The hotel was very nice, the staff were amazing and everything was so clean and spotless. The front desk, the security and the restaurant staff were all so nice and helpful. Riya from the restaurant was very helpful and made sure we always had everything we needed at breakfast, she was very attentive to all our needs, the chefs and the other restaurant staff were also very good. Thinzar from housekeeping was absolutely amazing, he always went out of his way for any requests we had and cleaned our room to perfection, he always made sure everything was perfect and spotless.

This hotel was amazing, the rooms were clean and just everything about it was great. What was possibly the best aspect of the hotel was the breakfast. Breakfast had everything from omelettes to french toast and so much more. This made me and my family look forward to breakfast every morning as we could try out something new every single day. The hotel had amazing service. I would like to shout out Ali, who was an amazing person to talk to, a very kind individual, and always had a smile. As well as being an amazing person, he served the best coffees and lattes and other beverages and definitely deserves a raise. We had a fantastic time, and would definitely come again. It is a quiet place to really rest after a long journey. The Element Marriott staff are accommodating and kind to answer questions and gives accurate guidance. The room staff Samier is very efficient, everyday he comes to take out the garbage, and provides water, sugar and tea which well appreciated. Linens and towels are change frequently. He vacuums the room and keep the bathroom tidy and clean. We appreciate your high customer service. Our stay is like a home away from home. We feel rested and relaxed after a tired day.

The hotel appears to be infested with bedbugs, as evidenced by the multiple bites and rashes developed by the affected guests during their stay. Although the issue was initially mistaken for a food-related reaction, it was later confirmed to be caused by bedbug activity in the room. Despite raising this matter immediately and even emailing the General Manager, no one has responded or taken ownership of the situation. This reflects a serious lapse in hygiene, guest safety, and service standards. We request urgent action, a thorough inspection, and appropriate corrective measures to ensure the well-being of all residents.

I had an excellent experience during my visit. The place was exceptionally clean, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming and well-maintained. What truly made my visit outstanding was the service provided by the staff,. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly attitude made me feel genuinely valued as a customer.

A free shuttle service runs regularly to Burjuman Metro Station, Dubai Mall, and Kite Beach, which makes getting around very easy. It takes about 25–30 minutes to walk to the nearest metro (ADCB metro station or Sharaf DG), through a safe and pleasant area, or just 10 minutes by taxi to downtown. 🏊 Facilities There’s a lovely rooftop pool with a beautiful city view — perfect for relaxing after exploring Dubai. Towels are available at the pool. 👨‍👩‍👧 For families We traveled as a family — my wife, our 7-year-old daughter, and I. Everyone felt comfortable and welcome. Our daughter especially loved the pool and the friendly atmosphere. ✨ Conclusion Aloft Al Mina is a modern, stylish, and very cozy hotel. We just completed a wonderful 12-day stay at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. ​We particularly wanted to highlight the housekeeping service, which was incredibly efficient and fast. Our room was always impeccably clean, and the service was executed with remarkable speed and professionalism. They truly do an outstanding job. ​We experienced no issues whatsoever during our entire twelve-day visit. Everything from check-in to check-out was seamless.

We found ourselves in Dubai for a long-stay because a family member needed a complicated surgery. As we waited for the transplant to arrive, for the surgery and post-recovery, we were treated so well by our housekeeping staff. They were kind, friendly and always wanting to go the extra mile for us. In particular, we want to appreciate Sameer who made a difficult stay more enjoyable. When you are in a suspended state, even a smile can make the difference. The hotel property is not close to a metro stop so be prepared to walk, or take cabs/other transport to get around. The hotel was clean, well organized, with a helpful front desk, as well.

Room is tip top clean everytime by room attendant mr ammar.He taking good care of the room and make sure is clean and tidy.

The hotel is well located in an area with shops, pharmacy, hospital around (you can literally walk around, just not in the daytime in August because of the heat) and not far from shopping areas like Deira or Burjman mall. Check-in was quick and team accommodated our request to have a 2-bed room instead of a single bed. The room itself was large enough for 2, pleasant to stay in, well lit and sunlight comes in without blinding. Bathroom area was great but please review water temperature. It doesn’t get really hot. Housekeeping by Sirjana: she was the sweetest & cutest 🥰 always available, always prompt to respond to enquiries! She left us a towel swan 🦢 The restaurant for breakfast and buffet is good. Good food, with mostly Indian influence and European pastries. Well stocked up, super fresh vegetables. Nice staff ready to help with special requests. Price of buffet in the evening is very reasonable too if you don’t feel like ordering in or dining out. Overall, a very good first experience at Aloft Al Mina!

My birthday stay with full board option was amazing.The reception team and who assisted us for the check-in, Mr.Reason (quiet a unique name for a reason🤓), had welcomed me with a warmly gesture, unexpected upgrade and delicious Tiramisu.The courtesy call by Mr.Ahmed following by birthday wishes truly made my day. The breakfast and lunch is also enjoyable with the assistance of Ms. Nyein, who is aware of my coffee order from the dinner and served the same during my breakfast. My appreciation extended to the chefs who made amazing omelette what we wanted, also are willing to give me options beyond the a la carte menu lunch as a special gesture, however I loved fish and chips in the menu. Overall the whole team were amazing. Till we meet again!

I had a wonderfull stay, Received me well. service was quiet good. Refreshed the rooms well. The guys in the reception are very kind and well communicated. Mr. Shin and Mr. Sarath are very polite to the guests. Personally I liked their way of response. A small suggestion, people like me will have habbit of sleeping with fan though you have AC. That would be better if you provide few in the hotel. Thank you for the service.

Our room attendant, Sameer, is a very dedicated and kind person. He has great initiative as he knows our needs (family with children) before we mentioned them to him. Our stay was fantastic! The rooms were spotless and cleaned daily, ensuring comfort. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choices. The pool was amazing, offering breathtaking city views, including Burj Khalifa. Highly recommended!

Subhagya is the one who attended me and my room the duration of my stay and kudos to him for being professional and polite. He is kind towards clients and my room is so clean and neat. The bed is so beat and the linen and pillow cases are all soft and so comfortable.

Aufenthalt war gut, Zimmer sind sehr groß. Leider etwas außerhalb und die Metro etwas zu weit weg.

Absolutely loved this hotel!! It was super clean, and the staff were fantastic at making me feel welcomed and looked after. The only downside was the amount of construction happening in the area - this made it difficult to walk places that could have been walkable and also made it hard to access local public transport. Fortunately, the hotel had its own shuttle service into the Financial District and beach, which made life a lot easier. Loved the pool as well!

Upon arrival after a terrible taxi ride to the Aloft, i was informed that there is no availability and that I'm being transferred to another airport that is located closer to the airport. I then waited 30-45 minutes before the shuttle service could arrive to drive me there. Needless to say, horrible!
