Big room with nice beds. Well appointed with desk, table, armchair, fridge,microwave, tv and coffee machine. Nice quiet location.

Bed was very comfortable. Hot tub was very nice

The bathroom light would come on randomly. The sensor was covered with tape and no one was nearby. The bathroom taps were backwards…both the sink and tub taps. Took a minute to figure it out.

We were initially taken to room 112, but the staff moved us to the second floor since the AC wasnoisy and made a buzzing sound every five seconds. Unlike the first floor TV, which is already a ROKU, thesecond floor TV is just a standard one with few channels.I understand that the room and the building smell old, but the kitchenette was what truly bothered me. There were some leftover rice in the pans, making them filthy. Both the sponge and the sink were dirty. When a new person booked the room, staff need to replace the sponge with a new one. The balcony needs maintenance as well. Overall, it's okay to stay here. The staff and the manager were nice but they need to ensure the rooms are clean before they let the customers in.

Front desk clerk friendly and helpful. Bed was nice, comfortable and clean.

Dishes were dirty / unwashed and very limited. Had to request soap and rag to wash them. No plug for tub or soap. Limited towels. Cabinets in kitchen very dirty, fries in cupboard?? Stove is a wreck and pan handle falling off. We rented for the kitchen and very disappointed. Washroom tub is very poorly laid out and in rough shape.

It was perfect for a visit to Mount Robson or for a long trip to Vancouver. We were comfortable and it served it's purpose.

The towels felt a bit cheap and were losing fluff. The room had too many beds without having bed side tables. The shower temperature and power was good, but the head was old and gave uneven spray. Our room had a separate bedroom but no lock on the bathroom door, so we had to be careful not to walk into each other in the toilet.

The hot tub was great but difficult to get to due to my mobility issues.

Wir waren 7 Tage da um in der Gegend zu Wandern. Sehr warmer Pool, großes Zimmer, freundliches Personal, Waschmaschine die zur Verfügung stand (man braucht keingeld das man sich aber an der Rezeption wechseln lassen kann). Wir konnten die Lachse im nahen Swift Creek beim Laichen beobachten.

Balkon ist sanierungsbedürftig aber darauf wurden wir hingewiesen also war das in Ordnung. Wir konnten ihn aber trotzdem nutzen. Alles ist schon etwas älter aber das ist grundsätzlich nicht schlimm. Die Klimaanlage hat leider nicht gut gekühlt.

There are several nice updated features including fridge, coffee and fixtures. The kitchenette included dishes for two.

Several aspects are in need of updates like significant painting and repair to baseboards - it seems they may be in progress and would make the place seem cleaner and more inviting. It seemed overpriced but this may reflect the high value area.

The room smelled like an old shoe - likely the carpets. And they started very loud construction above our room at 8:30am without giving us any warning.

The amenities (coffee, fridge, microwave) provided exceeded expectations.

Stayed on the ground floor. It was noisy from the above room but the hotel was very quiet after 9.

Our room was spacious, and the queen beds were very comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming.

The exterior of the building looked quite old, making me hesitant to book at first. However, after reading reviews, I thought it would probably be okay. The air conditioner was a bit noisy, but overall, I was impressed with my stay.

The manager was very sorry that the booking.com reservation was not successful, and the property did not have a room for my family and me. He called another motel and arranged to get us a room there. He was very helpful.

To bad the owner wasn’t. He Didn’t take “ your AC unit doesn’t work” very well. Showed him the video of how loud and dangerous when it was turned on at 10pm Little late for a room change. Told me to stay home next time. Just an Ahole! Oh ya. If u are in 112 , you should get ready for smokers right outside your window and they will talk into the early morning. BC laws state 3 meters from doors and intake but it seemed this guy don’t give a s””t. There’s a bench and ashtrays. Right outside your window. The floor above you , squeaks like there’s no tomorrow. 250.00 a night NOT Worth it .

Personál byl velmi přátelský, milý a při problémech s wi-fi nápomocný. Dostatek prostoru pro parkování. Motel má dobrou polohu a odpovídá poměr cena / výkon, co si pořizujete.

Úklid by zasloužil více péče – v koupelně nebylo vyluxováno (mnoho vlasů po zemi), v ledničce drobky od předchozích hostů. Nedoporučila bych lidem s lehkým spánkem – podlaha nad námi (měli jsme pokoj v přízemí) hodně vrzala, takže kdykoli se někdo o patro výš pohnul, bylo to hodně slyšet.

Ted and Winston were great hosts. The room was lovely. I really enjoyed the "feel" of the area, so authentically Canadian. I'm an Aussie who lived in Canada for 16 years. It felt like home to me.

The reception staff was very friendly. The room was great except for a very loose toilet seat which my husband tightened. Could hear every footstep and floor creaking from the floor above us...recommend stsying in a upper floor room.

A quieter room, but being ground floor on an old building the noisy floor from the 2nd level probably can't be helped.

We needed a place to stay as Jasper is still without much of the room inventory it had before the fire. Valemount was our next choice a the Chalet had a room. Staff was friendly, and room was small but adequate for one night. Lots of hot water for a needed shower after a long drive.

Bed far too firm/ hard for us and the little a/c unit was noisy...but it worked!

It was quiet, clean and roomy. It had a freezer compartment in the new fridge for my freezer packs. Bed was comfortable.

It is an older motel/hotel and is going through management changes and has been partially renovated.

Staff were wonderful, good bed and aircon with perfect location.

