The Fern's housekeeping and room service are truly excellent. They provide quick resolutions and ensure that every request is handled promptly. Ms. Mandhira assisted us exceptionally well throughout our stay. She was very helpful with everything, from room cleaning to breakfast feedback, and always ensured timely service. It is wonderful for The Fern to have such dedicated and professional staff. Her commitment and hospitality made our experience even more enjoyable.

The staff of courteous and helping but the process of check in was a bit boring.

The lift or the elevator was out of order on both these that is the time of checking and on the next day while checking out and it created really a nightmare for both of us is the luggage got stuck in between while checking out anyone during checking the waiter said to carry all the luggage to the 6 floor via staircase which was really poor show of the hotel how come there is not maintain the lift and it was a significant problem as that building was 8 floors high

The food is very Specially the Chef Avinash was very polite and gentle in nature. He cooked very good food specially for me as I had some food restrictions which was excellent

One of the best stays i have had the room was spacious and was upgraded, the stay was very relaxing and comfortable. Mr. Jayesh duty manager helped with the check in and was very kind and polite. We look forward to stay again.

Location, surroungs not upto the mark. Ac was not working for more than 5-6 hours. Horrible reasoning they gave. Very unhappy with the stay.

The Fern Marriott in Navi Mumbai offers decent facilities but my stay was below expectations. The air conditioning in my room did not work properly and couldn’t cool the space even at night. The water temperature in the shower fluctuated constantly, which was quite frustrating. The room was also quite noisy — you could clearly hear people walking and talking in the hallway, especially late at night, which made it hard to sleep. My room faced a bus parking area, not a pleasant view, and the street in front of the hotel was quite dirty. Overall, the hotel has potential but needs better maintenance and soundproofing.

Had a wonderful stay at The Fern Residency, Thurbhe, Navi Mumbai. The front office team was warm and welcoming, the rooms were spacious and spotless, and the housekeeping staff were always attentive. The restaurant service was exceptional, thanks to the staff who made dining a pleasure. Special appreciation also to the housekeeping team for their excellent support. A couple of areas could be improved: adding more variety to the breakfast spread and keeping the lift lobby fresher and fragrant. Overall, a comfortable stay with genuine hospitality that makes you want to return.

We had a very good marriage function performed for 4 days at Fern Residency from 7th Nov to 10th Nov... The rooms were very spacious and their service was excellent. Thier food quality and buffet spread was very good and we enjoyed a lot. The amenities of their Banquet Hall and Open Garden Lawn & decoration was very good. All their Hotel and Room Service Staff are very cooperative and courteous... We recommend this resort for a marriage function or a stay their as their rates are also very reasonable and affordable..

Review for Rehman (Hair Stylist) I've been getting my hair cut by Rehman for a while now, and I can confidently say he's one of the best in the business. Not only is he highly skilled with haircuts, but he also has excellent knowledge when it comes to hair care and maintenance. He always takes the time to understand what I want and gives great advice tailored to my hair type. Rehman is also a genuinely good person — friendly, respectful, and professional. It's always a pleasure to visit the salon and have a conversation with him. Highly recommend his services to anyone looking for quality haircuts and expert guidance!

But this one is one of the best experience I ever have.. my hairdresser Mr. Rehman was not only professional and skilled but also warm and attentive to what I wanted .he did his work very carefully and patiently.I walked out feeling confident and refreshed. When enter in the hotel lobby the Greetings from the reception was excellent as used to be. Sahil, Akshata,Mansi and the most cuite boy SIMBA a Labrador... Their smile will describe you where you are entering...They will truly feels you like that you are entering in a home after you packed up from your office. The restaurant team, Roshan, Barun, Ms. Sunita who is a Manager there her smile makes all the food tastey.. the Housekeeping team Jitu, Suraj and all the members their services was absolutely brilliant.. Kudos team keep it up 👍👍👍
