Reviewed Sep 19, 2026De locatie in Sjinjuku was top. Je bent overal zo. Goede prijs ook. Vriendelijk personeel en je kon beneden allemaal gratis verzorgingsproducten nemen. Een koffiezaakje en 7 eleven om de hoek.
De kamer was nogal krap. Maar dat schijnt vooral in Tokyo heel vaak zo te zijn. In de andere steden waren de kamers ruimer. Ik vond het bed niet fijn liggen.

I really appreciated the thoughtful details—the reception provides toiletries, tea, coffee, and other essentials, and they even provide pajamas to wear! The breakfast was also good, and overall, we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. I would definitely come back here again!

Odalar çok küçük,pencere yüksekte olduğu için odaya daha da küçük havası katmış. Oda küçük bir deliği olan kibrit kutusu gibiydi. Tamam Japonya genelinde odalar küçük ama gerek oda içi mobilyaların ve banyonun eski dizaynı üst üste gelince bizi negatif etkiledi.Ayrıca otele girişten itibaren katlarda ve odalarda ağır bir yemek kokusu var, sanki tüm katlarda ayrı bir restaurant varmış gibi. Sanırım alt kattaki restaurantın havalandırması ile ilgili bir sorun olabilir. Halılar çok kötü kokuyor. Odaya giriş yapıp hemen otelden çıkış yaptık. Odayı kullanmadığımız için tam iade istedik maalesef 1 günlük kesinti yaptılar, otel politikasıdır saygı duyarım. Aynı fiyata Shinjuku merkezinde daha iyi oteller bulabilirsiniz ki biz bunu yaptık

Tuvimos un problema en la habitación porque olía mucho a humedad, y el baño olía muy mal. Pedimos que nos cambiaran y nos cambiaron a la mañana siguiente, y aunque la segunda habitación no tenía tanta humedad, el baño también olía mal y el desagüe de la ducha no tragaba bien. Creo que es un hotel muy antiguo aunque remodelado, especialmente la planta baja (que tiene un aspecto mucho más moderno que las habitaciones). Las habitaciones son oscuras pero cumplen su función. La cama era cómoda. En general, no está mal por el precio que pagamos, pero no repetiría, hay más hoteles por un precio parecido.

Ficamos hospedados por 5 dias e, apesar de o espaço do quarto ser pequeno, foi totalmente suficiente para nós e conseguimos descansar tranquilamente durante toda a estadia. Os funcionários foram muito atenciosos e prestativos do início ao fim. Também tivemos limpeza do quarto e troca de toalhas sem nenhum custo adicional, o que foi um ponto muito positivo. A localização é excelente, principalmente para quem pretende utilizar o transporte público: a porta do hotel fica praticamente ao lado da estação, facilitando muito os deslocamentos e tornando a região uma ótima opção para se hospedar. Como pontos a melhorar, a televisão é um modelo mais antigo e não oferece acesso a plataformas de entretenimento, como Netflix. O quarto também não possui guarda-roupa ou armários para organizar as roupas, e o banheiro é bem pequeno. Porém, considerando o preço e a localização, acreditamos que o hotel oferece um ótimo custo-benefício. No geral, ficamos 5 dias e não tivemos nenhum problema. É uma opção simples, prática, bem localizada e que cumpre muito bem a proposta. Recomendo para quem procura um lugar confortável para descansar e com fácil acesso ao transporte.

Atención al cliente: El personal destaca por su amabilidad, educación y disposición para ayudar en todo momento. Ubicación estratégica: Localización excelente, ideal para moverse con facilidad por la ciudad y acceder al transporte público. Equipamiento y detalles: Muy buena variedad de amenities en la habitación, lo que añade un extra de comodidad a la estancia.
Espacio extremadamente reducido: Aunque se entiende que el tamaño es la media estándar de Tokio, las dimensiones resultan agobiantes. Problemas de distribución y funcionalidad: Resulta casi imposible abrir las maletas dentro del cuarto. El espacio es tan limitado que, con el equipaje dentro, el personal de limpieza no pudo ni siquiera hacer la cama por falta de maniobrabilidad.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Muy cercano a la estación del metro. Fundamental para moverte por Tokio. El desayuno era bueno y variado. Especial mención al buen café, algo no siempre fácil de encontrar en Japón. Proporcionan pijamas y zapatillas para la habitación.
La habitación es de un tamaño reducido, lo que se agrava con la gran cantidad de equipamiento que la habitación tiene. La cama de matrimonio está pegada contra la pared, por lo que el acceso puede ser complicado para algunas personas.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026Otelin tren istasyonuna yakın olması çok iyiydi. Etrafta alışveriş için marketler ve yemek için restoranlar vardı. Ulaşımı kolay, çevresi hareketli ve ihtiyaçları karşılayan bir otel.
Odalar çok küçük. Valizleri açacak yer yoktu. Hatta valiz koyacak yer yoktu. Çok sıkıştık. Eşyaları koyacak dolapta yoktu. Sadece 4-5 tane elbise askısı vardı.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Struttura vicinissima alla metro e ai conbini, quindi super comodo. 15 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro di Shinjuku. Personale disponibile, infatti hanno accettato di recuperare un pacco per me spedito da un altro hotel di Kyoto.
Colazione dolce quasi assente (solo cornetti e pancake). Camere un po' datate e piccole.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026La ubicación al lado de dos paradas de metro y un Seven eleven, por lo tanto, no hace falta que cojas desayuno si no quieres. Te limpian todos los días la habitación si lo pides, sin cobrarte nada.
Comparado con otros hoteles falta un poquito de modernidad, pero cumple muy bien su función si lo que quieres es un hotel cómodo, con habitaciones más o menos grandes y bien de precio y ubicación.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cet hôtel. Son emplacement est vraiment excellent et constitue un très bon choix pour une première visite à Tokyo. Il permet de rejoindre facilement de nombreux quartiers et points d’intérêt. La chambre était confortable, très propre et le personnel a toujours été agréable et accueillant. Le seul point à noter est la taille de la chambre. C’était la plus petite que nous ayons eue pendant notre voyage au Japon. Cela restait tout à fait vivable et nous y avons passé trois nuits sans problème, mais pour un séjour plus long, nous aurions probablement trouvé l’espace un peu limité. Cela dit, tout était bien agencé et fonctionnel, ce qui rendait le séjour tout à fait agréable. Dans l’ensemble, nous recommandons cet hôtel, notamment pour son excellent emplacement et la qualité de son accueil.

Plus in the reception area there were all the other amenities like shampoo, conditioner, face lotion/cream, masks and more that you can get for free.
