slaapkamers. Het resort ligt dichtbij een leuk gemoedelijk dorp met alle nodige faciliteiten

Ontbijt was a la carte en erg beperkt. Zowel de bar als restaurant gaan om 9 uur al dicht en laatste bestelronde is om half 9. Als het hotel een boottocht voor je regelt is het buiten de schuttle service om 25-40% duurder. Het terras en de keuken van de 2 slaapkamer bungalows is erg klein en garden view hield bij ons geen uitzicht in behalve het dak van het restaurant

C’était vraiment super si vous le faites je vous conseille 2 nuits max après vous commencez à vous ennuyer car il n’y pas beaucoup de vie le soir. Le personnel est adorable rien à dire. Du kayak à disposition la plage, le restaurant de l’hôtel et la piscine sont tous de très bonne qualité.

Amazing place to stay on Phi Phi Island. Away from the main Pier, but within a 10-minute walking distance is a small village with restaurants and bars. Also, the staff is super nice, especially the ladies in their restaurant with good food.

This property was situated in a quiet spot on Phi Phi Island and I felt like I was staying in luxury - from the refreshing welcome drinks, our beautiful bungalow with the most gorgeous view to wake up to, the little village with quaint bars just a short walk away. Our private longtail tour organised through reception was a highlight. We loved soaking in the pool and enjoyed many fruit shakes at the bar. Thank you for the most memorable stay ❤️

There are many stairs to climb which is difficult if you have mobility issues.

Chalet superbe mais qui nécessite une vraie grimpette ! Le sentiment d'être très encadré : le réglement omniprésent et pour la première fois de tous mes séjours un mémo qui annonce le prix des objets en cas de casse ou disparition (ex le verre de brosse à dents..). Que c'est maladroit car en plus inutile. Un personnel qui ne parle pas anglais , dans un hôtel de ce prix ! Et des prix excessifs pour le service proposés avec en prime, 3% de commission facturé pour une note à plus de 1000€ qui ne m'a jamais été réclamé ailleurs. C'est mesquin. Enfin une salle de restaurant lugubre le soir: profitez du village à coté pour un rapport qualité prix bien différent.

From the moment arrived staff were so friendly and happy. The views of the sea were amazing. We stayed in the 2 bed family bungalow. The room was amazingly clean. The food in restaurant was amazing.

The hotel only offered 1 free transfer on arrival from Tonsai pier. Would be nice maybe offer an additional. Storage in the bedroom wasn’t ideal.

No TV in the room. Bad pillows on the bed. Water heater in the bathroom malfunctioning. You have to cross a street to go to a really small beach full of rocks, where nobody of the guests are going. After 8 pm: no food, no drinks & no swimming anymore. The pool is totally different than what’s shown on the pictures. Location is in the middle of nowhere. They should offer free shuttle service to go to the center. Tot expensive for what you’re getting…

Friendly staff , lovely Thai food

We loved the charming treehouse style bungalows which were full of character. Ours had a beautiful sea view. Staff were very attentive and friendly. The pool area was lovely with no issues getting a sun lounger at any time of day. It is very peaceful and serene here.

Breakfast was OK but options were limited. The location of this accommodation is quite isolated. You have to take a longtail boat to access it from Tonsai pier and the nearest small village with a handful of bars and restaurants is a good 10-15 minutes walk.

The room was amazing!!the sunrise in the ocean was amazing! We loved “Rambo.” Who worked there. It is an adventure getting to resort in low tide but was well worth. Visit the blue moon bar when you’re there. Such an amazing group of people. 12 minute walk.

This is easily the best hotel during our two month trip to Thailand. Silence, views, pool, kayak boats and Phi Phi island combine into wonderful mix of the great stay. Service was great, I felt like I'm at home to be fair.

We had a wonderful stay at this resort and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided great service throughout our stay, always making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. The resort itself was very quiet, clean, and well-maintained. Our room was cozy and offered an exceptional view. The pool area was also beautifully maintained—an ideal spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The food was another highlight. The menu offered a great variety of delicious options, and the breakfast was rich, to start the day right. We also loved that the chalet provides complimentary kayaking, snorkeling gear, and life vests free of charge, which made it easy to explore and enjoy the water. Additionally, they offer private longboat trips around the islands (for an extra fee). One small tip: be sure to bring mosquito repellent. While the accommodation provides an electric repellent in the room, you’ll definitely want extra protection when spending time outdoors. Overall, a fantastic stay with great service, beautiful views, and plenty of relaxing and fun activities.

Hervorzuheben ist das Personal - super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sauber und die Anlage ist schön in einem Hang angelegt mit Blick aufs Meer. Der Blick vom Bett ist klasse. Das Essen im Restaurant ist sehr gut. Das Frühstück ist einfach (kein Buffet) aber dennoch gut und völlig ausreichend. Verbesserungsvorschlag ist definitiv ein Steg aufs Meer. Da kein Strand vorhanden ist, könnte man so bei Ebbe oder Niedrigwasser den Weg über die Steine überbrücken.

