No te dejan meter bebidas o comidas a el area de alberca solo lo que ellos venden, el AC de un cuarto no refrescaba y el del otro le tube que lavar los filtros ya que estaban mjy sucios y no refrescaba

EL ACCESO A LA PLAYA ESTABA CERRADO Y TUVIMOS QUE PASASR POR LA CALLE. AÚN ASI NO ES TAN INCÓMODO. LA ARENA DE PLAYA ES MUY BONITA, PERO ESTÁ CHIQUITA.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026In Mexico hotels are putting governors on A/C units. Meaning your room remote control no longer controls the temperature. Very sad. I woke up in the middle of the night and my shirt was wet and the room temperature was warm . AGAIN, the remote for the A/C in this hotel was controlled by the mgmt. This is the 3rd hotel in Mexico that I have stayed in that operate in this way. Its sad what they are doing to save money.

Podrían complementar el.desayuno con un poco de fruta o una pieza de pan.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Definitivamente es una joya entre los hoteles del malecon, ubicacion su restaurante muy rica la comida sino fuera porque uno va a conocer mas opciones, su restautante no le pide nada a los demas , muy comodo alberca en la planta alta con vista panoramica bebidas, cuenta con su gimnasio, acceso directo al mar con baños y regadera, habitaciones con vista al mar o a las lagunas ...la verdad muy comodo esta en una ubicacion perfecta lugares para ir a comer cerca

Algunos empleados se portaron groseros, les pregunto uno algo porque uno va de visita no conoce el lugar y responden de mal modo. Tanta una de recepcion como el que vigila la alberca. Y a la recamara de hotel le hace falta un microondas para poder uno calentar cosas cuando uno lleva bebe, un frigobar pues ee un lugar caliente y puede uno meter su agua a enfriar

She remembers us and greets us by name. She is the best from all of travels Thank You Maria. You should be the manager!

The hotel says they are pet friendly but pets are not allowed anywhere but in your room. Pool was pretty and very inviting but no dogs anywhere near it. I didn't like the giant cockroach left dead in the hallway for our entire stay.

La mayoría de las habitaciones tienen vista hacia atrás y no hacia el malecón, el hotel está más cargado hacía atrás que al malecón y le falta publicidad por el malecón. Casi no se ve el nombre del hotel.
