The staff is very nicer, from the cleaners to the reception to the bar staff. The bar has access from the pool which is a great bonus It was lovely and quiet.

Quiet end of Chaweng, staff always happy & friendly. The pool & beach well maintained with a shout out to the security beach guard who is amazing maintaining the cleanliness of the beach & taking his job very seriously. Asset to the hotel, happy man.

Food & cocktails were disappointing! Cocktails premixed sugary slushy disasters. Breakfast was just average, we ate in the restaurant once & room service another night would say just average. Catering side could definitely do with an overhaul.

The room has a pool, I wish it was separate from the other rooms. Also the rooms from above were watching down on us and it wasn't pleasant and even trow cigarettes to the pool

את הבריכה, שירותי הניקיון בחדרים הצוות של חדר האוכל.

בעיקר לא אהבנו את המנהלת בקבלה. הייתה מאוד לא נעימה וגסת רוח. לא נעים להתחיל חופשה כשאדם כזה מקבל את פנינו. הגשתי מכתב תלונה בנושא. עם זאת יתר עובדי המלון היו נעימים ומסבירי פנים.

Everything was just great in this hotel. The room, the breakfast, the staff…all were just 10+++ Location is also super convenient (walking to main Chaweng, on the beach.

All was just great.

Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad . De kamers waren ruim, schoon en comfortabel, met een heerlijk bed en alle voorzieningen die je nodig hebt. Het resort is prachtig onderhouden, Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en van uitstekende kwaliteit. Ook het personeel verdient een groot compliment: iedereen was vriendelijk, behulpzaam en altijd bereid om een stapje extra te zetten. De ligging van het resort is ideaal. Wij zouden dit resort zonder twijfel aanbevelen en komen graag nog eens terug. Bedankt aan het hele team !

Great location, that is in a quiet section of Chaweng but a short walk to the busier part. The staff was really kind and helpful. The pool area was great. Room was clean and comfortable.

Неплохой отель. Просторный номер с хорошим балконом. НО!! В несезон, в июне, в море невозможно было купаться: вода стоячая с илистым дном. Это общая проблема для отелей на Chaveng.

We stayed at Sareeraya Villas and Suites for 7 nights from 6th to 13th June as a family of 3 with our 8-year-old son, in Luxury Villa 109 with pool access. Our stay was top notch from start to finish. The villa was stunning – spacious, beautifully designed, and having direct pool access made it perfect for both relaxing and keeping our son entertained. Everything about the villa exceeded our expectations for comfort and privacy. But what truly made this trip special was the staff and service. Simply amazing. The team was warm, attentive, and went above and beyond without being intrusive. They made our family feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of throughout our stay. We loved everything about Sareeraya – the setting, the villa, the service. It set the bar high for Koh Samui. We will definitely choose Sareeraya again on our next visit.

Sehr persönlicher und freundlicher Umgang des Personals. Die Superior Suites mit Meerblick sind außergewöhnlich schon. Gegenüber gibt es einen 7/11, einen ATM, Laundry und Massagen / Jet-Ski am Strand. Chaweng Night Market erreicht man in 15 Gehminuten. Der Caiphi an der Bar ist spitze!

היו שיפוצים אז קצת רעש של קדיחות האוכל והשתיה יחסית יקר החוף והים לא מזמינים היינו רק בבריכה

Das Personal, allesamt sehr höflich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Das Essen im Restaurant The Chef‘s ist besonders lecker, immer frisch mit allerlei Auswahl.

Der Strand ist leicht steinig, aber durch den angenehm kühlen Pool macht es das wett.

Die Lage war ok. Die Aussicht ist auch sehr schön!

Der private strandbereich war nicht sauber. Er wurde nur auf Bitten gesäubert. Es lagerte sich viel Plastikmüll aus dem Meer und sogar ein fischskelett mit Kopf haben wir vorhefunden. Beim Nachbarhotel war alles sauber am Strand. Zudem gibt es zu viele Stellen im Pool, an denen sich Ölartige Farbe an den Händen, Körper und Kleidungen abgetan hat. Mit einem Kleinkind im Wasser ein absolutes Unding. Auch die Reaktion des Hotels, nachdem Bilder gemacht wurden von allem, ist eines 5 Sterne Hotels nicht würdig. Hier besteht ganz klar eine potentielle Gefahr und Handlungsbedarf. Das Frühstück ist kaum zu empfehlen. Die Mitarbeiter sind verglichen mit anderen Hotels in Thailand eher unfreundlich.

