⭐ 1/5 – עזבנו אחרי לילה אחד בלבד. זה אומר הכל. הגענו ל-The Briza Beach Resort Samui כמשפחה עם שני ילדים קטנים, בציפייה לחופשה משפחתית רגועה. למרבה הצער, החוויה הייתה כה מאכזבת, עד כי לאחר לילה אחד בלבד ארזנו את חפצינו ועזבנו. ראשית, לדעתנו, המלון הזה פשוט אינו מתאים למשפחות המטיילות עם תינוקות, פעוטות ועגלות. ישנם כל כך הרבה מדרגות ברחבי המתחם, עד שההתניידות ממקום למקום עם עגלה הפכה למשימה מתסכלת ומתישה. אפילו פעולה פשוטה כמו יציאה מהחדר הרגישה כמו מבצע מורכב. גם נושא הניקיון היווה אכזבה גדולה. מצאנו נמלים רבות בחדר הרחצה ובמקלחת, ובאופן כללי, החדר לא הרגיש לנו נקי. היו גם יתושים רבים, דבר שהיה לא נעים במיוחד כשמטיילים עם ילדים קטנים מאוד. כמו כן, הרגשנו אי-נוחות לגבי אזורי המים הפתוחים ברחבי המתחם. כשיש ילדים קטנים, במקום להירגע, הרגשנו שעלינו להיות דרוכים וערניים כל הזמן. אך מה שהפך את החוויה לגרועה עוד יותר היה האופן שבו המלון טיפל במצב לאחר מכן. הסברנו את כל החששות שלנו וניסינו למצוא פתרון הוגן. אפילו הצענו לשלם עבור הלילה היחיד שבו שהינו בפועל, וביקשנו רק לקבל החזר כספי עבור הלילות הנותרים שלא נוצלו. המלון סירב. במקום לקחת אחריות או לנסות להגיע לפתרון סביר מול משפחה שהחליטה בבירור שהמקום אינו מתאים לה, הרגשנו שהמלון פשוט ביטל את טענותינו והתעלם מהבקשה שלנו להחזר הוגן. לא ביקשנו שהייה בחינם. היינו מוכנים לשלם עבור הלילה שבו השתמשנו בחדר. ביקשנו רק שלא יחייבו אותנו על הלילות הנותרים, לאחר שכבר עזבנו את המקום. עבורנו, זו הייתה רמת שירות לקוחות מאכזבת ביותר. לארוז הכל, למצוא מלון אחר ולעבור אליו עם שני ילדים קטנים – זה הדבר האחרון שכל הורה רוצה לעשות במהלך חופשה. ובכל זאת, העדפנו לעשות את כל זה מאשר להעביר כאן לילה נוסף. חוויית אירוח במלון אינה מסתכמת רק בחדר או במתקנים – היא תלויה גם באופן שבו ההנהלה מתייחסת לאורחים כאשר מתעוררת בעיה. למרבה הצער, החוויה שלנו בשני ההיבטים הללו הייתה מאכזבת. לא נחזור למקום הזה בשום פנים ואופן, ועל סמך הניסיון שלנו, איננו יכולים להמליץ ​​על אתר נופש זה למשפחות המטיילות עם תינוקות, פעוטות או עגלות ילדים. אם אתם שוקלים להזמין חופשה במלון זה עם ילדים קטנים, חישבו היטב לפני שתשלמו עבור שהות ממושכת.

price could be more reasonable for what offering , food hygiene must be imporved at the open not airconditioned restaurant , we had a serious infection, extremely to many Israelis with very bad attitude against the staff and the visitors , extremely bad people no any respect for other humans at all and heard about them extreme stories happening at koh samui. . Also the entire area on the main street smell bad some times very bad due to not proper hygiene systems .

Aunque la habitación era grande, me impresionó a la llegada que todo es muy viejo. Los muebles se veían desgastados, la grifería del baño vieja…. El exterior está muy bien, limpio, vegetación preciosa en todo el hotel. Pero le toca renovar el mobiliario. Otra cosa que no me gustó es que la piscina no está delante de la playa. Pero relación calidad precio muy bien, por lo que he pagado tenía piscina privada en la habitación.

