Reviewed May 9, 2026The rooms weren't bad and the people in the restaurant were very nice but this hotel went without hot water for at least 5 days (I left after that) and lied and told me every day that it was about to be fixed. It never was. Also, no one working at the hotel speaks fluent English.

I booked a room with a king-size bed, and when I checked in, they told me there wasn't any available. The price for a room with a king-size bed was higher than a standard room with two beds. I took the standard room because it was late, and I did not want to argue with the hostess. Neatless to say, this isn't the first time this has happened.

No refrigerator or microwave. They only supply one small bottle of water for two people a day. No ice machine so you had to drink it warm. The complementary coffee in the room was not complimentary. When we checked out we were hit with a bill for almost three dollars Canadian per cup. The coffee was bad

Reviewed Sep 3, 2025Se merece una buena calificación ya que tanto como todo el personal en general e instalaciones son dignas de llevarse las 5 estrellas ,vi muchos comentarios de que no te dejaban ingresar con hieleras o cosas externas y son falsas claramente como todo no te dejarán entrar con cosas a la alberca ya que tienes un bar y restaurante para que consumas que está muy bien y para estar en tu hotel con una hielera pequeña está bien,en general me gustó bastante y volveré a venir ,un plus es de que el personal de limpieza te dejaba algún animal con las toallas y una flor echa con papel de baño,Muy bien todo!
El que solo tiene un elevador sería lo único

Mal servicio la tarjeta de acceso ala habitación fallo 6 veces y había que regresar al loby cada vez que sucedía Me entregaron mi habitación a las 4pm y a la salida a las 12:05min me estaban preciinando para salir yo entregue a las 12:10min y ni por el tiempo que tardaron de espera pudieron esperarme sin presionar esos 10min Y la alberca la abrieron 11am así que a mi salida no pude aprovechar usarla

Siendo k nosotros le mostramos la confirmación y el cargo de la tarjeta ya que pague con tarjeta de débito. Y nosotros teníamos k salir muy temprano y nos pidieron k nos esperamos hasta las 2 de la tarde k llegara una encargada y nos reembolsaran lo k dejamos como garantía.

Reviewed Jun 4, 2025Friendly welcoming staff, nice clean property with updated showers and good Wi-Fi but otherwise pretty standard 'hotel by the beach boardwalk' kind of place. Very very loud music out back almost every night until quite late. It sounds like the radio is on in your bedroom - it's that loud. I got used to it but it's a significant factor that you should consider. I stayed six nights and the music was pretty much a constant from Thursday to Sunday at least. The restaurant food is pretty good and there's a small pool with a small slide that seem to be popular with families. Definitely recommend as a moderate priced option that's safe and very convenient. Lots of great restaurants nearby and literally on the beach! Note - if I were more sensitive to the noise, I would probably rate this 3 stars.

Reviewed May 15, 2025A Mazatlan Classic Hotel! Been coming here since the 80’s as a California kid. Great for families, weekend trips with the guys, or a fun gataway with your loved one. The pool is great, intimate and has a poolside bar. The restaurant has authentic Mexican breakfast lunch and dinner.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2024Small parking lot. Our first night we had option to drive to a second parking lot away from hotel or park on the street on the side of the hotel. There really should be on site parking. Also 2 out of 4 days the AC did not work on our floor (5th) they have an old AC system that broke down during some construction. We then had to spend a night in another room because ours was just too hot. The receptionist had very stoic faces. Not friendly at all.

The rooms are extremely dated.Old furniture, old decor, fitness center closed, no fridge and our reservation stated these amenities were included! Also a missing ceiling fan. I would not return . Do not be fooled by the pictures. Make sure to see a room before committing to this hotel. We had a real surprise.

Front desk staff very unproffesional and even rude at times. No food allowed in as they sold food and wanted you to consume theirs.
