Shenzhen Grand Skylight Garden Hotel

Room are clean and staff are friendly & helpful.

No luggage rack.

Overall very good

The 3/f breakfast was not good

Poca conoscenza dell'inglese e staff molto lento.

Great location, a 10 min walk to the closest train station, close to shops, eateries etc. Staff were lovely and accommodating. I think they upgraded our room! The room was on the Executive Floor and was amazing. Huge king size room, very comfortable, clean with beautiful views and the best shower we had all trip! The breakfast was incredible! Best breakfast of any of the hotels during our stay in China. I enjoyed a tea at the Teahouse on the 12th floor which was delightful and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again.

The pool area could use some love, didn't feel very inviting - we were looking forward to unwinding by the pool but there wasn't any sun loungers or ambience. Hotel would benefit from a decent bar. It has a 'bar' on the ground floor, but it only serves beer.

Location and friendly staff at Reception

Nothing

Had a brilliant 3-night stay at Shenzhen Grand Skylight Garden Hotel and couldn't recommend it more! The facilities were fantastic throughout our stay. The spa and massage treatments were an absolute highlight — so relaxing and exactly what we needed after a busy day exploring. The room itself was perfect too — comfortable, clean, and really well looked after. What really made the stay special was the staff. Everyone was warm and attentive, but a special mention has to go to Nelson from the Customer Service Team. He went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and made us feel genuinely welcome from start to finish. Great hotel, great service, great location. We'll definitely be back next time we're in Shenzhen. Highly recommend!

Gym air conditioning poor performance

Nice hotel with a good breakfast, comfortable beds, very clean!

Tres bien

Pas de navette pour la ville

The staff, the service and the rooms.

The pool was not very clean on the day and time (around 8pm) I went.

Posizione

Servizi assenti. Piscina impraticabile senza nessuna struttura di accoglienza, no lettini, no sdraio. Assolutamente inaccettabile

Free laundry Great gym, fully equipped.

The staff english needs to be improved. Poor sound insulation in the guest room. Far away from almost everything.

Great hotel in a fantastic location! The room view was outstanding, and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful special thanks to Mr Henry Ye for his help and assistance, the lovely cleaning lady, and the sweet lady in the restaurant. Everything was perfect. Highly recommend!

Great hotel in with a fantastic view

Todo.

Fort dommage

Sylvia Lu is the best person in the whole world She is very kind and helpfull also jason zhang he is awesome

Perfect breakfast with rich variety.

Location location.

Rooms were large and hotel was well maintained

Staff were rude. No one spoke English. Pool not usable without a swimming cap, and not disclosed in the hotel description. Area is dangerous if walking around by foot due to the non stop silent scooters using the footpaths.

Mejoraria el desayuno

I like everything but the breakfast wasn’t halal ,the most of them was pork which I don’t like it

The property is absolutely excellent-clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The service was top-notch from start to finish. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back !

A little too far from metro transport

The room, the view !

The restaurant, a bit oldschool !

Very good guidance & directions from Sylvia Lu about the hotel facilities, shopping & leisure area

Location

Staff don’t understand/ speak English

Staff. Early check in at 11am

Hallway smells of cigarettes in a non smoking floor. Even lobby restrooms smell of cigarettes

Room size was really good, amazing view of the nearby park with good breakfast.

Fantastic location, great staff, clean room, amazing view.

Absolutely wonderful place. In the heart of the city with various attractions a short drive away. Sylvia Lu has been extremely helpful and attentive, from checking in to checking out, Sylvia has made our stay a million times better. Will definitely stay here again.

Wifi was a big issue

Todo, pero el desayuno es la estrella.

Nada, todo impecable.

The rooms were spacious, and the staff were friendly. The location is in a quieter area, and is generally convenient (some walking is required to the nearest subway station).

Room was cozy and spacious, very clean

The TV turned on 3 times during the night and woke me up

Amazing hotel, in the heart if Futian. One of the best rooms i stayed in China.

Everything is good Sylvia Lu invert beautiful and good staff

Good

Y además olía bastante a tabaco.

Brak miejsca do palenia papierosów

We booked the room for 2 people ( me and my wife ) with breakfast included already paid extra for it and to our surprise the breakfast was only for 1 person the other guest had to pay the breakfast rate .

Amazingly clean and modern room.

Servicio excepcional.

Lokalizacja

Brudne okna. To wcale nie jest hotel pięciogwiazdkowy. Nie polecam.

Rooms are very large, beds are comfortable and bath room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was very good and offers a lot. Pity that the swimming pool was not open yet, beginning of April. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Beware to pay attention that you arrive at the correct hotel, Grand Skylight Garden Shenzhen Hotel and not the Grand Skylight Shenzhen Hotel.

People were smoking in their rooms instead of the terrace. And also left the doors to terrace open so the hall way smelled hard to cigarettes, which was a minus but not a hard stop.

Very nice breakfast, the room is big. The hotel staff is very polite, helpful & sincerely. I enjoy in this hotel and will come again

The hotel location is little bit far away from the MTR, it needs to take time around 10-15 minutes for walking

Very helpful and kind staff , the receptionist , Slyvia Lu. Was very proffesional and helpful .amazing service.

I like the convenience of the location to have city trip, friendly and efficient staff, Excellent breakfast selections.

Alles super
