I think there's a sewage problem where the bathroom would constantly smell quite bad. I had to close the door to the bathroom so the smell wouldn't come into the room.

The staff English was not too good. Also they don’t know much about the transportation so when I asked how long or how to get to a certain place, seems like they are not too sure about it.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026The location was perfect, we had access to many items we wanted to do and see in Seoul plus when we came back to our hotel, there were still great spots to enjoy food and drinks. We went to multiple breweries in the area and had amazing Hanwoo beef nearby. The hotel room was clean and the bed was large and comfortable.
The unfortunate items were few but the air conditioning was not able to go under 22 and I was often sweating in my sleep. Also, there were not any drawers to put clothing and only four hangers in the closet so additional storage would be helpful.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Staff are really friendly and super helpful. Location is also nice with several convenience stores and late-night restaurants all in walking distance. Bed is comfortable, I had good rest during my stay.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026조식은 생각보다 건강하고 맛있었어요 ^^ 투숙객은 15% 할인이 되어서 ..금액대비 매우 괜찮은 조식이엇습니다. 룸도 작지않고 욕실과 화장실 사이즈도넉넉해서 편안하게 지내다 왔습니다.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026I was unfortunately very disappointed with the service at this hotel. The staff were not helpful and provided little to no assistance with the different issues I encountered during my stay. On several occasions, I had to handle everything by myself, even though I expected at least a minimum level of support from the reception team. The staff also lacked warmth and professionalism. For a hotel of this category, the level of service was clearly below expectations. My experience with the staff had a very negative impact on my stay, and I would not recommend this hotel based on the quality of its customer service.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026The location of the hotel is great. Just in the middle of Mapo district with all the shops, services and facilities within the walking distance. The subway is around the corner (100mt) and it connects the area with all major attractions and the Incheon airport (direct line). The rooms are spacious and clean and the bathrooms are wider and more comfortable than the average I saw in Asia.
The elevators are too little for such a big and high hotel so the waiting time when you need to go to breakfast or go out in the morning are quite long.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026우선 위치가 정말 편하고 좋았습니다. 공항에서 공항버스를 타고 갔는데 가까웠고, 그 뒤 호텔에 머물면서 일을 보러 다녔는데 지하철과 버스로 강남까지 다니기 편했습니다. 주위엔 음식점도 많았는데 걸어서 약 10분대의 대흥역이나 마포역 쪽으로 가면 또 음식점들이 있어서 고민할 필요가 없었어요. 올리브영도 2군데 이상 있었고 중간에 세탁소에 운동화를 맡기기도 했고 주변에 24시간 빨래방도 2-3군데 있어서 하고 싶은 것들을 모두 할 수 있었어요. 호텔은 깨끗했고 어메니티는 상큼한 시트러스향이 나는 록시땅 제품이어서 상쾌했습니다. 그리고 , 침구와 침대도 좋았구요. 마지막으로 물이 정말 마음에 들었습니다. 호텔 배관이나 수질을 관리하시지 않을까 싶었어요. 물이 매끄러워서 샤워할 때마다 좋았습니다.
음.... 객실 청소를 담당해 주시는 한국분은 정말 친절하시고 수건만 교체를 부탁드린다던지 하면 정확하게 해 주시는데, 다른 외국 청소하시는 분은 복도에서 마주쳤을 때 좀 .... 의아했습니다.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026This is a 3 stars hotel, not the 4 as mentioned. Facilities and furnitures are old. They are selling like US129~per night, it's not worth. Pros: good location, close to metro, restaurants and convenience store Cons: the air-condition system has breaks time, it is not working 24/7. It cannot support for the hot weather in Seoul. The night shift staff English is not for answering simple questions. They came to check the room temperature, but super ridiculous that only pointed the temperature testing tub to the air vent which turned on 24/7, and told that it's cold. They didn't test the room temperature at other points 本著對品牌的信任和交通便利而選擇入住,結果換來一 場大失望。不論硬件還是員工素質,都完全不配稱為星 級酒店。 1. 隱瞞硬件缺陷、冷氣形同虛設 5月中旬的首爾已很悶熱,房間中央冷氣完全不凍。派 員到房做測試,只測試出風口位置,用溫度槍指入出風 口稱正常,而不是房間温度。冷氣完全無風出都叫正 常。 後來才發現系統每兩小時會自動斷開停止運作!即使提 供風扇也根本無濟於事。職員竟然叫我開窗,但房間正 對主要幹道,噪音極其嚴重,根本無法入睡。 2. 服務態度和差別待遇,這是最令人憤怒的地方。 Check-in 前台和餐廳員工對待韓國人和外國人截然不 同。對本地人禮貌周到,對外國人則冷淡敷衍。 第二天向大堂找當值經理時,發現前台只在韓國本地人 Check-in 時主動提醒「冷氣每兩小時會斷開」,對外 國人則隻字不提、刻意隱瞞。 在餐廳接近關閉時,員工只會主動向鄰枱的韓國人提醒 Last Order時間,完全無視外國客人。 3. 前台英語極差、凌晨2點拒絕解決問題 當我嘗試投訴時,前台人員的英語溝通能力嚴重不足, 無法流利應對。更離譜的是,在凌晨2點我因冷氣問題 無法入睡而反映時,前台職員竟然問我是不是想「取消 訂單退房」,而不是想辦法解決問題!在半夜兩點叫不 適的客人走,這就是服務? 只有第三位職員寫,請我明早出去前台找經理處理。 總括而言,酒店沒有正式通知旅客冷氣系統24小時運 作,夜班前台英語能力不足。連健身室在頂樓,也有斷 冷氣的情況,其他配套設施叫作正常。唯一24小時有 冷氣的只有大堂。

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026The Hotel is perfectly located in an interesting area and very close to metro station and bus stations. It is extremely easy to reach from there any area in Seoul. The rooms are not big, but this is normal in Korea. They are extremely clean and well maintained. The shower works perfectly, the bed is very comfortable and the breakfast excellent. Moreover, all the staff members are very polite and caring
