The place is very beautiful and spacious

The fact that you can only have 1 visitor throughout your stay. In other words, if your friend visited today and got registered, tomorrow your sister won't be allowed in, only that 1 friend is allowed to visit, imagine if it was for a month. That was dissapointing for such a beautiful place, it ruined my experience.

Location, nice n professional 10 pm staff who welcomed us, technology up to date n guarantees safety. Spacious. Tv far from bed to watch though impossible to sit n watch coz it’s facing the kitchenette.

Not clean by the balcony, no batteries in the Tv remote n air-con remote. Half cleaning when staying over. Toilet paper limited.

Есть разные номера , мы выбрали с 2 спальнями. Сначала нас поселили 607, он был грязный , старая мебель, попросили переселить, дали 501. Вопросов по состоянию номера не было. Все работало. Район средний , есть кафе утром позавтракать , но в воскресенье они не работают. До набережной пешком, далековато. В апартаментах есть номера с 1 спальней , они дешевле в 2 раза , но очень приличные . Парковка входила в стоимость номера , что очень удобно.

Не очень хорошо работала система пропуска в объект и управление лифтом по сканированию лица. Не работал сейф, его заменили через день. Оставила кофту в номере , приехали за ней через 3 дня , и конечно сделали вид , что ни чего не находили .

The bathroom is a bit small.

We had a very pleasant first stay. The property met our expectations and we were happy with the room. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The location is also excellent - very central for what we needed and close to all amenities.

On the second-to-last morning of our stay, there was a serious issue where our room was incorrectly marked as vacant in the hotel system despite us still having one night left on our booking. As a result, staff came to the door while we were still asleep. I managed to reach the door in time to prevent entry, so no one actually came into the room. However, the situation was quite alarming and disruptive. The staff apologised profusely afterwards and resolved the issue, but it was concerning that such a system error could occur in the first place. It raised questions about how reliably guest bookings are tracked and how easily these mistakes can happen.

The Property is spacious and at a convenience location

The No visitors rule is unfair

Clean and neat. In a good area close to the V & A. The unit has everything needed for the stay.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean. Every day they asked if we needed housekeeping. Bed very comfortable. Netflix appreciated. I guess if you don't smoke you are fine. If you do go somewhere else!

Only minor thing was no adapter for hair dryer plug. We just bought one.

We should have been warned about the drilling all day long whilst another hotel is being built at the back of the Quarter. Another big aspect (which mattered to us as we were a family of four) was that the washing machine/dryer ruined quite a few of our new clothing items, it did not operate properly and overheated everytime. There is nowhere to hang your washing to dry and we had no option but to use the machine. Also some light fittings did not work.

Very central for work in Cape Town. Modern and well equipped for an apartment self catering stay.

The sofas in the unit I was in should get deep cleaning. On the Saturday, I left a “ please clean the room “ sign hanging on my door around 12:00. When I came back later that night, the room was not cleaned.

Security was very helpful and did their best to resolve the issue. The room we were moved to on the fourth floor was much better.

We were initially placed in a room on the sixth floor, which didn’t feel very clean on arrival. When we returned later the evening, we noticed a few small cockroaches. We contacted security, who were helpful and offered to provide Doom spray and to move us the next day. However, after spraying, many more cockroaches came out, and I had to leave the room. We even considered checking in somewhere else and cutting our losses. Security did kindly arrange to move us, which we appreciated, but it’s still unacceptable that we had to go through that experience.

Everyone working at reception is so welcoming and friendly it’s like they are like one person. The apartment was so beautiful and clean. I love it and will definitely come back.

Das Studio war sehr schön, ruhig und für einen Kurzaufenthalt bestens geeignet. Es ist sehr gut gelegen, Coffee Shop next door & nette Restaurants in Gehdistanz. Mann ist zu Fuß auch sehr schnell in der Waterfront.

Furnitures felt like it’s getting old. Many unnecessary furnitures and decors around the studio, making the space smaller.

Beware future guests to read the fine print carefully. We were booked in a room with a big balcony. Upon arrival we briefly unpacked and left for dinner. One of us being a smoker, we assumed that smoking would be allowed on the balcony. Having returned from dinner at around 9.30pm my husband had a cigarette on the balcony. By 10pm we were both in bed when woken by a knock on door: To be met by a reception staff and security member notifying us that we had breached the rules and were being evicted with immediate effect. Only in the lift downstairs, did we take note of a notice that smoking would be subject to a spot fine. The procedure was unreal - no warning, no fine. The rules and instructions that the kind reception people had to follow, made us feel like criminals.

Central location. Good value for money. Easy check in and felt safe with use of Face ID for doors and lift etc. Spacious apartment with lots of bits you might need in kitchen.

No aircon unit in bedroom, only in living area which I can imagine would make sleeping tricky in summer. Maybe a fan in bedrooms could be helpful too

Location is great. Access control is secure. The space of the rooms are comfortable and not too small.

The dishes were not all clean. The bed and especially the pillows are of poor and uncomfortable quality. The dustbin is exceptionally small and no one cleans it on a daily basis. Cleaning only done every 4 days, which is unsanitary and unacceptable for hotel standards. The Quarter Apartments literally spams you with messages and repeated information. The shower does not drain properly. The mirror light in the bathroom did not work. Never seen a stingy place like this on toilet paper. Maintenance is not a priority for the owner.

It was central for the Argus, in a good locality and quite. Staff very friendly. Thankyou

Mein Apartment ist sehr schön, genau wie auf den Bildern! Ich wurde sehr freundlich empfangen und das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit! Das Bett ist gemütlich - und das Auto parkt umsonst und sicher in der Tiefgarage!

Ausreichend Parkplätze, nette Security und freundliche Reinigungs-Lady

Wir haben die Wohnung u.a. wegen der Couch ausgesucht, stattdessen gab es nur zwei Sessel. Die Bilder für die Wohnung sollten geändert werden. Gemütlich zusammen einen Film schauen, war so nicht schön. Leider fehlte auch die Schublade unter dem Waschbecken. Anscheinend haben Gäste vor uns eine defekte Lampe bemängelt. Schön, dass sie ausgetauscht wurde, aber dass wir den Handwerker in der Wohnung treffen ohne, dass man uns Bescheid sagt, ist nicht sehr angenehm. WiFi Zugangsdaten mussten extra gefragt werden. Gefühlt ist überall Kamera-Überwachung.
