Nous avons adoré le caractère "Adult only" ce qui renforce sûrement le sentiment de calme, bien être, détente et tranquillité. TOUT le personnel a été super...d'une gentillesse au TOP. La nourriture est de qualité exceptionnelle dans tous les restaurants de l'hôtel, la taille des chambres est super, les piscines sont magnifiques...bref le paradis

El alojamiento esta en buenas condiciones y bien cuidado

Muy mala experiencia con el bufet ambos dias, se acababan las cosas y la selección no era de un hotel del nivel de este, las opciones de bebidas por igual, no habían las mismas bebidas en todos los bares y no se mostraron en disposicion de buscarlo en otro, nos quejamos sobre dicha situacion y simplemente nos pidieron disculpas y nos agradecieron por informarlo pero no fue solucionado el problema. No volveria a este alojamiento y entiendo que precio/calidad no lo vale para nada.

Je ne suis habituellement pas très attirée par les hôtels-clubs ou les formules all-inclusive, mais là, j’ai vraiment adoré!!! L’endroit est magnifique et les chambres sont exceptionnelles : literie et équipements de qualité, superbe salle de bain, minibar toujours bien approvisionné… Tout est pensé pour le confort. J’ai aussi profité le soir du bain extérieur, et c’était tout simplement magique. Un vrai moment de calme et de sérénité, avec une sensation de paix incroyable. C’est clairement l’un des souvenirs que je garderai de ce séjour. Le niveau de propreté m’a également impressionnée, avec un ménage effectué plusieurs fois dans la journée, donnant réellement l’impression de retrouver en permanence une chambre impeccable. La nourriture était excellente. Si je pouvais mettre 20/10, je le ferais ! J’aurais volontiers prolongé mon séjour si nous n’avions pas dû poursuivre notre voyage dans une autre région de République dominicaine.

Un incident est malheureusement venu ternir légèrement cette excellente expérience. J’avais oublié ma carte bancaire dans le coffre de la chambre lors de mon départ et, par la suite, des tentatives de paiement ont été effectuées avec cette carte. Heureusement, les opérations n’ont pas abouti. J’ai immédiatement signalé la situation à l’hôtel, car je pense qu’un établissement de ce standing doit être particulièrement vigilant lorsqu’un client oublie un objet de valeur dans sa chambre. Je ne peux évidemment pas savoir qui est à l’origine de ces tentatives, mais j’espère que mon signalement permettra de renforcer les contrôles. Un conseil aux futurs voyageurs : utilisez bien le coffre pour vos objets de valeur, mais surtout pensez à tout vérifier minutieusement avant votre départ. Cet incident mis à part, j’ai vraiment adoré mon séjour.

Tout y est fabuleux, le personnel est très très aimable, la nourriture est excellente...un séjour magnifique. Il y a de très jolies piscines un peu partout..c'est génial.

Si quieres un hotel en el que te traten mal, no busques más, este es el indicado, si no vas con 1000 USD para repartir en propinas adicionales, te tratan como basura, sin exagerar.

El gerente de recepción José Armando se encargó de proporcionar la peor atención que tuve en mi vida, luego de viajar por el mundo más de 20 años, obtuvo el récord de mala atención, mal trato, trato amenazante y déspota, casi perdemos nuestro vuelo. Pero eso sí, deja que la gente que le da propina, duerma en los sillones de recepción. Corrupción y desidia absoluta.

Las instalaciones están en buen estado y limpias. Algunos de los empleados fueron muy amables y trataron de soluciona nuestras situaciones.

