Breakfast is great, and it's the same everyday. Reception guys are cool and respectful. The pool is great, don't miss it. The gym is always accessible and it's well maintained. Warm showers.

The building is not as good as shown in the pictures. It's old and needs repairs and maintenance. Toilets and room sometimes stink. Bath towels and pool towels smell bad. Probably they need to use better detergent. They clean your room without your presence/permission. They'll always have access to your room. Ensure you don't keep valuable stuff. No Complimentary beverages provided. No games and all.

Nice and Pleasant property with spacious rooms. Good staff and good service overall had a good stay. My daughter especially enjoyed the big swimming pool.

The restaurant menu should include more items as we thought we had limited choices. Prices are on the higher side so there should at least be more variety to choose from. Since it is a family friendly property it would be nice if some indoor games like carrom, table tennis, table soccer, pool etc can be included.

This was an amazing hotel with great staff. Special thank you to Priya in the restaurant - she was lovely and provided great service. Tapan by the poolside was lovely and looked after us all very well. Great conversation too!

The spa. Note: this is not owned by the hotel but is associated and on site. We booked 5 adults and received a group discount. 3 of the massages were ok. The couples massage was terrible. We had one room and the two masseurs talked loudly for the first 25 mins. They then stopped talking and then the drilling and repair work started outside the room. I had to ask them to stop and go outside and stop the work. They did this. Our 1.5 hour massage only had 45 mins of peace and relaxation. We spoke to reception on exit and they said the manager would get back to us after 2 days when he was back in. We heard nothing. At check out we asked to speak to manager again - he was not available. One of his staff came and said they would come back with a resolution in 10 mins. 30 mins later the hotel called the manager and he said he’d call back. Back and forth took an hour. No resolution. I would not book this spa again - there are better ones off site

постельное белье не очень белое, 1 раз видели таракана (не с улицы, а обычного рыжего таракана), нельзя останавливаться такси около отеля, заказывали водителя и он побоялся подъезжать к отелю, пришлось идти на нейтральную территорию

We did had a lovely holidays at the Golden Tulip. All the hotel staff are very helpful,professional,everyone do very good job. Rooms was very nice, comfortable bed ,clean, food at restaurant was very good, plenty choices of everything, staff especially Matthew very professional,everyone will do for us everything. Swimming pool was very clean every day, Tapati looks after that very well. Thanks to reception for complimentary extra time in room before we was living.

We can’t faulted noting there. Was great stay.

Big double room 2 beds and balcony. Air conditioning fabulous. Room cleaned daily and sheets and towels changed every 2 days. 2 lovely pools with waiter service. Good breakfast with English and Indian fare. Hotel 15 min walk to beach ⛱️ excellent restaurant 2mins away with reasonable prices and tasty food

Cleaning could be improved on. Some decorating taking place when we were there which they started early in am. Room and mattresses need updated. Window and surround need attention. Background music in corridor starts at 8am found this annoying and unnecessary.

They charged me for towel cleaning which got stained, and being a 4 star hotel they brought that stain towel to reception desk to show and ask me to pay for cleaning charges No free beers provided and what i consumed from the fridge instead of that was charged, I asked to swap charges, they said no we can't as it comes from services, makes no logic as beer is beer with different brand names I guess

Convenient for the beach and far enough from the main road to avoid traffic noise. Facilities were good. Including gym and pool.

Det var stort basseng

Det var utrolig skittent på rommene. Det løp store rotter ved bassenget og ved resturant / frokost avdelingen hele tiden. Vi hadde booket der i en uke, og først sa de at vi måtte bo der igjennom hele oppholdet selv om vi var misfornøyd men, etter å ha kontaktet booking og sendte inn bilder av alt så ordnet det seg. De sa vi kunne bytte rom, men de var like skitne. Vi var 3 store familier som bodde der, og alle rom var skitne. 2 av familiene hadde booket igjennom booking, der måtte vi betale for 2 dager vi bodde der, og slapp og betale resten. Siste familien hadde betalt direkte til hotellet og de nektet å gi pengene tilbake. De måtte betale for en hel uke uansett. Hadde jeg kunne lagt til flere bilder så hadde jeg gjort det, har mye flere. De trenger virkelig å få orden på renhold, og pusse opp rommene. Anbefaler ikke denne plassen videre.

The room and bathroom was large with required facilities and with large balcony. The staff were very welcoming to make my stay comfortable and went that extra mile especially Wasim, Govind, Suweak, Preet and Rajiv (who was always smiling). The restaurant staff provided excellent service and the buffet food was good with variety.

I stayed at Golden Tulip, Goa for 5 nights and had a truly wonderful experience. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout the stay. The hotel offers great amenities, a relaxing ambiance, and is conveniently located for exploring Goa. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay — I would happily return and highly recommend Golden Tulip, Goa to anyone visiting. My big wishes to the Golden Tulip Team and special mention to Mathew Cordozo , the restaurant manager who even took care of the smallest things.

The rooms are bad the pillows are very bad full blood stain all torn pillows only covered with fresh pillow covers . Supervisor is least bothered

Great stay! Room was spacious for 3 adults. Loved the swimming pool - Tapan was super helpful. Staff was polite and attentive. Breakfast buffet was yummy. Overall, a nice hotel.

South Indian live counter was below expectations. Service was too slow, on checkout bell boy didn't came to pick the luggage and after waiting for more than 30 mins we have to carry it on our own. Check- in at 3 O'clock is way too late - Most Negative point