Très grosse déception – absolument pas au niveau d’un 4 étoiles Nous avons séjourné au Briza Beach Resort en famille et malheureusement, c’est de très loin la plus grosse déception de notre séjour en Thaïlande. Nous avions réservé une chambre à environ 400 € la nuit, et à ce niveau de prix, nous nous attendions évidemment à des prestations correspondant à un hôtel 4 étoiles. Cela n’a absolument pas été le cas. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été frappés par l’état général de l’hôtel, qui est très dégradé et vieillissant. Les parties communes comme les chambres auraient clairement besoin d’une rénovation importante. L’ensemble ne correspond absolument pas, selon nous, au standing que l’on peut attendre d’un établissement annoncé 4 étoiles, ni aux photos et à l’image présentées lors de la réservation. Le soir, c’est encore plus surprenant : l’hôtel ressemble presque à un lieu abandonné, façon “urbex”. De nombreuses zones et allées sont tellement peu éclairées que nous étions obligés d’utiliser la lampe de nos téléphones pour nous déplacer. Au-delà de l’ambiance très particulière que cela donne à l’établissement, c’est également peu rassurant lorsqu’on circule avec des enfants. Après nous être plaints de notre première chambre, l’hôtel nous a proposé de changer. Nous avons accepté en espérant que la situation s’améliore. Malheureusement, dans notre nouvelle chambre n°511, nous avons constaté de nouveaux problèmes : fuite de climatisation, plafond très abîmé juste sous une piscine située à l’étage supérieur, ainsi qu’un problème de fuite au niveau de la piscine. Nous avons signalé la situation à l’hôtel, notamment notre inquiétude concernant l’état du plafond. Malgré cela, aucune véritable solution ni compensation financière ne nous a été proposée. Nous avons également rencontré beaucoup de moustiques, et l’emplacement de l’une de nos autres chambres, la 906, était particulièrement désagréable avec des odeurs de nourriture juste devant la chambre.

From the moment we checked in, staff were uninterested and unhelpful. The facilities were dated with limited maintenance. Our daughter stepped on the pool grate and went right through it, injuring herself, the staff provided no urgency or concern when reporting this. Would never stay here again!!

It makes the hotel look like a luxury property with a private pool so you think you are getting a great deal, but arriving at the room is a nightmare. The room AC kept leaking and the bathtub was leaking.

We have a family room with plunge pool, the rooms were nice and set up nicely for a family and the plunge pool was good. The pool area was good but could do with a bit of an update, sun loungers could do with new covers.

The resort is dated and needs to be updated. We had allot of mosquitos around and in our room. I know there is allot of mosquitos in Thiland but there is allot of standing water and waste in the drains around the resort which will be causing there to be allot of mosquitos around the resort. The resort needs a good tidy up around the ground as there is allot of debris lying around and the drainage system needs to be cleaned out and upgraded.

המזגן בחדר עשה רעש נוראי שלא איפשר לישון בלילה. הצוות ניסה לסדר את זה אך ללא הצלחה. אחרי 4 ימים העבירו אותנו חדר , אחרי שלא ישנו 3 לילות. בלילה הראשון בחדר החדש, בחדר לידינו היו חברה שעשו מסיבה וקפצו לבריכה כל הלילה. צוות המלון לא הצליח להשתיק אותם, אז עוד לילה שלא הצלחנו לישון. ביקשנו לבטל את המשך השהייה במלון ובשום פנים ואופן הם לא הסכימו להחזיר את התשלום של המשך השהייה. נאלצנו לוותר על הכסף ולעזוב את המלון. העדפנו לשלם עוד כסף למלון אחר אבל העיקר שנישן בלילה. מאכזב מאוד שהתעקשו לא להחזיר את הכסף למרות שהבינו שאנחנו לא ישנים כבר 3 לילות. בקיצור למי שרוצה לסגור את המלון הזה תדעו שזה היחס שתקבלו.

Fin morgenmad. Men kun en kaffemaskine, så ofte kø ved den, og frugten blev ofte ikke fyldt op med det samme. Venligt personale. Rigtige fine værelser, og vi havde en mindre privat pool mellem vores to fine og store værelser - det var meget lækkert.

