Great hotel. All of the hotel was very clean including the Rooms. Rooms were great - very comfortable and spacious. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. A 20 minute tram/bus ride into the city centre - once you figure out tram stations etc its not so bad to be able to get around.

Très bel hôtel avec de beaux espaces communs : salle de sport équipée, piscine agréable et propre, terrasse au calme avec des sièges confortables, bar rooftop avec une très belle vue de la ville. La chambre est spacieuse et bien meublée.

La propreté de la chambre laisse à désirer : tâches sur les draps/taies d'oreiller, sur le tête de lit. La poubelle était très sale également, pareil pour le frigo (je n'ai pas osé y mettre à manger), pommeau de douche cassé, l'eau fuitait un peu sur le côté. Les oreillers ne sont pas du tout confortables de par leur forme et ils s'enfoncent, ça m'a donné des petites douleurs à la nuque. Et dernier point négatif : le restaurant qui ferme les cuisines à 21h30.

The breakfast was genuinely excellent, but unfortunately the room itself did not feel like a four-star hotel experience. Starting with the positives: the room was spacious and had a fridge, a coffee machine with several types of coffee, a TV, and separate bathroom and toilet facilities. The air conditioning could also be used for heating, and the shower had a thermostat. Breakfast was by far the highlight of the stay. There was a very good selection: watermelon, melon, apples, bananas and mandarins; fried eggs, omelettes and boiled eggs; tasty small hash browns, bacon and sausages; several types of cheese and cold cuts; various appetizers; a huge selection of pastries and breads; freshly made pancakes; different jams and toppings; yoghurts and several juices. The coffee from the machine was good, and several types of milk were available. However, even breakfast had one rather absurd disappointment. I arrived quite early and managed to get exactly one piece of Brie before it disappeared. When I asked, I was told that there was simply no more Brie available. How does a four-star hotel run out of a basic breakfast item at the beginning of breakfast service? Have the Dutch suddenly stopped producing cheese? Unfortunately, the room had a much longer list of problems. There were no slippers, toothbrush or toothpaste. The kettle connection was located in a very inconvenient and strange place. Some of the furniture was visibly worn, with certain parts actually damaged. The so-called bedside tables were almost useless — basically just an extremely narrow strip of surface with hardly enough room to put anything on. One of the strangest design decisions is the window between the bathroom and the bedroom. There is no proper way to cover, darken or close it. I genuinely cannot understand who thought this was a good idea. The floors in the bathroom and toilet were extremely cold. The shower gel and shampoo were placed by the sink rather than inside the shower, which is simply inconvenient. One of my towels was dirty. Despite having a thermostatic shower, the water temperature fluctuated wildly while showering. There was also visible dirt or mould around some of the silicone seals and tile joints. Wi-Fi reception in the room was poor as well. Overall, I do not think this hotel deserves four stars. A large room, a TV, a coffee machine and some furniture do not automatically make a room comfortable. Comfort comes from cleanliness, sensible design, convenient facilities and basic amenities being available without having to ask for them. The excellent breakfast was the one part of the stay that really lived up to — and perhaps exceeded — four-star expectations. The room itself unfortunately did not.

The service was excellent, and we truly appreciated the friendliness and professionalism of the entire team. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and the restaurant was amazing. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

What a fantastic hotel to stay in. The rooms are excellent, the team throughout the hotel were exceptional especially Manuela in the bar in the evening time. After spending three days at the Dutch Grand Prix at Zandvoort, she made us feel very welcome and looked after us with drinks and food. She remembered how I liked my food cooked! Well done to all for a wonderful couple of days.

