Very dirty, body hair on bed and pillow . Six out of eight pillows had hair, and there was also hair and stains on the sheets. I told the front desk to get three new sheets, changed them myself, and slept with my coat covering the pillows. I believe the hotel's housekeeping staff did not change the bedding after guests checked out..

Well organized. Staff was friendly and polite.

Condo was really dark even with the lights on. When we opened the blinds it was better, but since it was the first floor people could see in the condo.

We loved our room, it had everything we needed. It was great to have a full kitchen and a laundry. Staff were very helpful.

Das Zimmer braucht dringend eine Renovierung, zumindest der fleckige Teppich muss raus und die Kaminheizung könnte ersetzt werden. Für die Qualität des Zimmers ist der Preis viel zu hoch. Fitnessraum öffnet um 8.30 h, damit leider nicht nutzbar.

Die Lage ist sehr gut gelegen und die Aussicht ist auch sehr schön.. Der Pool und Sauna waren sehr gemütlich

The room size and layout was great, and the location was excellent for us. The outdoor hot tubs were so relaxing and the underground parking was very convenient for us.

The beds were very stiff and our room was freezing the whole time we were there. We set the thermostat to 22 but it never got above 17 degrees, and dropped even lower at night. We had to ask for extra blankets as we only had thin sheets on the bed.

Liked the layout of the suite , especially for extra persons. The suite we had could have been much cleaner though.

It needed to be cleaner around the shower, and also should have a shower mat for inside the shower as it was very slippery.

This hotel is fine. Did what we needed for our short stay.

Front desk clerks were not personable at all. We arrived early and I realize room wouldn't be ready but front desk clerk acted like we had done something wrong.

It’s an ok place to stay in Canmore if don’t want to spend big.

It was close to restaurants and not far from other locations we were seeing in the area. The room was big and had many great amenities.

The quality of the facility, the room, and appointments was excellent.

The pull out couch mattress was unusable. I had to sleep on the couch itself. Even though the rooms were excellent, they were overpriced. I felt taken advantage of. I needed the rooms and had to pay the rate. It felt excessive.

The hotel is clean and provides everything we need in the kitchen fully equipped. Good location near seven eleven, Tim Horton, Wendy’s. There is hot tub and steam room in spa area that guests can use

The staff were friendly and it met our needs for a short stay. The kitchen was well equipped.

The room wasn’t very clean - there was a huge clump of hair on the sofa bed and sand/ grit on the floor.

What a wonderful surprise of a hotel! Loved the hot tub area. And the restaurant’s food was delicious.

We encountered a glitch with the washing machine in our unit. Lighting was very dark. Could have used a light over the sink. Microwave light was also not working.

The hotel lobby looked superb, very pretty and calm. The hallways for the rooms are pretty old however and haven't been changed for probably the past 15 years, im assuming this place has been here since the 90's. That itself is no problem, but the amenities inside of the hotel room are abysmal. They dont have enough blankets and they ones they do have are about 10mm thick. The water here from the taps and showers isnt good either, the quality of the water is quite poor even though it being next to the mountains with some of the cleanest natural water in the world. The cleanliness is what you'd expect from a hotel so no bad insights for that aspect, the views are great looking out at the mountains. A vending machine broke when I already bought the item inside, so I woulnt recommend using them at all.

I liked the location of the hotel, as well as the variety of suites to choose from. The underground parkade was very convenient!

The beds and pillows were not very comfortable. We had multiple family members staying in different rooms that also found the beds uncomfortable. The rooms were very cold, and the temperature did not adjust accordingly.

Bed was not changed over from the previous guest. We discovered this after hours and there was no one at the front desk to help us get clean sheets. We requested a 50% refund because we were forced to spend the night sleeping on dirty sheets and stained pillowcases from previous guests. Hotel manager only issued us a small refund.