Rod i kommunikationen vedr. ekstra seng til vores 3. barn, og ekstra udgifter herfor - trods jeg havde spurgt på forhånd. Så det endte med at koste os 5000. bath ekstra - oveni at stedet ikke var billigt i forvejen. Motionscenteret var lidt primitivt. Vandet fra flaskerne (som blev uddelt) smagte meget mærkeligt - og vi måtte købe andet vand alle dage.

Great location just at the top of the hill of the main street where all the shops, restaurants, convenience stores, laundry, money exchange, massage, beauty salons etc. About 10 mins from the Airport. Easy to catch a tuk tuk from outside the resort. Staff were wonderfully friendly and so ready to help. The resort backs out onto a calm laid back beach with other resort bars along the beach line. Rooms were comfortable, spacious and extremely clean and bathrooms too. Good selection for breakfast and a very good menu for lunch/dinner.

Coffee, creamer & sugar provided in the rooms but tea bags are not - you can purchase conveniently from 7Eleven down the road as we did. The resort is on a hill so there are flights of stairs and some pathways on an incline - great for exercise but maybe difficult for some. Be aware that there are no irons provided in the rooms (typical of a lot of Thailand resorts) but washing and ironing services are within 5 mins walking distance.

plunge pool was good and the private court yard. Bed was very comfortable.

the room offered nothing. not enough hanging cupboards, no draws at all, not enough furniture. no hot water to the bathroom sink as I had to boil water in the kettle to shave, shower drain blocked every day, some power points not working in the room, no shaded area at the beach bar area, 1 small single coffee machine, very old and slow at breakfast that you had to wait up to 10 minutes in a big line just to get a coffee. I did not realise that the hotel was on a massive slop which made walking around the complex extremely difficult with huge up hill slops.

Thoroughly enjoyed the room with a pool - great private facility for day and evening use. The staff were very engaging and helpful.

Beachfront area could do with an upgrade to include more shade and take greater advantage of casual usage and the impressive outlook.

Breakfast was really good. Staff were very helpful and friendly and location was good. Our rooms were so spacious as well which we loved and a great view.

No ironing facilities at all in the resort. This should be a staple.

Die Lage des Resorts ist sehr gut. Gleich in 5 Gehminuten hat es viele Restaurants und Läden. Das Resort liegt gleich am Strand. Leider ist der Sandstrand da sehr schmal und die Sonnenliegen stehen auf der Terrasse und nicht am Strand.

Die Anlage ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchte ein Update. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet sehr viel, leider hat es mit dem Nachschub nicht immer geklappt.

Beliggenheten til hotellet var langt i fra Chaweng og en veldig trafikkert vei utenfor hotellet. Stranden som lå ved hotellet kunne vi ikke være på da det luktet,og sjø var stillestående slik at det var masse tare og rusk som lå der. Vi dro til Chaweng Beach. Sengene på hotellet var veldig harde. Dette er et hotell som ser bra ut på bilder men bærer preg av det begynner å bli gammelt. Renholdet kunne vært bedre, vi måtte spør flere ganger om å få nye håndklær.

The first rooms we were placed in were very far apart. The main pool location is really not great and the pool itself is not very big.

The pool was dirty and we didn’t use it, you could see a layer of scum across the water, the gym was shocking and only the running machine worked (loudly) the bikes didn’t work, the whole outside area needs a revamp as all the paint has gone. The room was large and if revamped would be lovely, wooden sinks that have been painted with gloss that leaked and the mosaic bath in the shower room area was chipped and very old. Lots of stairs so no good if infirm or disabled, breakfast poor and tv in room is from the 80’s (I honestly thought all hotels in 2026 had smart tv’s)

We enjoyed our stay here but some things really bugged us. Showers. Our room shower was terrible. No pressure tiny head and looked very cheap. Not nice after a hot day. Also the bathroom was incredibly hot. Breakfast- the buffet was very underwhelming. From boiled chicken hotdogs and slices of wet hot ham to roast pumpkin and wet scallop potatoes for breakfast. Strange combos that seemed like leftovers. Highlights of breakfast were the omlette station but the bacon was cold, overcooked and you had to ask for it everytime. You get 2 pieces at a time not self serve. The thai meals were nice but strange at breakfast. Thai curry, cashew chicken for breakie. Would love to have had pad kra pow for breakie Staff were lovely and looked after us. Cleaning rooms however were very late in the day. 4pm for us usually when we wanted to be resting before dinner. And the often turned our ac off so our room was hot when we got back.

