Hotel San Moisè

Noi abbiamo preso la suite piu costosa con balcone sul canale. La stanza era principesca, con una finestra enorme ed il balcone che si affacciava direttamente sul canale. Potevamo sederci fuori e goderci il passaggio delle gondole, bellissimo. I gondoliere ci salutavano. La stanza era un po vintage, con qualche accessorio anni 90 e il condizionatore un po vecchiotto, ma una camera del genere con quella vista sarebbe costata 3 volte tanto in un altro albergo.

Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική. Το δωμάτιο είχε υπέροχη διακόσμηση και φανταστικό πολυέλαιο murano !!! Το ξενοδοχείο είχε οργανώσει τέλεια τη μετακίνησή μας από και προς το αεροδρόμιο !!! Ήταν πολύ εύκολη επειδή βρίσκεται δίπλα στο κανάλι !!! Το πρωϊνό ήταν καλό.

Θα ήταν πιο εύκολη η πρόσβαση στον όροφο, αν υπήρχε ασανσέρ.

Niedziałająca klimatyzacja. Nie chłodziła, wydawała bardzo głośny dźwięk, w pokoju 27stopni (po 12 godzinach nic się nie zmieniło). Usłyszałam, że klimatyzacja nie schłodzi do temperatury „lodówki”. Ale jakimś trafem w recepcji było przyjemnie, chłodno i cicho. Trzeba było oddać klucz od pokoju za każdym razem kiedy opuszczało się hotel. (Nie było takiej informacji na stronie kiedy go rezerwowałam). Wiele innych nieprzyjemnych rzeczy. City tax- osoba u której się meldowaliśmy powiedziała nam wyższą cenę o dwa euro za osobę, niż pracownik, który tą opłatę pobierał przy wymeldowaniu. Naprawdę szkoda nerwów i nieprzespanych nocy. Nie polecam. Żałuję tylko, że nie przeczytałam opinii Google wcześniej o tym obiekcie. Miejsce ma ogromny potencjał tylko warto byłoby wprowadzić kilka zmian.

Hotel liegt zwar in einer ruhigen Seitengasse, jedoch im Haus sehr hellhörig.

The location is perfect, walking distance to everything we wanted to see! The staff were all wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The room itself was spacious, with a beautiful view of the canal from our balcony. We could’ve sat and watched the gondolas all day. Thank you to Andrea the manager for upgrading us to a room with a balcony!

La habitación preciosa, estilo veneciano, camas comodas, muy limpio. Habitación con balcón y vistas al canal increible. Desayuno bien, ubicación perfecta, 2 minutos Plaza San Marcos, Sin duda volveré❤️❤️

Genius felhasználó szerint superior szoba helyett egy "cselédszobát" kaptunk, A három kis ablak közül az egyik vakablak a másik 1 méterre lévő falra, a harmadik egy szük lépcsőházra nézett, világítás nélkül élhetetlen. A lépcsőházban áporodott, állandó, rendkívúl kellemetlen szag.

Heruntergewirtschaftet (renovierungsbedürftig, vieles kaputt und abgenützt, Bettüberdecken wohl länger nicht gereinigt).

Lokalita nám vyhovovala s ohledem na to co jsme si v Benátkách naplánovali. Recepce super, pokoje čisté a s potřebným vybavením. Snídaně fajn.

Taková klasika v Benátkách, pokoje tmavší a menší. Místo na snídaně nebylo moc příjemné, chtělo by to trochu vylepšit - úklid a celkově zpříjemnit prostředí

Das zentral gelegene Hotel liegt direkt an einem der kleineren charmanten Kanäle Venedigs und unser Zimmer hatte einen wunderbaren Ausblick, direkt vorm Hotel ist auch ein Vaporetto Anlegesteg für privaten Bootstransfer vom/zum Airport !!

The view of the canal from the room was great. The breakfast was also good.

The room had an issue with the air conditioning, so it was quite warm during both the day and the night. The receptionist on the night shift was really helpful and brought us a portable air conditioner. I especially appreciate his help.

Mi sono sentita parte integrante di uno sgabuzzino, allego foto di cosa c'era di fronte la mia camera. Nonostante in fase di prenotazione avessi specificato di essere celiaca e aver ricevuto nessun problema come risposta ha lasciato tutto molto a desiderare, come pensate che io possa consumare gli affettati o le uova se stanno aperti accanto al pane e al fornetto per scaldare il pane? In più mi hanno portato del pancarré della coop già aperto e consumato da altri clienti, insomma un disastro. L'unico receptionist cordiale e sorridente è stato colui che era presente al nostro check-out. Gli altri toni arroganti (anche per telefono) e poco cordiali. La mattina se ti vuoi fare una doccia devi pregare perché se la fanno anche gli altri ospiti non esce l'acqua e non puoi aprire la finestra del bagno messa in basso accanto la vasca perché ti passa la gente.

