Hôtel un peu désuet, pas hyper propre (lustre poussiéreux, literie basique, climatisation qui coule, etc) dont le rapport qualité/prix est clairement déséquilibré. Heureusement, nous avions une chambre supérieure (je me demande comment sont les standards) Dommage car le style vénitien est juste magique.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und soweit es ging war das Zimmer sauber. Die Lage ist super.

Es hab einen Wasserschaden im Bad. Es roch modrig im Zimmer. Ging gar nicht.

Very convenient location within short walking distance from Ponte del Accademia (art galleries of the Accademia, Peggy Guggenheim Collection and Palazzo Cini), Ponte Rialto and Piazza San Marco. St. Angelo's vaporetto and Alilaguna boat service (for water transport to/ from Marco Polo airport) is a 5 min walk away. Couple of good tavernas, cafes, pharmacy shops and small grocery shops (i.e. fruits, water) is in the vicinity. The famous Theatro La Fenice is virtually 20 meters away from the hotel, and another attraction, Palazzo Contarini del Bovolo, is also within short walking distance. Elevator in the hotel. Spacious double deluxe room (Venetian style decor) with comfortable beds, small fridge in the room with alcoholic and non- alcoholic beverages, tea/ coffee making facilities. Very comfortable bathroom (shower). Room is very clean and made on a daily basis. Good breakfast with a choice hot dishes and cold meats, cheese, fruits, bread and cakes, teas and coffees. Very accommodating and efficient Reception Staff, breakfast and cleaning services.

Sehr zentral gelegen, im Stadtteil San Marco, alles fußläufig erreichbar , sauber, gut ausgestattet, fantasievoll dekoriert. Frühstück war umfangreich und gut. Das Personal war unglaublich nett und hilfreich.

Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedése, közel van a Rialto hídhoz és a Szent Márk térhez is. A hotel személyzete kedves volt, a reggelijük finom, ami nemcsak édes volt, hanem volt tojás, sonka is. A recepciós megengedte, hogy kicsekkolás után is a hotelben maradjanak a csomagjaink, s miután visszatértünk azonnal felajánlotta, hogy használhatjuk a mosdót is.

A fürdőszobában nincs zuhanytálca, így össze-visszafolyik a víz. Egy vízlehúzó lehetne. A páraelszívó nagyon hangos.

Hotel piccolo ma molto confortevole ed in pieno centro. Un ringraziamento particolare ad Andrea della concierge che è stato gentilissimo ed ha reso il nostro soggiorno a Venezia davvero Fantastico!!

Чистоты нет совсем,только постель была чистой и это радовало.Все старое ,покрывало и шторы пыльные,джакузи плохо вымыто,даже чьи то волосы остались.Это крайне не приятно.Ведь взяли номер не дешевый.Отель на 4 звезды не тянет.

La habitación era espectacular, el desayuno muy completo y variado. La ubicación perfecta y el personal muy amable en todo momento. Para repetir seguro.

Nada que reseñar.

Lage sehr gut, nicht weit vom Markusplatz. Freundliches Personal, netter Frühstücksraum, gepäck durften wir aufbewahren am Tag wo wir auscheckten, 24h Portier anwesend. Zimmer war sehr nett und urig. Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen.

Zimmer etwas dunkel. Badezimmer hat etwas gerochen, Frühstück primär Süssspeisen.

The staff were very kind and welcoming, and acted very professionally. The breakfast was very good and the room was beautiful and clean. The hotel was also very quick to respond when I had special requests before checking in and the communication was excellent.

Room was beautiful with Murano chandelier, bathroom had a bath, breakfast delicious with champagne. Service overall amazing - even received complimentary glass of wine late one evening when sitting in living room. Spotless clean and location could not be better!

Localisation ideale pour visiter Venise. Personnel tres accueillant et a l'écoute. Tres belle chambre, et tres bon petit déjeuner. Vue sur le canal tres appréciable.

