Anche se un cinque stelle, non dovrebbe esserlo, un posto vecchio, odore di muffa e fumo. una sera la camera affianco ha fatto una festa fino alle 5 del mattino, abbiamo chiamato 3 volte e mandato email all'hotel ma non hanno fatto nulla. una cosa vergognosa.

The property had a amazing breakfast! The rooms were very clean! Great bathroom! Large single beds. Found it a little bit difficult to communicate with the staff as we are only English speaking travellers.

The pool looked much better in the photos and we found that this was not located in the best area to access shops.

离地铁站比较近，挺方便的。 房间比较大，景色很不错。 因为飞机较早抵达，staff也比较早安排入住，非常感谢。

房间总体算感觉，但是在洗面台地面有部分污渍，反应后也马上来弄干净了。 早餐没有其他家Hilton好吃。 可能我们去的比较早，早餐有部分还没准备好的感觉，staff也较少。

The hotel was comfortable and friendly, especially the hotel staff and Denis, the concierge team manager.

Zentrale Lage in Futian, dennoch ruhig gelegen bzw. auch im Zimmer mit Blick zur Straße/Stadt kein störender Verkehrslärm wahrnehmbar. Geräumiges Zimmer mit großem Bad und WC. Sauber. Nur wenige Schritte zur Metro-Station - diese ist gleichzeitig Zugang zu einer kilometerlangen, weitverzweigten (und kühlen!) unterirdischen Welt aus Shops, Restaurants, uvm. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Hotelpersonal. Sehr gutes und umfangreiches Frühstück von asiatisch bis kontinental. Witzige Serviceroboter, die selbständig Aufzug fahren und Dinge auf die Zimmer bringen.

Die Einrichtung ist zweifellos hochwertig, aber in die Jahre gekommen. Was mich sehr gestört hat, war der feucht-muffige, weinkellerartige Geruch im Zimmer, vermutlich von der Klimaanlage ausgehend, der sich auch nach zwei Wochen nicht gebessert hat. Das darf auch aus hygienischen/gesundheitlichen Gründen nicht sein! Die Hotellobby hat zwei Bereiche, einen wenig gemütlichen "kostenlosen" und einen größeren, gemütlichen, in dem man relativ bald etwas konsumieren muss. Etwas ärgerlich, wenn man nach einer langen Anreise auf die Freigabe des Zimmers wartet und einfach nur ein wenig entspannen möchte.

Das Hotel war nicht sehr einladend. Die Bar war leider auch nicht sehr ansprechend.

O hotel possui uma infraestrutura excelente, equipe muito bem preparada, quartos espaçosos e academia também muito bem equipada. O café da manhã é internacional e comporta todos os tipos de necessidade.

A localização é um pouco distante dos principais centros comerciais, restaurantes e locais turísticos. As vias em torno são avenidas largas e que impossibilitam quem goste de caminhar, como foi o meu caso.

The hotel is right on top of the famous 崗廈北站 and an underground shopping mall with HK style restaurant and our beloved Lin Lee. Hotel staff were very helpful letting us experience the robot delivery to our room. They also placed a latex pillow in my room before I checked in. Also, they allowed us to check out an hour late. All very helpful.

Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels war ausgezeichnet – zentral gelegen und perfekt erreichbar. Von dort aus konnten wir bequem mit dem Fahrrad ins Stadtzentrum fahren und hatten Zugang zu sehr guten Restaurants und Essensangeboten in der Nähe.

Leider war der Gesamtzustand des Hotels sehr vernachlässigt und veraltet. Die Zimmer und Flure waren in einem bedauernswerten Zustand: schmutzige Wände, abgesplitterte Spiegel und dreckige/zerrissene Gardinen. Die Hygiene war besonders besorgniserregend – die Mülleimer auf der Toilette waren unhygienisch und ranzig, die Dusche war verstopft. Zudem hatten der Teppich ein großen Fleck. Es wirkt, als würde das Hotel dringend eine umfassende Renovierung und intensivere Reinigung benötigen. Unter einem 5 Sterne Hotel stelle ich mir erfahrungsgemäß andere Bedingungen vor.

