Long tail boats add up to and from the main area, we didn’t realise when we booked that there were no cars on the island. Resort is amazing though and family friendly

بعد المكان والتنقل عن طريق القارب وهذا كان مكلف جدا الذهاب يكلف 50 دولار الى السنتر والعودة تكلف 50 دولار فقط لكي تذهب وتعود الى السنتر هذا يكلفك 100 دولار ومن الغريب ان الفندق لم يوفر خدمة للنزلاء لديه قارب نقل الى السنتر الفطور المتكرر والبسيط جدا

The view from the property was nice, swimming pool was good.

The pathway to the rooms is dirty and very bad smell i Stayed in 115 room, the reception won’t respond properly, room service won’t answer the call. When checking out no one came to help with the bags we were asked to get them ourselves.

Beautiful!!! Staff was soooo friendly, it was the highlight of our Thailand adventure. Wish to return here!!

Takes a while to arrive but worth it!

Ho prenotato una camera sunset pool, siamo arrivati e ci siamo fatti cambiare la stanza perché davvero vecchia, senza un armadio, il pavimento esterno rotto, complessivamente camera davvero brutta e non rispettava le foto. Inoltre ho dovuto pagare anche una differenza per il cambio e questo non mi ha reso contenta. Il resort non ha organizzato mai nessuna serata a tema e non c era alcun intrattenimento. Il ristorante sunset in bassa stagione è chiuso. Volevamo fare un massaggio ed era sempre full. Struttura cara, a 2 min a piedi abbiamo trovato trasporti, cibo e massaggi a meno della metà dei prezzi interni. La struttura è davvero isolata, nota positiva per chi davvero vuole passare la giornata al mare senza far nulla. Mare spettacolare sempre! E noi siamo andati in bassa stagione

У нас неоднократно были конфликты на пляже с туристами из Китая, собирающих мешки крабов отшельников, с их слов для еды. Это является нарушением закона, но на пляже и в отелях нет табличек и плакатов запрещающих это.

El alojamiento es espectacular pero la ubicación es muy aislada y necesitas un barco para acudir al hotel.

El hotel debería de tener un transfer propio para llegar al hotel ya que cada viaje tiene un coste alto si vuelves después de la 18:00 h.

Het eiland zelf is echt prachtig en het strand was onbeschrijfelijk mooi. Je kunt er vissen zien en verschillende activiteiten ondernemen. De kamers waren echt super schoon, mooi ingericht en heel hygiënisch. Wij hadden een familiekamer met een tussendeur, waardoor onze twee kinderen hun eigen kamer hadden. Dat was ideaal voor ons gezin. Ook was het fijn dat er een televisie met YouTube aanwezig was. Dagelijks kregen we water op de kamer en werden de kamers heerlijk opgefrist. Het ontbijt was prima en ook de zwembaden waren leuk en schoon. Het hele park wordt netjes onderhouden. Maar wat voor ons echt het meest opviel, was het personeel: 11/10! Iedereen was ontzettend vriendelijk, behulpzaam en leek je echt met liefde te willen helpen.

Wij verbleven helemaal achterin het park, tussen veel groen. Overdag is dat prachtig, maar tijdens slecht weer kan het best eng zijn. We hadden één nacht ontzettend veel wind en regen, waardoor we de hele nacht niet konden slapen. Onze kinderen waren ook erg bang. De huisjes zijn van hout en door de harde wind sloegen de bomen tegen het huis aan. Het voelde op dat moment bijna als een haunted house. Uiteraard is dit deels afhankelijk van het weer, maar met kinderen was het wel een spannende ervaring. Wat ik daarnaast jammer vond, is dat het resort zelf weinig activiteiten organiseert. Het zou ontzettend leuk zijn als er bijvoorbeeld groepsactiviteiten worden aangeboden, zoals samen snorkelen, kajakken, een poolparty, gezamenlijke spelletjes op het strand of kinderanimatie. Je moest jezelf eigenlijk de hele tijd vermaken. Vooral na het zwemmen en in de avonduren was er niet veel te doen, waardoor de avonden en nachten best lang kunnen worden. Wij verbleven drie nachten en achteraf denk ik dat twee nachten voor ons meer dan voldoende waren geweest.24 uur is daar echt 24 uur 😀 Een ander nadeel is dat je je echt op een eiland bevindt en daardoor behoorlijk afhankelijk bent van het resort en de beschikbare transfers. Het is natuurlijk heerlijk: zon, zee en strand, maar persoonlijk kreeg ik soms een wat benauwd gevoel bij het idee dat je echt vastzit op het eiland. De transfer naar Krabi of de Tonsai Pier is bovendien behoorlijk prijzig. Wij kwamen vanuit Phuket en betaalden voor vier personen (2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen) ongeveer €160 voor de transfer. Voor een vijfsterrenresort zou ik het persoonlijk heel mooi vinden als er bijvoorbeeld een gratis transfer vanaf de Tonsai Pier wordt aangeboden om gasten echt gastvrij op het eiland te ontvangen. Buiten het resort zijn gelukkig nog wat restaurantjes en een minimarket te vinden. Houd er wel rekening mee dat de prijzen daar wat hoger liggen, maar dat is natuurlijk ook begrijpelijk omdat je op een eiland zit.

