Carefull Carefull Please protect yourself from cheaters you will be over charge in this hotel they will take extra charge as safty deposite on your card and will say we will refund this amount to your card after your check out. They will never refund you the Safty deposite. I will fight for my rights and will not leave even one penny with them. They has to refund. I paid 910.53 RMB as security deposite which is not back since i left from 12-Jul-2025.

The Hotel is over charging in the shape of Security deposite. Be Carefull ask them before checkin and try to pay them cash and ask cash in refund of Seciurity deposite. Otherwise you will suffer as i am suffring.

i had an unpleasant experience with the female staff member from Guest Services who delivered a toothpick to my room. She left before I could finish asking my question.

Clean and comfortable rooms, great beds. Nice coffee shop by the river on the hotel grounds. Quiet green leafy area!

It’s a little isolated though in the city center. Better if you speak Chinese, use Didi etc. Takes some time to get somewhere.

Only one guy speaks English: BOWEN. Nice guy, very attentive. Nothing around, Always need taxi. Swimming pool was nice but could use it only one day. Rest of days was closed🤷🏻‍♂️

When I booked the hotel through booking.com, the booking payment was 698 Chinese yuan but when I checked in they asked me to pay 1300 Chinese yuan, this unprofessional and disgusted. Also the room was different from the one I booked, terrible service. The hotel in general is poor regarding service. In night time there's no desk attendant. And there's no coffee or any snakes in the lobby. Also the room doesn't have clothes iron or clothes steamer. It's terrible experience, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Also the staff are rude and unprofessional specifically if you don't speak Mandarin.

I stayed in the hotel for 4 days, the breakfast is good but can be improved adding Hong Kong breakfast

The location is quiet good for staying away from the busy district a bit far from local eateries

That it was a safe place to stay and a nice place to walk and close to restaurants, malls and other. It is also right in front of a bus station and close to a metro station.

The staff doesn’t speak English very well or they don’t speak any most of the time.

it was clean and nice .The location was also fine tho not in the heart of city but it’s easy to get to various spots around .

I forgot my IPhone charger in the room and tried to contact the hotel a day after I’ve checked out ,but there was no response.So I’ve managed to get back and ask whether my charger was there but the manager on duty said that neither him not the lady who cleaned our room after could find it…very sad and can’t understand how could my charger be lost within a day with no any track of whatsoever…

Very enjoyable. Nice location. Metro line 2 is now open (25/12/19) and the station is quite close.. Hubin zhong lu zhan. Be aware WIFI. Whilst it is fine while it works, it can be a royal pain to get it working, especially after a day or two.. IF YOUR PHONE/PC SAYS IT HAS WIFI, BUT NO WIFI. This is really frustrating. The reason is... (a) the wifi has a sign-in room page, but (b) getting this page to fire up at all is painful, and (c) the page often half appears but will not load fully. (d) when you finally get this far, then select the room option not the phone. The problem is that the wifi says it is connected, but (a) (b) and (c) (and (d)) are additional problems. There is most definitely a fault or glitch... my PC did it, my phone did it, my wife's chinese phone did it. It can take 30 mins of frustration to fix it, so get ready to be patient!!!!! After ten days we just about figured out a way.... click "forget network" when it fails. If the sign-in page still only half-opens then click "open in browser" in "settings", then go to room guest. It sure is annoying... a waste of time... exacerbated by the system being a daily re-sign type.... so it constantly is cutting you off each day and you have to log on again. When you're there for 10 days... sigh!!!!!

Location is ok as it is far to walk out but it is very relaxing to be surrounded by waters . Room are big and clean

Quite accessible to popular places of interest via taxi. Most about 15mins.

由於預定這間房間時是選擇有付早餐的行程，結果跑出行程詳細時是沒有付早餐，經與旅行社溝通後 說可以付上我吃早餐的明細再退費給我，但我根本不知道要從哪裡的信箱登入，或是不知道要找哪位，讓人覺得沒有安全感。

環境很舒服，早餐很棒。

Nice rooms, convenient location. Friendly and helpful staff. Had a good stay.

Quality of room decoration and provisions are good. But the sound proof is not good enough when someone were talking outside my room. It’s quite annoying. Moreover the food quality and taste of the breakfast and the Chinese restaurant are below standard. Considering food quality it’s not 5 star standard.

周边环境很好，空气新鲜。办理入住的时候，前台的小伙给我们升级到湖景房，非常感谢，交通很方便，出酒店就有去中山路的8路汽车，去哪里都方便。 床单不是每天都给换，我们三个人入住，毛巾浴巾只有两套，每天都要给前台打电话再要一套。 泳池的游泳圈是需要花15块钱租的，孩子几乎每天都去游泳，头两天的服务生态度特别好。最后一次去是一个戴眼镜的男生，租游泳圈的时候，他拿出一个幼儿用的小圈，我说太小了，因为我家孩子基本都用大人用的，他说这个就行，我说麻烦您给我换个大的，因为我家孩子体格大，他拿出了一个硬邦邦的游泳圈，我说要那种充气的游泳圈，他皱着眉头，极其不耐烦的说这个就行，因为我看见那边放着充气的游泳圈，我生气的说我就要充气的，他又极其不耐烦的瞪着我说，好吧好吧。我花钱租的，想要什么样的，我可以选择吧，凭什么你给我决定呢？我拿到游泳圈之后，就听见，那边的门，哐的一声被他关上了，真的很无语。 还有就是去厦门的几天里，基本都在下雨，前台的人说，房间里应该有，而我们的房间里没有，每天都要交200元押金，借两把伞，每天都是这样，太不方便。

ベルボーイは機能していない。その他素晴らしい。宿泊中1日ホテルに滞在して仕事しましたがビジネスにも使いやすい部屋のレイアウトでした

Es gibt eigentlich kaum was zu nörgeln, alles so wie man sich das vorstellt. Der Pool hat sogar ein 20 m langes Becken. Zimmer sind gut und sauber, das Bett ist toll und das Wlan extrem schnell und stabil. Personal spricht mehr oder weniger englisch - ist aber hilfsbereit und nett. Leider keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit in direkter Umgebung.