There is a gem in the Fashion District of Amsterdam; the WestCord Fashion Hotel. The WestCord Fashion Hotel is modern and clean with comfortable rooms and relaxing amenities. The fashion motif is carried throughout the decor in lobbies and common areas. There is a pop up store in the lobby and a working Haute Coture designer on site. While the lap pool, sauna and spa are shining features, what really makes this gem sparkle are the people! ✨️ Every member of staff I came in contact with was friendly, willing to help and genuinely made us feel welcome. Exemplary was Emany and Kristina at reception, Jensen and Miranda in the restaurant Mdme Coco, and Akmilla, Supervisor of Housekeeping who kindly brought me tea when I was feeling under the weather..they define Hospitality! On weekends, the vibrant sounds of laughter and enjoyment in the patios and at the Skybar could be heard in hallways but not in rooms; during the week it was quite earlier. The rooms have options for more or less privacy with frosted or clear glass of bathing room doors, which can easily be chosen at booking. Also, safety & security of guests was noted in that room keys of that floor were required to access the doors and elevators. Overall, I'd say a posh experience with a great value that exceeded expectations.

Management was great but room 640 was never cleaned or given towels or trash taken out. We got all our own towels and our own toilet paper and put out our own trash. Imany Wiet was incredible and went above and beyond. We were told that we were not on the “Do not Disturb” list so that should not have happened. She looked on the cameras and found that they never went to our room. Nina, you and your staff was amazing. Even the guys on the late nite shift found toilet paper for us. So thank you. The 5 stars were meant only for you guys. Please don’t let any of your future customers go through that experience they may respond differently! Excellent hotel. It has a great breakfast and restaurant on site. The rooms were spacious enough. The shower was a plus. A lot of amenities available. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Excellent hotel, early check in provided by friendly staff. Room is modern , clean with very good facilities. Good swimming pool, nice location . Tram 10min walk away goes direct to city centre. Sky bar has nice views. I would definitely recommend and hope to go back .

Hotel que je recommande et que je réserverai lors d'un prochain séjour.

Petit-déjeuner convenable en termes de quantité. La qualité des produits pourrait être améliorée (les viennoiseries, les produits laitiers, la qualité du pain). Un seul grille-pain qui dysfonctionnait. Le petit-déjeuner salé n'était pas fameux (œufs brouillés et saucisses qui manquaient de saveur). Un peu de moisissure en bordure de la douche. Manque d'intimité dans la douche car les cloisons sont ajourées.

We were in town for a special international Bible convention. The stay at this hotel made our trip so much more special. The hosts and staff were so friendly, help and hospitable. It was clean and comfortable. They offered rental bike that we took advantage of because of the convenient location. We got ride all around Amsterdam. The hotel also offers discounts for canal tours, which was amazing! Thank you for this wonderful stay!

I very much enjoyed my stay. The staff was friendly, helpful and most welcoming. The hotel is in a convenient location. There are very nice restaurants and cafes within 15 minutes walking. And it's not far from the city center. The breakfast buffet was fresh and delicious with several food options to choose from. We had dinner at the restaurant two evenings and drinks at the bar on the top floor. It was great! The room was very clean and comfortable. When we had a question or needed something, the front desk staff was readily available and helpful. I recommend checking in online. I checked in online the day before and put the room key app on my phone. So, when we arrived the next morning our room was ready while others had to wait. I had a great time at WestCord Fashion Hotel and I would stay there again.

Stayed at the hotel as an international delegate to a JW religious convention. The hotel did an excellent job in EVERY facet, from the cleanliness of rooms and all areas of the hotel, to truly excellent service by every employee I interacted with. The night manager, whose name slips my mind, was beyond excellent, professional, courteous and these same traits were shown by the employees during her watch!!

Location is great, close to downtown and so much to do and see, amazing museums, truly great people everywhere we went but the staff at hotel treated us like royalty. Everyone was above and beyond nice and wonderful people. As for the rooms they are beautiful, and wonderful showers and great tasting water from the taps. But make I make a suggestion, and add a dresser for unpacking your clothes. We were there for ten days and only had two deep drawers. My wife kept all her clothes in her suitcase. Beds were comfortable but could be replaced for the amount that they charge. As far as value, guess it’s a fair market value because everything is expensive in Europe. But overall I highly recommend the hotel because of the great service you receive there. Never have I had such outstanding services and by all the staff.

