Good

Excellent

Stayed here for a week. Loved the area, very convenient close to many restaurants. Location is great, service was great. Breakfast was included in my package and it was delicious.

Very nice hotel, staff was very friendly and helpful.

Love it!

Very good service; staff and delicious breakfast

Thank you.

Wonderful service overall. Will use in our next visit to Guadalajara

Yes

Great service

Limited dining

Our room and the entire floor at night smells bad

Good customer service

It’s my second time staying here and it has been pleasant.

The property was good, but the management wants to charge more for my two reservations. It was paid in full two months before, and they want more money for my stay. They told me it was my responsibility to pay the difference of their price because Expedia underpaid the booking.

Everything is good

Unfortunately there was cuckroaches in the dinning room

Super place

Location and service

This hotel was clean and very conveniently located. The staff were very prompt and helpful. They also had an amazing continental breakfast with actual food and good variety. Would definitely stay here again.

Good place to stay when in Guadalajara

Clean and good customer service. I went to a wedding and there’s a Beauty Salon at the shopping plaza next to the hotel. Area is safe.

Muy buena estadia

Excellent place and I recommend it to everyone

Good stay

Everything was really good, nice personal.

Clean hotel. Friendly staff especially the breakfast staff. Comfortable rooms. Parking situation could be better. But seems like it’s own by another company.

Clean, spacious, great thread count and comfortable beds and pillows . Overall , a great place to spend a night or two while traveling .

Nice and clean for a business travel

breakfast and the place was clean

Comfortable beds. Working appliances. Overall it was a clean room. Except the desk was dusty. Coffee area still had coffee stains from previous guest and was also dusty. Front desk was not welcoming.

Nice place to sleep in, safe conditions for your belongings, excelent cafeteria service and attention from staff. I would recommend it time after time.

Wonderful location excellent service.

We were happy about the quality of room equipment and the building itself. Very clean y safe

Its a great place to stay, very convinient and safe

Excellent customer service and great breakfast

Really nice hotel

Great place to stay. Good price and good location.

I like the breakfast!!

I like the staff, everything is clean, I love the breakfast. This hotel have a good service, thanks everyone for your help and your service.

No attractive restaurants nearby

It´s located on a very quiet and secure neighborhood. Rooms were always tidy up and clean. Great breakfast. Nice co-working area near the lobby. The staff was always friendly and helpful no matter the hour. Has some nice coffee shops/fastfood options around just in case.

Great service clean room and enjoyed the free breakfast.

Customer service was super great felt very welcome. The room is so pretty and the beds are so comfortable.

Nice and clean.

Clean and quiet hotel

Super confortable, huge rooms, perfect for a family of 4 or even 5. Can't beat the price, breakfast is included.

The property was amazing, everything was so clean and the staff was friendly.

Was there for a wedding and location was convenient to church and hall. Friendly staff and good breakfast.

Permisos was comfortable and well kept. Good location to get to various shopping center by Uber or taxi, since driving and traffic can be challenging. All Staff was friendly and very professional and breakfast choices was very good.

Over office the state was comfortable there was a few cleaning issues but nothing too big.

Always enjoy the standard at Holiday Inn.

What a great hotel close to everything and the breakfast was amazing. The man serving breakfast just makes the stay awsome!!

Convenient location, easy parking, good experience overall

Convenient close to airport safe location.

Very nice experience, very comfortable

Everything was so great, very convenient and great location for us.

It is very easy to get to the hotel. Parking is safe. A security guard drives through the lot.

I tried to call the hotel 12 times ask questions about the shuttle to pick me up from the airport they said it was on his way be there in 15 minutes 45 minutes went by I see no shuttle tried calling numerous times just to get hung up on and then after that they just wouldn’t answer the phone So I had to pay $22 for a taxi cab So I had to pay $22 for The air-conditioning in the room doesn’t work Well at all I couldn’t even sleep I might as well just stayed up and stayed at the airport all night till my connecting flight and save my money

I didn’t like the rooms, are too old needs refurbishment, the area not so great at night . The rate does not match what the cost.

