Posizione perfetta per raggiungere comodamente a piedi le principali attrazioni della città. Nei dintorni ci sono tantissimi pub, ristoranti e ottimi posti dove fare colazione. Staff molto cordiale, disponibile e gentile. La stanza è piccola, ma funzionale e pulita. Abbiamo alloggiato in una camera senza finestra, ma, considerando che eravamo fuori tutto il giorno, per noi non è stato assolutamente un problema.

The lady working the counter was very friendly and apologetic that the room didn't match the pictures. Location is decent.

The beds didnt have drapes, mattresses were really bad, bed was squeaky and the room was so damp and warm.

The big lad on the front desk was really helpful. It was really late when I arrived. He was really helpful and explained everything so well. Great craic to talk to as well

Literally no frills. When I booked a twin room, I didn’t realise it was literally 2 beds in a room. No towels etc. but my bad for not reading the small print.

La taza de Water tenía restos de mierda y los azulejos alrededor sus manchas amarillas de pis de tiempo , la sábana bajera se transparentaban los pelos que había en el colchón y de las almohadas pongo como estaba foto. Great central location for a trip to Liverpool and we were pleased with the price we had booked our room for. Even better, when we were checking in we were offered a free upgrade to an apartment, which was lovely.

The staff were friendly. Location was good. The bed was okay. It had coffee making facilities. Access to hair dryer. Good TV.

Shower was dirty, with smelly, dirty water, coming up from the drain. Sink in bathroom was blocked. Floor was dirty. The bedding was not very clean (spider in it) The fan was very noisy. No enough toilet paper provided (but did send one up when asked).

I didn't like it all the staff attitude at all especially towards people of colour. They refused my partner to check inn because he didn't have his passport with him but had an ID card.

I didn't like the boy that was on duty that very night,he was very rude. It's like he was enjoying separating me from my partner.

Close to all the attractions of the city and pretty affordable for the size of the place

The staff! Except for a young girl, black hair, bubbly and very kind, the rest of the staff are extremely hostile! The manager, a hubris, is a female who thinks she has no duty of care or her guess, which is extremely aggressive and rude. I was given a room with homeless, as these hostels in the UK made their money with homeless people, maybe paid by our taxes, and one of them was drinking alcohol. I refused to stay in the room and went to the reception to be met with very aggressive unhappiness as I wanted a new room. Then, I asked for a window to be looked at, in the other room as it was not closing and the room was directly on a beer garden of a pub. Due to the noise and dropping temperatures, I requested that if this window can be at least close, again, I was met by the aggressive attitude of this manager. She was scuffing and couldn't fix the window. And then, I was told by her look like in behaviour and Bit*ing, the cleaning woman that I can't leave my bath towel on the radiator as it can caught fire!! I replied that the radiator was switched off. There is no risk. Then she carried on and on. So, I decided not to argue with stupidity. Then, then, when to get the hubris female, i.e., the pseudo-manager, who verbally abused me. I compiled the need to reply, and she told me if I could leave, which I happily aggressively only if she refunded my last night of today. She agreed. And we went into an argument. I also asked to the night staff if he could do something about the entrance door who is slammed every few second but, the noise and vibration felt in the close room was insane, again, he did not like it! It is easy to play the aggressive card when all arguments from these dumbstruck women with no culture of other shout at you and abuse their pseudo-position. In other words, it is not a nice place, and I made a mistake to rebook as I was too lazy to find another hostel for the extension.

The location is great - it is not in the central part of Liverpool, but it is very close to it. I could walk from the Inn to the city center within 15 - 30 minutes depending on what part of city center I wanted to reach. This accomodation has good rooms - clean, well equipped, with very nice bathroom. Shared kitchen is also well equipped, but the equipment is visibly little older.

There is nothing that I wouldn't like. I just felt like there are crumbs in the table in the shared kitchen, because it wasn't possible to clean it properly due to its shape. Otherwise it was alright.

Super localisation à 15 minutes à pied de Lime Street et proche des commerces. Chambre très spacieuse, salle de bain confortable et propre. Grande cuisine avec le nécessaire et plein d'espace pour s'asseoir. Prises usb et anglaise en quantité dans la chambre.

Personnel pas toujours au top mais je pense que ça dépend les gens, propreté dans les communs pas super, matelas pas ultra confortable (j'ai senti les ressorts partout), aucune fenêtre dans les communs.

Tudo perfeito! A localização do hotel é fantástica!! Você está em um bairro extremamente seguro, a 2 minutos caminhando da estação de metrô, que em 12 minutos te coloca no centro da cidade!! Você está a 10 minutos caminhando de Old Trafford!! O atendimento dos funcionários é excelente, todos muito educados e atenciosos! Inclusive, nós chegamos 4 horas antes do horário do checkin, na intenção de apenas deixar as malas, mas prontamente eles ofereceram o quarto porque já estava disponível! O restaurante do hotel também é fabuloso! Tudo limpo, organizado, silencioso!! Recomendo sem dúvidas

I liked the location and the staff were friendly. It was quiet in the building. The bed was comfortable.

