מלון קטן ומקסים מאוד נהנינו החדר ממש אחלה.

הארוחת בוקר ממש דלה אז פשוט ויתרנו עליה. עדיף כבר לאכול בחוץ. והמזרן של המיטה לא כל כך נוח. חוץ מזה באמת היה טוב.

The location is perfect for us easy to go everywhere close to metro old city and Vatican by foot

O Facto de ter um restaurante no roof fez a diferença, no final do dia podiamos usufruir da vista noturna da cidade e relaxar. O pequeno almoço muito bom, com variedades. Os funcionarios são atenciosos e dinamicos.

Top Lage, guter Zimmerservice, tolle Aussicht.

Personal nicht besonders freundlich. Zimmer (vor allem das Bad) sehr dunkel, Dusche sehr klein, Lichtschalter im Bad sehr ungünstig angebracht. Es gibt keine Kommode oder Fächer, um Wäsche gut unterzubringen. Keine Gaderobe. Der Frühstücksraum sah leider nicht so nett aus, wie auf den Fotos. Eher ungemütlich und durch die Klimaanlage sehr kalt.

Breakfast had a good choice of food and drinks. Tables were cleared quickly and efficiently. Food was offered to suit all diets and conditions.

On one or two occaisions, 1 or 2 of the staff were a little abrupt and condescending. The room is decorated in very darll colours and this made it difficult to see everything in the bathroom.

The room was clean and comfortable. Reception staff were polite and helpful.

La ubicación

Pagas por la ubicación, precio demasiado excesivo para lo que es. Tuvimos que bajar varias veces por que la llave de la habitación no nos abría la puerta nunca, el wifi jamás funcionó, muchas de las cosas que ponía que tenía la habitación no estaban como por ejemplo la plancha. El desayuno, pobre, una máquina para hacer tortitas y muchos días sin funcionar, tienen máquina de café y de hacer zumos y es agua mezclado con polvos que sabe a medicamento. Mucho ruido de la calle y pone que está insonorizada. Almohadas demasiado finas, casi estás durmiendo en el colchón y encima el colchón muy duro. La habitación es de moqueta y había partes que estaban bastante sucias y no daba sensación de habitación limpia, sentíamos que había bichos constantemente.

Die Lage war sehr gut. Konnten alles zu Fuss machen. Zimmer waren okay, einfach sehr ringhörig.

Frühstück war sehr einfach. Keine grosse Auswahl. Zudem nicht sehr schön angerichtet. Personal unfreundlich. Keine Begrüssung, kein Aufwiedersehen. Boden schmutzig mit leeren Zuckersäcken, Brotkrümmel usw. Zwischendurch wischen wäre angebracht.

It was a nice hotel with a great location. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend it.

We loved our balcony and location of room. The breakfast and restaurant was wonderful! Loved the outside area up top. Very relaxing location !!

I fell in the shower trying to get out my feet slipped underneath me. Need to have something to put down on the tub to avoid this and also there are no grab bars. I was extremely bruised from the fall.

Die Lage ist perfekt. Nur ca. 8 Gehminuten von der Engelsburg entfernt. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, saubere Zimmer und angenehm ist auch der Self-Check-in vor dem Aufenthalt.

Beim Frühstück gibt es nur eine sehr begrenzte Auswahl an frischem Obst – und auch ganze Früchte wie Bananen oder Äpfel sind nur in sehr begrenzter Menge vorhanden. Geschnittenes saisonales Obst fehlt leider. Der Kaffee aus dem Automaten ist ungenießbar; man muss stattdessen beim Personal Kaffee an der Bar bestellen.

Zeer goed gelegen. Rustig maar toch op wandelafstand van vele historische monumenten en plaatsen. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam hotelpersoneel. De rooftop bar en restaurant waar ook het ontbijtbuffet wordt gegeven is een echte aanrader. De kamers zijn modern en spacieus. Niets op aan te merken. De airco werkte perfect wat noodzakelijk is in die periode.

