Malheureusement, je n'ai pas trouvé le lit confortable, un peu dur pour moi. On peut entendre facilement les voisins de chambre... Mais sinon, c'était top :)

I think the only room for improvement would be better lighting in the main bedrooms and also the beds were slightly uncomfortable.

Un hotel perfecto para descansar o para poder visitar Uluwattu. Las habitaciones son grandes, comodas y estan muy limpias. El personal es muy amable, esta siempre disponible para ayudarte y enseguida se aprenden tu nombre.

Dit is al het derde jaar dat we hier komen. De ligging is wat ons betreft: dichtbij de weg richting Kuta/Canggu en Uluwatu, maar wel afgelegen genoeg om geen last te hebben van verkeerslawaai. Ook het strand van Jimbaran ligt op slechts enkele minuten rijden. Het zwembad is fijn en schoon met mooie frangipani rondom.

Het stopcontact van de koelkast in onze suite was kapot. Daardoor is eten dat we erin hadden gelegd bedorven. De kussens zijn niet erg comfortabel en bieden niet genoeg ondersteuning.

Accueil chaleureux, personnel très disponible et souriant. Villa spacieuse et piscine privée très agréable, hôtel très fleuri et bien entretenu.

La piscina, la habitación.

Tener que elegir el desayuno el día de antes, si no te llevas el reproche de la empleada y casi no nos dan de desayunar. Tampoco nos quisieron dar el último día desayunó temprano para llevar.

Endroit calme et paisible. La piscine à débordement incroyable. L’accueil très sympa. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipés. Aucune humidité.

Endroit paisible et calme = un peu isolé. Si vous n’avez pas de scooters l’emplacement n’est pas idéal, les routes autour de l’hôtel ne sont pas adaptés pour les piétons (pas de trottoir).

Slightly away from the beach area but with a scooter, this was a bonus as there wasn't any noise.

Location was excellent, the hospitality staff including Whayu and Surya went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

The property owner needs a bit more effort towards maintenance to make sure the guests do not have any issues during their stay.

The bed was very uncomfortable, when you open the shower , worms comes out (like 2 worms came out every shower we wanted to take ) They charge you good amount if you stain the bed sheets

Très bel hôtel; beaucoup de charme, belle végétation et piscine très appréciable Petit havre de paix̌ aussi à 2 pas d'un SPA qui vient d'ouvrir. Le personnel est très accueillant, souriant et à l'écoute.

L'emplacement est éloigné du centre, besoin d'un Grab ou d'une voiture perso pour tous déplacements mais à le mérite d'être éloigné des bruits de la rue. Petit-déjeuner aux viennoiseries et pancakes non nécessaires car pas très bons et pas bon rapport qualité-prix. En revanche très bons oeufs brouillés

My second stay in this place. Amazing as before, the patio with the pool makes you want to stay in all day.

Somehow my second 1-bedroom villa was not as good as the first. It had more wear and tear and it seemed kinda smaller.

La situation au calme, jolie grande chambre, lit confortable, propre avec grand balcon, frigo, bouilloire, la magnifique piscine, les bons repas, la gentillesse de tout le personnel, le rooftop… bref, un incontournable si vous souhaitez qqch proche de l’aéroport. Ca fait 3 fois que j’y reviens. On se sent comme à la maison Merci 🙏🏼

Always a pleasure staying at the Astari.. a little hidden gem amongst the bigger resorts in Jimbaran. We are always welcomed back happily, and treated with grace . ❤️

It is a little bit of a distance to anything, which is fine for us as we always hire scooters... just mindful of other travellers who don't ride scooters, it may be isolating. ( just grab a taxi otherwise 😊 )

Pool, room, cleanliness. We had 2 rooms and a bungalow. It was great, we were saying we can come back with an even large group and really enjoy the facilities available such as the community kitchen which is right next to the pool.

only downside is, you can't walk anywhere. If you plan on using Gojet then its fine, but if you wanted to go for wonders then you can't do so as the main road does not have a path and it can get dangerous with the cars/trucks. You can just order food in or drive to anywhere you really want to do.

Loved the location, close to jimbaran. Go jek recommended to get around, roads aren’t great for walking. We hired 2 villas, both very spacious and very comfortable beds. Staff were very polite and the shared facilities and pool were also excellent.

Shower pressure in one of our rooms wasn’t great.

We had a fantastic stay at Astari, the staff are so friendly and attentive and the hotel itself is so relaxing and peaceful. There are shops close by but the walk to them isn’t the most pleasant, grabs are so cheap though that the location remains great - a few minutes to Jimbaran beach for the most stunning sunsets. Breakfast is great and served in the room, the perfect place to relax for as long as you need.

