Lovely rooms - better than the photos depict. Room cosy and warm. Fantastic location - few minute walk into Arrowtown centre and a short taxi ride to Ayrburn so was very convenient.

The bathroom was very cold.

Location and all the treats. Breakfast was perfect and hosted by a lovely lady.

Beautiful heritage style home apartments. Only 5-10 minute walk to shops.

This was our favourite place that we stayed in in our two weeks in New Zealand. The room was absolutely fabulous and our host gave us a very friendly welcome. The chocolates, cheese board and wine on arrival were a lovely touch!

The property had such a charm as you stepped through the doors to a warm cosy space.

Cosy clean and convenient. Close to shops in Arrowtown. Staff very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and warm. Loved our Welcome platter and wine and the afternoon cakes served every day. It’s the little touches that make the difference. Breakfast room was decorated beautifully and our cooked eggs, fruit and yoghurt and toast were filling and delicious.

Self check-in and the room was very comfortable. There were some little cakes and fruit left out in communal area, which was very nice. Greeted at breakfast by Merron who provided us with a continental breakfast and a breakfast to go for a early trip. Arrowtown was a lovely town and ideal for our trip. Room had a washing machine and drier.

The Hotel is an easy walk from Arrowtown main street. parking is easy. The room was well appointed and lovely little extras. Breakfast was delicious every morning. The hosts were friendly and we really enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic room in a great location. Room was spacious with good layout. Separate area to sit in comfy chairs as well as dining area. Large bathroom with shower & bath, as well as laundry in a cupboard. Plenty of storage. Comfy large bed with electric blankets. Private outdoor area. Complimentary wine, chocolates & cheese board. Fresh baking each day to help yourself to. Games, movies & books available to borrow. Good continental breakfast provided which included barista coffee. Friendly staff. Short walk to main street with shops, restaurants etc. Would definitely stay again & recommend.

There were so many extras that we really appreciated e.g., the little snacks for afternoon tea, cheeseboard, wine and chocolates. It was also lovely to have a bath, especially after lots of walking, and great to have washing and drying facilities. After stayng in other accommodation that provided full breakfasts (which were always delicious) it was nice to have a simple continental one with great coffee!

Breakfast was great, I mentioned I was Gluten free and there was a GF egg dish, bread and cereal, in addition to some yoghurt, stewed fruits and savoury items. Victoria went above and beyond with home baked goodies for afternoon tea.

The attention to detail was incredible. The little touches like the welcome cheese platter, wine and chocolates were very thoughtful. The daily biscuits or cake and fruit bowl, barista coffee and different cooked element with the breakfast we as lovely. The homemade poached local fruits and preserves felt very homely and wholesome.

The hospitality was impeccable. Attention to detail shone through in every aspect of the stay, from the presentation of the room, to the greeting letter, to the lovely breakfast.

The breakfast was great. A good selection. Staff was very friendly, cheerful, and accommodating. The breakfast set up good for being alone and/or talking to fellow travelers. We loved the banana bread and fruit in the entryway. As well as the refreshments in the room.

The parking needed some signage or advance notice of acceptable spots.

The breakfast and vibe..the town. The manager and the woman who covers when she is not there are incredible chefs! The mushroom pastry is soooo good. They have a cake every day...and they made sure during my days they had vegan cakes...no one knew..first day was fruit and the second was my favorite chocolate with frosting. The living breakfast room was airy, spacious and offered wonderful fruits and a gas fireplace. The upstairs bedroom was fabulous and had a washer. yeah. we would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend. Next time we would skip staying in Queenstown and stay here longer as our base for that area.

We had a lovely stay here. We were only supposed to be here one night, but slight change of plans meant we requested another evening stay. They were able to accommodate - super nice hosts :)

What a stunning hotel! It was one of the highlights of our trip. Our room was spacious and so comfortable. There were lots of extras that were much appreciated - the cakes were all delicious - it would have been very tempting to overindulge!! The location is great - free parking and an easy walk into town!

Beautiful B & B with washer and dryer. Very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast.

Loved the room with the high ceilings and garden access through a patio door. Spacious and the soaking tub was a nice bonus for us along with the washing machine.

We could not get the dryer to stay on more than a minute at a time, even following the directions to allow for ample airflow and restarting the cycle. Wound up just air-drying our clothes.

The upper room under the roof was too hot.

Very nice appearance. Large shower. Short walk into town. Very pleasant staff.

Our room was on the top floor. Something was making very loud and randomly spaced popping/creaking noises at bedtime, during which there was a rainstorm. Possibly related? Sounded like wood movement? It was very loud and required earplugs for sleep. The A/C unit also made a periodic noise, presumably from the condensate pump, but that wasn’t nearly as loud as the other sounds. Also, for the price point, I expected a nicer breakfast. It was fine, but it was a basic continental breakfast without very many options.

A very warm welcome with afternoon tea (with very good homemade cake), complimentary snacks and wine. The room is very cosy with a good bed and a nice little personal terrace. Everything is very clean. Good breakfast.

Loved everything about this accommodation. The location was brilliant, the staff super warm and welcoming and everything was absolutely spotless. The small details, like the welcome cheese plate and lovely Pinot to the daily afternoon baking only enhanced our stay. Breakfast was also perfect!

I stayed at this charming small-town hotel and loved it. Great breakfast and coffee, auper friendly staff, and a perfect location for shopping and exploring. Definitely going back again. Staff recommend Ayrburn village too. A must go!

Wonderful stay - from the welcome cheese and biscuits to the daily afternoon tea, lovely room, and great location. It was nice being away from the massive lot of people in Queenstown. Only 20 mins away, it was perfect.

Parking is limited but not a major issue
