The corridors were too smelley. The breakfast doesnt have english breakfast options.

1. Bathroom drain was partially choked. Even after attending it did not improve. 2. Bathroom exhaust was of poor quality. Reception was informed but they told this speed is normal.

Great hotel, clean comfortable and great location. The staff is phenomenal, the dining is great as well.THE BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT IS THAT THE ROOF TOP TERRACEV IS CLOSED AND THIS WAS PUT FORTH ON THE "BOOKING.COM" SITE. The was one of reason I choose this hotel. Thank you Luximi for a fast effiecent check-in, that came with a smile. She is totally engaged with you and very thorough! Keep up the good job! Adul was following me up and down on the elevators and at one pointed offered to carry pizza. When the reception asked me for my room, he spoke instead. If I was not travelling solo this would not have happened! I have visited twenty countries and once they see a solo traveller is it is time to stalk them until they get some money handed to them. Trust me on this one! Its been a long three weeks and I was due for a therapeutic massage. Ironically I recieved a call from an in-house spa. First of all the hotel should have never provided my room number out to the spa. It is a voilation of the customer privacy. Secondly this was not a theraputic spa, but its a spa that is run a shady character name Ankita. She is sly crafty and a shroud person and very tactical in trying to get the most money out of you, she was trying to over-charge m as well. Her intention was otherwise they wanted to make extra money off me for additional services. The therapist was extremly persistant to the point of begging me and I simply keep declining. @Booking you to.look into what is really with this spa service.

Good choices at breakfast but I had to ask for cold milk everyday. For me the location was OK as I chose to be here for my business needs.

Only downside was the bathroom. One hinge on the toilet seat was broken. The washhand basin tap had a sprinkler fitted. I wonder why? Everytime you open the tap, the water spills everywhere. There was no way to remove it. This can be improved upon.

The Yogi Executive was a disappointment from the movement I checked in , Its just a local shady Lodge with fancy name and exteriors. Dirty Floors , Dirty Room , Food is a absolute bismal.The Room service and Front office is non-existent after you check-in ( we need to stop expecting any service once your are in )

Everything from Service , Cleanliness and Hygeine. Its a cheap hotel with fancy cover ..Poeple who are decent and with family avoid coming here.

I had to leave 3 days into a 10 day stay after a security incident and hotel refused to process refund

It could be a very good hotel as it has a good potentiel but it’s neglected.

The room we got not very comfortable and the staff at the reception are not friendly and helpful. They must be trained to be more serviable. No basic facilites like hair dryer or iron and not even a shower cap. They can really make an effort.

Receptionist was not clear about our stay, in the beginning they said breakfast incuded in the plan but later during checkout they said it was not included and had to pay extra. The pillow covers and blanket covers were full of stain. Our previous room had rain water seepage directly into the room.

It has nice swimming pool on the terrace.Staff was very friendly and helpful.Staff was super attentive.

Location is not very nice. They use very strong chemicals to clean the lifts and floors which can be extremely toxic and unpleasant when you go in the lifts or around the property.