We booked this hotel because it specified there was bidet but when we went then there was no bidet in the room which was quiet disappointing

Location is the best just by the metro with five lines in one station, Executive lounge was worth the money by the way everything was great,the room was huge with wall to wall glass windows easy light comes . Breakfast buffet had variety you cannot come out empty The staff in general were kind and helpful. The robot room services were entertaining most guests.

Für die Nutzung des Pools sind Badehauben Pflicht und müssen am Eingang zum Pool gekauft werden. Das Personal im Spa spricht kein Englisch und versteht nicht mal ein Wort. Die Zimmer schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen.

A nice Hilton property in spread out Shenzhen. We were on the executive floors with lounge privileges. We enjoyed the service. Good breakfast buffet.

The room quite big and also facing the Shenzen Innovation Centre. Location superb as located just next to central metro station (Gangxiabei station)

Pillows too soft. Also I needed to reset the WIFI connection few times. Toilet not upgraded as per Japanese type of toilets where they have heated seats, self cleaning of buttocks etc.

I tried to think of something positive but am unable to. That's how bad it is.

Whole hotel reeks of cigarette smell. Specifically instructed during reservation and during check-in that I require a non-smoking room/level. Apparently the whole hotel reeks of smoke smell. Made a complaint during day 2 and they sent an air purifier up that doesn't solve the problem. Made a complaint again on day 3 at 1AM as the smoke smell was suffocating, but duty manager Keno Lin says he cannot guarantee that a change of room will not have smoke smell and he said and I quote "I cannot see anyone smoking what do you want me to do?". Sore throat and inflammation on day 3 onwards, terrible and excruciating stay. Never had such experience with any hotels before, and I can't believe this is Hilton. Cleanliness is appalling. There were oil stains in the room when we checked in and they sent a cleaning lady to wipe the floor with a rag. The bathroom was dirty and grimy. We were speechless when we saw the disintegrating curtains the next day when the sun is up (pls see pics). Do note that the hotel's gym is subcontracted to a 3rd party operator called XINGCHEN that allows outside customers, therefore it is not a private hotel gym. Sent email to HiltonHonors@Hilton.com, guestcorrespondence@hilton.com, no response or whatever.

Not clean! Fitness showers disgusting same as shower in the room, need a cap for the pool 49 cost …. I had late check out at 14h for 2 rooms had to check out at 12h30 … Really not worth it … Staff is kind and follow the rules of their boss For Hilton standards this is really bad

Очень хороший отель! Отличное расположение - классный район, рядом метро, куча кафе и магазинов. Также можно погулять рядом с отелем, приятное место. В пешей доступности есть парки и музеи. Недалеко отличные моллы, можно супер пошопиться! Вкуснейшие и очень разнообразные завтраки в отеле. В отеле и номерах очень чисто, приятные ароматы. Удобные кровати, подушки. Большие санузлы и хорошие душевые в номерах.

The rooms and beds were a good size with a nice large bathroom. Staff were the obvious highlight and were exceptional during our stay. From the moment we checked in, they greeted us warmly, to the moment we checked out. Concierge went above and beyond during our stay with notable mentions to Dennis who was fantastic. Despite facing a main road the hotel was quiet. Location is also great as there are lots of food and shopping options and train stations are nearby. Because of our experience, we look forward to returning here.

The pool facility and staff could have been better. The facility seemed to be managed independently so were not as great as the hotel staff. Life jackets were also not offered for young children.

The best hotel view in Shenzhen, reception personnel are very friendly and polite, rooms are big and clean, nearby subway stations and shopping malls not far from hotel

Very close to the metro station and shopping centre across the road. Rooms were large, with ample space. Beds were comfy. Bathroom had everything you could need.

Wifi wasn’t great, as it was very slow and nothing was loading. 5g was faster

Rooms are lovely, clean and spacious. Gym exceeded my expectations, impressive for a hotel gym.

The food was inedible. We couldn't even eat the dinner we ordered there - the staff didn't charge us and apologized, which gave me the impression that this happens often here. The breakfast was abismal - the smell alone was enough to cut all appetite. Also, do not order the coffee in the reception bar unless you'd like a stomach ache for 2-3 hours after.