Als je rust zoekt, dan is dit je ideale locatie. Vanuit de goofdpier moet je een bootje nemen (25 euro heen) om naar je hotel te gaan. Het stukje waar je verblijft heeft niet anders dat het hotel, een mini markt (geen 711) en een heerlijke strand. Er zijn 3+ zwembaden en je kunt er gratis kano huren. Ook tegen betalen snorkel set en paddle board. De medewerkers zijn ontzettend behulpzaam. We hebben er echt geniten samen met de kids. Onze 2 dagen verlengd naar 4 en echt tot rust gekomen.

Just so wonderful to walk on white sands, eat real Thai food, take a morning run along the coast, watch all the butterflies, birds and lizards in theit natural habitat, and to be surrounded by amazing genuinely friendly people!

Restaurants waren redelijk leeg. In het sunset restaurant zaten we alleen met ons gezin, leuk maar iets meer tafeltjes had leuk geweest.

The most amazing stay! Everyone went above and beyond to help any possible need or want, the food was delicious, the rooms were lovely and spacious, the cleaning was incredible, they worked around us and made sure everyday to supply new towels, water and empty bins and make sure it was as tidy as before we arrived etc! It was always so gratefully appreciated. The resort had a buggy service to take us from our room to the main lobby area and all the drivers were absolutely lovely. Don and Son helped us so much, giving information, advice and help wherever needed to ensure we made the most out of our stay. There were many boat trips available and they are such a must! Deedo was a perfect guide, he made sure everyone was safe, comfortable and having fun whilst enjoying the surreal surroundings. (A personal highlight) The beach by the hotel was also incredible!!

Could not find a single fault

2 adultes et un enfant de 15 ans dans la même chambre. Pour une fois, ils ont compris que nous avions besoin de 3 lits. Nous avons été surclassé sur un bungalow récent car le 1er logement était vieillot et pas top du tout. L'accueil a donc très bien fait son travail. L'hôtel n'est accessible qu'en bateau ou à pieds avec pas mal de marche depuis Ton Sai. L'emplacement est magnifique avec une superbe plage avec des coraux, donc super bien pour du snorkeling en famille en bord de plage. Il y a de l'ombre, personne sur la plage, il doit y avoir 4 piscines dans l'hôtel qui sont très belles aussi. Nous avons passés 4 nuits au calme après les grandes villes de Bangkok, Hanoi ou Da Nang. C'est excellent pour se reposer et profiter de la plage. Il y a une petite épicerie très pratique et 3 restaurants à côté de l'hôtel. Par contre, vous serez loin du centre de l'ile pour faire la fête. Il faut y aller pour se reposer dans cet hôtel et être coupé un peu de tout. Le petit déjeuner continental est très très bien et varié. En hors saison en juillet, nous n'avons pas eu de pluie et une température la nuit de 29 degrés et 30 degrés la journée.

Le prix des navettes taxi en bateau pour aller vers le port principal de l'ile sont très chères en longtail ou en speed boat. Par exemple, 1500B pour 3 en négociant (il en voulait 2700B car à 35 minutes en bateau et vraiment au nord de l'ile) pour faire Ton Sai jusqu'à l'hôtel. On m'avait indiqué 150B par personne avant d'arriver sur l'ile. Les excursions ne sont pas données non plus. Le prix des restos aux alentours est un peu plus cher que sur le continent à Krabi.

