The staff told me that they couldn't get me something. But when I checked in they had done it, but had put us in a room we could not get to.

It was as a good location, pet friendly, we could check in early for a free! Comfortable!

Staff was accommodating and nice. Outdoor decor, flowers. had everything we needed, TV, table, etc.

room was old, smelt musty, had to keep a window open, carpets were dirty and old, Definitely needs to be updated for the price of rooms.

80er Jahre Style mit Original Mobiliar aus der Zeit! Dringende Renovierung empfohlen. Nicht nur frisch gestrichene Wände! Küche ist nicht sauber. Gasherd und Schrank oberhalb sind alt und dreckig. Laut weil eine mobile Klimaanlage über Fenster angeschlossen. Dadurch kann das Fenster nicht vernünftig geschlossen werden. Preis-Leistung passt gar nicht!

Bed was a bit weird -- had to adjust the side "arms" to enter and exit the bed. Stove dials weren't clearly marked and with an electric stove it was difficult to determine which dial went with which burner.

Close to highway access and easy access to restaurants and shopping. We liked the kitchenette in room. Comfortable beds. Staff friendly. Nice view of the mountains while eating breakfast.

Hotel relativamente cerca y bien comunicado con Banff y muchos puntos de interés del parque nacional. Parking gratis y bien comunicado por carretera.

La relación calidad-precio. Es excesivamente caro para lo que es el hotel. No tiene opción de desayuno. No tiene ascensor. Después de tener que subir varios pisos de escalera, al abrir la puerta de la habitación, nos encontramos otra escalera estrecha para subir un piso más. Llevábamos maletas grandes, y fue bastante complicado llegar hasta la habitación. Habían hecho un apaño en la ventana para la salida del aire acondicionado, y no se cerraba, por lo que entraba el frío y el ruido del tráfico.

It was conveniently located in Canmore and easy to get to. We requested more towels and they were brought to us right away. The bed seemed newer and was comfortable.

Our room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke even after we were promised a non-smoking room. We immediately asked to be moved to another room, but the management refused to move us. We only spent one night there because the air quality in the room was intolerable.

Close to downtown

Smelled old. Was a motel not a lodge.

We were in a jacuzzi suite with access to back door so parking in the back and entering there was very convenient. Room was very comfortable and roomy.

Access to coffee was in lobby only and it wasn't open until 8 AM.....way past time that we needed coffee. Although there was a coffee maker in the room, which we did use, it was not enough on a daily basis.

Easy to find. Close to Canmore centre and restaurants

Lot of noise from neighbouring rooms. Room was very dark with no view.

Lovely relaxed place. The helpful staff could not have made us more welcome. Fabulous room for five nights and nice outdoor facilities helped make our wedding stay in Canmore truly unforgettable. Thank you.

Location close to gas, restaurants, Banff and areas

I was staying with my puppy and my room was the furthest away from outdoor area to potty so I had to take him up and down the stairs to the 2nd floor and down the long hallway several times a day and night. Having a room on the first floor with access to outside would have been better. Also when I took him out about 1am one night there were some characters hanging around in the outdoor seating area which was a bit concerning. I don’t believe they were guests at the hotel

Great location, clean room, comfortable bed, nice Kitchenette

No breakfast offered; staff was rude; room was old; tv was tiny and far away from the bed; dark and dingy feeling. Like staying in a cave for an exorbitant price. A place like this should not be on your booking site.

Chambre propre

Logement climatisé avec un appareil mobile impossible à faire tourner si l'on souhaite dormir. Une ventilateur de plafond est présent mais impossible de la laisser tourner la nuit car le bouton alimente également une autre lampe... Planche de renfort sous le lit qui dépassait du matelas. Résultat mon fils, c'est blessé. A 5h du matin, les voisins de l'étage se sont réveillés. Dès lors bruit de pas et discussion ne nous ont pas permis de continuer à dormir.

The hotel staff are friendly and very efficient. Check-in and check-out were easy. Coffee and drinking water is provided at hotel lobby. Toiletries are provided in the room.

Room and facilities are pretty basic and getting old.

Everything was excellent

I liked the view, the open area out front with a gas and also a wood fire pit. And the woman at the front desk was exceptional.

The room was a little rough and ready. There was no hair conditioner and no hair dryer. Most don't have long hair like i do, but conditioner and a dryer are kind of necessary.

Excellent location and parking. Overall the stay was fair, particularly suitable for guests who prioritize convenience.