The instruction to the hotel on map is not that clear. I got lost. And after 8pm? Downstairs door won’t be opened, so that needs to walk up to the stair with my luggage.

The hotel was in a nice quiet part of Amsterdam with many restaurants and stores in walking distance and the train was nearby too. I had a room on the 10th floor and it was nice but it could have been cleaner. A lot of dust everywhere. I always clean a hotel room myself from top to bottom and bring my own sheets as their sheets had hair on it not from me. We were there for an international convention so we got a group rate and what I paid for what I got was reasonable. The staff was fairly accommodating to requests. Overall a good stay

We've been coming here for several years every year and we were greeted in the room with a personal welcome note and some chocolates. The staff is always very friendly and helped us about with finding bicycles to rent. We will be back next year.

Lovely staff and great room. Hotel is 10 minute walk from Surinamplein tram stop, which goes straight to Centraal Station in about 15 minutes. Hotel is also about 10 minute walk from a train station Lelylaan that goes straight to the airport. Great rooftop bar with huge array of drinks.

The bathroom and toilet are separate, which is great, but no hand washing facilities in the toilet, so you need to head to the bathroom. If you are not sharing with a partner, the bathroom set up is a bit strange, as the bathroom door is made of unfrosted glass and is right next to the bed, so no privacy when in the shower.

Kristina was amazing - patient and super accommodating during a very tough period of a conference coming to town. The whole team at reception were great throughout. Room nice and minimalist. No hotel information in the room or on smart TV but there is a QR code discreetly stuck to the room mirror. We didn't receive the complimentary water (but did have the cards left in the fridge) but this may just be because we were able to check into a different room early and these were forgotten when the room was cleaned. Wifi is an open fast connection which is easy. Having both bath and shower in our room was amazing but the noisy and transparent sliding door was less so. Double bed was comfy and a good size even for me at over six feet tall. Armchairs were nice. The air conditioning was very weak and didn't effectively cool the whole room. Everything else was what you'd expect for a hotel room. Gym was small but functional. A local conference took over the hotel so we avoided most of the amenities and couldn't enjoy the ambience. For example, we didn't use the free swimming pool or the paid sauna but did appreciate them being on offer. Similarly, we didn't use the bars or restaurant but they also looked good. The terrace is a really nice area. There's a lovely park across from the hotel with a nice lake. Getting into town was a matter of walking around 10 minutes to get to a bus or tram stop. Getting to the hotel is a single stop on the sprinter (the closest station is also around a 12 minutes' walk away).

Vorig jaar was het fantastisch geregeld op onze trouwdag (weekend) met rozenblaadjes en een fles cava. Dit keer moesten we het doen met twee eenpersoonsbedden en dat was een kleine deceptie.

Dat ik na afloop 25 euro parkeerkosten. Moest betalen voor de parkeergarage. Dat maakt de prijs van de kamer ineens minder positief. Stond voor zover ik wist vooraf nergens vermeld Anders had ik zeker een ander hotel in de buurt waar we vaker verblijven overwegen. Kamerprijs scheelde iets maar inclusief parkeergeld was Westcord duurder.

Modern und schön eingerichtet

Eine der Rezeptionsdamen war eindringlich: unbedingt das eine Museum besuchen ….

We had a lovely 2 night stay here recently. The hotel is very stylish and the hotel staff are very helpful and so polite. The use of key cards to enter and use in the lift makes the hotel feel very secure. It was very quiet in the rooms at night too! I would stay here again.

