The hotel has a very friendly team in the restaurant. The customer service provided by Nadeesha, Boniface, Sushmita, Ravi, Mylene, Hossam & Reetesh is second to none and they made it a pleasure to stay and eat here. Breakfast and the evening meals are buffet style and the choice and quality of the food is excellent. The roof top swimming pool gives good views over parts of the City and also provides a nice cooling breeze. We would definitely stay here again.

My family and I have just returned from this hotel (2 adults and 3 small children) We all had a great stay here. The location was central for exploring Dubai. The room was modern, clean and large - we had a King one bed suite. We had breakfast and dinner included with our stay. Both buffet style with plenty of options, which were varied each time. All food we ate was delicious. The staff are all very friendly and helpful too. We used the pool on the roof for a few hours each day, although not too many sunbeds for the amount of guests. We got there around 10am and always got 2 beds but they filled up fast after this. Overall I would recommend this hotel and would look to stay here again if we come back to Dubai.

I would like to specifically mention Sushmita, Hossam, and Mylene, who are doing an exceptional job. They are consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive. Their positive attitude and dedication made every breakfast enjoyable, and it was a pleasure to be taken care of by them throughout the stay. Another big advantage of this hotel is its convenient location. Numerous restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets are located within walking distance, which adds a lot of comfort and flexibility to the stay. All in all, a very enjoyable and well-rounded experience. I recently stayed at the hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The staff — especially Chizl, Hossam, Mylane, and Nadesha — were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which I truly appreciated. There were a few areas that could be improved but overall, the warm service from the staff made my stay enjoyable, and with a few improvements, the experience could be even better. Thank you Hein at reception was very helpful and gave us nice room with nice view to the city with Burj Khalifa view. All staff members at hotel are very nice, polite and kind . The cleaning is also first class! Breakfast have good choice , European food and some oriental . Dinner is also have chicken, meat ,pasta, are tasty and delicious. Have desert and fruits. To Dubai mall is 10 min by taxi , to the beach is also 15 min by taxi .

My stay at this hotel was wonderful from start to finish. This is my honest review. I cannot stress enough: families and travelers with children should avoid this hotel, and never book through Love Holiday. The Hotel: • Completely not family-friendly. Morning has only a few drinks and juice. Afternoon has no buffet, only menu items. Evening? No drinks, not even left on the table—staff must pour your water. • No poolside snack bar, despite what Love Holiday and the hotel papers claim. Staff don’t know anything about it. • Pool and facilities are disappointing. Outdoor pool is hot and cramped; indoor pool previously advertised has been removed. Shuttle service is inconvenient and poorly timed. • The hotel feels like a roadside business stop, not a Hilton. We spent most of our time outside enjoying Dubai because there was nothing to enjoy inside. Love Holiday: • Corporate, dishonest, and unaccountable. They misrepresented hotel amenities and failed to take responsibility. • They threatened to leave me stranded, forcing me to accept a partial refund (£163) under pressure. This is unacceptable, stressful, and unprofessional. • I’ve booked with Love Holiday before, but this experience went too far. They were threatening and rigid, and completely failed to help when things went wrong. Bottom line: • Families: do not stay here. • Love Holiday: avoid at all costs. • Hilton brand expectations: completely unmet. This is not a Hilton experience. Rating: 1/5 stars Do not be deceived by advertisements or photos. This hotel is for quick business stays only. Love Holiday is dishonest and untrustworthy.

From the very start, the manager’s conduct was unprofessional. Due to an error by the travel company, I was sent to the wrong Hilton Garden Inn. Around 12 p.m., I called this hotel to confirm whether my booking was here, providing both my name and my wife’s name. I was told there was no reservation. Relying on that confirmation, I booked a night at the Hilton Garden Inn Emirates branch (which I highly recommend). Later that evening, the manager, Abdul Nasser, contacted the Jumeirah branch and learned that the reservation was actually under my wife’s name. When I explained the situation, I was met not with understanding, but with rudeness, aggression, and a complete lack of empathy. I was even forced to pay additional tax despite my booking being fully paid. I also lost out on two breakfasts, and no attempt was made to resolve the issue or offer any goodwill gesture. Instead, I was blamed for the mix-up and accused of lying about my earlier call—being told outright that it “never happened.” This experience was deeply disappointing, and I would strongly advise against staying here if you expect professionalism, empathy, or basic customer service.

Very clean hotel with a lot of amenties and well located. The beach access and pools are one of the main added value for us

All the staff, from management to the front desk, to the dining room/ kitchen and many more, including the room cleaning team, very nice team, serviable, freindly, always greating with smile, ready to make you feel home, I can’t stop talking, and complimenting them to my family and freinds. I will hilly recommend anyone for their stay here at this hotel!!!! I spent 2 weeks with my family of 7 of us, and I will return again and again there, if I travel for Dubai. Disappointed with the Service I recently stayed at Hilton Garden Inn and was quite disappointed with the level of service. Upon check-in, there was no one available to assist with our luggage. The same happened during check-out – someone just brought the luggage down and left without offering any help beyond that. Additionally, when we requested water, we were told only two bottles were allowed, which felt quite limited and unaccommodating for a hotel of this standard. I expected a better level of hospitality and guest support from Hilton. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the guest experience.