Check-in experience – The staff oriented us at the same time as other families, even though we had made separate bookings and arrived at different times. We would have preferred a more individual and organized check-in process. * Housekeeping – The towels were changed, but the room itself was not properly cleaned during our stay. * Coffee maker – The coffee maker took quite a long time to produce hot water, which was inconvenient. * Room security – The bottom window could not be locked. This was a significant concern because we did not feel the room was as secure as it should be. * Water availability – When we asked at reception for water, we were told that it would only be replaced in the morning. It would have been better to have drinking water available for guests at all times. * Value for money – Considering the amount we paid, we did not feel that the overall experience provided good value for money.

Location in Canmore. Bagpipers from Kamloops were entertaining.

Appreciated being able to leave luggage and vehicle after checkout while doing tour

The location was good. Didn’t know there was a breakfast or if there was one. The bed was good. We liked the style of the log bungalow looking room. A great place for this style in Canmore.

Although the bed was comfortable and nice to sleep on, the pillows were terrible. Looked good but when you laid on them they went flat. Not great for pillows at all and we didn’t get a good rest as a result. It was a cool night as it was raining all night. The room was cold in the morning and the little heater supplied was very slow in throwing off any heat to make it comfortable to get up and going. We didn’t even want to have any coffee as a result.

Le prix est « abordable » pour la région, par contre pour le prix qu’on paye, disons que l’établissement est assez désuet.

atteggiamento dello staff scorbutico, quasi infastidito, non hanno rifatto la camera (i letti), stato della porta di ingresso che cade a pezzi, problemi con la serratura all'ingresso. Costo troppo elevato per il livello di servizio e alloggio, approfitta della posizione, ovviamente.

My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay ! Our room was so clean. And we got there early before 4 amd the staff don and another great employee let us in early at like 2 ! We are so pleased and will be back !

It was all great

Our honeymoon stay was great! The location was perfect, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, and the pricing was very reasonable compared to hotels in Banff. We weren’t in the room or on-site much, but it checked every box for what we needed. We really enjoyed our stay!

An included breakfast would be a nice touch, especially for guests waking up early to go hiking. A simple, quick breakfast buffet would be perfect!

The property is nothing like the pictures! The walls are all old and cracked and faded with holes and signs of old furniture around. The lady on the reception was nice and willing to help until another super rude lady from upper management started yelling at me that this is exactly what we paid for and if we want another room we need to top up what we had paid and that there’s nothing she can offer for the same price even though there were 3 listings available online. Very rude and disrespectful person!!! We had to cancel booking for the remaining 3 nights and move to a different hotel in the area!

Affordable, lots of parking, walking distance to restaurants and supermarket

Stayed here on 2 seperate occasions both times I arrived after check in times started and both times my room wasn’t ready. The rooms are clean and tidy but old, the beds are old and not super comfy, the air con units are also incredibly loud.

Struttura molto datata. Sembrava uno di quei vecchi motel che si vedono nel film, con la moquette anni 50, la tendina nella vasca e un ventilatore molto rumoroso. Purtroppo tutta la zona è molto costosa e sicuramente è la soluzione più economica e non troppo distante che abbiamo trovato per visitare i parchi con laghi e montagne meravigliose che ci sono nelle vicinanze. Per una notte può andare ma a quelle cifre ci si aspetta molto di più. Le foto non corrispondono alla realtà (e già non erano un granché) ma dal vivo è peggio. Unico aspetto positivo è il parcheggio proprio davanti alla porta della camera e la possibilità di usare panche e tavoli esterni che sono in un giardino centrale per mangiare qualcosa fuori tipo Pic nic.

The property is solidly locked in 1975 with 2026 pricing. No outlets. Very small. Noisy. I was particularly annoyed by being charged $10 to check in 90 mins early. The room was ready - what cost am I covering? The overall cost of then room was $450. How is the $10 fee even remotely appropriate.

It was clean.

It was an old hotel with old carpet, popcorn ceiling and very old basic amenities.

very accessible to the local attraction- Banff/Canmore area.

The wall sound insulation can be improved- can hear the next room.

Large room, good kitchen and bathroom and it was great they had an ice maker in the lobby

we had problems with the non permanent air cooling system. It was very hot every night in our unit. They really couldn't fix it so they refunded some of the money we pay for our stay

The room was cramped, uncomfortable and not clean. No storage space, not a single chair (just a small stool), and no table to put your things on. Dusty, with cobwebs on the ceiling, a dirty bath, and damaged, grubby windows and doors. There was a small water leak in the toilet, which made a noise all night. The mattress was sagging. And all that for 400 CAD? A room like this should cost less than half that.