The rooms were large and comfortable. We had a plunge pool which was nice to come home to. The staff were wonderful and the breakfast was lovely with a wide variety of food. The pools and gym were sufficient for our use and we found the area nice and quiet. Don’t stay there if you enjoy the beach as area in front is not good for swimming.

The beach out the front is not good for swimming. We walked 2km down past the reef to sit in an area good for swimming. The pools were at the top of the resort with no view and really serviced rooms that lead into them. It was a 1km into town which was ok for us however there isn’t much choice up in this area if you don’t go into town. Saying that, the Wok Inn close by has great food. If you are going to Ko Samui for days on the beach, I suggest you go to the other end or Lamai.

Die Lage ist ganz schlecht, das Problem ist nicht das das Hotel kein eigenen Strand hat, sondern das man einfach nicht ins Meer kann, weder bei Ebbe noch bei Flut. Dem Hotel ist ein Riff vorgelagert, der das Schwimmen unmöglich macht. Ausserdem ist das Frühstück schlecht. Das man nur einen über Stunden aufgewärmten Kaffee bekommt, entspricht nicht einem Hotel dieser Preisklasse. Als letzten Punkt muss man erwähnen das es in unserem Apartment Kakerlaken gab.

Duplex for families is a great option, rooms themselves clean and tidy offering a comfortable nights rest.

The resort overall is tired/ old and needs some TLC. Breakfast was lack lustre. The pools were quite dirty, and have no seating around them (it’s on a whole other level) which is a nuisance if wanting to keep watch of children and lay by the pool for a relax.

We had a room with plunge pool, loved that this was an option and enjoyed the privacy of this on our balcony. Staff were very helpful and assisted with issues with the internet and bedding (too hard for us - so they provided a mattress topper on request - which was most helpful). Loved the location as it was a short walk into the main area, but not under the flight path and alot quieter than in the main area of Chaweng. Breakfast was well supplied and Pat at the egg station and Ken in Customer experience - always greeted us with a smile and no request was too much. Not far up the hill is the restaurant Lecker Smecker, which we loved for dinner, it was great food and well priced. Great value for money!

It is a little hilly, whilst this didn't bother us, it could be an issue for less mobile people. The main pool was quite a walk from our room and was spread across 3 levels, with lounges only on the first level, which was not poolside. Bathroom didn't have much bench space, but a wicker 3 drawer unit was provided, but made it tricky when putting on makeup or doing hair. Overall, the room was a great size, but could do with a little bit of maintenance in the room and pool/balcony. Would also be nice to have a lounge chair on the balcony as the chairs provided were hard wood, and couldn't be sat on for too long to read a book etc No TV/streaming services provided, ie National Geo channel etc, to watch anything on the tv, you needed to log into your own streaming services.

Parts are in need of revamp, beds at beach area need a daily tidy, leaves and ants everywhere.

Снимали два номера для нас с женой и двое детей . У нас был номер с видом на океан и басейном , у детей был номер подальше но тоже отличный вид и личный басейн . Не далеко от центра, отличное местоположение. Мой номер был конфидециальный в дали от всех, можно было отдыхать и веселиться. Много ресторанов и магазинов рядом.

Нужно чуток обновлять обьект и не только косметически подкрашивать . Всё держитесь на честном слове.

חדרים מיושנים מאוד .

Location was close enough to the main area and hotel on the main road but far enough to not be disturbed by noise. Restaurants, massage places and 7/11 outside of hotel. They provided umbrellas in the room is case of rain.

Plunge pool room a little dated. Too many insects - need fumigating more often. They should provide plug in anti insect stuff - we had to buy our own. Breakfast basic and lacking choice so we did not bother last 2 mornings. The beach washes away in high tide. Not enough beach in low tide to put sunbeds on.

Kamer was mooi en groot , schoon en lekker bed , alleen de douche en toilet / bad ruimte stonk naar riool en de muggen horren waren stuk dus vol ongedierte

Zwembad was niet levendig , de bar is zelden open nodigde niet uit om lekker te verkoelen en drankje te doen . Strand bar is toe aan opknap beurt
