It was a cold weekend, so a heat pump would have been better than numerous heaters.

Great place to be. Leo was very friendly and explained the facilities in a fast way but easy to remember! Very comfortable and a great view from the 10th floor! Breakfast was very good! Walk to the water front is only a couple of minutes away with bars and restaurants!

This is our most favourite place to stay. Great hosts, great location, luxury accommodation, excellent breakfast. We wouldn't want to stay anywhere else.

Lovely apartment in the heart of Tauranga. Very clean and comfortable with continental breakfast included. The host kindly picked me up and dropped me off at the airport, which was hugely appreciated. Would highly recommend for anyone staying in central Tauranga.

It didn't bother me but should be noted that the hosts live in the apartment as well - there is a shared foyer with their part of the apartment behind a secure door. It is still very private regardless.

Lovely location, easy walk to cafes etc...as parking in central is dreadful. Sadly the very slow work on the Construction Sites are still causing issues around the accommodation area. There was no chance for a sleep in with drills and hammering starting at 8am !! This site has been like this for over 2 years - not good enough to be honest, and certainly not the properties fault but does not make it quite as relaxing as it could be ! Best Continental Breakfast all supplied in your Apartment, fresh fruit a bonus

Construction site noise early in the morning

Good option and portions for breakfast. The bath was extremely smoothing. The hospitality was at high stranded. The rooms were very spacious and quite. Short walk to city centre and nice resaraunts. The views were were breath taking. We felt safe. Thank you so much Jenny and Leo.

There was nothing I could tell to not like.

This is in an excellent position, easy walk to centre of town plus cafes and restaurants. Very quiet, the hosts were friendly and very accommodating. Very secure for both parking and personal safety. The fridge was well stocked for breakfast.

Although the bed was comfortable the pillows were not, we were surprised to get a Super King Bed, however the linen was not big enough and the duvet was uncomfortably heavy. One rather annoying aspect was the sensor light in the hallway, having an internal bathroom and hallway meant it was pitch black, the light came on for way too short a time so we were left floundering in the dark. It would be good to either extend the length of time or put a nightlight in the hallway.

The breakfast was excellent and very generous. Was just what we love. The views expansive and location perfect for wandering down to the waterfront, bars and shops. Lovely big bathroom.

Everything was great - bed extremely comfortable but we both don’t like high pillows. We always have this problem so when travelling in car will opt for taking our own.

Fabulous view from level 10. Room was huge - we had a big bedroom, sitting/dining room, huge bathroom and undercover parking spot. The room had secure lift and door access. Fruit bowl and water provided, chockies on the pillow. Basic but delicious breakfast with plenty of food,. Really comfy bed. Room is a short walk from the water and waterfront park. Plenty of food options within a 5 or 10 minute walk.

One night was windy and very noisy.

A lovely breakfast was left in the room. We loved the location. Especially great for getting to the dolphin tours. Lovely room. A very warm welcome and the parking was very useful.

Aircon would have been great, but we knew it wasn't available. Only one thing we found the pillows far too deep/wide. We would have liked a choice of pillow sizes.

The thoughtfully prepared breakfast and drinking water. Walking distance to various restaurants and beach. Very friendly hosts. Easy access to underground parking lot. Home away home.

Loved the location. It really was about rest and relaxing, for me. Just enjoyed kicking back, watching tv, the view, and the comfort while pretending, I owed the unit.

Everything, the hosts were amazing too. Easy communication & instructions.

The spa wasn’t working :( however that didn’t affect my stay at all as I still had an awesome bath and the shower was amazing!!

It’s an absolutely beautiful place with breathtaking views, upper class services. Nice bedding and a warm comfortable bed (with electric blanket!!we loved it!) Very clean and beautiful with friendly host (excellent communication!).

Something to keep in mind: while there is continental breakfast included, there is no facility to cook.

A lot of the gym equipment didn’t work

Awesome view, great continental breakfast setup, excellent service (although I went green and only used it once). Very comfortable bed, good heat as needed or air... I was in the 10th floor.

Unfortunately the spa bath was waiting on parts and I require hydro therapy daily for many injuries... the awesome shower, good flow, great temp made up the difference.

This is a really smart apartment at the top of the apartment block. The facilities were very good. Beautiful bathroom, lounge and bedroom and the breakfast selection was great.

I have marked down a bit because the apartment entry is shared with the owner of the apartment and is where they live. I’m not keen on this sort of arrangement and I think it needs to be highlighted that this is the situation. I also felt it was too expensive.

The apartment was amazing, great views from the rooms. There was a decent sized bedroom with ample wardrobe space and the best bathroom we had during our time in New Zealand. Very comfy chairs in the large lounge and a decent sized tv, although the views were so good we didn't use that. Secure underground parking was a bonus too.

Only thing we could fault that the fridge was a little noisy and it spoils the wonderful ambience of a relaxing lounge with a fantastic view.

A very comfortable, spacious and well appointed BnB. The bed was luxurious, nice view from this penthouse level apartment and a great selection of continental style breakfast foods and drinks. The bathroom is very spacious and includes a spa bath if so inclined.

The property is superb, there is some construction works in the area which slightly complicates getting in and out but not a big issue,

A beautiful spacious apartment with lovely views and plenty of light. Clean with lovely furnishings. Bed very comfortable, full wardrobe and plenty of space for luggage. A very generous choice of breakfast and snack food, tea and coffee. Lovely hosts.

WE LIKED EVERYTHING

We were greeted and helped with our bags. What we needed was a good bed and a shower , a table and chairs. Just to be able to sit in comfort after a long journey. Plus a nice view. We received all of the above.
