Super new hotel with comfortable bed and one of a few hotels in Amsterdam with parking. Located in the park. Very suitable for calm morning. Breakfast is outstanding but a bit too expensive in comparison to other hotels.

The room was very spacious and comfortable , staff was very polite and helpful, also the roof top area and food selection was very nice

A little far from town but the public transport was easy to access

⚠️ WARNING: We had a bed bug issue during our stay. We booked this hotel for 5 nights. On the third day, after sleeping in the same bed for 3 nights, we found what appeared to be a bed bug directly in our bed. We immediately reported it to the hotel management. They moved us to a better room and offered to wash the clothes we had worn in the bed, as well as two free drinks. We appreciate the room change, but unfortunately this does not compensate for the main issue. For 3 days, our suitcases were right next to the bed, and our clean and used clothes inevitably got mixed together. We are now worried about bringing bed bugs home with us and may even have to throw away some of our clothes because of this. What was also disappointing was the way management handled the situation. We were told it was “good news” that they had only found one bug and that there was a possibility that we had brought it into the hotel ourselves. We understand that the exact origin of the insect cannot be proven, but we found it very uncomfortable that management suggested this to us instead of simply treating the situation as a serious hygiene issue. We asked for a refund for the 3 nights we had already spent in the affected room. The hotel refused, saying there was not enough evidence that the insect came from the hotel. For us, the issue is not only where the insect came from. We found it in our bed after sleeping there for 3 nights, and we are now left with the stress and possible consequences for our belongings. Moving us to another room and offering two free drinks unfortunately cannot compensate for such a basic hygiene issue in a hotel. Sharing this because other guests should be aware of our experience.

Had to ask for extra coffee for the room, there isn't anywhere really to hang towels, space for clothes is a bit strange for longer stays, roof terrace is not too pleasant, except for the view

the Room was exactly as chosen and very spacious and open. The lounge breakfast was a good option and so were the sandwiches on offer. liked the work area as gives options of meetings in the hotel.

the Trams to and fro city centre were a 15 mins walk and hotel was distance from any walkable dinner places

Rooms were reasonable size but quite clean. Facities were modern and of good stanard. It was close to underground stations which made accessing major attractions around Paris reasonably easy

The surrounding area was advertised as being edging, but we found it to be a little bit more rougher, than arty. We we did not experince any unpleasantries, but there were the odd times that had us nervous.

Breakfast is at the top level giving an excellent view of the city and has a borad selection of healthy options.

The parking costs are above average when comparing with other hotels.Nearly double!

Prachtig dakterras, goede badkamer, fijn bed, super verzorgd en proper allemaal, heel aangename foyer.

Duurde even voor we ingecheckt waren, systeem werkte niet optimaal.

Staff were personable, professional and helpful - nothing too hard. Breakfast ample choice including choice of non-dairy milks. Clean - had choice based on sustainability stance of having linen cleaned daily or upon request. Wheel chair accessible - at least 5 lifts on each floor. 17th Floor for meals, namely breakfast and dinner. Good quality food - from about 35 Euros per head, for dinner but somewhat limited choice. In the middle of a lovely park for those who wish to do outdoor runs/exercise, including an organised park run on Wednesdays. Close to trams and buses to town centre.

Could have had veggie sausages as alternative to sausages. Towels were not fluffy and soft but OK. Restaurant choice of food limited.

Très bien situé, le parc Rembrandt est de l'autre coté de la rue. Le petit déjeuner est absolument parfait. La chambre est spacieuse, moderne.

La chambre n'est pas rafraichie journellement, en fait un jour sur 3 seulement; J'ai demandé (seulement par formulaire électronique !) des nouveaux essuis qui ne sont jamais arrivé... J'ai du me rendre le soir à la réception ou une personne très serviable ma accompagné jusqu'à l'étage pour me donné des essuis frais. La porte de communication de notre chambre (1315) à une chambre voisine n'est pas parfaitement insonorisée. Pas de poste TV en français. Le lit ne possède pas de tête de lit ce qui rend la lecture au lit inconfortable. Pas de café décaféiné au petit déjeuner, seulement sur demande.

We liked the location. The room , despite the fact that it was quite small, felt very comfortable.

Fajnie położony hotel, czyste pokoje, park Rembrandta - to pierwsze co przychodzi do głowy. Prosty dojazd do centrum (przystanek tramwaju jest pod hotelem). Smaczne śniadania, duży wybór chociaż codziennie jest to samo. Chętnie wybrałbym ten hotel na kolejny raz.

We liked everything about the hotel. It was pretty faultless from our point of view. The location was good, nice to be a little out of the city, but easily accessible by tram, bike or walking. It is a nice location on the edge of the park. Breakfast was great and decent value if you pre book. The roof top bar was pretty cool.

The room could have done with a fridge/ mini bar.

Manque de flexibilité pour annuler une nuit en raison de la grève. On nous a dit que nous aurions dû savoir qu’il y saurait une grève générale. Venant des Amériques, il était pour nous difficile de savoir. J’aurais aimé que l’hôtel nous envoie un courriel pour nous informer.