Na een actieve eerste 2 weken van de vakantie, was het tijd om te relaxen aan het strand van Laem Tong beach. Het resort ligt prachtig aan de zee, het water is schoon en het strand bestaat uit wit zacht zand en is schoon. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was prima verzorgd en de kamers werden elke dag schoon gemaakt. De minibar werd aangevuld :)

Het resort wordt op dit moment gemoderniseerd wat goed is voor nieuwe gasten, maar bij ons nog niet klaar was.

Prachtig huisje met een geweldig uitzicht op de zee!

Receptie, restaurant etc zit allemaal in het begin. Best ver lopen vanaf het huisje dus worden er buggy’s gebruikt. Je bent daar dus best afhankelijk van.

El transporte no está incluído y el costo para 2 adultos y un niño fue superior al de los 3 días de hotel, eso la verdad decepciona, que el transporte sea más costoso que la misma reserva de hotel no tiene sentido

It was soooo beautiful! The place is simply a haven. If you’re looking for a relaxing, restful trip - this is the one! However, there are opportunities to island hop, snorkel, kayak and more. The staff were so helpful and friendly, they couldn’t do enough for us. They helped us arrange trips and made sure we had everything we needed. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Big shout out to Pub, Don and Paula (I wish I could remember the names of everyone!) who were super friendly, warm and helpful. I have been so keen to write this review! We felt like we were leaving friends. Thank you so much for making our stay so lovely and memorable!

Only things we don’t like, it’s not a property, we don’t like plastic bag in the water and on the beach. I was fishing them out and putting them off shore. There was small restaurant and gondola parking. That area has plastic water bottles everywhere. It’s so sad that such a beautiful place ruined by trash. I hope people who leave and work there appreciate beauty of island.

The property was secluded away from the hustle and bustle of town. No roads just walking the beach and resort to get around. Excellent beaches, vistas and snorkelling right at the resort.

It was fairly expensive to go to the main dock where there were activities more than the resort offered. Drinks were expensive roughly 12.00 Canadian. We were present during a time when the rooms were at low rental. We inquired about upgrading to a beach front room. Instead of working with us on a price they stated a ridiculous amount and would not negotiate. The rooms stayed vacant for the week we were there instead of making a few more dollars for the resort. Short sighted.

Chtěli jsme moc poděkovat za úžasný servis, přístup, loajálnost, nádherné prostředí, čistotu, snídaně a takhle bychom mohli pokračovat do nekonečna. Projížděli jsme PhiPhi, Phuket, Koh Samui, Ko Lantu a museli jsme se zpět vrátit na to kouzelné místo a skvělý resort. Neuvěřitelně milý personál a tak moc ochotný. Nemůžeme vytknout vůbec nic. Nádherná a čistá pláž. Vše co potřebujete bylo automaticky na pokoji. Vše co jsme potřebovali vyřídit, bylo vyřízeno a s úsměvem. Ještě jednou moc děkujeme.

The location is absolutely great! And the staff is really great, happy to help out with anything and everyone is laughing every single day!

The whole park including the rooms needs updating which they actually start working on like the monkey bar. You can tell it has been a while since they’ve done that last time.

Bekam Bungalow 302. Schon sehr abgenutzt. Privacy nicht möglich, da sich Vorhänge nicht schliessen liessen. Türe und Fenster haben Spalten wo man raus oder rein schauen kann. Duschwannensockel hatte abgeschlagene Kanten an den Kacheln. Beim Übermalen der Fenster wurde grosszügig übers Glas gepinselt. In der Nacht nach einem Gewitter wache ich auf wegen penetrantem Fäkaliengestank! Es ist so heftig, dass ich den Bungalow verlasse, aber draussen ist es genauso schlimm. Ich rufe um 3:20 am die Rezeption an. Dann wecke ich die Gäste in den Bungalows rechts und links. Methangase sind lebensbedrohlich. 3:26 zwei Herren vom Staff erscheinen, aber wissen nicht so recht was tun. Dann wird mir Bungalow 308 angeboten, der allgemein in besserem