Das Zimmer (eine Juniorsuite) ist schon recht in die Jahre gekommen, bzw einfach nicht gut instand gehalten: die Schranktüren schließen nicht richtig, die Toilettentürklinke fällt ab, der Teppich zieht Fäden, eine Glühbirne über den Bett ist kaputt… alles für sich Kleinigkeiten, aber bei den Preis und dem gesammelten Vorkommen für uns nicht in Ordnung. Und noch schlimmer die mangelnde Sauberkeit. Wir haben bei Ankunft nicht Haare und Fußnägel der vorherigen Gäste auf dem Boden gefunden. Als wir an der Rezeption darum gebeten haben, dass am nächsten Tag die bitte etwas gründlicher gearbeitet werden solle, kam nur ein aha und okay. Eine Entschuldigung wäre schon nett gewesen. Die Schubladen sind teils so staubig/dreckig, dass man sie nicht verwenden möchte. Auch der Flur zu unserem Zimmer war grob verdreckt und öfter stand leergut herum.

Personnel pas très souriant. Le comble au restaurant Mme Coco se disant spécialiste de la.gasteonomie française (les serveurs.ne connaissent pas un.mot de français Plats très chers et de.facture très moyenne. Par ailleurs, aucune traduction en français, pourtant nous avons croisé de nombreux français. Emplacement quelconque. Parking un peu cher 35€. Conclusion : sejourn agréable,sans plus. Efficace pour une nuit à Amsterdam.

We komen elk jaar met de gaypride traditioneel terug in dit hotel omdat het personeel zo ontzettend entosiast en vriendelijk is. Hotel is gewoon helemaal top en heerlijk zwembad en s avonds heerlijk in de bar op de bovenste etage genoten van een drankje waar altijd een fijne ontspannen sfeer hangt en elke keer weer een goede DJ. Very comfortable. The breakfast is superb. The only flaw, in my opinion: our bathroom (excluding the toilet, of course) had a completely transparent door, overlooking the room. If I were to return, I'd ask if there was the option of a bathroom with a "real" door.

Great hotel. Clean, friendly helpful staff. Rooms good size with amenities you need and nice extras like iron and board, coffee pod machine. Location was good if you don't want to be right in the centre. Very near tram stop that has 2 lines into the city. Good location to parks and canals to walk around. Provided a good quality cot for our baby but this does come at an extra charge. Would definitely stay again and recommend to young families looking to enjoy the calmer, family friendly aspects of Amsterdam.

Ik boekte via Booking.com. Die waren onvolledig op hun website of onduidelijk over het ontbijt. Dat leek inclusief te zijn, maar bleek exclusief. Gelukkig waren jullie als hotel flexibel om dit eenvoudig toe te voegen.

The location is close enough to central downtown and is neatly designed, in the rooms, the skybar, and restaurant. The staff was friendly especially the gentleman at the front desk who checked us in!

Bißchen Fahrzeit um in die City zukommen ca.25 min.

Tiefgarage nur 25 Euro und nicht 36 Euro wie auf booking.com geschrieben. Zimmer nicht ganz neu aber chic und sauber und ruhig. Klimaanlage funktioniert gut. Am Empfang aktiv auf Prosecco zur Begrüßung in der Bar angesprochen. Frühstück war sehr gut für 22 Euro. SkyyBar in der 10. Etage (keine Terrasse) war angenehm für einen lecker Cocktail. Hallenbad nicht ausprobiert. Lage: 12 Minuten zu Fuß zur Tram Haltestelle und dort mit der Linie 17 in weiteren 15 Minuten mitten rein ins Touristische Zentrum (Prinsengracht).

Nichts auszusetzen wirklich. Toilette separat vom Badezimmer. Blös wegen Händewaschen. 3 Kapseln Kaffee wenig für zwei Personen im Doppelzimmer.

Finn was amazing. Gave us great advice and friendly. Your hotel is beautiful with an elegant design feel yet not being ostentious. There are little thing that also add up to the thought put into the hotel. We will def come back again and stay there.

Excellent and reasonably priced hotel. Very good breakfast with a buffet selection to suit pretty well everyone from full English to vegetarian/vegan. Easily reached by tram from the city centre. Most direct service tram 17, but tram 2 and a 15 to 20 minutes walk also works fine. Staff are friendly and professional and make you feel welcome. Definitely recommended.