Wir hatten ein sehr großzügiges und super ausgestattetes 2 Zimmer Apartment. Wir hatten sogar eine eigene Waschmaschine im Zimmer. Alles war ordentlich, sauber und in gutem Zustand. Die hot tubs draußen waren auch Mega. Insgesamt eine sehr gute Alternative wenn man was außerhalb von Banff sucht. Der Ort selbst ist auch bei weitem nicht so überlaufen wie banff und hat ebenfalls eine schöne Innenstadt mit vielen Geschäften und Restaurants.

Très joli établissement facile d'accès. Parking souterrain à disposition, mais même pas nécessaire car il y avait suffisamment de place de parc devant le Lodge. Très grande suite bien aménagée. Wi-fi fonctionnel, pas comme à Lake Louise. Deux éléments méritent d'être signalés. 1) Pour une fois dans les Rocheuses, cet établissement est décoré avec des sols et des murs fabuleux en pierres naturelles. C'est vraiment superbe, on se croirait dans un musée de minéralogie, notamment dans la salle de bains. Quelle bonne idée! 2) Canmore est une excellente alternative à Banff (magnifique mais où les logements sont hors de prix) car c'est vraiment tout près, à peine 20 km. Par ailleurs on trouve de très jolis sites à visiter à Canmore notamment les Lakes Grassi. Pour le petit déjeuner, rendez-vous "Chez François" à quelques minutes en voiture, qui propose une très riche carte de breakfasts.

Liked the room, layout worked for what we wanted. Easy access. Bed comfy, appreciated fridge and coffee maker. Bathroom was just ok. Water pressure in shower low. Tub was cool, big. Underground parking was convenient.

View. No patio. Didn't expect that. This wasn't how it was presented, but not terrible. Clerk at the counter was not interested in talking about moving rooms, didn't even discuss if it would be extra. Nope. No real gym. Has elliptical, and some real basic weights, but not a gym.

Parking was easy, and the property was accessible.

Overall, the main issue was the noise. We could hear people in the room above us, and the air ventilation system was also a bit loud.

We had a room that didn't have any heat and we had to use space heaters. When I turned on my hairdryer in the bathroom, it blew the brakers. And the mattress was, as my mom put it." it was like a mattress I slept on in 1940". Also, the lighting was so poor that it was very difficult to see in some areas.And I had to move around some of the lamps.We ended up moving to another hotel. This property refunded the two days but had us pay for the night that was miserable. The new property we moved to was above and beyond our expectations and quite a bit less money.

We reached the property after a long drive to check in , the lady in the reception said , I am busy right now and asked us to wait . She just took of and came back after 10 15 mins to Complete the checkin.

The Sushi restaurant was lovely, and even though we arrived late they were able to provide us with a delicious Bento box.

Großes Zimmer , gut ausgestattet und Sauber . Parkplatz im der TG vorhanden .20 Minuten bis Banff .

Bett war ein Klappschrank Bett dadurch unbequem. Zimmer sehr dunkel im Erdgeschoss, hellhörig ( Trittgeräusche ) . Für das Verhalten der anderen Gäste kann die Unterkunft nichts - aber andere Gästen lassen ihre Türen offen um dann den ganzen Flur zu beschallen / Kinder nutzen den Flur als Laufstrecke / Spielplatz ( morgens / nach 22 Uhr)

Good spot for Canmore and easy access to Banff. Around 25-30 minutes drive. Canmore has a lot to offer, very underrated small town. Easy going hotel, no issues, good for parking. Seems to be an electric issue in the premise, lights / AC would cut off.

Electricity very poor. Kept cutting out, lights flickering and AC tripped when in use for more than 5 minutes. Used as a base camp so didn’t bother too much however this should be taken into concise for other potential guests.

Our suite was spacious and comfortable with all the conveniences required for our stay. The quality of the bed linen and towels was excellent although the pillows were a little hard but manageable. The kitchen also had every convenience that we needed with quality crockery, glasses and cutlery. We really appreciated the washing machine and dryer as it gave us an opportunity to do our laundry without leaving the facility.

Like many accommodation places, the lighting was quite dull. Some ability to increase the lighting brightness more would be great.

