Hotel Gracery Shinjuku is in an absolutely prime location, making it an ideal base for exploring Tokyo. Situated right in the heart of Shinjuku, everything is within easy reach, from restaurants, cafés and shopping to nightlife and major attractions. Shinjuku Station is also just a short walk away, making it incredibly convenient for getting around Tokyo. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable and well maintained, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The surrounding area was lively and vibrant, yet the hotel provided a comfortable place to relax after a busy day exploring. If you want to stay somewhere central where you can step outside and immediately feel the energy of Tokyo, Hotel Gracery Shinjuku is a fantastic choice. The location alone makes it especially convenient for first-time visitors and anyone wanting to experience the best of Shinjuku.

The entrance was a bit tricky to find at first. I walked round the street a few times but once I found it, it all made sense.

Excellent location in Shinjuku. Rooms were tidy, beds were good. Godzilla theme is cool and original.

Very unpersonal and unfriendly. Machines to check in, QR codes to do tappyukin, when asked staff felt bothered almost. The most someone talked to me here was to say the bar closed in thirty minutes and we could do one drink. Room is clean with good beds, but tiny windows. The shower was unpleasant with a low ceiling and basically too small and too low to use comfortably. Service and quality were not up to four star standards, prices of bar and breakfast surely were. Altogether not bad but rather disappointing.

The location of the Hotel was exceptional, as was the staff.

The pillows and bed mattress weren't comfortable.

Nowhere to put suitcases, horrid area - noisy, crowded, rats,rubbish, drug dealers… The terrace and cafe were shut.

Room was small and felt cramped but to be expected in Japan. Room was clean but had no storage so basically lived out of suitcase. Showcase Godzilla was closed so did not get to experience the selling point of the hotel. Shinjuku area pretty lively and lots to experience. Sfaff were helpful and very politrle and provided assistance when asked.

Nothing bad that stood out maybe the price did not reflect the expectations.

The room wasn’t comfortable . We have being at hotels with 18 metter and they have being designed better the bath was unnecessary and took a big part of the room.

המיקום מעולה! קרוב מאוד לרכבות ולשווקים, נוח מאוד . העובדים נחמדים מאוד. בקבלה יש זמינות מהירה. יש אופציה של כביסה ומייבש לעשות עצמאית - עלות כסף כמובן אבל זה מעולה .

היו פעמים שבאו לנקות את החדר ללא דרישה של ניקיון חדר, והיו פעמים שלא, לא הוזכר כאשר הסבירו לנו על החדר שנדרש בלשים את המגנט על הדלת של החדר כדי שינקו ויחליפו לנו מגבות

Vynikající poloha, tiché pokoje. Jen na můj vkus menší, než jsem čekal. Ale to byla moje chyba, byl jsem poprvé v Japonsku a chybně jsem očekával stejně velké pokoje jako například v Anglii či Německu. Jinak vše perfektní.

Zimmer winzig, man kann nicht mal einen Koffer auf dem Boden auspacken. Bett super, Kopfkissen katastrophal.

Seemed to be kept properly as a luxury hotel

Location. Getting out in the morning found a lot of drunk people, peeing on the street, a lot of trash. To sad for this tourist location and thought Japan was different to be honest.

Los cuartos tienen un buen cuarto de baño. Tenían una sombrilla de cortesiía para usar lo que fue un buen detalle. El personal de housekeeping merece una felicitación porque fue muy respetuoso. El checkin fue rápido y ordenado.

Habitaciones extremadamente pequeñas. El hotel no tiene casi amenities. Es muy muy masivo con muchos muchos turistas. No me volvería a quedar. La ubicación es buena para una primera vez en Tokio pero esta en el sitio de red light por lo que por la noche hay muchos pimps que lo atacan a uno ofreciendo shows de mujeres. Los ascensores para subir al lobby siempre están llenos y es demorado.

Amazing location and all the facilities you will need :) Very friendly staff, we had a trip to Kyoto for a few days and left all our luggage at the hotel for no extra charge

Locatie midden in shinjuku was perfect

The location is great and the view from the window was magical! It was comfortable and we really enjoyed being in the lounge and looking at the Godzilla head.

The rooms are a little small, which is normal here, but just pointing it out for travelers who care about this. We couldn’t see the Godzilla head up close because the terrace was closed.

J’ai été très déçue par l’emplacement. Il y avait beaucoup trop de personnes ivres autour de l’hôtel, même assez tôt dans la soirée. De plus, on entendait beaucoup de bruit et les lumières très fortes provenant de la rue étaient également gênantes. L’hôtel pourrait peut-être installer des rideaux et des volets plus couvrants afin de mieux atténuer la lumière extérieure. L’emplacement ne correspondait donc pas du tout à mes attentes. J’ai également trouvé que certains membres du personnel n’étaient ni agréables ni accueillants.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella camera vista Godzilla, vista spettacolare. La camera era molto comoda, bagno spazioso e accoglienza con souvenir esclusivi se alloggiate nelle camere con vista di Godzilla. Posizione centrale e neanche troppo caotica. Colazione sia salata che dolce molto buona e per tutti i gusti.

This area is extremely touristy and kind of overcrowded. Massive construction project on main train station so lots of detours and hotel ended up being really a long walk away

The twin room was worth the extra cost to get more space for a 5 night stay

Is a good location for Shinjuku, however very busy outside at night a lot of night workers, anything is on offer.

The rooms are very small we ordered a larger room but still really struggled with the room size with our cases, wouldn’t want to stay for a prolonged period of time. Staff really struggled to get us checked in to our three rooms, the process almost took an hour, which after a 14 hour flight wasn’t the best, especially when we had given names and numbers for each and the time we would be arriving. The bars in the hotel close very early and open late. Would have been nice to have had somewhere to grab a coffee in lobby in the morning. Godzilla viewing deck was closed off unfortunately which meant not photo opportunities on the roof.

קחו בחשבון שזה בערך 10-15 דקות הליכה לתחנת שינגוקו אז זה קשה להגיע עם מזוודות. החדר גם היה מאוד מאוד מאוד קטן אז קשה להתנהל שם עם 2 מזוודות והמיטה הייתה קטנה קצת.

チェックインの時間が22時頃と遅かったところに、海外のお客さんがたてこんで、対応スタッフの順番がまわってくるのに時間がかなりかかりました。 国内の客は遅い時間でもオンラインチェックインができたらありがたいです。

Amazing location smack centre of everything in Shinjuku our stay was awesome.

The rooms are smaller then they look but it was still great and the staff were super welcoming and friendly.