She went above and beyond by arranging a thoughtful surprise to be sent to our room on our anniversary day. It was such a kind and personal gesture that made us feel genuinely cared for and turned an already special trip into an unforgettable one. The hotel itself is fantastic. The facilities are excellent, beautifully maintained, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Everything, from the comfortable rooms to the wellness facilities, exceeded our expectations and allowed us to truly unwind and enjoy our time together. It was a truly memorable anniversary and we couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate such an important milestone, and we will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

Comfortable bed. Great shower. Good price for what I paid. Fridge in room and complimentary water. Clean room. 37 euro burger, frites and soda and room service is not good. Menu limited. Checked in online. Still had to wait in the line as everybody else checking in who had not and had to enter their details. Almost keeled over standing in line so long with back pain flare up. Silly set up. Needs a fast track like for those who checked in online.

Excellent stay. Lovely, clean room and a breakfast that is definitely worth buying. 5 minute walk from tram station and 10 minutes from the beautiful Vondelpark so location is good for exploring Amsterdam. Helpful staff. Would definitely recommend.

Everything was very clean. The staff is very friendly and polite, always ready to help. They pay attention to details. The saunas are very clean, hot, spacious enough. The pool is warm, nice to swim in, clean. The room has a shower and a large bathtub. At the room is an iron. On the tenth floor there is a bar with a panorama and delicious cocktails. I will always recommend this hotel and will come again.

Frühstück war lecker und es war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Beratung durch Rezeption war freundlich und hilfreich (Stadtplan erhalten) Umkleiden mit versperrbaren Schließfächern im Wellnessbereich und es waren immer ausreichend Badetücher vorhanden Parkgarage im Hotel war sehr praktisch Sauberkeit im Hotel hat gut gepasst Meine Tochter hat den Aufenthalt geliebt und gerne mehr Zeit im Hotel anstelle von Sightseeing verbracht.

Lift hat teilweise nicht funktioniert Innendekor nicht mein Geschmack, hätte ich mir moderner vorgestellt Duschkabine oder Badezimmertür sollten mindestens aus Milchglas sein. Das Wasser im Pool hatte für mich zuviel Chemie drinnen - meine Tochter hat es nicht so empfunden. Minibar sollte im Zimmer festgeschraubt sein - kommt einem entgegen beim Öffnen.

parking was quite expensive, 35 euros for a day.

Convenient location, friendly staff, nice room. The staff was accommodating in getting us two adjacent rooms. Also, extension of our stay in the same room was accommodated, so we didn't have to change rooms.

1. The internet was really bad in the room. 2. My credit card was declined during online booking of a second room. Booking.com and the hotel referred to each other and neither made an effort to help. They simply declared my credit card 'invalid' (which it wasn't) and that was it. I had to use another credit card to book the second room. In the meantime, the price had gone up, at my own expense. Bad service!

We stayed 3 nights, and the experience was overall good. We did start of with a disappointing lunch in the hotel restaurant, though. The sandwiches we ordered were poor. The cheese was dry as if it had been out for a while and the bread was dry as well. Otherwise, we had a nice stay. Staff were friendly. Rooms were spacious although a bit worn. A bit dusty, but otherwise clean. Beds were comfy. Place was quiet despite a lot of traffic. A bit remote from the city center, and the area is not that interesting. But easy access to the city by tram. Otherwise uber works really well. Breakfast is nice. Good parking options and charging stations available. We did not try the spa facilities.

Spent two nights at Westcord Fashion Hotel and really loved it. Room was lovely and clean with air conditioning (great for Summer) and had a mini fridge to put drinks and small snacks in. Staff were kind and helpful- even gave sightseeing suggestions. The location has great transport links to the train station and trams. There are also some food places and a small Spar supermarket a short walk away. Breakfast at the hotel was SO good- definitely recommend. The indoor pool was nice and clean. Very good value for money, would definitely stay here again, had a great holiday- wish we could have stayed longer. Very happy with my experience.
