Amazing staff services - professional, kind, polite accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic with a wide range of fresh quality food offering savory, sweet, hot and cold choices including many local products that let the visitor learn about them and immerse into the trip better. It is located in the North, not far from the Center and a short walk to the historical Kota Tuna neighborhood and also conveniently located near the airport. It is situated near a canal and small promenade which is a nice walk and making the area relatively quiet. The swimming pool is large and well maintained and fitness facilities are well equipped with more weights and machines than most similar hotels. Rooms and bed are very comfortable. There is good sound insulation and they are quiet making it easy to relax. Also internet is fast. Overall a pleasant and comfortable stay. I will definitely try to come again.

Emplacement parfait pour visiter Kota tua et assez proche de l’aéroport. Bâtiment historique très beau. Personnel très agréable Petit déjeuner correct Massage bon rapport qualité prix

La piscine était beaucoup trop fraîche (pas normal pour un établissement de cette gamme) Problème d’eau chaude dans ma chambre mais résolu par le personnel par un changement de chambre Personnel de massage un peu trop insistant pour vous fournir des extras non voulu.

The room with small terace,make easy my husband to smoke.

The security guard,when my husband leave to airport,i am alone at the hotel he say how you go taken bus? Is it i look poor can't pay taxi? I can't fly together with my husband because i get sick. Please don't judge people you are just see from what they are wearing. Thank you.

We are very satisfied with our stay. The staff was friendly, the food was delicious, and the beds were comfortable. Everything was clean and the location was great as well. Definitely worth coming back to!

Breakfast was really great, enough to choose from. the Hotel was located on walking distance from the old city. The swimming pool was nice but most of the umbrella's were broken.

Fantastic stay - huge, very comfortable bed, the room was incredibly clean, wonderful shower, TV and WiFi. Staff all incredibly welcoming and helpful. Great food in the restaurant. Loved the location to explore Kotatua area.

Propre, chambre spacieuse et moderne

Nous avons réservé une heure de massage traditionnel dans le spa. Nous avons été très déçu de la prestation en effet les masseuses ont parlé tout le long, et quand elle parlait elle nous masse pas, le massage a duré que 45 minutes, et enfin certaines fois elles nous ont fait mal

Good location near historical Dutch buildings. Turn right out of the hotel (we turned left -very dilapidated). Clean. Good breakfast. Nice big room with odd window/curtain into bedroom.

Too many 'trainees' in the dining room, making for a trying experience eg clearing the table of everything although we had just gone to the buffet. Not very observant. Evening meal was nondescript. Avoid. Breakfast is a wide offering, with some daily specials. Bar offers range of draught beer, but only small bintang available. They had run out of everything else. Three days in a row... Pool loungers need tlc

Mooie kamer

Ontbijt en restaurant, viel tegen en duur. Massage, er was niemand op afgesproken tijd en massage was in koude ruimte bij onaangename vrouw, dus geen aanrader.

Kamer was prima. Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

De centrale ligging, het heerlijke eten en het personeel, zo vriendelijk en behulpzaam en lief.

Door het regenseizoen droogt het wasgoed niet goed en roken de handdoeken soms wat muf, maar dat is echt omdat ik verder niets anders kan bedenken.

Ontbijt was uitstekend, ruime keuze bij het buffet. Avondeten was ook uitstekend! Goede bedden.

Zwembad zag er wat kaal uit.

Perfect hotel, very comfortable rooms, especially a room with terrace. All facilities are available and very nice. Personal is very friendly and helpful with any question.

庭に面したテラス付きの部屋に泊まりましたが、とてもいい雰囲気でした。ただし、蚊には注意が必要です。他の方の口コミでコンセントが合わないとの記載がりましたが、東南アジアあるあるのタイプで、日本のプラグで問題なかったです。周辺は、町並み保存地区みたいなものです、静かできれいに整備され、気持ちのいいエリアでした。

Fabulous bedding and the room was so very spacious. The best shower out of all our accommodation stays. I could go on about the shower as it was so impressive and very much appreciated after 12 weeks on the road - great design!

Good location in old city

Location is ok for sightseeing old town

The hotel is outdated and shows lack of maintenance, doors of terrace won’t fully close , no amenities in room , empty minibar, no coffeemaker, kids club at the pool in the morning with dozens of schoolkids in pool area - leaving no room for hotel guest.

Gute Lage um die Altstadt zu besichtigen, welcher aber nicht wirklich sehenswert ist.

So gut wie alle Sonnenschirme beim Pool defekt und das Personal versteht teilweise nur schlecht Englisch.

Great location

De aardige dame bij de bar van het zwembad en later bij het ontbijt de ruime kamer en de rust ondanks alle herrie op straat. De receptioniste en de portier van het hotel waren ook heel vriendelijk.

