La situation proche du centre. Le personnel très accueillant et serviable. Le petit déjeuner avec du choix.

Place de parc un peu serrée.

El desayuno: normal. Está bien. No hice uso de otras instalaciones, sí me las ofrecieron.

No tengo ninguna queja. Todo me pareció muy bien. La habitación maravillosa, cama super cómoda. El baño y la habitación grandes y cómodo. Las vistas geniales, con balcón. Me sentí bien acogida tanto por el personal como por el sitio.

Ein Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer wäre echt gut. Auch eine Ablage für den 2. Koffer wäre super

Rooms were clean and updated, with comfortable linens.

No shampoo or conditioner in the rooms. No towels provided for the beach/hot springs.

Good location. Comfortable room. Quiet. Clean.

The distance to the airpot is very convenient. The staff is very friendly.

The hotel is quite of age, which inherently is not a negative thing but there could/should be efforts done to alleviate the room and especially the breakfast room which felt like a loveless cantine. The room was clean but old, pillows were worn out, AC was very very old and had just an on/off button. Walls and windows are not soundproof, you can hear the neighbours talk. go to the bathroom and a lot of noise coming from the streets. Breakfast was extremely disappointing (at least compared to what we had in previous stays on this Island and other Islands). The freshness and/or the quality of the produce served was also questionable, I got tummy sick a few hours later and it can only be from what I ate at the breakfast. There is a lot that could be done to improve the quality of the hotel.

Chambre plutôt petite pour 3 / petit déjeuner toujours identique et pas très diversifié / et surtout personnel très froid et pas du tout accueillant

This is a good hotel to stay in Ponta Delgada for a night before departure from Sao Miguel. Good facilities (pool, jacuzzi, sauna) and breakfast. Gets you what is needed and matches the 3 star grading. Probably slightly overpriced but we stayed in high season (August).

Nos dieron una habitación en la primera planta, la misma que el spa y la piscina y el ambiente en la habitación era altisima humedad ya que la puerta de la piscina y spa siempre estaba abierta. Las sabanas y toallas estaban siempre humedas. La climatización de la habitación no podia compensarlo.

Établissement très propre et calme. Le spa : piscine, jacuzzi, hammam et sauna d’accès gratuit est super agréable. Le personnel est très sympathique.

Les alentours ne sont pas incroyables, le centre est à 10/15 minutes à pieds

Ontbijt was prima, keuze genoeg aan koffie, met toaster, sapje en fruit. Wel de vraag of er bij een vol hotel genoeg ruimte is voor iedereen, maar dat kan ik niet beoordelen.

de totaalprijs, gezien mogelijkheden misschien iets aan de dure kant, omdat er alleen ontbijt was inbegrepen.

Estaba limpio

Me hicieron pagar mas porque supuestamente pedí una habitación doble pero no especifique que íbamos a ser dos personas, me cobraron un suplemento y las tasas, al irme me querían volver a cobrar las tasas.

El desayuno, el personal y el aislamiento de la habitación.

El precio es algo elevado, pero la isla es algo cara en todo.

Hotel de 3 estrellas que podría rozar las 4. Mejor de lo esperado, aunque algo caro para las 3 estrellas. No obstante, importante destacar los precios muy elevados de Azores dada la temporalidad del turismo. En definitiva, un hotel de los pocos asequibles, pero a su vez cómodo. Nos salvó la estancia. Es recomendable, sin duda.

Baño con iluminación escasa. Ducha vieja y sin presión.

Comfortable, air conditioned room with a balcony. Enjoyed the heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and Turkish bath! Good price and location - walkable to downtown shops, restaurants, and the marina/waterfront.

Towels for the pool required a 10€ cash deposit, which is understandable for this island - luckily we had enough cash for two people. Room did not have a mini fridge

Localização excelente, dá para passear no centro histórico a pé. Café da manhã muito bom. Funcionários atenciosos e prestativos. Cama boa, com dois travesseiros.

Banheiro com box sem fechamento, isto é, após o banho inevitavelmente a água passava e molhava do lado de fora. Toalhas de banho pequenas e mesmo sem uso, pareciam estar úmidas. Sem opção de lugar para pendurar qualquer coisa.

Le petit déjeuner pourrait être optimisé avec la possibilité d'avoir de l'eau chaude pour le thé en petite carafe et non uniquement via la machine qui sert principalement le café et les capucinos. En matière de fruits nous avons été déçus par l'absence d'ananas. Enfin, la mise à disposition d'une bouteille d'eau dans les chambres serait appréciée.

La proximité du centre ville. La chambre de bonne taille, bonne literie, bien équipée (tv, bouilloire, clim). La piscine, le sauna et le hammam. Les deux établissements de restauration (bar/snack, restaurant). Le personnel disponible et aimable dans l’ensemble.

Bon petit déjeuner mais peu diversifié après plusieurs jours sur place. Pas de parking lié à l’hôtel.

Basen i jego otoczenie trochę podkręcone na zdjęciach. W rzeczywistości dwa leżaki, mocna klima i zapach chloru.

Klein puntje: De receptiemedewerker vertelde ons dat we voor een Binnenlandse vlucht 2 uur voor vertrektijd op het vliegveld moesten zijn. We moesten daarom 4.45 uur opstaan. Eenmaal op het vliegveld was er niemand We waren veel te vroeg.

Nombre de places de parking limitées. Réservez d'avance! Et les stationnements dans la rue, bien qu'à prix raisonnable, ne sont accessibles qu'en payant en liquide... (ou avec une application compliquée à obtenir pour un non-portugais...)

Hôtel très bien situé. Chambre confortable. Personnel courtois. Je recommande pour un séjour à Ponta Delgada.

It was clean.. not enough space to put clothes. Couldn’t get water left in the room daily. The dining staff for breakfast seemed annoyed at times with guests. Not very friendly.

Z plusów: Hotel ma bardzo dobra lokalizację oraz czystość, personel codziennie sprzatał pokoje.

Śniadania - niby wszystko było, jednak codziennie to samo, po 2 dniach nie było co jeść.

Gutes Hotel für einen Zwiachenstop, das Zimmer war sauber und wir hatten einen Balkon mit Meerblick. Der Spabereich erinnert eher an ein Schwimmbad. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Immerhin gibt es einen Parkplatz, was sehr gut war

Gostei do quarto espaçoso, o pequeno almoço completo, os empregados muito simpáticos e afáveis. Recomendo

We spent seven nights at hotel Ponta Delgada. We had a lovely stay and most of the staff were very pleasant. Check-in was easy and our room was really quite nice. The hotel was very clean but could be updated as well. Breakfast in the morning was OK nothing fancy. The pool and the Jacuzzi were also OK however, it was always busy and crowded when I tried to use it. The best part of the hotel is the bar area . Staff that tend to the bar were so friendly and so attentive. I would recommend this hotel.

La chambre était spacieuse et propre. La salle de bain était assez grande. La présence d'un balcon est un plus. Le petit-déjeuner était bon. La piscine intérieure était agréable.

Dans la chambre, il manquait un mini-réfrigérateur, cela aurait été pratique. Le sauna n'était ouvert que 18h à 21h, des horaires plus larges auraient été appréciés.

Location, parking and bathroom

The welcome! No welcome, just an immediate set of rules and things you can't do. Dreadful start. Breakfast - like a canteen and quality average at best. Like a school lunch.