Nice clean hotel, in a middle. If small shopping m area and two private universities. Perfect for meeting, conferences, etc,,

For the price the room was dated and drab. Air Conditioner was broken. Breakfast was excellent. The location is good for me but for the price I’ll look elsewhete next time.

It was an excellent service and clean room at all times

Absolutely nothing to complain about. Warm Mexican hospitality. Excellent breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay. Room was comfortable, breakfast was good and the place was clean. Front desk staff was helpful.

I would give this hotel max 3 stars. Hotel staff are excellent and very friendly but the beds are not comfortable, bad air conditioner, breakfast is terrible.

Excellent service and attitude of service the staff

Nise area god service brackfast is delisios landry god service

Very nice hotel clean and quiet.

The hotel is well located. The staff was very friendly and helpful with us. What I did not like was that the hotel needs updates.

Everything was great. All the staff were very friendly and helpful!!! Will be back

Hotel en ubicación conveniente. El desayuno es incluido y tiene buena variedad de guisados, fruta, y jugos frescos. Habitaciones amplias y cómodas.

Had wonderful time in Mexico. And the stafff made me feel right at home!

Will be back

Clean and comfortable, well located, and breakfast is ok

The check in/out was speedy, the wifi is strong, the rooms are clean and the hotel is near amenities and F&B outlets. Parking is free and the breakfast provided is relatively good. What more can you ask for...

I was at this hotel for business. I made my reservations on hotels.com and i had my conf. when i showed up to check in the un trained attendant could not find my reservation, and claimed that my reservation was cancled. i checked in at 8pm, and when i asked to speak to a manager, one was not available because supposetly managers leave at 7pm. which to me is unbelieavble for a hotel. after arguing with the clerk, and operater i was given a room. i left for meetings the next day, when i got back at 3pm, my room was not cleaned. when i called front desk they told me that supposetly i did not want my room cleaned. the clerks were acting unprofesinal and i am expreamly disapointed in their lack of profesionalism. Will not recomend or stay there again. Im surprosed becaise i stayed at plenty of Holiday inn, but this one by far has the worst team.

It was amazing The comfort and quietness love it

Great breakfast that is free and convenient service. Strong WiFi. They have 24 hour desk service so no need to worry about arriving or departing really early in the morning. There were some fruit flies that came out of my bathroom sink. That was kind of annoying but was really the only negative for me.

Nice hotel. Clean, good service...good breakfast.

everything was good but the bathroom it had no ventilation fan. the smell would linger into the room. other than that the satay was great.

Staff was great. Good breakfast. Nice room. It is a great hotel.

Hotel is just awesome. Humongous standard rooms larger than any other hotel of its kind. Clean, smells great. Comfortable bed. Nice restaurants, coffee shops and convenient stores just outside the hotel. Conveniently located not too far from airport, but not far from Expo Area and downtown Guadalajara. Easy access to hotel from Periferico. Super friendly staff. Congratulations!

Staff always extremely accommodating.

very pleasant, nice rooms, staff great, very clean, good internet, good breakfast, plenty of places around to get food or stuff that you may forgot

It was very good.

Excellent with a few restaurants around

We picked this hotel because it's not to far from the airport. Everything you expect from a Holiday Inn. Clean and friendly staff

Tris Hotel is great but the location is not ideal. It is too far from Downtown, Airport, Bus Depot, Zoo, etc.

Excellent for resting.

Just excellent staff: very friendly and professional. Great breakfast. Room and the whole hotel very clean. Was there for a full week, a third year in a row, and will come back hopefully one day.

Excellent place to come to at the end of a long day of meetings!

Overall quailty of the hotel was good. Would stay there again!

In spite of our late arrival, we were welcomed and processed quickly so we could get to our room and to bed. Excellent breakfast the next morning.

very nice room