Le petit déjeuner n’est pas bon et selon nous, cela manque de service (un restaurant, par exemple). L’endroit est un peu simple mais suffisant. Je recommande plus pour une étape que pour un long séjour.

Astari is a wonderful place with great staff and a perfect quality/price ratio. When we had to change our plans and came back to Astari for a second time, they treated us like friends and provided everything we needed.

It is some 20 minutes walk to the beach - not a problem for us, just as a concern for the ones with children or not so keen on walking)

Обслуживание тоже очень классное , менеджер Сурья - супер ! Нам сделали апгрейд номера - что было очень приятно ❤️

Was greeted by a lovely member of staff who provided me with the keys for my villa, I was also given the WiFi information, the what’s app number which could be used anytime of the day. Was informed of breakfast times and massage options that was available. When I entered the villa the staff had placed an iron and ironing board in the room waiting for us following me messaging prior to arrival. The villa was cleaned everyday, provided with new towels daily for both the bathroom and pool. The pools chemicals were checked everyday which was nice to see that safety of guests is a priority. The villa was well equipped with all that was needed and also a water machine. Bed is super comfortable. The staff are absolutely fantastic and their can’t do enough for you, the care provided was something iv never received when on holiday, nothing was too much to ask. We stayed in this accommodation for 3 weeks and honestly the staff made it feel like home from home and we couldn’t have asked for more. WhatsApp number is provided and can be used anytime of the day/night and staff will come to you at your villa. We will be revisiting and I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking.

We stayed in the two bedroom Villa for one night. We were looking forward to relaxing for the day after long travels. Unfortunately the pool at the villa was not usable. Just before we came chemicals were added to clean it. It is likely due to heavy rains the night befire but that was a huge disappointment. We paid extra to have that extra bit of privacy with a private pool in our own villa. Alas that was not so. Secondly one of the room doors has a hinge that does not hold this each time tgat door is opened n closed a loud bang is heard, a constant shock to the system. That door needs to be fixed. There was lizard poop on the bed (again this can be accepted cos lizards are known to live in the roof..). The curtain for one window was unhinged n could not be put back this allowing light to stream into the room when we wanted to sleep in a little. Our family member in the bedroom the room was happy. Other than these issues. It’s a homely place with a nice living room area n dining table n tv in each room.

It was a lovely little resort The staff were very friendly 4 or 5 days is enough to give you time to unwind and relax . The time we were there was very quiet.

On a pris une villa indépendante avec piscine, la villa était propre, le lit confortable, la salle de bain tellement propre et sans moisissures et étant donné que je suis allergique à la moisissure c’était un grand plus pour moi. Mais surtout le personnel très sympathique. Merci à Surya pour toutes les petites attentions et ce séjour plus qu’agréable !

We stayed in a one bedroom villa and it was absolutely beautiful. The pool was the highlight for us - great size, perfect temperature, very clean & surrounded by a lovely garden. The big outdoor room with kitchen, lounge and dining area was really well-appointed. Also loved the direct outdoor access to the shower and bathroom. Good location, very quiet back street location and still an easy walk to the beach and cafes/convenience stores

Położenie w mieście, blisko do morza, sklepów i kawiarni. Taxi lub skorek dostępne w 2 minuty. Na basenie cicho i bez hałasu o poranku. Czysto i bardzo dobrze urządzony apartament. Śniadania jedne z najlepszych podczas pobytu. Wynajęliśmy willę i dla nas na koniec pobytu była idealna na luksusowy wypoczynek. Woda w cooler, duża lodówka, pachnąca pościel. Chętnie tam wrócę 👍

The area, food, staff and the villa!

I rented a one-bed pool villa for my stay and it was simply phenomenal. The level of comfort is possibly the best I ever had for this type of money. The private garden with the lounge deck and the pool is gorgeous and I enjoyed spending time there. The villas are actually located outside the hotel, opposite reception, and are separated by everything else with a tall hedge. Entrance for each villa is completely private. I was offered complimentary breakfast with my stay due to some alleged construction works nearby. I never heard and disturbance for the 9 days I was there... WiFi is stable throughout the premises.

Although I shouldn't really complain as food was free for me throughout my stay, it is just not good, as with all local Indonesian food. I ended up ordering a lot of meals on Grab, which was not a bad option after all, since Bali offers a lot healthy choices on delivery, catering for the expats. Having my meals in the garden was great, after all.