La chambre était très agréable, assez spacieuse, la literie était confortable. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent

La salle de bain était un peu petite, elle aurait besoin d’un petit rafraîchissement le lavabo était très sale mais à cause de l’usure. La tapisserie commence à se détacher, lorsque l’on prend notre douche on a l’impression d’inonder toute la salle de bain. Le plus gros point c’est les toilettes dès que l’on tire la chasse l’eau coulait en continu pendant au moins 5 min sans s’arrêter.

Le petit déjeuner était très bien. Le lit est confortable

La chambre n'est pas naturellement aérée les fênetres ne peuvent pas s'ouvrir et on sentait une odeur bizzare dans la chambre qui manquait d'aération. Le diner au restaurant de l'hôtel était excessivement cher et pas bon du tout.

A simpatia do staff, os quartos e a vista

The location is quite convenient - you're at the centre in less than half hour by tram, with the stop a few steps from the hotel. The rooftop bar restaurant and the lobby are quite nice areas to relax, grab a snack and enjoy the views. Rembrandtpark is right at your doorstep and there are plenty of dining options within 500 metres.

The concept is DIY. You check yourself in (smoothly), you take care of your luggage storage (again rather smoothly), you request cleaning service (so surprise surprise- if you dont know this you'll be wondering why your room wasnt cleaned) We did figure it out on the 2nd day and requested it but unfortunately it wasnt done so we were on day 3 without cleaning. The rooms are spacious but the windows are not opening so it can get stuffy in the room.

Room is spacious, clean and it is possible to regulate the temperature - we prefer a bit lower temperature. Breakfast is excellent - wide choice of tasty food. Pancakes machine adds fun for the whole day :)

Less messages on phone would be better. Also, we would like to have hot water in the last evening, but it is out of your power to run the hotel without any equipment breaking :)

The staff was really helpful, on the last day we couldnt have a hot shower for a inconvenience in manteinance and they gave us some solutions, happy guests :)

The location is a but far from the city center

It was a wonderful stay! From the airport pick up to the all round stay.

Mi è piaciuto il servizio bici sempre disponibile e il personale gentile. Buona la comunicazione e flessibilità nel check in e check out. Molto comodo il mini market self service 24/24. Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in deposito dopo il check out.

Il servizio di e-bikes non era disponibile il giorno in cui volevamo noleggiarle (sabato 5 settembre), la ventola nel bagno non funzionava. Prezzo della colazione alto rispetto alla qualità. La zona non è molto vicina al centro, ma ci si puó facilmente muovere con i mezzi o con le bici

Check-in desks and reception staff’s kindness. They really helped especially for our parcels.

Our first room’s bathroom was really dirty, there were hair on the floor and mud stain on the floor. When we called the reception, they immediately intervened. Even tough they were fast, the receptionist came to the room and checked the bathroom himself. We should have been believed immediately and they should have changed the room without a question. The second room’s bathroom was better but not totally clean. In this room, the window curtain was disgustingly stained and there was also punctate stains on the duvet. On our last day, the hot water supply to our room was cut off and we were not able to use the shower before we checked out. The staff only apoligised kindly but did not offer any compensation such as a temporary room to use its hot water. Also the rooms are really small even though it is far away from the center and close the the airport

Die Aussicht des Zimmers war wunderschön. Moderne Zimmer. Leckeres Frühstück. Nettes Personal.

Die Lage ist ganz ok. Leider war die Luft im Zimmer so unglaublich trocken und stickig. Die Fenster konnte man verständlicherweise nicht aufmachen. Die Matratze war Nix für mich. Ich bin jeden Tag mit Rückenschmerzen aufgewacht. Sonderlich gründlich bei der Sauberkeit sind sie auch nicht. Hat man auch an anderen Orten im Hotel gemerkt. Jedoch glaube ich, dass die Niederländer da nicht so genau sind.

Very nice hotel with a great and comfortable room. It was modern, clean, warm and overall just very good. The facilities in the hotel were very nice, you can check-in and out online, there's staff to help you and you can buy some snacks and drinks 24/7 in the lobby. The view from the restaurant on the 17th floor is amazing!

The breakfast was good, but not exceptional. Some things were cold. Still decent with plenty of choice. This is a personal preference, but the beds were rather hard. We would've liked slightly softer beds.

Limpeza do quarto. Pelo o piso ser de carpete, acredito que estava com um cheiro meio que estranho.

Hôtel calme, idéalement situé et proche d’un arrêt de tramway. La literie est très confortable, la chambre spacieuse. Le rooftop est un petit plus pour boire un verre le soir.

A fantastic hotel with an amazing view and a great location right next to Rembrandtpark. The rooms were extremely clean, modern, and very well equipped. The bed was comfortable, and the room was overall very cozy. The absolute highlight was the breakfast. The selection was huge, with everything you could possibly want. Everything was fresh and delicious. Overall, an excellent stay . Highly recommended!

De ingang naar de parkeergarage heeft mijn voorspoiler gekost van mijn auto.

Habitación cómodo y hotel grande con gimnasio, restaurante y un hall muy acogedor. Buena atención del personal de recepción, tuvimos un malentendido con una información que había en booking y nos lo resolvieron.

