A fantastic location with subways and airport shuttle bus.

Nicely located hotel with direct subway access and coin laundry.

Room is perfectly fine if a little cramped, but many fine details were not to to standard, like damaged wallpaper and wrinkled carpeting. Very with furniture. Cleanliness seemed to be fine though. The location of the elevator was awkward, separated by doors to both wings, and there seemed to be only one?

Camera con splendida vista sulla città, anche se situata su un piano non particolarmente alto. Il bagno, dotato di vasca accanto alla finestra, permette di rilassarsi ammirando il panorama. La camera è ampia, pulitissima e molto silenziosa. Sono incluse bevande gratuite nel minibar, toilette giapponese, accappatoi e ciabatte. Inoltre, la stazione della metropolitana è praticamente sotto l'hotel ed è raggiungibile comodamente con l'ascensore.

Central location. Comfortable room. Shops in the basement.

Difficult to find the reception area. Corridors are dark and a bit maze like.

Bathroom very nice. Bed is comfy. I liked the public steamer and ironing facilities, and the gym is well equipped.

check-in experience was painful at midnight with the clerk asking me to get the booking number (?) while she had my passport in hand and confirming she had my booking on her screen. A first for me, over procedural in my opinion, not to mention the lack of empathy facing a tired customer.

It’s very good location

Lovely breakfast , great rooms and bathrooms. Bath products and shampoos were really good for my hair . No noise from other rooms and friendly staff. The smart toilets were cool too with their Bidet feature. Very helpful for Arab guests for religious hygiene practices .

Some parts of the room were unclean like the carpets had a lot of dirt if you actually look at it and the curtains had some wierd stains

the property does not meet the standards of a 4 star hotel and the price per night. it needs to be re ranked to 2 - 2.5 to give clients a clear indication of what to expect.

long due for an upgrade, everything is very old. paper cups in the room I have not seen even in 3 star hotels. the breakfast choices were so limited for westerners. the quality was very poor.

The hotel is just nearby the subway, it is surrounded by many cafes and bistros. Speaking of internal facilities, it does have good spacious rooms and all the necessary amenities. The breakfast is excellent. The staff is very polite and explains all the details well.

Alle medarbejderne var rigtigt søde og rare og hjælpsomme. Morgenmaden var fantastisk. Og jeg nød det hver eneste dag jeg var der. Det var første gang prøvede Lotte Hotel. Det var bedre end forventet og var mere og hyggeligere end mange andre hoteller, synes jeg. Jeg vil måske bruge det igen som en getaway fra hverdagen. Tror der er mange der gør det.

Check in was pretty smooth,but I learned pool use wasn’t included. Something that booking.com needs to make guests more aware,especially as I chose it for the pool. It’s inside a complex where you can also dine etc. pretty handy. Not really close to many attractions,but metro and buses are abundant.

Quarto muito espaçoso, cama confortável, travesseiros otimos. O banheiro muito amplo e o chuveiro nota 10.

Valor do café da manha muito alto . Tem opções otimas proximo ao hotel e bem mais em conta

De locatie was erg fijn; het hotel ligt in/naast/op een metrostation. Van daaruit is het makkelijk om veel te doen en te zien. De wijk zelf is erg leuk, erg levendig. Door de universiteiten een heel andere populatie dan in andere wijken van Seoul. De kamer was ruim genoeg, lekkere bedden, goede ruime badkamer met erg fijne douche. Er was een sportschool waar we gratis gebruik van konden maken. De bagage kon kosteloos na uitchecken worden opgeslagen. We hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van het ontbijt. Er zaten zoveel leuke ontbijtplekjes in de buurt, dat we daar de voorkeur aan gaven.

Er viel niets tegen. Het is een groot hotel en daarmee een beetje 'onpersoonlijk', maar je weet van te voren wat je boekt. Het is jammer dat het zwembad niet vrij te gebruiken was en moest worden gereserveerd.

To top it off, having direct basement access to Gongdeok Station's subway lines made navigating the city effortlessly easy.

Je to přímo na metru, ve spodních patrech je několik restaurací, u recepce je malé 7/11 a v přízemí je coffee shop. Kolem hotelu je několik convenient stores a hned za rohem začíná procházka po parku, který vznikl kolem bývalé železnice. Poloha je dobrá 👍

Není to vyloženě výtka, ale je znát, že je nemovitost již staršího data.

Labai geras baseinas. Kambariai labai tvarkingi, nors ir ne nauji. Labai patogi vieta. Šalia nemažai restoranų. Labai patogu, kad antrame aukšte visą parą veikia maža savitarnos automatinė parduotuvė.

La habitación era espaciosa y limpia, las camas muy cómodas y el personal muy amable. Ademas tienes dos lineas del metro justo por debajo para ir al centro y el tren que te lleva al aeropuerto. Genial!

Está un pelín lejos del centro.
