Shenzhen Futian Wyndham Grand

The hotel is in a good location. The room was nice. The concierge was absolutely fantastic.

They didn't return my deposit. It has been almost a month. Also, a restaurant didn't have a menu in any language except Chinese. Another restaurant didn't have salmon on the day I stayed there. It was a bit surprising.

Room, services and attention according to the hotel's level. Breakfast excellent.

Infortunately, the staff of the reception don’t speak a word of english. They only know how to use telephone translations. In this category of establishment, they should have a basic knowledge of this language, just about thehotel needs: no one wants to have an elevated conversation about philosophy or technique. And the image received would improve exponentially…

Personale gentilissimo e professionale.

Large rooms English speaking staff nice location

The room was a little old in my opinion

Palestra stupenda. Al 31 piano con vista a 360 gradi. Camera grande e pulita. Colazione eccellente: varia e di qualità.

Nulla

Everything

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, making it very comfortable throughout my visit. The location is excellent, with convenient access to nearby attractions and public transportation. The staff were consistently friendly, polite, and helpful, always greeting guests with a smile and willing to assist whenever needed. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with great service, and I would be happy to stay here again.

If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be the soundproofing. At times, I could hear doors closing in the neighbouring rooms and children making noise in the corridor. It wasn’t a major issue, but better sound insulation would make the stay even more comfortable.

Friendly staff, room size and cleanliness

I enjoyed my stay and found the hotel comfortable. One area for improvement would be the air-conditioning, as it produced noticeable noise during the night. Reducing the noise would make the room even more comfortable for guests.

Prima

The room decor was outdated. I had bugs in my bathroom and shower. The windows were not well insulated and I heard car honking noise all night long . WiFi wouldn’t work or was very slow

I need higher ratings! This place was perfect and ive been to a few places now so i know the difference

There was absolutely nothing to dislike. It was perfect. Stay here!

Location Excellence: We were there for a learning experience and a major advantage for learning delegations. The hotel sits in the heart of Futian, close to metro access, innovation districts, shopping, and business ecosystems making movement efficient for immersion visits and CX observations. One of the defining highlights of the experience was the exceptional way the hotel leadership team came together to prepare and host our farewell dinner for the delegation of 17 guests. The Hotel Manager and Restaurant Manager demonstrated remarkable attentiveness, coordination, and hospitality in ensuring that the evening felt warm, seamless, and memorable. What stood out was not only the quality of the dinner itself, but the intentional effort behind the experience from the preparation and atmosphere to the attentiveness shown to the group throughout the evening. Equally commendable was the presence of another member of the management team who hosted the dinner with such grace, professionalism, and genuine engagement. Their visibility throughout the evening elevated the experience beyond service delivery into true hospitality. The team made the delegation feel welcomed, valued, and personally cared for rather than simply accommodated.

limitation around payment methods. For a hotel positioned within a global innovation city like Shenzhen and catering to international business travellers, the payment ecosystem felt surprisingly restrictive and overly dependent on localized system. There was also an initial concern regarding a charge for a soiled pillow despite the scale and value of the group booking, which included a suite and multiple rooms. From a customer experience standpoint, the situation initially felt overly transactional relative to the broader guest relationship. However, what ultimately stood out positively was the manager’s discretion and responsiveness in later waiving the charge.

Very clean room with nice city view and very nice staff location is really good as well

Nice view and nice staff

Great location, big room

Smelled like cigarettes, maybe from a long time of allowing smoking in the rooms, even though my room was no smoking it smoked

Great location and facilities in our upgraded room. It was quiet on our floor which was appreciated.

Fantastisk fine rom, men trenger en liten oppjustering

Systemet med heisene.

Amazing stay! Amazing location.

Wifi could be faster but they gave us a free upgrade because our room had slow internet! Amazing amazing place!

No smoking room but with evidence of smoke smell

The rooms were really big and clean. The breakfast was very good and a lot of variety. Behind the hotel is the subway station so no long walk needed.

The gym was not really equipped.

Everything was great and excellent . Except the room service , for some reason they bring us coffee in plastic cups instead of normal … but overall everything was great. Nice stay .

Ruime kamers, goed lokatie en vriendelijk personeel

This is definitely my go-to hotel EVERYTIME I come to ShenZhen! It is one of the best hotel for the price of it! The view from your hotel room is not blocked by any other building, and it is one of the best city view in the whole of ShenZhen! Nevertheless, the room is GINORMOUS and the view while you soak on the tub is just perfect! If any of you are still contemplating, just stay here!

Absolutely nothing!

Clean n near metro station

Nothing

Location, big cozy room, nice city view. However, a bit overpriced (especially considering the below cons)

Poor English of the staff. The bathroom not very clean. Slight mold smell in the room. Noisy breakfast hall and the cleaning service not fast enough (the tables were sitting uncleaned for long times). Construction works at the building in front of the hotel not previously advertised.

Great location, right next door to the metro station. Large rooms with bath and comfortable bed.

Over priced for the quality of facilities and breakfast. Misleading information at time of booking. Disappointing stay. We booked a executive room with “club benefit” for an extra charge. We mistakenly believed this would give access to a club room and refreshments. There is only access to a small area attached to the downstairs foyer bar and the offerings were very limited and unappealing. The whole foyer bar is currently not usable due to building work causing noise - this could have been shared at time of booking. Other benefits detailed included a late check-out - but we had to push and argue for this feature of our booking at check-in. Other small details mentioned in the booking, such as fruit, there was no sign of. Breakfast was poor quality, and did not match the pictures advertised. Options limited for vegetarian and staff had no interest in helping arrange. Drinks served in paper cups, lots of cross contamination on buffet, quality overall did not match price and photos. Some issues with cleaning in the room. Lots of hairs left in bathroom; faint smoke smell in non-smoking room.