Wenn man nicht immer Zimmer isr und Beispiel Die Karte drin lässt damit die Getränke kalt bleiben, kommt Personal unerlaubt in die Zimmer und nimmt die Karte raus, vor dem Zimmer brennen Lampen das man weiß wann die Stromzufuhr an ist. Wenn man dann wie wir die Rezeption drauf anspricht, wird man beleidigt und behauptet das es jemand anderes war aber keiner vom hotel. Desweiterrn wird einem schwarz ohne rechnung andere Zimmer verkauft , wenn man nach einer rexhnung fragt: antwort: man kann das hotel auch gerne verlassen. Man hat allgemein ein unsicheres Gefühl!

Location is very good in my opinion. The staff was very kind, Aldo was very welcoming in the reception. We were contacted prior our arrival and offered transportation services. We did not need this but this is of course appreciated and welcoming. The property appeared as an old Venetian palace, converted to a hotel. I liked the charm. Our room was “family room”. Ceiling is high and the room was large enough to fit us 5 (youngest one sleeping in same bed with parents). Beautiful windows and even a balcony overlooking a canal. Condoled a boats were passing through right below the balcony. This was truly an experience! Breakfast was overall ok. Prosecco was a nice touch :)

While there is certainly charm in truly old buildings, it is good to note that this property is not recently renovated. If someone expects moderns touch and all polished interiors (and exteriors) - better go somewhere else. Having glassware in the rooms instead of paper cups would have made difference. While the breakfast was rather good, the breakfast room was not so nice. Also, coffee was a huge disappointment- Nescafé from a machine. This would be a place to level up. There appeared to be a coffee bar in the breakfast room, with proper coffee (espresso) machine but there was no one serving.

La posizione è bellissima, a due minuti da Piazza San Marco. Lo staff è stato molto gentile e ci ha accolto con una bottiglia di prosecco visto che eravamo in città per festeggiare un compleanno. Ci hanno dato dei consigli utili sui trasporti. La camera che ci hanno dato era pulita e spaziosa con affaccio sul canale. La colazione era servita a buffet con ampia scelta di salati e dolci.

La qualità dei letti. Soprattutto i lettini singoli non erano molto spaziosi e corti per una persona di 1.70 Mi sarebbe piaciuto trovare qualche cuscino in più.

Location and Value for the money. But you get what you pay for.

Night receptionist has no interest for the guests. Disdainful behavior and impatient in every interaction. Made any simple question or request (such as a corkscrew, or ice) seem like a painful conversation. He totally affected negatively the experience we had from the hotel. Also, the bathtub wasn’t clean when we checked in. Lastly, the hotel is at an area subject to flooding almost every night of our stay. Other hotels provide plastic bags for the feet, or elevated walkways, but not this hotel. That particular night employee from above was completely indifferent and unpleasant to our concerns about leaving and entering every night with the water above our ankles. After an uncomfortable exchange, he begrudgingly gave us thrash bags to cover our feet, as if we were asking for something extraordinary.

L'emplacement et l'accueil ⭐️ L'hôtel a un bon rapport qualité-prix et nous a surclassé dans une chambre avec balcons et vue sur le canal. TV connecté (chromecast pour visionner le match de foot de la coupe du monde).

Notre chambre était un peu vieillotte romantique avec l'odeur du vieux bois et on entendait la chasse d'eau des voisins.

Falta frutas. Ambiente pequeno, poucos funcionários. São vários hotéis que compartilham o café da manhã no mesmo local e os funcionários não dão conta de repor.. vista para as gôndolas também não é verdade.. porém o hotel é muito bem localizado..

Las habitaciones (vi 2 para ver en cual me queria quedar) muy antiguas, obscuras. En la que nos quedamos no servía el AC nos dieron uno portátil que tenia una manguera que quedaba con la ventana abierta hacia el canal y se entraron los zancudos que nos picaron mucho. Super caro el precio para la calidad del lugar. Cerca hay hoteles 4 estrellas y al preguntar eran de menor precio, me sentí estafada.

La ubicación. Al estar junto al canal el taxi (con las maletas ) es muy útil para no andar con ellas por Venecia. Los conserjes son amables, especialmente Andrea

El hotel es viejo, falta remodelar. Habitaciones pequeñas, aire acondicionado sonoro, baños antiguos.

We chose the hotel based on the rating and the reviews, and it exceeded our expectations. The hotel conveys the Venetian style in its facilities and interior, it's very well maintained, it's very clean in the rooms (and they do the room service every day!) and the room is a very good shelter during a hot weather. It's very quite in the hotel even though it's located near the busiest city area. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. I would definitely stay again in this place.

Location was great! Easy to get from the airport as well as to St Luzia train station. Andreas gave us the room overlooking the canals n it was great to have the view of the gondolas!

On the location

The location is closed to everything, personnel was excellent and the hotel is very clean. Staffs are very accommodating for all our requests and we appreciated it very much .

It’s not that we don’t like it but the breakfast is the same everyday. It would be nice if they change their menu a little bit but the breakfast is good.

We go to this hotel every year, a large apartment with a balcony and a canal view could not be a better choice.

