Arrowtown Motel

Appartamento spazioso, letto comodo, bagno piccolo. Ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro di Arrowtown, anche a piedi. Ci hanno omaggiato di una bottiglietta di latte squisito.

Il bagno e la cucina non erano perfettamente puliti. L'esterno della struttura sarebbe da rinnovare, non solo il cortile ma anche gli ingressi agli appartamenti.

Our accomodation was suitable for one night and it was priced well. It was basic but clean and the staff were friendly. Check in was easy and there is parking onsite. Location is about a 20 minute walk into town which is ok if weather is suitable.

The bed in our room was uncomfortable. It felt more like a futon and was quite low to the ground. There is no privacy if on the ground floor so need to keep curtain closed at all times because there are large windows and car park is right there and everybody can see into your room. I didn’t realise this when I booked. Photos on website are a little misleading. Room was suitable though.

Lovely size room and facilities

We loved our overnight stay here. The room was modern, very clean, and quiet at night. Bed was very warm and comfy. Our car park was close to the room which was great. We never heard noise from others staying there or street traffic. Many Thanks : )

Honestly, wasn't there long enough, would have liked to have had more time in beautiful Arrowtown

A warm welcome. Peaceful, comfy bed, clean, modern decor, quiet. Added bonus of a full kitchen and washing machine. Really convenient having the Four-Square supermarket within walking distance to grab nibbles & wine. The perfect location to stay before flying out of Queenstown.

Un logement parfaitement propre, au calme, avec tout le nécessaire en électroménager pour un séjour en famille. Douillet et chaleureux, avec une salle de bain neuve et un jardin/terrasse privatif tres agréable, sans vis-a-vis.

Une lampe sur pied supplémentaire dans la salon aurait apporté un éclairage plus chaleureux.

Warm comfortable room and bed

Clean apartment with kitchen amenities. Comfortable and fitted our family’s needs. Even changed our towels on the night before we left. Value for money and close to coronet’s peak for skiing. Even gifted a small bottle of milk on arrival. Will definitely come back here when i visit for skiing.

Could have done with an oven to cook pizzas.

The location is a bit far away from the city

We did not get to see the staff, so I could not comment if they were friendly or not.

We were disappointed for the price $335 for 1 night that there were things that didn’t work properly in the unit (Room 4). Our WiFi connection froze several times when trying to use the TV, only one side of the bed’s electric blanket worked, the shower head turned the wrong direction and the cupboard ceiling was broken.

There was issues with the heatpump and the room was cold when we got there as it hadn’t been turned on and had ongoing issues with it during our stay. Which in the middle of July was frustrating and not comfortable. The bed was so so uncomfortable, we both barely slept for two nights. The shower pooled water all over the bathroom floor every time you shower

When showering in bathroom, their is little slope to drain water run off & if you are a tall person the lack of shower door or curtain floods the floor making it unsafe for any guests wishing to use toilet afterwards.

Please let’s have a one page printed instructions for internet and tv NOT a QR scan requirement. Unfortunately the hot water temperature fluctuated badly in the shower.

Tout était parfait, le studio est très spacieux et très confortable. La salle de bain est parfaite et tout était hyper propre ! Le personnel au top et très gentil !

Great location. Supermarket just a minute walk away. A good 15 minutes stroll to town.

Parking is a bit tight for big cars. May not be sufficient is all units are occupied. But can still park by the roadside.

So clean and tidy. Loved the courtyard. Host Catherine was full of handy info and tips. Bed was superb. Not in the village so have to walk about 15 minutes to town.

It’s in residential part of town not in historic village. Just good to know. Shower curtains were a little awkward but fine.

Everything! Our one bedroom apartment was sensational and quiet. The beds are super comfy and are made with quality linens. There is also a wide choice of pillows. The modular shower is extremely efficient and the bathroom is spacious.

A really lovely unit, great staff

One of the beds was too soft - had to change to alternative bed. This didn’t matter.

We stayed in the four bedroom house- absolutely fantastic! The master bedroom was spacious and the king bed super comfy! Our favourite stay during our whole 3 weeks in NZ. We couldn’t fault our experience at the Arrowtown Motel- staff were fantastic and the accommodation was unreal!

A brilliant stay at Arrowtown Motel. The rooms are spacious and clean, couldn't ask for much more than that. The staff member was also really helpful, offering recommendations and directions. The motel is about a 20 min walk to town and has a grocer close by. Highly recommend.