Honestly, Phi Phi Holiday Resort was one of the best resorts we stayed at in Thailand. • One of the most beautiful beaches in Phi Phi Island, and honestly one of the nicest beaches in Thailand • Huge resort with lots of life and atmosphere • Very comfortable and family-friendly • Spacious and clean rooms • Good breakfast • Amazing staff and very smooth service • Kids zone and nice activities • 3 swimming pools • Beautiful sunset and sunrise sides with pools, bars, and rooms across the whole resort • You walk directly onto the beach from the resort Even getting to the village is easy: • Around 100 THB by taxi/tuk tuk boat • Or around 25 minutes walking if you enjoy walking

Honestly, I struggled to find real negatives. The only thing is that the hotel does not provide free transfer, so you need to arrange your own long-tail boat or speedboat to reach the resort. But once you arrive, it is 100% worth it. If you are visiting Phi Phi Island with family, I genuinely recommend this place.

I loved this resort staff were fabulous, clean room with private pool maintained every day and spotless, food is beautuful with full buffet breakfast something for everyone and jimmy cafe fabulous restaurant. Beautiful place to stay so tranquil quiet but if you want to party Tonsai only a boat ride away. Cant speak highly enough of this resort do yourself a favour and book a trip, ill be back sooner rather than later ...thankyou to all the staff you should be so proud of yourselves 10/10

Wij hadden de coral studio aan het strand. De locatie was echt perfect. De studio was erg vochtig en een beetje gedateerd. Dat was een beetje jammer.

Everything, starting from the beach. We visited other beaches around Phi Phi and this is the one we liked the most. The place is very pleasant. You have 3 different swimming pools. The resort offers many activities and food options and you can also walk a few steps and find others. The Thai food offered was really great. I never give a 10 score but with Holiday i'm making an exception.

There are few very small details. Shower curtains were a bit old and broken. In the restaurants and lobby there could be stronger fans, as it was still too hot. Nothing serious, still 10/10.

Great location as it feels like you are in a tropical paradise while being a short taxi or boat trip from the main areas.

The cleaners didn’t do the best job and the communication regarding the boats were not the best but it didn’t spoil the holiday.

We had a lovely stay. The location is just breathtaking and peacefull, and the resort is amazing. A special shout out to the staff, they go above and beyond and always friendly and willing to help. They made our stay even more special!

We enjoyed the stay in all aspects, friendly staff, lovely place to stay, calm and relaxed. It’s full beach mode, so if you expect parties maybe not a right place. Staff was super helpful and dealt with any popping issues very fast. Just be aware that renovated rooms are premium rooms. Breakfast was great as well.

Weit weg vom Tourismus auf Phi Phi

Man muss wissen das man dort auf Grund der Lage im Prinzip festsitzt. Die Insel ist auto- und rollerfrei. Das nutzt das Hotel unverschämt aus. Der Wechselkurs ist dort um 10% schlechter als im Hafen und die Gebühr zum Geld abheben wird mit 8% berechnet. Tipp: ausreichend Bargeld mitbringen

The beach is clean and beautiful. The sand is soft and white. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Amazing that we can watch sunrise and sunset within the hotel.

The layout and room’s facilities are not modern. The TV signal was not very good, but still ok.

Beautiful resort, away from the crowds at Tonsai. Great room, gorgeous beach and fabulous staff across the resort. Great to have the buggy service as our rooms were at the top of the hill.

Food on site expensive but other options around

Gorgeous resort. Very nice staff. Really peaceful and quiet and amazing beach. We loved that there was a shuttle buggy to our room all the time, since it was located up the hill and was far from the lobby. The room itself was very clean. And very nicely cleaned when we asked for it, since we went a lot to the beach and got some sand inside. The location can be a downside if you like the main area, since we had no idea the only way to get to the resort is by a boat, until we actually got to the pier, so it’s very quiet and isolated.

The pools were not clean at all. At least the ones near our room. We stayed at the upper side of the resort, so the infinity pool area was super dirty. There was a bunch of leafs and bugs in the water. Big bugs. So that made us not want to get in anymore unfortunately. It seemed that the pool near the lobby was cleaner and more well maintained. Also, the meals in the hotel were super expensive. The water in the shower and in the toilet had an awful smell of rotten egg. The room was a bit outdated. But overall it is good value for money.