Fantastic location, couldn’t ask for better. The staff were lovely and so helpful. The breakfast was great with lots of choice. The room had everything we needed. The bed felt really hard, but we slept really well.

The room looked nothing like the pictures. It was absolutely tiny and the shutters were locked nearly closed, so it was dark in the room and you needed lights on. It felt like sleeping in a swimming pool.

Près de lieu à visiter. Chambre assez grande pour 4 personnes. Petit-dejeuner complet et de qualité.

Es gibt ein Privat-WasserTaxi, vom Hotel organisiert, das uns kostenfrei nach Murano gefahren hat. Der Markusplatz ist nur ein paar Minuten entfernt.

Es gibt nichts zu meckern.

Normálně bychom si asi takový styl hotelu nevybrali, ale bylo pro nás hlavní bydlet v centru Benátek, neutratit za to majlant a dobře se tam dostat, což tento hotel skvěle splňoval. Pokoj byl prostorný, čistý, měli jsme výhled do zarostlého dvorka, to bylo super a byl tam klid. Poloha hotelu skvělá, kousek od hlavního centra, ale v zastrčené klidné uličce. My jsme jeli vapporiem na zastávku San Marco a za 5 minut byli v hotelu, dalo by se tam dojet ale i lodním taxi. Snídaně byla slabší, ale lepší, než někde něco shánět. Dorazili jsme dříve, než byl check-in, tak nám bylo umožněno nechat si kufry na recepci. Check-out byl v 11 a opět nám bylo nabídnuto nechat si kufry na recepci.

Çok eski bina ve eşyalar, kanalın dibinde olmasına rağmen kanala bakan oda yok, iç kanallar durgun olduğu için koku var, kahvaltı Türk misafirlere hitap etmiyor avrupa genelinde olduğu gibi, çalışanların çoğu uzak doğulu anlaşması çok zor ve kaba davranıyorlar, isteklerinizi karşılamıyorlar

Les produits proposés au buffet du petit déjeuner sont des produits industriels assez quelconques. Les chambres sont très petites. L’hôtel est globalement très cher.

Un emplacement idéal! À deux pas de la place saint Marc, des départs des vaporettos notamment pour l aéroport, vue sur les gondoles. Au milieu de restaurants, boutiques de luxe… Grande chambre familiale style vénitien qui dépayse directement.

Salle de bain un peu dans son jus.

Lage des Hotels.Frühstück ausgezeichnet. Personal sehr hilfreich. Auch Sondewünsche wie einen kleinen Heizkörper (Es war im Zimmer sehr kalt)

Wir hatten Superior-Luxuszimmer gebucht (20m2) Bei Ankunft wurde uns das Standardzimmer (15m2) als gebucht zugewiesen. Das gebuchte Zimmer wurde uns gegen Aufpreis von€ 50/Nacht gegeben. Natürlich ohne Beleg. Deutsch wurde n i c h t gesprochen. Leider auch kein Aufzug. In der Beschreibung steht daß es Zimmer mit Balkon gäbe. Wir haben am genzen Haus keinen Balkon gesehen.

The girl at the reception desc was rude. We didn’t get the room we selected at booking com. There was a terrible noise from the roof probably the rooms for the stuff. We paid the room as well as city tax more than we should pay according to booking com, although We made a reservation one day before we came and suddenly it is more expensive because the part of hotel become 4 star not a 3 star hotel, but our room was like 1 star hotel with very low ceiling.

Das Frühstück war üppig und das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein, Die Matratzen waren unbequem, man hat schlecht geschlafen. Das muss renoviert werden. Die Gardinenschiene hing herunter. Das Gefühl war beengend... wir haben ungefähr 340, EUR pro Nacht bezahlt, zuzüglich 21 EUR Tax für 3 Tage. Die Beleuchtung war zu grell, es kommt keine Romantik auf. ...Dringend Kerzenlicht in den Koffer packen.

Ottima posizione. Stanza ampia e confortevole con splendida vista sul canale. Personale molto disponibile. Consigliato!

Hemska kuddar. Det blev översvämning i badrummet varje gång man duschade. Ett överlag ganska slitet hotell, med löst handtag till badrummet, en trasig stolsrygg på fåtöljen på hotellrummet m.m.

Situation géographique à deux pas de la place Saint Marc. Petit déjeuner varié.

Température plutôt élevée dans la chambre et impossible de démarrer la clim. Chambre petite pour trois personnes (un lit d’appoint à été mis dans la chambre, devant l’armoire qui n’était donc plus accessible, alors que la chambre était censée disposer d’un lit double et d’un lit simple. Le rapport qualité /prix n’est pas exceptionnel.

Notre chambre donnée sur un canal passant de se fait le matin très trop ,bateaux de livraison et autres assez bruyant mais cela fait partie du charme de Venise ...

Close to main attractions

No electrical plugs to charge our electronic devices. Room was warm as we could not open the balcony door at night due to mosquitos and no air con except heater. The room was a bit dusty. One of the female staff was very rude and unfriendly.