Die Anreise kann sportlich werden, wenn Ebbe ist. Koffer über ca 200m in bald hüfthohen Wasser zum Boot tragen. Wir haben es als Abenteuer angesehen und nicht zwingend negativ. Für ältere Leute aber kann es ein Hindernis werden.

Sehr schöne, kleine Anlage mit ungefähr 10 separaten Bungalows im Hang direkt am Meer. Angenehm ruhige Lage. 10 Minuten zu Fuß in den nächsten kleinen Ort. Von Tonsai nur zu Fuß (90 Minuten) oder mit einem Longtailboot (15 Minuten) zu erreichen. Die Bungalows haben alles, was man braucht. Außerordentlich sauber. Schöner Pool. Gutes Frühstück. Stabiles Wi-Fi.

Man muss sich bewusst sein, dass man bei der An- und Abreise ein paar Schritte durch das Wasser machen muss. Der Transfer von Tonsai zur Unterkunft ist inklusive. Der Transfer zurück muss zusätzlich gebucht und bezahlt werden (250 THB pro Person). Wir hatten einen kleinen "Zwischenfall": Um 2.30 Uhr in der Nacht haben andere Gäste unsere eigentlich verschlossene Tür zum Bungalow geöffnet. Auf das Erlebnis hätten wir gerne verzichtet. Hier hätten wir uns etwas mehr Feedback gewünscht von der Unterkunft. Grundsätzlich aber natürlich ein Fehler der anderen Gäste und nicht der Unterkunft.

Wundervolle Lage am Meer, Bungalow mit großem Fenster und Blick vom Bett auf den Sonnenuntergang überm Meer. Die Bungalows sind wunderschön mit super Außenbereich. Frühstück ist top und das Personal im Restaurant wahnsinnig lieb, vor allem zu unserem Baby. Vor der Unterkunft ist ein wunderbares Riff zum Schnorcheln mit bunten Fischen und intakten Korallen (am Besten ein bisschen auf die Gezeiten gucken, dann schnorchelt es sich besser). Bei Ebbe entsteht ein wunderbarer Sandstrand direkt vor dem Hotel. Das Dorf in der Nähe hat alles, viele Restaurants, Minimärkte, Touranbieter, Wäschereien (gibt auch alles im Hotel, halt mit entsprechendem Aufschlag - billig ist aber auch das Dorf nicht).

Die Kommunikation um den Shuttle könnte etwas besser sein. Es gibt feste Zeiten, dh wir mussten eineinhalb Stunden warten, um den kostenlosen Shuttle bei Anreise zu nutzen (wir haben halt etwas gegessen, war kein Problem). Der Mann am Hafen spricht kein Englisch und man bekommt keinerlei Informationen. Am Ende klappt natürlich alles, aber bei der Preiskategorie hatten wir etwas mehr erwartet. Wenn man es weiß, ist auch alles okay.

The bungalow was really perfect, the complete place is very authentic. The view is amazing, hearing the sea continuously is also a great experience. The pool is really great and always have shadow around if you want. The staff is really friendly and helpful, the restaurant has delicious food on great price. Breakfast is simple, you can always select from the same few options, but it is very tasty and good portion.

Hotel is at a really calm part, but not the best location. There is no beach around. The closest beaches (15mins walk) are mainly reserved for other hotels' guests.

Loved this place, so relaxing, spotlessly clean everywhere, clean pool, lovely floral smell everywhere, amazing sea views from the bungalows. Really good prices for food and drinks - good food and drinks. The staff where the most friendly staff we have ever come across in any resort in Thailand and this is our 6th time in Thailand. The staff really made our stay. Short lovely walk 10-15 min into a lovely small village and beach, also a stunning white sand beach beach approx 20 min walk in the opposite direction. Or you can get a fun tuk tuk for 100baht. Beach is also useable at the hotel when the tide is right, and great snorkelling outside the hotel - free kayaks and snorkel gear provided. Would definitely come back!

L'hôtel est à 1 km du village le plus proche. Il faut donc prévoir un peu de marche ou 100 bht de tuk tuk.

Vue exceptionnelle depuis notre chambre, très confortable, au calme. Lieu apaisant, loin du tumulte de la ville, superbe piscine. Très bonne literie.

Amazing views from the chalet, the restaurant and the pool! Super friendly and welcoming staff! No need to book a boat tour via GetYourGuide, because they can arrange it for similar prices, but you get picked up at the accommodation itself! (And you don’t have to make a trip to the main harbour)

Terrible transport via long tail boat, left later than said and had to wait 2 hrs for the transfer. Had us walk down the broken pier with all luggage then change direction and go back down the beach to get the boat. No air con and no free toilets while we waited in the heat.

Wunderschöne Anlage abseits der vielen Touristen, authentische Einrichtung, Chalets am Hang mit traumhafter Aussicht aufs Meer. Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend, sehr freundlich und aufmerksam! Sehr familiär! Küche sehr fein! Rechts davon in 10 Minuten Fussweg kleines Dorf mit vielen Restaurants, Strand, links 20 Minuten Fussmarsch wunderschöner Strand mit Essmöglikeiten.