Location

The hotel feels very outdated and is in need of significant maintenance. The air conditioning doesn’t cool the rooms sufficiently, making them uncomfortable, especially during warmer weather. The rooms are also quite dark and could benefit from better lighting. The beds were very uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was disappointing, with limited quality compared to what we expected. Overall, this does not meet the standard of a 4-star hotel. Having stayed in several other 4-star hotels across Italy, we feel this property is more comparable to a 3-star hotel.

Świetna lokalizacja. Same centrum, ale w małej uliczce dzięki czemu jest spokojnie bez hałasu. Dobre śniadanie z dobrym wyborem. Przemiły personel również w kuchni. Po wymeldowaniu sami zaproponowali aby pozostawić bagaż.

la stanza era bella ma forse un pochino piccola per tre. La sala colazione era pienissima e quando siamo arrivati non c’era posto.. il personale comunque gentilissimo ci ha trovato prontamente una soluzione in in tavolo piccolo e abbiamo apprezzato.

The location was not far from the Saint Marco Square. Had a good air-conditioning and the room could be darkened for the night.

The furniture are very old and need Repair breakfast absolutely not enjoyable, very small selection and quality of the food was bad. Personnel entered the room without permission

The staff are all fantastic, really friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Could not ask for better staff! Location is perfect, just a few minutes walk from the Rialto bridge and piazza San Marco. Room was quiet, bed was comfortable and the aircon was good, with the lowest setting being very quiet, so could be left on all night. The hotel organised our transport from the airport to the water taxi and then onto the hotel and it was all seamless. Good to have a TV with a few English speaking channels too!

Our room looked a little tired and did not have much storage space, just a few drawers in a wardrobe, plus it could do with more storage space in the bedside cabinets. Breakfast was a little basic, but acceptable and the fresh fruit was good.

I like the location. The place is clean, the food is delicious, the staff are friendly and very helpful. Excellent!

Ήταν πάρα πολύ καθαρό ξενοδοχείο. Στην περιοχή του Σαν Μάρκο, στην καρδιά της Βενετίας. Όλες οι αποστάσεις ήταν πολύ κοντινές από τα αξιοθέατα.

Der Lärm morgens im Innenhof

La situation idéale pour visiter le centre de Venise. Le côté un peu désuet et kitsch de la déco de l'hotel, bien qu'en même temps cela soit en ligne avec Venise; L'amabilité du personnel; Buffet du petit déjeuner simple mais OK.

Le côté kitsch et désuet tourne parfois un peu au vieillot pour les meubles, la déco ou l'équipement de la salle de bain. Douche pas top, et le fait qu'elle soit dans une baignoire la rend plus difficilement accessible pour une personne agée qui nous accompagnait.

Breakfast was plentiful & goos selection, both continental and a selection of cooked dishes. Location is great, just far enough from the exceptionally busy ares but still within walking distance, 6/8 minutes to San Marco.

La ubicación es inmejorable, estuvimos tres noches la primera nos pusieron en una habitación muy vieja y sin ventanas porque no tenían otra disponible ya que lo reservé ese mismo día, pero las otras dos nos dieron una habitación preciosa y nueva con vistas al canal. Fue un acierto quedarse allí, el recepcionista fue muy servicial y amable .

Atención excelente, muy buen equipamiento, desayuno óptimo, limpieza correcta, cama superior, colchón ideal y almohadas perfectas.

bardzo dobra lokalizacja - kilkaset metrów od Placu Św.Marka. bardzo dobre i urozmaicone śniadania

Niestety cena zdecydowanie za wysoka ( pokój dwuosobowy mniejszy - cena ponad 400 EUR za dobę) Hotel tłumaczył że w tym okresie są problemy z dostępnością miejsc noclegowych w Wenecji ( m.in. rozpoczęcie Światowego Biennale Sztuki w Wenecji )i hotelarze wykorzystują okazje sprzedając pokoje po dużo wyższych cenach niż n ormalnie - ten Hotel podobno sprzedawał pokoje dwukrotnie drożej. (?!)

Le personnel était très agréable et disponible et certains parlaient même Français. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal assez central pour les visites. De nombreux restaurants et commerces à proximité. La chambre était très spacieuse.