This was our first ever visit to UAE (Dubai) and the hotel was a home away from home. They did not just provide facilities but had personal touch to them! My kids felt comfortable with staff in no time because they’re always ready to help. The hospitality was on another level. The meals were also very well prepared with varieties each time. The roof top swimming was clean and had a standby attendant for reassurance. I will definitely come back 💯

Good location

Not very good experience with this hotel. I would say not kids friendly. We booked this hotel full board package. On arrival we been forced to stay in the smoking room with 5 year old daughter. What a smelly room disgusting. Could not breathe . They claim hotel was fully booked and we need stay in a smoking room till next day 2-3 o'clock. They perfectly new that we will be with a child and arranged smoking room. I don't know is it even legal to do something like that. If you choosing this hotel because of transfer that have hotel don't bother. It's going one time to the mall and one time to the beach a day. And definitely not advising to go to that beach everything is closed in there and the water looks like toilet leak of 💩. They even should not offer to go there. Regarding the food breakfast was only ok. Lunch was always same. During your lunch and diner they serving only water nothing else from drinks on full board package. The food was spicy not suitable for kids and very small selection. Only pasta and always had sauce which my daughter didn't like. Deserts was always same lunch and diner. It's like going always same day. Room service was strange. They was always living not enough towels. They would take away 6 towels and put back 4. I was fed up always asking for towels. Also around hotel is construction work. Think 🤔 before booking this hotel with kids. I add some pictures of the water from the beach which they have transfer to. We run from there when we do the water.

i wish they had at leat x2 shuttles. 10_12 @ 12 _3 for the beach and 1030 to 1 and 1030 to 4pm to the mall. there wasnot any shuttles to area around.

It is one of my best stays ever, the hotel is very quiet and clean. A big shout to HK team especially those who are responsible for cleaning my room unfortunately I don’t know their name. I have a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to the excellent service from Mr. Ramez at reception and Mr. Nagendra from housekeeping. Mr. Ramez is very friendly and helpful. He makes the check-in and check-out process smooth and always welcomes me with a smile. He is always ready to assist and makes sure I have everything I need. Mr. Nagendra does a fantastic job keeping my room clean and fresh every day. He is quick, polite, and pays attention to every detail, making my stay very comfortable. I truly appreciate their hard work and kindness. Thanks to them, I have a great experience, and I definitely plan to come back again!

My wife and I along with our friend and his wife stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn, Al Mina for 8 nights from Feb. 12, 2025 to Feb 19,2025. We all felt that we made the best hotel choice for our stay. The staff at the hotel were super. The service was beyond expectation. Dhiraj and others at the reception were extremely helpful. The housekeeping staff, Nagendra and Ajay were great in meeting our needs. My wife needed an extra blanket at 1AM one night and it was delivered within five minutes. About the hotel, good location, the shuttle bus to the mall add to the favourability for the hotel. The food in the restaurant is great. The staff there are courteous and helpful. I had a decent stay a Hilton Garden Inn Al Mina. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and staff were friendly. They allowed us to check in a few hours earlier, which was great. We enjoyed the breakfast and sports bar in the hotel. The location however was not close to any metro station, so do keep that in mind when planning your vacation.

Great location. The pool is nice and heated. Only problem we had was the humidity in the room. No window and the smell was getting worse. Room size is good and staff is friendly. My wife went to the spa and was happy with the quality.

Anis R has been a very nice room attendant to make sure all things are clean and tidy and makes everything perfect with proper cleaning dusting and arrangements to make and feel comfortable when I enters the room everyday. He is very nice polite humble loving gentleman and a human being to take care for me as well others with always wearing a smile 😊 on his face.

Going in to and out of hotel to get to airport is very confusing. We booked it thinking it’s close to airport which it is but to get to the airport the highways are very confusing. Get an uber or taxi. If you are driving to this hotel, avoid it. Staff is friendly and very helpful but the hotel is dated and reeks smell of smoke everywhere.

We have decided to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary in Dubai. Overall we have enjoyed our time together in Dubai but hotel's policy of not to provide extra water to drink in 38-40 degree soaring temperature is an absolute ridiculous. It's not a matter about we can't buy water and drink, it's a response hotel staff responded. Upon asking water at the reception and the conversation with Ms Poonam was beyond explainable ( absolutely horrible) . Room service personnel Mr Ramkumar Rai was fantastic. We have had a great time in Dubai but not in the hotel Hilton garden inn. Never and ever will come back to this property not will recommend to friends and family. Mr and Mrs KC

Overall what we expected is more than that

I made a booking for 2 rooms The information on there indicated that; 1. The Booking was complete 2. Fees were to be paid upon checking in onsite 3. Changes could be made for free before January 23rd I cancelled one room and made changes for the 2nd room well in advance of the date that was stated. On January 21st I received an alert from my banks mobile app asking me to take an action on attempted transaction. Considering that it was out of state, the transaction was flagged as potentially fraudulent. I checked and saw that it was from the hotel. I removed the flag and then reached out via email to let them know that I had noted the transaction and was not aware that any charges would be made BEFORE check in as this was not stated anywhere as part of the terms when I was making the booking. I also asked that they confirm if this fee would be deducted from the total cost if charged. They let me know that it was actually an Authorization hold and actually not a charge and we left it at that. I went an extra step to ensure from Expedia that the booking was still valid. I did this 3 times. Because during the week, I received a message indicating that the booking was cancelled. I was assured all was in order. My guest arrived and was turned away. They had the booking cancelled. The manager was SO RUDE. It was such an embarrassment.