La verdad es que está ha sido la experiencia más decepcionante en un hotel. Mi esposo y yo pasamos nuestra luna de miel y primer aniversario en este hotel, nos gustaba tanto que quisimos traer nuestros hijos a celebrar nuevamente nuestro aniversario. Para nuestra gran sorpresa el hotel tiene cerrado 3 de los cuatro restaurante que están en el mismo edificio y los restaurante que están en una placita dentro del complejo, que antes estaban incluidos ahora no, muy mala decisión sobre todo porque los restaurantes incluidos estaban cerrados. El viernes que es el único día el bufete abre, pues lo cierra para celebrar una boda, quedando un solo restaurante para todos los comensales hospedados cenar. La comida del room service incluida, pero hay que pagar un adicional para que te lleven la comida, entonces donde está el todo incluido. No nos alcanza el tiempo para arrepentirnos, haber hecho que nuestro hijos viajen de NYC a vivir esta decepción. El personal que antes destacaba por ser súper amables, pasaban por desinteressados. La habitación de mis hijos no funciona ni un solo enchufle, tienen que cargar la computadora donde está conectada la cafetera y trabajar de pie. El jacuzzi en su habitación está botando agua por debajo, no pudieron usarlo. Lo primero es que si van a tener todos esos restaurantes cerrados debieron comunicarlo a la hora de hacer reserva. Tener una ocupación de un 20% nos es excusa para limitar la experiencia de los que sí pagaron por su estadía. El pan que nos sirvieron en el restaurante italiano estaba tan duro que podía matar alguien, palabras literales de mis hijos. (Ver foto) Las carnes y marisco de buena calidad era todo con un costo adicional. El aire acondicionado del restaurante de gala apagado por la baja ocupación y unos abanico súper chiquitos para un salón grandísimo.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet hôtel ! Le cadre est magnifique, calme et très agréable, avec de nombreuses activités pour profiter pleinement du séjour. Le personnel est adorable, souriant, serviable et toujours à notre écoute. Un vrai plaisir ! Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié les restaurants, avec des plats délicieux et variés. Une très belle expérience, nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésiter !

Tout était au top ! À savoir qu’en saison basse certains restaurants peuvent être fermés selon un planning.

El servicio y la comida de los restaurantes y bares fueron excelentes. Las instalaciones premium y la zona del castillo es hermosa para ir en pareja.

Fuimos en Agosto y la playa estaba clausurada por sargaso. Si bien tienen redes de contención no alcanza para que la playa esté apta para bañarse.

Breakfast was decent, but not great. It's a buffet, though everything is kept behind glass, so instead of serving yourself, you have to ask staff for each item, which slows things down and makes it feel less like a typical buffet experience."

This hotel didn't meet expectations. Compared to properties like Secrets or Meliá Paradisus, the gap in service and food quality was noticeable. The food options in particular were disappointing, easily the weakest part of the stay. Between the service and dining, this isn't a place I'd choose to return to."

The staff were exceptional and some became friends. The food everywhere was so delicious and high quality. The grounds were impeccable and loved the architecture and layout.

I’d say the bathroom lighting was a little too dark, did not care for the type of “rain” shower head and did not like the pillows at all, my ears hurt every night.

ACTUTUD PASOTA DE PARTE DEL PERSONAL. LE HACE FALTA UNA RENOVACIÓN PROFUNDA DE LA DECORACIÓN Y MOBILIARIO (MUY OCHENTERO). PRECIOS EXCESIVOS DE LO QUE SE SALE DEL TODO INCLUIDO.

Todo! Es un hermoso hotel con bellas instalaciones, ambientes y estancias. El personal excepcionalmente atento y hacen que la estadía sea más grata, en especial Jefrin en la recepción. Volveremos!

La atención del personal especialmente. Felix ( camarero) la chica que hacía los jugos a la mañana toda la onda! No nos acordamos el nombre y Jose de la clase de strecching. La comida de primer nivel, soy chef y muy exigente. Me quería regalar la experiencia de este hotel por mi cumpleaños y lo hice fue la mejor comida de all inclusive que haya conocido. La Arquitectura del lugar. Parece que estas en una película de época. Es imponente pero fácil de recorrer. Las piscinas limpias prolijas una locura! Cristy y el bartender de la barra de la pileta principal unos copados! Mucha onda y muy serviciales todos .

Lamentablemente había muchísimo sargazo. El olor y la imposibilidad de meterse al mar fue lo único malo para destacar. También cabe aclarar que hacen un gran esfuerzo por limpiarlo, están todo el día con dos tractores limpiandolo.

TODO! los espacios, el servicio fue excelenteeee todos muy educados simpaticos y empaticos, estoy embarazada me cuidaban mucho, la comida EXTRAORDINARIA he ido a muchos buenos hoteles y jamas habia visto un concepto tan amplo en el buffet de prepararte la comida, no encontrabas una pieza calentada en un chefing dish, te la cocinaban ahi mismo delante de ti! una delicia absolutamente todo, fue mi parte favorita. Todo el hotel es hermoso y perfecto, volveria a ir mil veces :) 10000/10

They only had two of the five restaurants open. Men needed slacks to go the Italian restaurant which my husband didn’t bring knowing the weather was in the high 80s. That left us with one dining choice. It was good but not as advertised They also had a lot of sargassum so the beach was uninhabitable

The property is well located inside the exclusive Cap Cana community. If you are expecting a more exclusive - laid back location vs Bavaro (where most all inclusives are), this is a good spot.

