Jedynie lokalizacja jest warta uwagi. Stacje metra znajdują się tuż pod hotelem. Udogodnieniem był sklepik 7/12 w lobby hotelowym.

Generalnie hotel zaniedbany starej daty i ohydny smród z kanalizacji siarkowodorem który czuć było na parterze, w windzie oraz w łazience w pokoju. Siarkowodór w ostatnie 2 dni był tak ohydny i intensywny że obawialiśmy się wręcz podtrucia . Śniadania nie warte swojej ceny - nie kupujcie. Ohydne i jest brudno bleeee. Obok hotelu jest Starbucks smaczna kawa i dobra kanapka.

Camera con splendida vista sulla città. La camera è enorme, pulitissima e molto silenziosa. Sono incluse bevande gratuite nel minibar, toilette giapponese, accappatoi e ciabatte. Inoltre, la stazione della metropolitana è praticamente sotto l'hotel.

Has everything you need. Iron, hairdryer, water, desk, power adaptor, 711 in the lobby, coffee shop in the first floor.

The pillow was quite thin, and occasionally it was difficult to meet taxi drivers as there's no fixed pick up point.

交通方便，離機場快線很近，孔德站9號出口就是飯店大門，超便利！Lobby有wowpass 機器，還有7-11，真的很方便。

飯店可以借用萬用插頭；充電設備如果有直接插typeC 的孔會更好

Great location right at Gongdeok station (one of the AREX train stops, Line 5, Line 6 and Gyeongui-Jangang). Many local restaurants in the area however most of them open until 9pm. It is more like a business district area. There are coffee shops and Oliver Youngs near by, but it is totally different vibe from Hongdae or Myeondong. The bed is super comfortable. Generous room size! One of the best hotels I ever stay.

Escalators can be slow during high traffic hour.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel, and we especially want to thank James for his outstanding service. He was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. When we needed extra pillows and a blanket for our child, James went out of his way to help us and made sure everything was arranged quickly and thoughtfully. His warm attitude and genuine care made us feel truly welcomed and well taken care of. James is a great example of excellent hospitality and a real asset to the hotel. We are very happy with our stay and truly appreciate both James and the hotel team for making our experience so pleasant and memorable. Highly recommended!

The hotel is very convenient. I arrived before the checkin time, but still had a room luckily. That's helped me a lot. The receptionist James is very very nice and helpful ^ ^.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Mr. James Kwak at Glad Mapo for his outstanding service. I had ordered food through the Baemin app, and when it was marked as delivered, I couldn’t find the driver or my order anywhere near the designated drop-off spot. Unable to reach Baemin customer service through the app or by phone due to the language barrier, I went to the front desk feeling anxious and hungry, hoping for help. James immediately understood my situation and stepped in to contact Baemin on my behalf. It turned out the driver had been unable to locate the hotel and had discarded my order. Though resolving delivery issues isn’t part of his usual hotel duties, James went well beyond what was expected to help me. I’m truly grateful that Glad Mapo has a team member like James. Station de métro avec sortie directement à l'hôtel. Emplacement un peu excentré mais accessible facilement en transports publics (bus ou métro). Petit déjeuné très tôt (ça semble être une coutume en Corée). Chambre confortable

Petit-déjeuné trop tôt (fin à 9h il me semble). En plus on venait d'arriver d'Europe et avec le décallage on se levait pas aussi tôt. Du coup on avait pas pris l'option petit-déjeuner et on l'a pas avtivé sur place

其實都沒有甚麼大不滿，只是位於孔德，地點有少少唔方便，每次出動都要先過弘大

The location is very convenient as the airport subway is just right to this hotel. There isn’t any self service laundry but the hotel does provide laundry in house. The rooms are clean too.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I especially want to thank Belle at the front desk for her excellent service. She was very patient, kind, and helpful when I needed assistance, which made my stay much easier and more enjoyable. I really appreciate her help and would definitely recommend this hotel!

It's a good travel, and the staff Ella is very nice, smile sweet and attitude very friendly. She is helpful, and the room is large and quiet. Breakfast is a little not good, the food taste is just a food, and the tipe of food is less. All in all is a good journey in Glad, & nice to see you glad,

金浦空港からのアクセスも良いし、駅からのアクセスも良い。 ホテルの近くにお店がたくさんあり便利だった

夜遅くに上の部屋の音が少し気になった。

Tesiste 14 gece konakladık. Haziranın ilk iki haftasıydı. Seçerken çok araştırmıştık. Öncelikle çok temiz. Sıcak su hiç yaşamadık. Ev rahatlığında. Çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. Ulaşım her yere çok rahat. Yeniden gidersek aynı yerde kalacağız.

Great location — right above the train station with direct access to all major train lines, making it super convenient to get around the city. The room was a good size and cleaned daily. Also more reasonably priced compared to staying in Myeongdong or Hongdae.

Nothing major, but the manager was unhelpful. I asked a staff member if she could help me carry my luggage (4 pieces) down to the ground floor, and she was happy to help. However, when the manager noticed, he flatly told her not to. I'd only asked because I'd seen staff help another guest (a white foreigner) with the exact same request shortly before. It felt like the manager was selective about who he was willing to help.

Great stay at the Glad Mapo hotel in Seoul. Hotel is ideally located, right next to Gongdoek station which made travelling around Seoul very easy. Room was perfect with walk in shower and plenty of space. Breakfast was good especially the Asian selection. Highly recommend a stay here, great value, very reasonable. Easy getting to the airport with the local stopping train taking about an hour directly from Gongdoek station.

Location. Direct airport rail to Gongdeok station where GLAD is above exit 9. There are plenty of good food options around the vicinity including a Michelin star beef soup noodle/rice. Ease of access around Seoul.

It is very convenient to travel to any part of Seoul and Airports as Glad Mapo is located just next to Gongdeok station.

During my six-night stay, the breakfast offerings remained identical each day. It was quite expensive.

Great location as the hotel is above the metro station for the AirPort Express train . Staff were great and there is a 7-11 store in the lobby and some great eating options just behind the hotel

Housekeeping service arrived very early but were a bit late to do the cleaning when I asked them to come back and called at 10:00 am to ask them to clean the room .

客室に明らかに自分のものではない髪の毛が椅子上、バスルーム壁などに付着していました。掃除の際に見落としてしまったのだと思いますが、ゾッとしました。また、複数人タイプの充電コード常設は大変ありがたかったのですが、接続が悪いのか、手で押し込んでいないと充電ができず不便でした。明らかに使い古されて他とは質感の違うタオルが置かれていた点も少し気になりました。

Majoitus on loistavalla sijainnilla, aivan metro aseman yläpuolella! Siivoojat olivat ihan mahtavia <3 myös aamupala oli todella hyvä ja kattava! Suosittelen myös menenään illalla hotellin ravintolaan syömään buffettiin, todella paljon mistä valita, hinta oli todellakin kohdillaan. Majoitun varmasti täällä uudestaan, jos vielä tulen seouliin! <3
