location, clean room spacious for us

Tidy and welcoming, rooms great size.

Parking wasn’t very clear and very little room to try and get into the location as the office is by the entrance and only one car fits.

The room was very clean. Comfortable enough.

The room was very clean - almost sterile - but lacked any character. Not even a picture on the walls. The King bed was two King singles pushed together and the duvet was two loose singles. We had confirmed when booking that there would be electric blankets - but there were none - I had to ask them to be fitted. But then we had to remake the bed as we would have had to sleep directly on top of the electric blanket. There was nothing in the fridge - we had expected milk.

large Studio apartment with massive kitchenette. Good shower. Benchtop plug in 2 burner induction (?) hob. small fridge freezer. Parking right outside the unit.

The fridge freezer was great but very small ..... a larger fridge freezer would be awesome.

Spacious studio, quiet, clean, well equipped.

The beds were very comfortable, it was very clean, loved the small kitchen area and the back door to the garden.

The only negative I can say is that we could only find the one small garbage can in the bathroom. No other garbage receptacles.

Lovely little motel with all you need for a self contained stay. The location is a short drive to beaches, restaurants and there is a supermarket very close by. Great pool area is available and we had a parking space right outside our room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was sparkling clean and the bed was extra comfortable.

A couple of armchairs or a small sofa in the room would be handy.

Had our own breakfast. Good to have comfortable lounge chairs. Bed was very comfortable also.

We where very happy.

A nice spacious unit, which was well equipped. We liked the location and could walk to nearby shops and restaurants, Tauranga and Mount Manganui were only a short drive away. The small pool was a bonus as well, as the weather was particularly warm

Some traffic noise and aircraft noise, it seemed to be on the flightpath for Tauranga airport

Clean rooms, excellent facilities including well equipped kitchen, nice clean swimming pool, free washing machine and tumble dryer, comfortable bed.

There was nothing not to like about this motel.

Location & cleanliness

Having stayed for 7 nights there was no linen change. Rubbish was collected every second day. Other than that, Cobblestone is a lovely place to stay.

The room is very clean and we have all we need for a short holiday there with the baby and the dog. It is not far from the supermarket and just walking distance to the beach. Perfect for someone loves the quiet enviornment.

The host was lovely and informative, texted us a map of our room location, checked if we needed anything else. Room was very clean and tidy, the room was serviced daily which was so lovely to come back to at the end of the day

The location was great. It was central to everything.

Price was a bit high for this time of year. But that is to be expected.

Lovely clean accommodation. The staff are friendly and amazing.

Perfect nights sleep. Very comfy pillows. Facilities were very complete. Owners let us do our washing at no cost.

Motel is in flight path of the airport. Clearly the flights in and out were were restricted to before 8pm. Great nights sleep was had.

Access to the wifi was by scanning a QR code. I’m not familiar with that. It would be so easy to just put the password in the information booklet.

This place was amazing, the staff were amazing too not much else to say other than that it was an amazing place to stay at

Having arrived after 30hrs in the air and 2.5hrs drive from Auckland we could not have been happier with the Accomodation. From stepping into reception to be met with a friendly warm smile, to a clean, large studio apartment with everything we could need! I think they thought we were a little mad that we wanted to jump in the pool at only 15Degs outside ( the pool isn't heated) but it was just what we needed to refreshen up the muscles after nearly two days of traveling! The room was clean and spacious and the kitchen well equiped. A local supermarket is less than 5 mins drive (I recommend Pak n Save), And Mount Maungui and the bay is literally a 5min Drive! Would have stayed longer if we could! Even better I left my watch in the room and they found it and kept it safe for me to collect. Definitely recommend

Its one of the better place ive stay on all my holidays. the place is clean, big. Quite location. Will stay there again on my next trip.

Clean, tidy, newly renovated, lots of space. The family unit was great. Full kitchen with everything needed, like an apartment rather than a motel. Friendly staff and best value for money I’ve spent on a motel room in a long time.

Planes fly quite low over the top so it can be noisy.

Helpful staff who went beyond the expected to make my stay comfortable and safe. Thank you

Lovely, clean, spacious apartment. Staff were super friendly and nothing was a problem. We will gladly stay again.

The staff were fantastic very professional and polite. I had only intended on staying one night but it ended up being two. The first night it was great or so I thought but the next morning I noticed that there was a lot of dust around the sides of fridge, on the heat pump and on top of the range hood there was also duct tape holding on the bottom of the bathroom door and the bottom of the shower was gross. It was good apart from that and could have been great had the shower and kitchen had that extra touch of care. The next night after checking in to see the room in a similar state as it was when we left was a bit disheartening. The next morning we were awoken to a lot of loud talking outside our room around 8 followed by extremely loud banging. Which continued for the most part until we checked out at 10. I would have thought, if they had any maintenance like that to do, they would wait until the guests had checked out.

The staff were great to communicate with, we appreciated how tidy and warm it was. Everything was topped up on a daily, and my kids loved it.

No downfall we enjoyed it.

Ra the on-site Manager was excellent to deal with and when we struck a problem was there quickly to sort.

Lighting in the main living/bedroom could be better.

Friendly helpful management. Units are older but well maintained. Very clean and tidy.

Exceptionally friendly host, the rooms were a good size, and close access to local supermarket. Short drive to Tauranga city centre and Mount Maunganui. Well appointed kitchen, and uber eats delivers promptly. Nice sized swimming pool, and relaxing area to lounge in around it. Ample off street parking.

Aside from a rather odd guest in the room opposite ours, who would stand in his doorway watching you in just his underwear (less than ideal with our 6 year old daughter) and not having really any way to achieve privacy save for shutting our curtains - the only other thing that would have been amazing is just a small armchair or similar in the room, the dining chairs were our only option to sit aside from laying on the bed.

Peaceful location set back from the road. Lovely welcome. Modern, clean, and well equipped room with comfy bed, and parking right outside. Pool was very nice to use. Supermarket and takeaways just a few minutes away, but not much else in the vicinity. Used as a base for exploring the Bay of Plenty by car, and conveniently located not too far off the main highway.

Loved the stay here. Best equipped place we have stayed for making food. Parking so easy, air con, pool, laundry, beds, bathroom all amazing. Everything all spotless and staff were super friendly.
