Przez wilgotny klimat i mały metraż w pokoju bardzo szybko robiło się duszno, a okna nie da się otworzyć - klimatyzacja musiała być włączona cały czas

Wonderful hotel in the heart of flamboyant Shinjuku district! All main Shinjuku attractions and lots of clubs and bars in close walking proximity! Room is a bit small but clean and actually all that is needed when you are exploring Tokyo! Will return again to this hotel in my next Tokyo trip!

Das.Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Die Grösse des Gebäudes beeindruckt. Es wurde stets sauber gemacht. Es wurden Hygieneartikel, Handtücher , Latschen ,Hausanzüge und Schreibutensilien bereit gestellt Das Frühstücksbufett beinhaltete Suppen, Eier, Wurst, Käse, div. Getränke...für jeden etwas dabei. Service im Frühstücksraum stets fleißig und freundlich. Der Badspiegel entnebelte sich von selbst.

Das Doppelzimmer ist sehr klein. Es konnte sich immer nur ein Mensch bewegen. Der andere musste im Bett oder im Bad warten. Service an der Rezeption war befriedigend. Es gab Konflikte bei der Herausgabe der Frühstücksmarken.

The staff was very helpful and made us feel very safe considering Shinjuku can get a little dodgy at night. Good location if you like the night life. Otherwise, maybe consider staying somewhere else. Our room was on a pretty high floor, and we could still hear street noise and nearby billboard ads.

The area is loud, and there are a lot of drunk people hanging around the hotel starting pretty early on in the evening.

It’s close to all the shops, restaurants, and the train station. The airport bus stop is less than a minute's walk away. The top-floor onsen is a great perk—exactly what I need after a long day of exploring.

I'm not sure if I visited during peak travel season. The hotel was packed and the elevator wait was long. I arrived early after a red-eye flight, so I couldn't check in yet. I wanted to change clothes before heading out, but I found it weird that there weren't any lobby restrooms and was told to use the ones across the street.

It is a small room not meant for sharing with others

It is near Kabukicho/Shinjuku train station and many food choices around the hotel. I just cross the road to Tokyo Kabukicho Tower where I can take a scheduled airport limousine bus. Very convenient! The room and onsen are clean. The staff are very helpful.

The room is compact which is similar to many other hotels.

Friendly and helpful staff. Easy to check in nad out. Good security with guard on ground floor. Clean and good location. Close to shops, restaurants and entertainment. the room is well stocked with toiletries and other amenities.

Room size is small but not unexpected for a Tokyo hotel. Difficult to get out of double bed as there is no access to the bed without climbing over sleeping spouse.

One dryer and washing machine in ladies bathroom to share. Room is small but you get used to it and its great overall. Kids loved it!

The room was extremely small, it was not possible for two people to be inside at the same time. The bathroom was also very tiny, making it uncomfortable to use. Overall, the space felt cramped and impractical

Problème d’humidité dans la chambre et pas de système pour l’aération ou renouveler l’air dans la chambre étant donné que les fenêtres ne s’ouvrent pas. Pour laver les vêtements, les machines ne lavent vraiment rien, ils disent qu’il y a directement du produit mais les vêtements sont toujours sales. Pour sécher les vêtements 1h30 ne suffit meme pas pour une petite machine. De plus, les machines se trouvent dans les spas et les femmes n’ont qu’une machine contrairement aux hommes qui en ont 4. Donc il faut vraiment beaucoup attendre pour un service catastrophique. Et après avoir indiqué le problème à la réception, ils vous envoient à une laverie publique donc il faut encore payer, prendre du temps sur votre voyage. Même si c’est bien placé, c’est assez mal insonorisé donc on entend le bruit de dehors. Attendre vous à entendre du bruit toute la nuit.

Location is super. Staff is helpful and well secured during the day and night. At a walking distance at all the good spots in the area and multiple train stations. Very clean.