Personeel ongelooflijk behulpzaam en lief. Prachtige ruime huisjes, met comfortabele bedden, niet zo hard als in de rest van Thailand. Voor de deur ligt een enorm mooi rif om te snorkelen.

Iets meer schaduwplekken/parasols bij het zwembad zou prettig zijn.

From the moment you arrive, it feels like you’ve stepped into a movie. We were welcomed with a beautifully crafted and decorated drink while rinsing the sand off our feet with a coconut shell — such a thoughtful and unique touch that instantly set the tone for our stay. The restaurant was our first stop after a long journey, and it did not disappoint. The food was absolutely delicious with a wide selection of options, perfect after a day of travel. The views are simply indescribable — lush green landscape in the foreground blending into the most stunning shades of blue in the ocean. Our authentic-style bungalow sat on top of a hill with the most remarkable panoramic view. It was spacious, comfortable, and full of charm, offering both privacy and breathtaking scenery. Waking up there felt magical. The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and thoughtful, always on top of every detail and happy to arrange anything needed to make our stay seamless and comfortable. The location is perfect. You can watch the sun rise straight out of the ocean from the beachfront right in front of the hotel — and often feel like you have it all to yourself. There are beautiful sandy beaches within easy walking distance, and it’s located in a peaceful, non-party part of the island, which makes for a truly relaxing experience. There are also great restaurant options nearby. We will absolutely be back — this place is something truly special.

Dans la partie la plus tranquille de Phi Phi Dong entre deux très belles plages et tout près d'un petit village près d'une mangrove la localisation avec vue sur la mer est extraordinaire. Le staff est sympathique et prêt à se mettre en quatre pour vous faire plaisir. Commander un poisson grillé à l'avance, la cuisine est excellente.

La cuisine est excellente mais le petit-déjeuner peut manquer de variété au bout de deux jours.

Il n'y a pas vraiment de plage à proximité. Si vous êtes en quête de grande bande de sable blanc, ce n'est pas l'idéal. Les chalets sont disposés autour et à proximité d'une belle piscine ; la tranquillité dépendra des clients qui l'utilisent - gare aux familles et à certains moins respectueux.. Le bateau-navette de retour est payante ; il serait judicieux d'intégrer ces frais dans le prix de la chambre Prix élevés Beaucoup de français.... Si vous cherchez de l'exotisme....

Goed ontbijt, zeer vriendelijk personeel en erg schoon! Fijn zwembad, maar er waren niet genoeg ligbedjes en parasols. De familie bungalow was een fijne plek en niet helemaal bovenin, maar een aantal trappen.

Een accommodatie met veel trappen! Bij aankomst op de Tonsai pier wachtte iemand van het resort ons op, vanaf daar moesten 200 meter lopen naar de andere kant om daar op de boot te stappen. Bij laagtij moet je ook nog zeker 300 meter door het water en het zand lopen. (Met je eigen bagage) Er is namelijk maar 1 iemand die kan helpen en hij kan niet meerdere koffers dragen. Ook is er een gammel trappetje om de boot te betreden. Bij aankomst op Lana beach staat de rest van het personeel klaar om de bagage over te zetten naar een moter taxi. Bij laagtij weer hetzelfde verhaal, alleen dus zonder je bagage. Bij hoogtij heb je dit probleem uiteraard niet en kan je direct de boot op!! Je moet nog 5 minuten met de taxi tuk tuk naar het hotel. Voor de terugreis vragen ze 250 bath p.p, dit zou eigenlijk inclusief moeten zijn, niet heel netjes van dit resort! Er zijn geen bedjes bij het strand, want het is eigenlijk geen strand te noemen vanaf eb en vloed. En je moet met een trappetje naar de zee.

Все замечательно! Замечательный персонал, замечательное отношение. Чувствуешь себя как дома. Отличное расположение. С одной стороны очень тихо и уединенно, с другой можно прогуляться или проехать 5 минут на тук-туке влево или вправо и там замечательные пляжи. У отеля своего купабельного пляжа нет. Это его единственный минус, хотя и это не минус! Этот отель останется навсегда в моем сердце!

Tem de se chegar de barco; e não tem um ancoradouro. Muito pouco confortável. E por essa razão tem só 4 estrelas, quando podia candidatar-se a 5 estrelas

We had an amazing time at the resort and would love to come back if we visit Phi Phi again. The staff were all so kind and lovely, and the facilities were top notch! There were a lot of gear to borrow for snorkeling and kayaking, which really amplified the experience.

Wifi and mobile connection was a bit lackluster, but it made us even more connected to each other. And bring STRONG mosquito repellent!

La vue depuis la chambre, le cadre splendide et paisible. La restauration excellente disponible tout au long de la journée et le dîner. Mention spéciale pour Lynn avec son sourire et sa gentillesse. Merci encore !

Le transfert du pier a l’hôtel est sportif. Il faut grimper dans un Long tail puis mobylette Sidecar. Bien faire attention à répartir les gens dans le Sidecar. Celui de mon mari c’est renversé !