Μένουμε εκεί κάθε χρόνο με την εταιρία μου για 4 συνεχή χρόνια. Είναι καλό ξενοδοχείο σε πολύ όμορφη περιοχή κατάλληλη για περπάτημα. Δυστυχώς φέτος δεν έβαλαν όπως πέρσι shuttle bus προς και από το εκθεσιακό κέντρο και ταλαιπωρηθήκαμε. Επίσης μοιάζει οι άνθρωποι που μιλούν αγγλικά να έχουν λιγοστέψει. Στάθηκε αδύνατο να παραγγείλω room service όταν έφτασα ακόμη και όταν κάλεσα την reception να με βοηθήσει. Τα παιδιά όλα είχαν πολύ καλή διάθεση να εξυπηρετήσουν αλλά διεθνές ξενοδοχείο χωρίς αγγλικά.... μεγάλο πρόβλημα

Estrutura e localização excelente, só pecou na pouca intimidade da equipe com a língua inglesa. A boa vontade deles (e a ajuda de um App de tradução rsrs), no entanto, solucionaram minhas demandas.

早餐和中餐厅很好，服务不错，前台人员经验比较欠缺，业务欠熟练，客房服务欠佳，最后一晚连浴巾都没放。相比其它地方的PULLMAN，管理方面有相当提升空间

入住时期正是金砖会议前夕，各方面的安保工作都很仔细，给厦门点赞，给铂尔曼酒店点赞，房间很舒适，而且很安静，旁边的白鹭洲风景很好，适合饭后散步，交通方便，适合商务出差，下次还会继续选择铂尔曼。

We have trouble to locate a taxi in the city as we do not have any online payment app such as wechat payment or alipay installed. Even if we bump into an emptied taxi, the driver declined to drive us coz we do not have electronic payment account. We proposed to pay by cash, the driver declined as he didn't have any change for cash payment. We ended up calling the hotel concierge to arrange pick up for us. For the rest of our stay, we just take local transport as it'd be much easier to get by than taxi.

Spacious and clean room. Very quite and nice place nearby the hotel which is public city park on an island. Very good experience to rent a bicycle to have a city ride. Xiamen is a nice place for touring

The hotel room is really small abd the entry to the elevator requires face identification every time. It's not comfortable for non-Chinese.

Jeg havde forventet en langt bedre restaurant. De forskellige retter i aften buffeen var ikke særlig tiltalende, slet ikke for et internationalt hotelkæde. morgenmaden var lidt det samme, tørt brød, ingen pålæg, ingen marmelade, ingen honning, kun 2-3 slags oste.

Πολύ καλό ξενοδοχείο, καλό πρωινό, μέτριο δείπνο και γεύμα αλλά πολύ ακριβά χωρίς λόγο. Ωραία περιοχή για περπάτημα η τρέξιμο με πάρκα γύρω από το ξενοδοχείο. Το δωμάτιο πολύ μεγάλο αλλά χωρίς αποθηκευτικούς χώρους, κυριολεκτικά δεν έχεις που να βάλεις τα ρούχα σου. Μία στενή ντουλάπα που στο κάτω μέρος είχε το χρηματοκιβώτιο το οποίο μάλιστα άνοιγε προς τα επάνω κάνοντας την κατάσταση ακόμη πιό δύσκολη.

酒店位置有點偏僻, 路標不是太清晰, 幸好大部分的士司機也知道位置。另酒店CHECK-IN 附送WELCOME DRINK, 職員服務態度慇勤, ROOM SERVICE, 叫車, CHECK-IN 態度也十分滿意。

酒店在比较安静的白鹭洲，公园就在边上，很多的绿化和草坪，去市区也很方便，重点是安静，清净！酒店也很干净。

Staff was super nice and the room was great.

The staffs are very helpful and friendly. The only thing is that, the mini fridge in my room is locked so I could not use it. One thing I would like to highlight is that they offers many kinds of pillow and the guest can choose without paying a fee. During our stay, I requested extra mineral water and plaster，the staff sent them to my room very fast. Really appreciate their high service level.

Unable to sleep well as the room temperature was too warm and no air conditioning could be provided. The hotel claimed this was the policy issued by the city during the winter.

very small hotel with very cold indoor swimming pool. still new and clean. nice lake to have evening walks. nothing special, nothing great. four stars for me because no grand entrance.

In general, a nice hotel to stay.

It was my first time staying with Pullman Hotel in Xiamen, I did not have much time to explore its surrounding nor its facility, but I am generally happy with the room condition. Nothing to complain about, but I didn't rate it a 5 because it wasn't as innovative as Indigo Hotel in Xiamen.

A high quality great value hotel with fantastic facilities and service

habits of what appears to be the strict following of Chinese government rules that delay check in and check out and frustrate paying customers. why they can't think on their own and create a pleasurable experience for their customers is just confusing to me. Worse than any other Chinese hotel I have stayed; and that list is long.

Nice hotel and good facilities at convenient location. A bit pricey but value for $.

hotel crew mentioned that AC can only cool up to 21 in the blazing hot summer; sent maintenance guys more than 2 times and changed rooms. hotel is also far away from must see areas and hard to get a taxi.