Really dissapointed in general with my experience. 1. Beach Expectations: I travelled from a country which has plenty of beaches, because I wanted to see even more beautiful beaches and setting. However, what I encountered was a pretty dirty beach, full of Sargassum, and with its only beach entirely closed. This is something the hotel definitely cannot control, however, for someone that called multiple times right before my stay to confirm this situation and the conditions the beach, which I was assured where “under control”, it was a shame to find myself from the first day of my stay unable to enjoy a second of this place. Just make sure to NEVER travel during Sargassum season, which I understand extends from May through September. No matter what they say. Look for the customer reviews, and you’ll find out that everything that is said is true. 2. Unexpected Charges: Be aware your total reservation charges, if in USD, will have an additional extra charge for currency conversion. No transparency on this whatsoever. I ended up paying a considerable amount in overcharges (even if reservation detailed total charges including taxes and fees). 3. Pool spots: Check for customer reviews. What they say, is true. People reserve spots from 6 AM (this is something even openly accepted by hotel staff). 4. Restaurants: Check for customer reviews. What they say, is true. Unexpected restaurant closings (not due to “supposed” rotation). I had to find out after check in that one restaurant was closing for renovations, other just “closed” for dinner for the entirety of my stay for no reason at all. Be sure to call and confirm as many times as possible, though in my experience, no transparency on this… 5. Service: My experience: great service one day, mediocre the next. Inconsistency across restaurants. On pool spaces, be ready to tip unless you want to feel like a ghost. 6. Food: Ok to good in general. This is certainly what we most enjoyed. 7.

Staff were really friendly and attentive. Always offering drinks when lying by the pool/beach. They let us stay after the check out until we were ready to go to the airport which was also really appreciated. Bed was very comfortable!!

Nothing the hotel can help, but the sea was disappointing. Beautiful colours in the distance but the shore was very murky with large rocks you can’t see. We were hoping to snorkel but you couldn’t see anything.

The most of it is the magnificent view and beautiful breeze and landscape. Very elegant and chic.

Some of the food in the breakfast restaurant was cold. Food need to be hot, specially if it is meat. Several times I tried different kind of food ware cold. All the common bathrooms need the toilet cover. Nobody wants to seat on a contaminated toilet . Some people urinate and move their bowel and are not careful; so there is no protection from bacteria and germs.

Breakfast was excellent with lots of options. The swimming pool area was lovely but getting a pair of sun loungers was tricky as several wedding parties claimed large sections for their guests, but the hotel staff were helpful in trying to manage this. The sea food restaurant was very nice with a cooling sea breeze, great food and very helpful staff.

The shower could be improved as it leaked water into the bathroom on several occasions. The sea was disappointing as it was far more murky with large amounts of sea weed, especially relative to website photos so we largely didn't use the beach.

The resort is good but pretty expensive for what it is. The Wok restaurant is fantastic but Sanctuary town considering is an extra charge is really poor

C'est un petit déjeuner buffet très complet avec un bon emplacement devant la piscine et vue mer . Le personnel dévoué dans les bars de plage et de piscine .

La qualité médiocre des repas du soir servis dans les autres restaurants Les difficultés pour se baigner en mer devant la plage privée dûes à la présence de pierres et de rochers à fleur d'eau . L'insuffisance de parasols sur la plage privée . Très peu de personnels parlent le français . D'une manière générale la vétusté des installations .

Things were clean. Most of the workers were friendly.

The workers knocked or came into our room 3 or 4 times a day. Didn’t respect our privacy. They all expected tips. The food was terrible. The pools were freezing cold and the hot tub outside was cold. The “Pueblo” that had pizza, sushi, burgers was not included in the all inclusive which was not made clear on the website or booking.com. There was one night that in the activities list said there was going to be live music at 8:15. We programmed our dinner late so that we could listen to the live music. However, it never happened. The love bar said that we were told wrong. We feel that this resort was extremely overrated and we were completely disappointed.

Perfect for a baby moon beautiful grounds all staff were lovely and seemed happy to be there more of a relaxing upscale vibe which is what we were looking for breakfast had so many choices and was excellent

Steak restaurant wasn’t great. Others were good esp the Asian. Sun loungers fill up fast but we managed as I prefer beach which is less popular than the main pool