De massageruimte was kil en koud (net zoals de masseuse) er werden letterlijk 2 handdoeken over de tafel gelegd en dat was het.. overal lagen haren en het was niet schoon. (Ik heb zelf een massagepraktijk in NL) Ik had die dag een ontzettend pijnlijke rug door het vliegen (beknelde zenuw door spierspanning met uitstraling) en wilde daarom graag een massage. Ik had geen wonderen verwacht, maar een beetje ontspanning in mijn onderrug. De dame begreep mij niet moest alles in haar telefoon invoeren voor vertaling en hield hem tijdens de massage ook bij haar tussen mijn benen. Daarnaast maakte de massage en de kou in de ruimte de pijn in mijn rug ondragelijk en nog erger. Dat leek mevrouw te irriteren. Toen ze klaar was kon ik niet van de tafel afkomen. Ze bood geen hulp maar ging snel opruimen. Voor wat er op te ruimen viel. Met tranen over mijn wangen van de pijn heb ik mij aan staan kleden met veel moeite. Mevrouw wilde haar geld en liep zonder iets te zeggen de deur uit! Ronduit schandalig!! Voelde mij echt respectloos behandeld. En heb de hele dag met zoveel pijn in bed gelegen.

The place is very nice. Room floor and bathroom had a few spots which indicated it was not 100% clean but it was alright. Breakfast was ok

Hôtel bien placé même si le quartier est moyen. Il suffit d'aller à pied à quelques centaines de mètres (de l'autre coté de la rivière /canal). Matelas confortable. Propre et belle salle de bain. Pour le prix un 8/10 et pas un 9. Pour info il y avait les manifestations contre la corruption = > ambiance générale perturbée

Petit déjeuner super et pas cher pour le week end avec grosse promotion. Et lundi matin c'était bien différent : trop cher et moins de choix :(. Quartier autour pas trop top et travaux un peu partout (ils n'en peuvent rien évidemment) Personnel pas trop attentif

Bella struttura, camere moderne e pulizia notevole. Posizione comoda per visitare old town di Giakarta (Batavia) e per l’aeroporto (ca.30 min in macchina). Buona colazione a buffet con dolce e salato indonesiano.

Unica struttura in 2 settimane di vacanza in Indonesia che, nonostante il prezzo, non ci ha fornito dell’acqua in camera Pulizia asciugamani non all’altezza

Ruime familiekamer met alle nodige voorzieningen. Zeer gevarieerd ontbijtbuffet. Op korte afstand van luchthaven, in de oude wijk van Jakarta met veel bezienswaardigheden

Got food poisoning. All staff lobby, reception, fixing the room really took care of me helping with car, hospital, communication, travelling with me to hospital. So endlessy thankful for all their help in a situation like this.

Molto bello. Colazione da sogno internazionale. La camera non è molto grande ma è bella e la doccia è molto elegante.

L'unico problema è stata la poca professionalità di una persona alla reception che voleva carinamente rifarci pagare il conto della stanza e abbiamo dovuto perdere 30 minuti per fargli capire che era già stato tutto saldato. Per cortesia smettete di impostare l'accensione automatica della televisione della propria camera ogni volta che si apre la porta, in quanto se uno rientra di notte mentre l'altro dorme, non vuole essere svegliato dalla tv!

L'emplacement est excellent proche de la vieille ville. La chambre familiale était très grande. Le petit déjeuner très bien avec un buffet et un large choix. Très adapté pour un séjour en famille.

Well maintained and easy accessible stay in Jakarta

Het hotel ligt heel centraal, op loopafstand van de oude stad. Het is van binnen modern en netjes met een fijn zwembad.

Wij kwamen laat in de avond aan en wilden nog wat eten in het restaurant. Dit viel een beetje tegen qua kwaliteit-prijs verhouding. Het ontbijt in de ochtend was wel prima.

Het bed , de badkamer, fijn zwembad en gym Geweldige lokatie aan de rand van de oud Nederlandse wijk Zeer de moeite waard voor een dagje Ga zeker naar café Batavia

Prima begin van je aankomst in Jakarta - Gelegen in het hart van de oude stad, op loopafstand van bezienswaardigheden zoals het Fatahillah-plein, Museum Bank Indonesia en Chinatown. - Ruime met comfortabele bedden. - Het hotel beschikt over een zwembad, fitnessruimte, spa en biedt fietsverhuur aan. - Vriendelijk personeel

Verbouwing aan de overkant van het hotel

Centrale ligging in het oude Centrum (Bativia) van Jakarta. Personeel zeer vriendelijk, fijn zwembad en mooie grote kamers. Perfect voor een kort verblijf in de stad.
