Tauranga Villa - Big, Beautiful Villa on the Water!

Beautiful big home for our whānau to enjoy. Comfortable beds, separate laundry room and spacious kitchen dining room opposite the water and close to shopping centre for groceries and eating out

Toilet seat was broken? And the heat pump needs a service

Turned up to house and there was another family there. We had been double booked. Couldn't get ahold of owners. They rang later, after we had left to try find something else. Very unfortunate and a stressful start to our stay in Tauranga. Not good! Luckily we had money to book something else. The other people weren't in a position to do so. We were offered compensation for the extra cost of the new house we had to book. But they wanted a invoice with a "zero balance" on it, as opposed to our Receipt from air bnb with "ALL" details of booking on it. To me it was like they didnt really want to pay the extra for us. So didn't get compensated at all. Just a sorry that didnt feel like they really cared. House was nice and a good spot. But it didnt matter as we had to leave.

Facility need update, some door and window doesn't lock properly and roof is leaking bad.

Loved the location, close to everything needed. The size of the house was amazing. Loved the old charm it had.

The showers needed some updating. The ensuite shower head isn’t great and the main shower doesn’t drain well.

The doors in the family bedroom need a little maintenance (falling off hinges). Some ceiling fans in the bedrooms would be a nice addition as it was very hot weather.

The house was amazing, spacious and comfortable. Great location and amenities. Will definitely come back!

The space was perfect for our whole family, the kayaks where good for our older grandchild, and in the shallow water.

The door with the code was temperament

The house was great, awesome location 5 mins from the mount and 5 mins from the city. Had a great view out to the water, very quiet and relaxing, such a big house that it housed all 10 of us easily with room to spare. Definitely recommend and would certainly stay there again

One of the front doors lock was broken.No mope some windows would not open.lock on toilet door not working.A number of breakfast bowls were chipped.There was a problem with sand flies.

It was perfectly set up for our group vacation. The location was amazing and the property was beautiful.

A gorgeous, big, warm house that was lovely to stay in. The kitchen/dining was terrific and fit our group of 10 ladies without problem. Location was fabulous, although we didn't get a chance to enjoy the house and location fully as we were out most of the day and night (8am-11pm).

There were no sheets on the double sofa bed, just a duvet. I had to ask for these as well as another set of sheets for the sofa in the lounge as one of our group slept there. There was no towel for the 10th guest in our group. I shared one of my towels with her. There was no door on the bedroom nearest the front door - apparently a previous guest had managed to rip that door off its hinges before he checked out, and because we checked in a few hours after the previous guests left, that door was not put back on its hinges before we arrived. There were jam spots and crumbs on the dining table, crumbs on the floor by the sink and no rubbish bag in the rubbish bin. There were a few pieces of crockery that were chipped and/or cracked.

Big, beautiful and clean

The additional room with all the beds lacked some blinds. The neighbors house was lit up all night.

Very roomy and comfortable with a stunning view over the estuary

An outer suburb of Tauranga so a bit removed from the main eating areas of Tauranga and M Maunganui Also very limited foodstuffs to make for convenience Tea coffee sugar and milk. That was it!!

Lovely house and great view. It was easy to access and very comfortable. The hosts were helpful. The movie room was fun for the kids!
