Reviewed Sep 19, 2026El hotel está ubicado justo a un extremo del centro de Palermo, lo que hace perfecta su ubicación. Está fuera de la zona ruidosa y puedes llegar a todos los monumentos a pie. La habitación era grandiosa. Pedimos 2 camas y nos pusieron en una habitación de 2 camas. El personal muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento. Lo recomiendo a quien esté pensando estar en Palermo.
Al ser verano y los aires condicionados estar en marcha, desde la habitación se escuchaban los motores de los aires de otras habitaciones. Es necesario llevar tapones si eres sensible a este tipo de ruido.

Finding it with Google navigation was hard. We finally called the hotel and the receptionist gave us directions on how to reach the hotel with our rental car.

El sistema de aire acondicionado en el cuarto es muy antiguo y no enfriaba mucho. Tuve que llamar para que lo solucionaran. Mejoró pero no mucho. Segundo, pedí media hora después del check out, era para terminar de empacar. Me dijeron NO, porque tenían que tener los cuartos listos para los siguientes huéspedes. Se que eso no era cierto.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Hotel disposant d'un vrai service d'accueil. Ce qui en italie n'est pas toujours le cas dans certains établissements. L'emplacement est proche du centre et au calme. La chambre est grande, propre et bien insonorisée.
La clim est bruyante et difficile à régler. La température était acceptable mais un peu chaud quand même. Il manquait de quoi faire un café alors que l'on pouvait faire du thé.

Globalement l’hôtel n’est pas très moderne, surtout la climatisation qui fait pas mal de bruit !

Le camere seppur pulite e tenute bene necessitano di essere rinnovate. La piazza davanti alla sera non dà l’idea di essere molto sicura

The hotel has an amazing potential, it needs renovation, like the AC's and the furniture color of the walls, AC's they have very loud sound and since i am very lights sleeper, it was difficult for me.

Le personnel se donne beaucoup de mal pour nous satisfaire et c est vrai que l hotel n est pas cosy au niveau du salon pztit déjeuner en sous sol , mais nous avons passé nos vacances dehors donc pour nous aucun souci , le petit déjeuner est copieux pour un prix imbattable . C est vrai que leur Clim fait un peu de bruit ( comme un grillon ) mais on a super bien dormi car très bonne literie . Rapport qualité prix au top . Merci à toute l équipe ! Vous faites un super job ! Félicitations. Nous recommandons cet hotel

Yoghurt was warm gezien de hele ruimte warm was. Bij uitchecken geen vraag hoe verblijf geweest was. Vriendelijkheid liet te wensen over.

L’ingresso dell’ hotel si trova al piano -1, per accede quindi bisogna scendere alcuni scalini. Oltre a non essere molto bello ( sembra di entrare da una porta di servizio) , non è nemmeno comodo avendo in bagagli. La hall appare alquanto antiquata e ovviamente buia essendo sottoterra . Si ha come l’impressione di essere all’interno di un traghetto infatti dal banco del check in parte un lungo corridoio austero e stretto in stile traghetto che porta agli ascensori ( in realtà ne funziona uno ). Arrivati al piano la nostra stanza si trova subito alla destra dell’ascensore. Una vecchia porta marrone . La stanza è spaziosa ma bruttina : vecchio pavimento, mobili scheggiati e usurati. L’aria condizionata fa un rumore infernale . Il divano letto dove dormiva nostro figlio aveva le molle che a filo materasso ( si sentono nella schiena ) . Anche le lenzuola e il copriletto ricordano quello delle navi. Ogni cosa nel frigo bar è a pagamento ( ormai ovunque offrono almeno l’acqua gratuitamente) . I soldi peggio spesi della vacanza. Andate in uno,dei tanti appartamenti che offre Palermo che starete meglio. Ps dimenticavo: una volta parcheggiato bisogna lasciare le chiavi alla reception per motivi di sicurezza. Anche questa oca mi ha infastidito . Non mi è mai capitato da nessuna parte al mondo. 4 stelle le valeva forse nel 1970.

Frukostbuffén var ganska enkel och saknade mycket utifrån vad vi är vana vid på svenska hotell. Bäddsoffan var katastrof då man kände fjädrarna genom madrassen.

Nos pusieron en una habitación adaptada para personas con necesidades. Resulta que el baño no tenía mampara y cada vez que nos duchábamos el cuarto de baño se convertía en una piscina. El aire acondicionado hacía mucho ruido y la zona es algo ruidosa por la noche. Tiene un mcdonalds justo debajo por lo que hasta altas horas hay gente por ahí. Se ve un hotel bastante antiguo.

L’aria condizionata molto labile quasi inesistente , per due giorni si è fatto colazione senza aria condizionata; Il rumore del climatizzatore dentro la stanza è assurdo , la notte non si riusciva a prendere sonno neanche con i tappi nelle orecchie.

The host at our arrival was not polite and being super short with us for no reason that we felt we couldn’t ask any questions.. definitely not a good hospitality skills unfortunately! We had 2 rooms and one of them didn’t have a working AC

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026Posizione perfetta in centro, per potersi spostare liberamente a piedi, inoltre ha di fronte la piazza dove arrivano gli autobus per l'aeroporto, che si raggiunge in 20 minuti. Oltre agli altri autobus che portano nelle diverse località, io ne ho preso comodamente uno per Mondello, ed essendo così vicino all'hotel è stato comodissimo.
causa gran caldo, costretta a tenere l'aria condizionata accesa che faceva un gran rumore, ma non è colpa della struttura ci mancherebbe. Sono stati super carini !

De airco werkte niet goed (vochtig, herrie, koelde niet voldoende). Ontbijt bestaat uit veel zoete dingen (koekjes, gevulde croissantjes, etc) en weinig brood en beleg of muesli/granola en yoghurt.

La habitación 308 da a una calle ciega con unos 20 aparatos de aire acondicionado que generan mucho ruido. Además el aparato de aire acondicionado de la habitación en sí también era muy ruidoso con lo que de noche no lo pudimos usar. He de decir que al comentarlo en recepción tuvieron la cortesía de no cobrarnos dos aguas del minibar

Abbiamo provato a resistere un paio d'ore ma ci stavamo sentendo male. Andiamo via di corsa alla ricerca di un altra sistemazione e i signori trattengono comunque il pagamento dell'intero soggiorno! Risultato ho pagato due hotel!