The front desk staff were nice.

Our room was absolutely disgusting. As soon as we got there we noticed all around the doors and handles were sticky and dirty. There was no end of build up and who knows what in the shower. Behind one of the beds was a bunch of chips and tissues. Horrible dust build up everywhere. They don't even mop the floors. We couldn't put anything in any of the drawers because they all were dirty and had crumbs in them. I run a cleaning business and this type of cleaning in a hotel is absolutely unacceptable. We complained and all they did was send someone in with a spray bottle and a rag, which we were informed is how they "clean" everything. Will not be staying here ever again, it was a highly disappointing experience. Included are just a couple of pictures of what I'm talking about around the shower.

Nice size room with all needed amenities and a kitchenette and coffee/tea. The two outdoor jacuzzi were very nice. The staff was very friendly. Underground parking close to the elevator and our room made it convenient to get in and out. Fireplace inside the room gave it more atmosphere. Great large tub.

The day we were leaving, in the morning, we could hear a person in the neighboring room speaking for quite a while. There were many lights in the room but even with all on, the room was a bit dark. It gave it a great romantic mood but if you wanted more light, it wouldn't get bright enough for our taste. Water pressure in the shower was OK but not strong enough (for our taste).

Notre balcon avait une grosse machine en dessous qui faisait beaucoup de bruit alors on ne pouvait pas profiter pleinement du balcon et de la table extérieur pour souper.

Room - there was no overhead lighting in the bedroom, so we had to rely on either natural lighting or the two small bedside lamps Kitchen - it was nice, but cramped. Staff - when I told the staff of the problem with the water in our kitchen (the water coming out of the tap was brown) they said they would talk to maintenance but didn't offer anything else. The water in our room was not drinkable.

We stayed overnight to be close to my daughter's gymnastics comp location, so this property was great for us. It was pleasantly quiet in the hotel and our room was very spacious and beds comfortable. It was perfect for our needs as a family of 4. The Japanese restaurant on-site was fantastic, if a little pricey - delicious food amd drinks!

I don't care for swimming pools, but my family like them and were disappointed there wasn't one. They made use of the hot tub instead though. The bed pillows were rather large so it was hard to sleep on them in a way so as to not wake up with a cricked neck. I also found the bedding quite hot, so slept uncovered most of the night.

king bed mattress needs to be changed to small and did not fit the frame keep hitting my shin when I needed to go around the foot of the bed and to be careful I didnt hit my head from the mantel of the fire place which was close to the bottom of the bed. the sheet would not stay under the mattress very winkled. to open the window the pipe from the floor air conditioner keep falling into the room. the taps in the bath tub when turned on the water pour from the hole in the celing .the shower taps on the wall were fine.

The way to fill up the tub is so weird it dissuaded my husband from deciding to take a bath. Would have rather been able to open the window than had an ac unit there. The mini fridge did not have a freezer compartment :/

Property was really amazing to stay. But the receptionist who attended us. She trested us really bad, Her body language was seems to be aggresive to us. When we asked her to open the gate, She made an irritated face to us. And when we asked her for checkin, She said that she is doing something and is not free right now to make us checked in. Because of her we had drop our dinner plan. all our excitment to stay their got spoiled only because of her. Otherwise, everything was great their. Thank you

I like the quiet location- it’s away from downtown . I appreciate the underground parking and the attached restaurant is a highlight.

This is minor, but there was no coffee whitener, but there was about 30 packets of sugar in the drawer with the coffee packets.

Clean, comfortable bed and room. The rainfall shower head was lovely. Inside parking included was a bonus. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Convenient location, easy to find.

The bathtub in our room was very high sided and a bit of a challenge to get into and out of. A hand bar on the wall would make it safer.

We spent one night in the suite and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The suite was beautiful and spacious. All rooms were clean, well equipped, and comfortable. The mountain views were spectacular in the morning! The unit is so well designed. We only found the mounted tv being so high up a little odd. Otherwise it was perfect. Location was great too. Would definitely stay here again!