The wifi was hit and miss, I had to use my own data a few times. The TV channels would freeze every now and then too. I didn't notice an exhaust fan in the bathroom, unless it was just really quiet.

The room had an unpleasant odor, I lost my access card, and the receptionist was a bit rude.

The kitchen was big with cooking facilities and the location is also good.

I was assigned a bed that did not have a charging point, drawer, curtain, or adequate privacy. What was particularly disappointing was that I appeared to be the only person given this type of bed, while other guests were provided with better beds and facilities. I do not believe I paid less than the other guests, so I was concerned that I may have been treated differently because of my race. I requested to change my bed, but the staff member told me that there were no empty beds available. However, during my stay, I saw new guests checking in and being given better beds. This was very disappointing and made me feel that I had been treated unfairly and discriminated against.

Lokalizacja była w porządku, wszędzie było wi-fi.

Łóżko było niewygodne, czułam druty pod materacem. A między materacem a prześcieradłem było jakieś zabezpieczenie w formie folii co było dziwne i przy tym upale człowiek jeszcze bardziej się pocił.

Todo perfecto, instalaciones nuevas, limpias y muy bien cuidadas. El personal muy atento y servicial. A 5 minutos andando de la calle de bares, restaurantes y tiendas.

Lo único que objetar, deben cambiar los colchones de las camaa, están muy desgastados y no encajan en los estándares del hostel. Las ventanas en la primera planta muy pequeñas. Un poco incómodo el ruido de las máquinas del aire.

Clean and spacious room, all we needed for a 1 night stay.

The man on duty for the nightshift is a rock of sense. He was very kind and considerate to me in a difficult situation, very supportive, and helpful. Will always remember him being the right person in the right place at the right time for me. Very clean room comfortable bed, very clean bathroom.

Well, my room-mate snored like a volcano,so i couldn't sleep....but that's not your fault!

Gostei que tivesse uns cofres de baixo da cama para guardamos tudo e eram grandes (quase como uma jaula), apenas tinhamos que ter um cadeado mas dava pelo menos uma sensação de conforto. O quarto foi escolhido apenas com 4 camas, já para limitar o número de pessoas e eram simpáticas e sossegadas então correu bem!

O ar condicionado todo à noite ligado, não deixou dormir. O barulho das pessoas nos corredores a toda hora neste tipo de alojamento já é de esperar então não considero isso um ponto propriamente negativo.

Asking for card information on the front desk. Overall stay was good but won't be staying again as they take all your card details at the front desk instead of using booking.com to ask for damages in case the guests made a mess. For online banking users myself, it's easy to disable cards, but it's still not fair for them to take all card information and try to charge it themselves. I understand the damage cost must be covered but the room beds aren't numbered and so the front staff has no clue whose in whose bed so if one were to make a mess, the front staff wouldn't know whose card to charge. The overall stay, check in procedure and convenience was good, beds were comfortable but I won't be staying again since I'm not comfortable sharing my full bank card details with the staff as it could be misused and they should instead use booking.com for damage appeals.

I had a lovely stay but wouldn’t stay in the future as I am yet to receive my £50.00 deposit back despite me being told I would receive it at check out

The staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to help. Each dormitory had its own shower room with a toilet, which was convenient. The hostel also offered a well-equipped kitchen with tables and chairs, a games room, and a luggage storage room for guests. One of the biggest highlights is the location. The International Inn is situated in an excellent area, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, shops, and public transport, making it a great base for exploring the city.

During my stay, I was woken at around 10:00 p.m. by a member of the night staff who believed I was sleeping in an occupied bed. I was asked to move to another bed, only to find that it had not been made up. The staff then had to ask other guests in the dormitory which beds were occupied and which were available. I waited on a chair while clean bedding was being fetched, only to be informed that I had been sleeping in the correct bed all along. Unfortunately, this disruption meant I was unable to get back to sleep, despite having to leave very early the following morning. To help prevent similar situations, I would suggest introducing a simple bed identification system. For example, each bed could be assigned a number or letter, and guests could be asked to report their chosen bed to reception immediately after check-in. This would make it much easier for staff to identify occupied and unoccupied beds without disturbing guests during the night. To their credit, the staff apologised afterwards, which I appreciated. The kitchen and shower facilities could also benefit from more frequent cleaning, as they were not as clean as I would have expected.

I know it’s a cheap hostel, but I should still get unstained sheets and a clean bathroom. I also expect not to be woken repeatedly throughout the night because of noise. You have to keep the windows open; otherwise it gets hot and stuffy, but then you end up not sleeping at all because of the noise