Excellent location and good size rooms for Japan. Great Value for money with amenities topped up everyday. We weren’t affected by the noise from the street but it is a very bustling and vibrant area.

In a very convenient location

Limited facilities (only 1 washer and dryer in the ladies section, despite being a larger large hotel) Spa/Onsen available, but not tattoo friendly (I would have hoped that being one of the larger hotels with so many foreigners, it should have been tattoo friendly??)

The Air Conditioner was not working properly, in other season it wouldn’t be a big issue, but it was super hot and humid that we couldn’t sleep so well

The location was pretty good.

As I said the location was good but.. you’ll leave out in the morning to people passed out in the street from partying, trash, vomit. The area is a great location but you’re dealing with sooo many host/hostess clubs and shady massage parlors. The room felt so so on cleanliness and the room is going to be way smaller than you can imagine. The bathroom is also that small. We never felt like we got to fully relax.

Great location, friendly staff that speaks English. Clean rooms, small but practical and clean. Good Wi Fi, great breakfast.

The check in is 3PM and check out is 10AM you are paying premium price for only 19 hours of use of the room. Once you check out they can keep your luggage in the lobby but they have no restroom in the lobby so better use the toilet before you check out.

Location was very central, room was compact, yet very well planned throughout. I only travelled with a backpack, so I could fit it under the bed.

I suppose the location, as central as it is, drastically changes in the evening, but it was not too much of an issue.

If you've already been with APA Hotels, then the rooms are nothing new, but still solid. Daily amenities like toothbrush, towels, yukata and more set a good standard and for longer stays the room cleaning is not daily but every 2-3 days. veerything is listed on the TV in the room, as known from APA, so that you are greeted with when your next cleaning date is, when your last day is with check-out times and other general information. (There was also a hot bath available for guests on the top floor and it would show levels of how full the male / female baths were on the screen) This Tower hotel in specific is in a good spot in the Kabukichō area and the price is as good as it can get for a hotel chain. What makes the journey to and from the rooms more comfortable is that there are 4 elevators, so it does not feel as jammed during the normal check-in and check-out times. The elevator waiting times are very bearable. There was quite a big earthquake but the protocol and information from staff was very reassuring.

There were a few stains and scratches on the wall, probably from suitcases or other objects previous guests touched the walls with. But nothing really unhygienic. The AC has a function to set the direction of the airflow or make it s swinging motion. Sadly, the blade that deflects the air was not automatically moving with the set option, but it was movable by hand. Also, the room felt the right size for me as a singular person, but I can see that space could get challenging for 2 people or een 2 people with a small child. (Basically the standard APA room layout that can be booked for 1 or 2 guests)

Very small for a big person and not a lot of storage for bags

My family and I are very like about the location because it is easy to go shopping, easy to find restaurant and train station even tho the train station tooks 5 to 12 minutes away from the hotel.

The only problem for us is the room size is too small for us especially the bathroom. To put the luggage under the bed is not conveniece because we have to draw the luggage out and put back under the bed.

That there was only one washing machine & tumble dryer to share between all of the women in the hotel, sometimes resulting in long wait times for both machines if they were in use. There’s an opportunity for the hotel to add an extra few if possible.

The location was the only thing was best about the hotel.

I am so disappointed with the attitude and unhelpfulness of the staff here. It was my son’s birthday and I’d bought a cake and balloons to surprise him — all I asked was if they could place them in our room (just setting the balloons on the bed and displaying the cake, no decorating or extra work at all) so I could organise a nice surprise for him. They flat-out refused, saying it wasn’t something they or the cleaners could do. It was such a small, simple request and would have taken seconds — but not one person was willing to help. Their lack of willingness to go even the tiniest bit out of their way for a child’s birthday was really upsetting. It made what should have been a lovely moment so much harder. Service here is cold and unaccommodating.

大衆浴場では、外国の方がマナーが悪く不快な気持ちになった。番頭がいないからしかたごないんだろうけど、対処方法は、あると思う。