Het personeel is buitengewoon vriendelijk en behulpzaam! Dit gold zowel voor het personeel bij de receptie, maar ook het personeel bij de bar, het restaurant en het strand. Het hotel ligt op een hele fijne locatie: net buiten de grootste drukte van chaweng, maar je loopt er binnen 5 minuten naartoe. Het hotel is superschoon en tot in de puntjes verzorgd! Kamers zijn ruim. Airco werkt goed. Bedden zijn groot en liggen lekker. Het ontbijt is heerlijk. We hebben er ook een keer diner gehad en 2 x lunch; ook fantastisch!

Ik heb hier en op Google meerdere reviews gelezen die soms behoorlijke minpunten laten zien: dat is echt onzin en herken ik geheel niet. Wat me wel opviel tijdens ons verblijf is dat sommige gasten minder respectvol omgaan met het personeel. Dat vind ik echt verdrietig en geheel onterecht.

Super schönes Hotel in Koh Samui. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstück war top. Ab 1.4. wurde das Frühstück von Buffet auf à la carte umgestellt - man hat dennoch alles bekommen.

The room was really good and spacious especially once we upgraded to the room with the swim up pool - that was the highlight.

I didn’t think it was a 5 star hotel personally, last year I stayed at the sala next door and there was no comparison at all, especially considering the price difference isn’t that big. The breakfast was a 4/10 maximum and comparing to the sala again it’s just no comparison. The staff were lovely but we have the feeling everything is being done on the cheap whilst charging high prices for what you get. Also everything felt a little dated, there was no wow factor or even a nice personal touch like I’ve had at every other 5 star hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I think if the price was say £100 a night cheaper then it would be more acceptable for value for money but this is hugely overpriced especially for the breakfast, I’ve had better breakfasts at 3 star hotels on smaller islands in Thailand. I can’t complain at all about the staff they were lovely but I just feel like the price structure needs looked at as there was hardly any other guests at the hotel at all so if it was cheaper then maybe more would come and create a better vibe as it was pretty vibe-less. Big shout to the security guy round the pool as he was very helpful and a true gentleman always with a big smile on his face. Overall even though the room with the pool was a highlight the overall experience at the hotel was average at best and we would never come back unfortunately. I’ve came to Koh Samui 5 years in a row and this hotel was the worst we’ve stayed whilst also being the 2nd most expensive. Sorry to be negative as I don’t like to be but I think it’s more constructive criticism as it has a lot of potential to be a really good hotel to stay with a bit more effort placed in to it. Thanks.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, direkt am Strand, wir hatten ein Zimmer im Hauptgebäude am 3.Stock mit Meerblick. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und sauber, große Terrasse, großes Badezimmer und toller Ausblick. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend und gut, sehr nettes Personal, ich habe jeden Morgen den Blick auf Strand und Meer beim Frühstück extrem genossen, so schön einfach! Würde jede Zeit wieder kommen. Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen, trotzdem ist man in paar Minuten im Trubel, wenn man das unbedingt möchte. Chaweng ist am Abend extrem laut.

חדר עם גישה לבריכה, מומלץ לשדרג אם אתם מתכוונים להישאר בחדר, אם לא מומלץ חדר עם נוף לים מקומה שנייה. ארוחת בוקר מגוונת אם כי יסר גבינות לבנות כמו בכל תאילנד המיקום מעולה 300 מטר מתחילת הבלאגן של צוואנג.

זה לא שלא אהבנו אבל המבחר במסעדת החוף ובארוחת הבוקר היה יחסית מצומצם

המקום מקסים, הצוות נהדר, מלון בוטיקי נעים ביותר עם צוות שירותי שסייע בכל דבר. רוצה לציין את Ning המקסימה שעזרה לנו גם במעברים מאי לאי. חדר נקי מקסים וגדול, מיקום ממש טוב.