Un poco lejos del centro aunque bien conectado con tranvía. El precio de cuna para bebé por noche nos pareció caro.

Muy lindas las instalaciones, la atención del personal y el check in y el check out digital.

La habitación un poco pequeña y no se condice con las mostradas en booking. Pero no estaba mal.

Das Frühstücksbuffet (in der 17. Etage mit Ausblick!) war sehr vielfältig. Es gab alles (inkl. veganes Angebot)! Die Rooftop-Bar (mit Getränken und Speisen) bietet einen wunderschönen Blick auf Amsterdam! Mit dem Bus sind es nur 15-20 min bis zum Hauptbahnhof.

Den Check-in im Foyer übernehmen mittlerweile Computer. 1-2 Mitarbeiter begleiten noch den Check-in Prozess. Persönlich ist aber schöner!

L’emplacement, c’est très loin du centre ville . Le petit déjeuner à 25 € ne vaut pas le prix , c’est du buffet moyen de gamme, machine à pancakes (même pas des pancakes frais) en panne pendant 3 jours . Malgré 2 demandes via l’application et à la réception pour nettoyer la chambre, personne n’est passé. On a du demandé des serviettes propres au bout de 3 jours, et elles sont arrivées sans tapis de bain . 16h00 , impossible d’avoir un café, fermé au 0 pas encore ouvert au 17 . Organisation à revoir . Chambre moyennement propre, une tache de café sur un mur, un trou dans le placo

la pulizia: abbiamo chiesto di pulire una volta in più perchè arrivando lunedì la pulizia e il cambio asciugamani era previsto per giovedì, ma sono rimaste le medesime macchie di caffè sulla scrivania che avevamo trovato al nostro arrivo e le briciole sul divanetto che non avevamo fatto noi. quindi consiglio di aspirare bene la moquette e i divanetti.

Room was overrated and not well maintained.

The rooms are clean and the beds are comfy. The view from the 16th floor is of course amazing.

The noise at around 4 or 5 am from the restaurant on the 17th floor was quite loud as it sounded like they were moving furniture around by pushing or sliding it, i was in room 1606. The shuttle driver was not a very warm person, didnt park in front of the hotel and made me walk to the van with 3 suitcases. He was constantly on other cars backside on the highway (bumperkleven), taking over on the right hand side (illegal manoeuvre), suddenly braking and jerky moves to switch lanes. I received far too many emails after I booked. I had asked for a shuttle and got 1 email confirming, then an email cancelling. Very confusing and i had to send them more messages than I should have to, to clear up the shuttle issue. I received an email thanking me for my stay, before I had even stayed there. There is no mini fridge in the room, and the lights don'tlight up the room very well, good luck packing up!. I've stayed here before and it seems that they're trying to cut costs where they shouldn't. Also, you check in yourself at the desk and activate your own room key. So no getting to know your guests and no basic welcoming hospitality anymore. Its very transactional.

Das Hotel liegt ca. 30 Minuten miit ÖPNV vom Zentrum entfernt. Der kleine Weg durch den Rembrandtpark bis zum Hotel ist nach der vollen City eine Wohltat Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig. Die Rooftop-Bar ist klasse. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Acústica dos quartos poderia ser melhor, da pra escutar portas batendo toda hora. Opções de comida no restaurante bem limitada e o preço bem caro pro que é.

No cellphone service, zero internet in the hotel room and inside the hotel facilities. The place is dirty, especially the rooms. The bed sheets had hair on it. The bed was very hard. The bathroom was very dirty, and the sink was clogged. The elevators are very slow. Have to use key card in the elevator to get to the floor I was staying at, and no one told me that before the last day. Not soundproof. The cleaning ladies was not happy about using the stairs instead of the elevator.. Got sick after breakfast.

Excellent breakfast, catered for all tastes. Relaxing bar area including the roof top area. Rooms were clean and tidy . Staff were professional friendly and help full.

Restaurant menu only had 5 main courses . On our final night only 3 were available , we had to settle for burgers instead !

Les chambres sont propres et confortables Un bon point pour le petit déjeuner , il est copieux et de qualité . Une station de métro proche permet d’accéder facilement au centre-ville . Un bémol pour le parking , il est cher comme partout en Hollande , est-ce justifié ? Un couac de surfacturation du parking a été élégamment rattrapé d’un geste commercial par la direction .

L'emplacement est très bon, le personnel est très gentil, et le petit déjeuner est très bon

La chambre vue d'angle n'était pas aussi bien qu'on l'attendait et de nombreux problèmes étaient présents, la chambre était un peu sale, il y avait des trous dans les murs, de nombreuses rayures sur les murs, le lit "queensize" est en fait, deux matelas côte à côte et il n'y avait même pas une à l'aise, et le drap n'est même pas attaché, c'est un drap plat posé directement sur les matelas.... une prise de lit qui ne fonctionne que quand on allume la lumière...(Les câbles doivent être inversés), le sèche-cheveux ne fonctionnait pas, une des lampes du lit n'était pas fixée, le porte savon de la douche est tombé et la douche fuyait et n'était pas pratique,