The bed was very comfortable, decent size room. The “kitchenette” consisted of a large fridge, Keurig coffee maker with pods, microwave on other side of the room. Single flat top on counter with sink. Mix match of dishes, pots and pans. Unfortunately No knives to cut with. Location was close to downtown and easy to find. The front desk/owner was very nice and helpful.

It was showing its age. The “kitchenette“ was a single flat top on a counter. No fan above the cooktop. When we arrived the room was being aired out as we were told the previous tenant had cooked. Found it a bit pricey for what we got.

The room was clean and comfortable. The room was not crowded. The owner's pet dog was very friendly and wanted to play.

The bathroom door did not open all the way because the room was very small. There was only a small place to sit. The chair provided by the 'table' was hard.

The person at the desk was very friendly. Greeted me with a beautiful smile. Even though it was very late night check in. Showed us where to park. And which door is close to the room.

It was little smelly as we entered the building because the building was old but the cleanness was 100% clean. Beds were comfy. Bathrooms were so clean. Will definitely go back there.

Rooms and location

Convenient location, just off the highway and therefore away from any road noise. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the pub across the road served excellent value meals. Perfect for what we wanted - a 1 night stopover on our road trip.

Ted was a fantastic host. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. Ted gave a great recommendation for breakfast. The view was amazing.

Very clean, comfortable, and quiet motel. The motel manager was friendly and their dog was adorable and so friendly my wife loved him! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place.

Nice vacant lot behind the hotel for the dogs.

$30 extra for 2 small dogs. They do not charge for noisy kids, but dogs cost extra.

The guy in reception was very kind and helpful. He helped us with many things, with a genuine attitude. We requested a room with a kitchen, and it had everything we wanted.

Prima hotel, basic maar functioneel

Quiet and peaceful place. It’s a great stop for travelers on a long road trip. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Very cute motel conveniently located in Valemount. We stayed on our way to the To quin Valley hike and had a very comfortable night before heading into the mountains. Ended up getting snowed out of our hiking trip so we came back a couple days later looking to stay for one more night. Staff were very accommodating and gave us a good deal on the second night! Highly recommend staying here if you are passing through this way.

The check-in process was very smooth, which was a pleasant experience given how long we had been on the road. We were greeted by Ted and Mark, who helped us settle in right away! We were also greeted by Ted's 4-legged friend Winston as soon as we entered. Needless to say, he was the true star of the show. The entire property was very well maintained and clean, just like our room! The property offered a great view, and the staff did their best to accommodate our needs, which made our stay more comfortable. We felt very welcomed, and we're very appreciative of the staff for that. You can tell there is so much care in what they do, and that translated in our experience. Great customer service! If we're stopping in Valemount again, this is surely where we'll stay again! :) PS: pets and kisses to Winston from us.

We stayed here for one night, on our way to our final destination. Friendly staff. Room was nice (updated) and clean. Beds were comfortable and large. There was also fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Hot tub was fun for kids. There is a nice patio for BBQ (we had no opportunity to use it, as it was a short stay) and also laundry for you, if you need it.

The fellow at the front desk was very kind and welcoming. His dog Winston was very sweet. Handy parking. Room was nicely updated and a little bigger than the average hotel room.

Positivt överraskade, ett av de bättre motell vi bott på under vår resa. Rummet var bekvämt och fräscht. Vi anlände sent och hade gjort ett fel i vår bokning. Vi fick trevlig service och allt gick att lösa utan problem. Bra stopp längs vägen.

Single traveller with a small dog. No one in the office until after 3 pm. States pet friendly but signage indicates: Keep dogs on leash, his dog is off leash on and around premises Dog cannot be left alone in room, I had to leave the dog in my car while I went to get take out food, Dog cannot be left alone in room in crate Dog cannot be on bed, Pick up after dog, The charge is $150.00 if mess left by dog. Room has vinyl flooring now, beds ok, pillows are ok. Noisy as I was 2 doors from entrance. Microwave did not work, I advised reception on my way out "no one has told me that before" "sorry to hear that". Really dated exterior, the exercise area is the hot tub area did not feel that I could use it. Person who met me initially very nice and helpful when reception person not available initially. Lots of hot water..clean room. Not able to adjust heat.

Comfortable and clean. All I can say is don't judge a book by the cover. This is one of the nicest motel we have stayed in so far. And the guy behind gong to say owner was lovely. A plus

The tv channel selection system is rather confusing and could use some type of help / cheat sheet. We could not seem to find any of the regular BC channels.

The Front desk was very welcoming when we arrived. The Room was very clean, crisp sheets, comfy bed, it was a great place to chill with our family and located close to a pub where we had a bite to eat and watched the hockey game. Room was not overly hot. All in all it met our expectations. Will definitely be staying there again.

I was expecting a very basic room with quality sleep and shower. It was very clean, the room temperature was very comfortable (not hot like many hotels) and the shower was excellent. The rate was very very reasonable and was worth every single penny.

It didn’t appear to offer WIFI but it wasn’t even worth enquiring about for us.

커피 캡슐 있어서 다음날 아침에 커피 잘 마셨습니다. 건식 화장실에 개별 욕조도 있고 1층에 공용 자쿠지도 있습니다.덕분에 장거리 운전하고 잘 쉴 수 있었어요. 방도 넓었고 침대도 편안했어요 정말정말 추천드립니다.

The location was very central

The room was dirty when we arrived. There was dishes in the sink, there was food left in the fridge from previous guests. I wiped down the bedside tables with a wipe as everything seemed dirty and they came up black - I'm not sure when that was last cleaned... The cleanliness was the main problem and also the cost, it was very expensive for a run down motel.