צריך לדעת שהמקום מרגיש פרטי לגמרי, הרגשנו לבד באירוח בלי הרבה אנשים סביבנו. לנו זה התאים מאד. החוף ים עם המון אצות לא ניתן לרחיצה.

There was one Bar staff who was very rude .Some of the suites were smelling mould . But when we changed our rooms to Villa it was excellent.

Un superbe hôtel, très charmant. Le petit-déjeuner est bon (sauf les pancakes et gaufres pas très bons, trop secs). Bon emplacement de l’hôtel, un 7 eleven quasiment en face, mais personne ne se baigne dans la mer en face, il faut marcher le long de la plage environ 15 min pour avoir une magnifique plage. La piscine de l’hôtel est sublime, les transats sont suffisant pour tout le monde et le personnel de l’hôtel est absolument adorable! Je recommande!

Les 2 premières nuits nous avions un bruit dans la chambre puis ça s’est arrêté.

Leider ist das Meer in samui oft von Plastikmüll verschmutzt, das hotel versucht alles mit eigenem strandreiniger, aber der Einstieg ins Meer ist nicht so toll zeitweise. Über 400 pro Nacht nicht günstig, aber das weiss man ja beim buchen

I am very disappointed. Our extended family booked 4 rooms and were charged twice for each room: once via Booking.com and once directly by the hotel. Despite repeated attempts to contact them, we have not received any response or refund, even a month after our stay. This issue ruin our vacation and must say that this is not a service of 5 stars hotel.

Hangos a klíma. Szep a tengerpart, de a szomszedos szallodaknak is gyakrabban kellene takaritani a partot.

The most expensive villas are fine, yet some of the staff don’t speak English good which is unacceptable for 5 star hotel.

What i hated and i couldn’t believe was the breakfast and the extremely unbelievably mentality of the management of the place or the lack of it. What i mean is that the breakfast was the poorest i have even seen, less options than a 3 star hotel. They give you JUICES FROM BOXES instead of fresh ones ans this is in Thailand…They offer you mango shake but YOU MUST PAY IT. The coffee in the morning is worse than the paid one, they make from different machine and source. They don’t have any healthy options for food almost. I have never seen such a shame in a 5 star hotel in my life!

Avslappnat, bra service och välskött. Jag vill särskilt framhålla strandvakten som hela tiden var på sin vakt och hade koll på vilka som hörde till hotellet och vilka som inte gjorde det.

Vårt rum hade en liten doft av fukt.

Its a boutique hotel, so quiet, so bueatiful and two minutes from ther you have massages beach caffe and water sports. 10 minutes youre at the main street

Breakfast a bit boring after few days

The bed was very comfortable. Love the closet space and bathroom space! The room is very clean! We had good privacy in the villa. The breakfast buffet was good!

No air conditioning at night. We could hear the noise and staff chatting from the restaurant and pool bar.

המלון ממוקם במרחק הליכה מהצ'וונג, חוף פרטי, בריכה שקטה ונעימה, פיסת גן עדן, הצוות מהמם והמלון שקט רגוע ומרגיע., חדרים גדולים ומרווחים, חדשים ונקיים עם ריח נעים בחדרים, בקיצור מהמם...

ביצענו הזמנה ל־5 חדרים ללא אופציית ביטול. החוויה במלון הייתה מצוינת, השירות היה אדיב ומקצועי, ואין לנו שום תלונה על השהות עצמה. עם זאת, לאחר החזרה, חברת הביטוח דורשת את חשבונית ההזמנה לצורך הגשת תביעה. פנינו מספר פעמים הן למלון, הן לשירות הלקוחות של Booking, ואף ביקרתי פיזית במלון במהלך שהותי באזור בשבוע האחרון – אך לצערי לא נמצאה אף כתובת שמסוגלת לעזור או להנפיק את החשבונית הנדרשת. אנו מבקשים עזרה דחופה בהנפקת החשבונית על מנת שנוכל להשלים את התהליך מול חברת הביטוח. נשמח לטיפול מהיר. תודה מראש.