Service à la réception ou les employés ne font rien pour aider. Comme par exemple les chambres sont disponibles à 15 heures sauf que nous avons eu nos bagages plus tard (soit à 16 heures) alors que nous avions demandé de les avoir rapidement. Les employés de la réception ne vous regardent pas et ne vous adressent que rarement des salutations. Je leurs ai d’ailleurs mentionné que le service à la clientèle valait zéro. Il faut dire que cet hôtel n était qu’un point d’arrêt et que nous venions de passer 9 jours à Palerme dans un hôtel avec le même nombre d étoile, mais avec un service impeccable.

Si uno se aloja cerca de la Fontana di Trevi, el Panteon, Piazza Spagna o cualquier lugar historico, Roma es caotica. Si se quiere salir de ese caos, la ubicacion del Twenty One es IDEAL

Tuve la mala fortuna que la estacion de Metro mas cerca del hotel estaba cerrada por obras, pero ahora en Setiembre ya la habilitan

La.habitacion estaba muy bien, comoda y el desayuno muy bueno

Es gibt nicht einen deutschsprachigen Sender, was nicht zeitgemäß ist. Die Badezimmertür ist aus schwarzem Glas, lässt sich aber nicht verschließen. Es bleibt immer ein kleiner Spalt.

Rooms a little small for the money, as we're the elevators. Air-conditioning struggled a little, but was cool enough for sleeping.

Location is pretty good, not far from Vatican, but not too touristy. The breakfast was good.

I didn’t like not having separated beds by the arrival. Needed to negotiate with the manager. I was bitten by bed bugs during my stay. The hotel is old and poorly maintained, the curtains look as though they have never been washed, and the shampoo and soap provided are of the cheapest possible quality.

Tiny, dingy, lobby. Dark and claustrophobic room, with terrible soundproofing, and constant noise of staff and other guests. The bathroom was tiny, and the shower was made of black tile with no light, so it was impossible to see in there

The beds were hard. We didn’t like that the place took a side in a political struggle. If we had known, we wouldn't have come. It gives an unsafe feeling. Until they fix this, I do not recommend staying here.

Lokacija objekta je dobra i praktična, a komunikacija je bila korektna. Smještaj je uredan i ima potencijala, ali nažalost nekoliko stvari značajno je utjecalo na ukupni dojam boravka.

Dobili smo sobu prilagođenu osobama s invaliditetom, što nije bilo navedeno niti smo takvu sobu rezervirali. Raspored i oprema sobe zbog toga nam nisu odgovarali i nisu pružali razinu udobnosti koju smo očekivali. Najveći problem bio je krevet koji je bio izrazito neudoban, zbog čega se nismo kvalitetno naspavali. S obzirom na cijenu i očekivanja od smještaja, smatramo da bi udobnost sobe i kreveta trebala biti na znatno višoj razini.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Ich fand besonders gut das auch wenn man erst um 13:00 aus dem Hotel ging immer noch sauber gemacht wurde. Frühstück wahr nicht übermässig gross aber vollkommen ausreichend.

We liked the receptionist team's hospitality during our stay, as well as the restaurant's team very polite and earming with my family.

At midnight had tick bugs coming out of my 3 year old daugther's bed. And had to leave the hotel at that time as rhis can be a serious health risk. What is more unfortunate is that the hotel denied the refund complaing made through booking.com, despite having Management present at the time of the incident and providing them with photographic evidence.

Tutto secondo aspettative, cortesia, gentilezza dello staff, confort delle camere elevato con una posizione in Roma eccellente. La colazione e la vista sui tetti di Roma l'hanno fatta da padrona.

Metterei dei gommini sotto i piedini delle sedie nella sala colazione posta nel roof. I clienti che le utilizzano difficilmente le sollevano e questo rumore si riverbero nelle camere sottostanti.
